Working with Tom and the team at Top Shelf Media for the past 6 months has been an absolute delight! We decided to make a developer switch at a risky time for our company and Top Shelf Media came highly recommended to us. They made the transition seamless which was a huge concern of ours as our eCommerce store was already live and we could not afford any down time. Not only did they quickly solve our sites existing issue caused by the previous developers but they had new fresh ideas for the design, functionality and overall improvement of our users experience. A massive bonus was the surprisingly low cost for the redesigns and new coding Top Shelf performed. We had wasted a lot of web development budget with the previous guys and were very worried about what a redesign might cost. We still ended up coming in under our original budget! Top Shelf is very organized from end to end. They outline all of the work you require in a comprehensive proposal with broken down price points for each piece of work corresponding to the estimated time. This kind of transparency is invaluable (the other guys used buckets of times allotted for coding so we never had any idea if we were getting what we paid for). Top Shelf also did outstanding work with our SEO! Again they were very transparent with their plan to get us to a top ranking position on Google. What a relief this was for us as we had little knowledge about how this all worked and if you have ever tried to do some research on SEO, you know it can be very overwhelming especially with all of the conflicting information and unscrupulous "cheap SEO" ads out there. Long story short Top Shelf is professional, organized, prompt, innovative, hard working and their design work is as clean and fresh as it gets. We only came for an emergency fix on our site but they ended up becoming a part of the team. We do all of our IT work through Top Shelf and communicate with them daily. Don't waste your time and money going to the "other guys" first.
