We were referred to Promark by DIYA for web design. Mark called us for an initial consultation and we explained to him what we would like in a website. Before speaking to Mark, we had been overwhelmed about websites and thought it is a lot of work to put one in place. However, it was a smooth process. The website was built on time and with all the information we provided them. If we needed any revisions or wanted to add something, they responded immediately. Cheryl did all the necessary testing. They were flexible, easy to work with, upfront, and honest. There were no hidden fees and all fees were communicated upfront. Once the site was up, Mark called us to go over it with him. We did. However, we still sent him revisions later on. Those were addressed immediately. We would absolutely recommend these guys to businesses especially small & new businesses. I can't believe the value for how much I paid. The website is as nice as (or nicer) than those I saw on the portfolios of other web deigners that quoted 10 times the price for the site! I love the fact that it was an all-inclusive package with hosting and domain, and they take care of updates and everything else. I barely had to do anything in the entire process other than email them our logo, and email some adjustements to the text they wrote. I wish I had found Promark a year ago. My customers have been very impressed with the look of the site, which is the most important part!
