We went looking all major outlets to buy a cute dress for our baby's first bday. We were lucky to come across this shop. They have a lot of options. Do visit their website and they mentioned they have almost all the items listed on their site. They also let you try it. There is no shop board outside so you might find it difficult to locate. But just follow the address.

Ordered 2 dresses March 24th, today is April 30. I was told I would receive my order within 1-4 weeks. It is now week 5. Emailed asking where my order was and if it is shipped, and if my order wasn’t shipped I wanted a refund. I received an email back just saying a refund was issued and no explanation as to why my order wasn’t shipped. Very poor business! I would not recommend to anyone!!

Ordered a dress and received the wrong one. I had to pay to ship it back, and when I finally received the credit they did not reimburse me the cost to ship it back. Their "customer service" representative, Jonah, is condescending and rude. He implied that I had used the dress and was shipping it back. Brutal business!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are totally incompetent, and when they mess it up they are rude.

Rose is by far the sweetest and nicest person, I'm beyond thrilled with our purchase today! My daughter is on the heavier side and being from Barrie, the selection for communion dresses was very limited, so we drove down to Adorable Kids and couldn't be happier, so worth the drive. Not only did my daughter find the perfect dress, jacket and even shoes, but the experience for her was so wonderful, she was confident and happy that they had such a huge beautiful selection and most importantly in larger sizes for her, so she didn't have to settle or feel limited. she felt like a princess and looks like one, thank you again Rose so much for all your help today, definitely will be back and would recommend the store to anyone!

I ordered a dress for my daughter from their online store and had it scheduled to be picked up in the Mississauga location. I was told it would be guaranteed available by Wednesday (i had a function to attend on that Saturday). Wednesday rolled around and i tried to contact the Mississauga store to inquire whether they had my dress. After several attempts no one ever answered and you can't leave voicemail. I contacted the online representative and they informed me that they don't deal on the store level they only take orders. I have to contact them by email. I emailed them and was told that i would receive an answer by 24 hrs on my shipment. 24hrs passed and no response. I tried calling again- no answer. I tired the Toronto location and a rep told me that the shipment was late due to weather conditions, but that Mississauga had the same dress in stock without sleeves. She put the dress on hold for me in case the original dress didn't make it by Saturday. I was content with this decision. Friday afternoon came and i tried calling the store several times again and no answer. I left a vm for Toronto and at 3p I received an email that the stores had closed to weather conditions and my dress couldn't be picked up. This was extremely frustrating. I know had to take my daughter to the mall in the "bad weather conditions" and find a last minute dress. I send a long email back to the company explaining my frustration and all i got was "we will refund you". There is a huge communication gap between the online store and what happens in store. The only time i heard from the Mississauga location was the week after when they called to tell me that my daughters dress was available. They didn't even know that my order had been cancelled. They then proceeded to contact "head office" for me to get my refund. This was my first experience with them and it wasn't good. Based on the lack of customer service, I can't say i will reorder. I wouldn't have posted a review, but sometimes its necessary.

Lots of selection for both boys and girls of all sizes. Prices and quality are very reasonable considering how quickly kids will grow out of these outfits. Change rooms are spacious which helps when changing kids into some of these outfits. Staff are helpful and know their inventory well.

****BUYERS BEWARE****** I have to say when I first walked into the store it was fabulous great selection decently priced staff was helpful but if they are not carrying the item in-store they're not very diligent on making sure that their charges on your receipt are correct. two weeks after the purchase of the dress the store had the audacity to call me and tell me that they no longer we're giving me free shipping and that I had to e-transfer money in order to get my clothing for my daughter when I stated that I didn't think I should have to e-transfer due to her error. She then told me well I can just sell the dress don't worry you're just getting a refund. She even said a credit card over the phone wouldn't be acceptable for payment... WHAT? I've never dealt with someone so ignorant and unprofessional especially when it comes to small children and them looking their best I would expect a better attitude and more flexibility when they make mistakes when you make a mistake you need to learn to own it I have 3 more weddings this year and you can guarantee that the dresses that I purchase for the flower girl will not be purchased at this establishment due to the ignorance and and lack of professionalism by the female working there

We went in today to get suits for our 1 year old twins who are in a wedding in a few weeks. She was amazing with them (as they were not in the best mood) and made sure we had everything we needed. I've had such a fantastic experience here. I came back twice because the quality and experience was just that great. We purchased a second dress literally last minute (the day prior to the wedding), and what is commonly an exhausting, stressful day was made so effortless with the attentive and intuitive sales rep. She neither asked me, nor alluded I leave a review by the way, but I wanted to ever since I stepped out of the shop the first day. Not a single dress in the entire store is in the least bit "cheap" in material. The price is honestly very very very reasonable, so much so I was blown away. I am infinitely grateful for your patience with us, and the many times I've changed my mind and had you doing laps to and back from the storage room and around the shop! ♡

We went here to look for a suit for my son. The staff were rude. The person at the counter told us that they were opne by appointment only but there is no mention of this anywhere inside or outside the store . When my friend went and asked, no such policy existed. I am very surprised by all the bad reviews here. I have been back and forth at the store exchanging suits for my ring boys, I needed it for 6 boys aged 12m to 14 years and they are not all in the same city so it was a bit difficult to know sizes. I see different women at the store when I go and each and every visit is a pleasant experience. I was given the email address to the store to tell them what I need ahead of time to make sure that I don't waste my drive and I really appreciate that. As one planning a wedding I dealt with many vendors and Adorable Kids is by far the friendliest one to deal with - they treated me like a friend, with so many trips, they greet me by name when I show up LOL!. I highly recommend this store and thank you to the staff. You made having this many kids in a wedding this easy.

My son's First Communion is finally happening on Wednesday but the notice was too short so we were scrambling to find a suit. So I started googling, there are no suits at the mall. Adorable kids came up as soon as I typed kids suits. It is a bit of a drive but it was worth it. We went there today, no appointment necessary and we got my son his First Communion suit, shoes and an armband plus a mask. Yes a mask lol! I can't believe we did it all in less than 30 minutes. The lady working there, really knows her stuff. We chose the color and she brought the size and it was perfect. Thank you Adorable Kids for the wonderful service. We will recommend you to anyone who needs formal wear.

Wonderful selection. We had fun choosing dresses for our flower girls. It was busy but staff is very attentive. I read some reviews about them being rude but I don't think that is the case. The place is very busy and the ladies move quickly and speak a bit faster than people who are only helping one person. If a store is as busy as this one, I get it, they have to be efficient. They understand that they need to move and talk fast to help everyone and I appreciate that do try to get to everyone.

We came shopping here for my daughters dress to attend a wedding. They are located in a commercial complex just 2 blocks away from the davids bridal. We went to david's first but did not find anything. Adorable Kids is really convenient. Parking is ample just like any plaza without the crowding. The store is spacious, was very busy when we went but there is a lot of fitting rooms and the selection is great for my pre-teen. We will be back again should any special occasion arises.

I am not one for reviews but I am so elated that Adorable Kids deserves one. My daughter and I came from Bramalea Mall but did not find what we were looking for. Adorable Kids has all the christening clothes for boys that we needed and all laid out completely for choosing. We had to buy for 2 and the other boys is not with us. We were able to try it on in peace - fitting room is large with an ottoman for baby. We got 1 gown, 2 suits, 2 pairs of baptism shoes, bibs, socks and blanket. It was so easy and convenient and the prices are the lowest we have found anywhere. We will be back for sure as we have one on the way.

Today I went shopping for a communion dress for my daughter and it's absolutely beautiful! They have such a great selection that it's hard to choose! I'm so glad I called for some information during the week and the sales rep told me to book an appointment on their website. At first it didn't make sense to me to make an appointment but once I got in it was super busy! Apparently they were booked solid the whole day! The appointment allowed me to shop for my daughter without the pressure of feeling rushed and managed to get everything I need for my little girl's big day. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and are very friendly. I'd highly recommend any parent to check this place out, but be sure to book an appointment on a weekend to get the best service for your buck!

My cousin and her daughter Maddie, my maid of honour and myself embarked on a mission to find Maddie a flower girl dress for my October wedding. Adorable Kids was our first stop. The website seemed promising, and we were astounded by the selection. Rose was very helpful, she knows what we needed and even indulged Maddie on an impromptu photo shoot. Adorable Kids knows how to make a girl feel like a princess. I highly recommend shopping here for many reasons, parking is plenty, traffic is light, selection is great, prices are way below boutique pricing, the store is very clean and organised and not the stuffy pretentious kind (after all, you are just there to find the right dress). Rude customer service. Tried calling them a couple times last week but their voice mail says they usually don't pick calls. Left a message and got a call back. Asked my questions and if I can visit the store and she said yes. Visited today after driving for 30 Mins, and as soon as we entered the lady blandly asked if we had an appointment and that she is very busy. We could look around but cannot try the dresses on. My little girl had picked a dress so excitedly which we obviously couldn't pick. I told her about the lady about my phone call and she said you can visit weekdays but weekends is appointment only. The least she could do was have a smile on her face. So disappointed!!! Will never visit this place again!

Thank god for Adorable Kids. We were promised a baptism suit for my boy from another company from Bramalea mall in Brampton that never showed up. 2 days to go without any outfit. I was so frantic so I went to facebook to ask for help and everyone pointed me to Adorable Kids in Mississauga. The store has all items in stock and half the price of the same outfit I was waiting for. I got bibs, socks , towels and candles in less than 30 minutes. No wonder this company comes highly recommended. My experience is wonderful. Everything is laid out for me to choose. Parking is so easy, just infront of the store, convenient for moms with large strollers like mine. The lady working there is very pleasant. I hope I covered everything. Thank you Adorable Kids from me and my son.

I got my flower girl dresses at this Adorable Kids location. It was a wonderful experience. The selection is unbelievable, and best of all, the prices are very reasonable. I found the same exact dress from another retailer in Vaughan at 50% lesser and that is their regular price. I am glad we came here. The salesclerk is patient and an expert at what she does. I personally had a great experience today at adorable kids .. as soon as I walked in, I was impressed by their fancy and yet reasonably priced clothes.. they have a big variety and you can almost always find the desired size in stock! Rose was very helpful for me today..she helped me choose the right size for my daughter's baptism dress and also helped me with all the other stuff needed( shoes, headband, and underwear).. thank you Rose! .. This place does not even deserve 1 star. Never in my life have I ever received such atrocious customer service! Called in today to ask about their opening hours for Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Her response was “Good Friday is a stat holiday everywhere is closed” in the most condescending tone ever. I proceed to ask about Easter Sunday hours, she yells back “yes we are open”. I then ask them what are the hours, her response was “regular hours!” If I know what are your hours of operation why would I bother even asking? It’s common sense!!! I then tell her the reason I’m asking is because I don’t know what the hours are, jeez. And GUESS WHAT?!?! She did the utmost disgusting thing a business would do, she texted me on my cellphone “jeez”. LMAO!!!!! Never had I ever had in my life or even known any service industry or business lacking such common business etiquette. Please do us a favor and learn some manners and hospitality! I will not even attempt to come to this store. Please also don’t text me back on my cellphone. DISGUSTING!!!! *I also attached a photo of the text as reference. ***EDIT- from the response of the owner. The damage is already done. No point in trying to publicly salvage your stores reputation on google. The employee can tell you what she likes now because its her words against mines. I am CLEAR of her how she handled the phone call. BTW, google does not update business store hours and are often wrong. I would think two decades of experience in customer service would get you to know this.

The lady was miserable and very rude ! We went to get baptism shoes for my son. My mom went without me and gave my son's foot measurements and she gave us a size that didn't fit. We went to exchange them and of course the policy is that you must exchange and you don't get money back...... So we exchanged for another size and settled on the shoes ( which had dirt on the bottom of the soles)

I love the store and I got an amazing service as well. I went in to buy 2 flower girl dresses. Our first choice was a mint colored dress but was only available in blush. I was ok with blush too. Rose let me took home 2 blush dresses to make sure I have something should the mint will not arrive. Luckily the mint arrived 2 weeks later. She above and beyond for me, even helping me with suggestions how to accessorize my own dress which I brought in for some belts they have in the store. I also ended up buying suspenders and bow ties for the boys. We are now all ready for the wedding. Highly recommend Adorable Kids.

Ordered gloves online and they came in ivory not white. So I contacted the store and facilitated a pickup as the mail would take to long as the picture day for the dance studio is coming very quickly. We were called yesterday that the product was in. So drove 2 hours to get these gloves. The store indicates that it opens at 11am on Thursdays. The store was closed due to emergency repairs... this was posted online, if you have about 30-45 minutes to go looking for it. Nothing was posted on the door. There were people waiting in the parking lot. One couple was waiting for two hours. I called the number on the door, no answer; likely because no one was there. Maybe they could have left something on their messaging system... called the online store and have never dealt with a woman that rude in my life. We drove 2 hours to pick these up. Total waste of time. Total waste of a store front.

We drove all the way from Woodbridge in search of a christening gown that is not overpriced. Based on Adorable Kids website we hoped we could find something and we did not get disappointed.The store was busy with 6 other groups when we got in, we were greeted and given help in spite of how busy it was. I never write reviews but for this I have to. Awful experience. Both times I called the lady was rude and didn't seem like she wanted to help me. I book an appointment, get there and we pick out a dress for our flower girl to try on. We are told she's not allowed because she's a "baby" we aren't allowd to return it if it doesn't fit. So...we buy it based on guessing it fits properly? The lady was miserable and didn't smile at all or was even willing to work with us. I've never had such awful customer service. She didn't seem to care about wanting our business. We went to papparzi in Erin mills town centre where we were actually allowed to try on dresses. We ended up buying there. I wouldn't waste your time with adorable kids. There are tons of other stores that actually act like they want your business.

We came to the store in March for my daughter's First Communion dress, unfortunately, it was cancelled due to covid. I phoned Adorable Kids to see if they will be willing to help me out after many months since we purchased. They gladly said yes to exchange to a larger size. We also bought dress shoes and some accessories after doing the dress exchange. Now my daughter is having her First Communion this Sunday (Thank God). Thank you again Rose for the wonderful service.

After reading the reviews I was little worried to go to store coz lots of people said u have to book appointment or the lady who work there shes rude and lot more but guys it was nothing like that at all .they have very good collection and very good price to .today I went to buy for my daughter cristining dress and I luv the collection and service.both girls where try to help me to select the right combination of hair band, shoes and dress even I wanna change the hair band design they ready to do that .so I m going back there for sure and service specially those girls give that's very good nothing at all rude the way people said.i must recommend everyone.before u try anywhere else plz do check there collection and service .thank u so much girls for ur help keep it up .

I went for my 1 year old and didn't have much choice. But for Baptism there were choices. Many whites. The place needs a little brightening up. The store was not easy to spot.

I took my 3 ring boys to the Adorable Kids in Mississauga to purchase these suit. They are well made and at a fraction of the cost elsewhere. We got everything that we needed, suspenders, extra bow ties and socks. The store can get really busy. We went there early Saturday morning, it was just us in the beginning, then all of a sudden the store got really busy. Sales rep is very attentive no matter how busy it got. We were out of there in an hour. They are really efficient. It also helps that the place is sectioned with ample fitting rooms. I highly recommend Adorable Kids for all your boys tuxedos and suits for your wedding.
