We had previously used Bubble Up to rebrand our website last year and were very happy with the modern image they created and the positive feedback from our clients. Touchwood had recently moved our showroom to a new address in September and thought we would try Bubble Up's Print Division to produce new business cards for us. I met with Angie and we discussed a new image for the cards, a modification of the logo and the paper weight and gloss for the new cards. I found Angie very easy to deal with. She was prompt getting pricing and proofs back to me and I was very impressed with Angie's knowledge of the print world and her creative advice. Since then, we have used Bubble Up to produce note pads and our Xmas Cards. We experienced the same excellent service each time. Had a horrible experience with this company, the company I work for had Bubble Up drop our website for over 10 days without being told or having it explained as to why, we didn't receive a discount for this, and when asked to have our website transferred to another company they wouldnt release it until 3 months later only after threatening to kill our website completely. Horribly experience with dealing with them, do not recommend to anyone
