Visited the Avalon mall location to have a watch resized and noticed that the quality and designs of their jewelry was absolutely beautiful. Since I was looking for an engagement ring, I went on the website and realized I could build the ring I wanted. AJ Rooney contacted me and he walked me through the process, from construction, to it arriving at my door. The ring is more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The service from Bogart's exceeded any of my expectations and I would recommend them for those special jewelry items you are seeking.

My fiancé and I got engaged in December and had problems with the ring and the store it was purchased from, so we eventually decided it would just be easier to return the old ring and look for something new. We walked into Bogart’s and were warmly welcomed and we were lucky enough to be assisted by Karly, who was absolutely fabulous. She asked us what we were looking for and ended up helping us find the most perfect ring by suggesting we have one custom made. She worked with the store’s gemologist to have several sapphire samples sent to the store for me to look at as that was the stone I wanted in my ring instead of a diamond. She was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful, and when I finally got to see the finished product, I was speechless. It turned out so beautifully and we have Karly and all of the staff at Bogart’s to thank! 11/10 would recommend for both the service and the experience, they made us feel like royalty and delivered an exceptional product in record time! I needed a special birthday gift during this quarantine and couldn't find what I wanted in Toronto: either they weren't open, they didn't have what I needed or they didn't deliver. Who'd have thought I'd get better service halfway across the country? Bogart's had a great website, responded immediately and with enthusiasm to my request and sent the parcel within the hour, special delivery. Plus they were very very nice about it all. Went to this store with almost no knowledge of jewelry seeking an engagement ring. I was very pleased with the service, products, and prices. Sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me pick out a gem to set into a band. The on site jeweler had the custom ring ready within 45 minutes of purchase.

I have contacted them several times regarding prices on various pieces and they have always answered quickly and gave me a great price and If they don’t have it in stock they will either order it or have it made by on site Jeweller they will also help with sizing they shipped it to me fast and for free I have always loved bougarts either in store or buying online they are responsive in answering question and professional , Pleasant and want to make sure you are completely happy with your order I would definitely recommend them ? I messaged through Instagram to see if they had a gold chain to go with a charm that I had - they sent me pictures of different options along with their prices and were super consistent with getting back to me! Of course during the COVID-19 times, we cannot go in the store.. so they sent me an invoice via email to pay and then had it delivered within a few days to my doorstep - they texted me when they would be here and then texted when they dropped it off!
