All the staff here are beyond amazing and extremely compassionate!! Dr. Farag takes his time without recommending unnecessary costly treatments, and he actually listens to our concerns unlike a lot of other clinics we’ve been to in the past. His check ups are always very through and he asks all the right questions to get to the root of the issue. He has always been so sweet to our Zoë Jack terrier mix, who is a rescue and therefor a HUGE nervous Nelly. But I can tell she really enjoys his company and for that, I will be forever grateful. Thank you to everyone who have made Zoë and I feel so welcome!

The people that run this clinic and the service they provide is quite exceptional, but it comes with quite a steep price. Their heartworm medication alone for example will run you over $270. So, if you got deep pockets.. ????‍♂️

also actually sorry forgot this too. I did not yell at them until I was on the phone with them, after my dog died. when they hung up on me. before then, I never yelled at my partner. the vet made a sextist remark, that both my partner and I disliked. he made a judgment on our relationship and he doesn't even know us. it was weird. we never yelled at him in front of his staff when I found out my dog was dying. and to say I was inconsolable... my dog of 13 years was dying. yes. I'm gonna cry. if you can't handle that , don't be a vet. get a new job. I never yelled at anyone ever until they let my dog suffer. I yelled at the secretary over the phone when my dog was dying in my arms. 4 hours after taking her home from the vet. after they told us she would be fine for days and I wanted to call in the morning to put her to sleep so she wouldn't suffer. as per they said. they said to wait, they said to take her home and make her happy for one last day. they said to get all her loved ones over . they are lying.

If you’re looking for a vet for your pet, this is the clinic to go to. Dr. Farag and the staff are very welcoming and they are very helpful with any concerns you may have. I’ve been bringing my Maltipoo lily for 9+ years and recently admitted my 6 month old morkie Yoko. With their incredible hospitality, I referred 3 of my family/friends to come to this clinic. I received positive feedback from them and they are very glad to have chosen this clinic. I would highly recommend coming here!!

Today morning I took our family kitten for the vaccinations and general check up and I was so pleased with the service and attention to our Champ. We used to take our kitten to other vet clinic, however after each appointment he was very miserable and would cry out all the way home. At Lennox Animal Hospital Champ felt so comfortable because he was handled with care and was happy to receive some treats:). He did not cry when he received his shots and felt at ease throughout examination. I was very happy how nicely doctor and attended to our animal. The receptionists are very friendly and explain all needed for the future procedures. Also, I liked the transparency regarding the cost of clinical services. You can choose what fits your budget and at the same time your animal will get the needed care. From now on this will be Champ’s animal hospital for years to come. ????????

I took my dog in since he was having trouble with his stomach for a week, not able to eat etc. Dr. Farag got to the root of the problem, and my lil pup was able to recover in less than a week! So happy with the care & service.

They're very good at making sure that my pup is ok and healthy, I love the fact they send a yearly reminder about the annual exams and vaccinations. They have all kinds of services, including boarding which is very convenient but unfortunately the only thing they can't do is board big dogs because of the limited space.

He hasn't become calloused in his years of professional practice, and seems to treat each animal like his own. They let us down and led us into a whole traumatic experience with our dog which could have been preventable had they actually used common sense and their eyes (pray that they know how to use them) to see that our dog was suffering, couldn’t even walk herself out of the clinic. Sent her home. She should have painlessly humanely been euthanized. Not sent home where she wouldn’t even make it through the night. Unnecessary trauma. Thanks Lennox!

So many of my friends come here for their pets and we all have the same great experience. The staff is really friendly and will try to work around your schedule if something comes up and they have the capacity to accommodate you!

This place has wonderful staff, and a very caring and knowledgeable vet in Dr Farag. Our cat got very sick just after moving into the area, and we chose this clinic after reading so many great reviews online - I'm so glad we did. Dr. Farag kept my cat's file on his desk and called daily for over 2 weeks straight so we could adjust treatment as soon as needed. He very thoroughly explained all test results and possible treatments, as well as costs, and consistently reviewed the file to ensure diagnosis didn't change as we saw successes and failures while trying different treatments. He and the entire staff genuinely cared about mine and my cat's well-being.

I don't recommend this place, the prices are so high and they try to make you buy stuff your dog doesn't need. Our dog was sick we take it here, first visit $600. Blood work done, Was Saturday, well maybe they charge as emergency, 2 visit they want to do a XRays for 600+ dlls plus 300+ on medication, and He was talking about Surgery Wow no way. I call a friend she recommends me another veterinarian, we take our dog there. Is a really good clinic and the Vet really care about the dogs. my dog get the meds really needs, today she is up and down. And we pay only $140. No XRays no surgery need it or extra-medication and no BS. So my personal experience on this clinic was really really bad.

doing this again because you said my review was full of inconsistencies when yours was the one full of lies. and you didn't give my sister the Notes I asked for yesterday so now it's our word. you're a liar. so many things I won't even get into but please, everyone, look at all the other one star reviews. they WILL make your animal suffer. I would have done anything for my dog. I kept being told things weren't urgent. WE KEPT asking for ultrasounds and when we should do an xray, they kept saying in the future maybe in 10 to 30 days when she's better. they're lying. I have taken my dog to so many life saving surgeries so many times. they are lying. they are malicious people in it for they money.

I brought my pregnant dog to this vet for a checkup as she was a couple days part her due date The Vet examine my dog check her temperature then said she was fine, as we were about to finish the visit my dog leak some dark greenish liquid on The examination table the vet said we should take her home immediately and monitor her because this is a sign she’s going into labour now. The part that’s breaking my heart is at that moment of the examination my baby had already lost her puppies inside she was suffering at nights she would cry because of the pain she was in, at home we kept monitoring her well because we thought the professional knew what he was doing. Couple days later still no progress my gut keeps telling me something is wrong so we took her to another animal hospital . They had to perform an emergency c-section because they found no blood circulation upon doing the ultrasound. She lost all 4 of her pups and her womb she will never be able to have babies again all because of the malpractice of a veterinarian whom we trust with our beloved pets daily. Our pet was in front of this doctor with her dead pups inside her while he sent us home for a week. But thank god she’s alive and recovering from this ordeal. I hope no one will ever go through the pain and suffering as my family and I went through this will forever scar my kids and be a tragedy for us, People like this only care about their monetary gains and NOT about animals. every time I look at my dog now I cry, can you imagine a human being having dead babies inside for a week imagine the pain that’s what this so called veterinarian put my pet through PAIN & SUFFERING all because he missed diagnosed our dog such a RECKLESS and unprofessional facility please don’t go here save yourself the trauma .

I Have to say, that this place truly understood my emergency. Dog got hit by a car, came in and without having to think about it, they checked put my dog. It unfortunate that my dog didn’t make it. But they were extremely caring and helpful. Will definitely recommend. Don’t think I’ll be getting a dog anytime soon. Buy you never know. Thanks again!

I'm glad I came here for my new kitten! They were so attentive and nice, I felt welcomed as a client here! They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had for my kitten whether it was in person or on the phone. It's easy to make an appointment online on their website and you can check in with them on the phone if they have not contacted you about your appointment request. I know my kitten was giving them a hard time during the check up and the testing for immunodeficiency and viruses but they did their best and continued to give the loving treatment for my kitten, thank you for handling her with care. Along with the diagnosis, the results came pretty fast, I think it was the same day I took her to her appointment. As well as the worms test, it came faster than my own results for worms. They explained the prices and services that they gave for my kitten so I wouldn't be overwhelmed with the bill and asked if these services were ok to give for my kitten before they did them so they're not money hungry like the people who gave a bad review said. The prices were as expected in my opinion (around $300 including tax for new client check up, immunodeficiency + viruses test + worms test) and more expensive than the vet that I went to at first but with the treatment and care that I received just on this one appointment, it made me want to be a loyal client here at Lennox. Here is a picture of my kitten, Buwan at Lennox Animal Hospital, we're excited to be back again!

We just moved into the area and first went to this vet as our dog got in contact with a Racoon so we were scared of rabies etc. The vet was super patient and friendly, staff were knowledgeable and on top of it and even Phone us after to follow up to check our dog to make sure everything was ok. Prices for everything is fair and is comparable to our last vet. We now have this vet as our primary vet for our annual check ups!!

I don't know what to say. short story, they let my dog suffer. she was extremely ill. they kept telling me to starve her until she ate her own food, until she got too sick for that. then we had to give her so many pills she couldn't keep down. we kept being told it wasn't urgent. we could wait for diagnostic tests. we brought her in 4 times in the span of 2 weeks. every time she was "okay". she's gone. they told me she had more days and to call to put her at peace soon but 4 hours after taking her home from her diagnostic she died in pain. she hadn't hadn't the same since the anesthesia for her ultrasound. they hung up on me when I told them what happened.

I couldn't get in to see my regular vet on short notice and came here, it was close to home. It was clean, welcoming and everyone was so nice and supportive. The vet was wonderful and told me all the options and costs. I found the costs same as or cheaper than my previous vet and did not feel pressured to do anything. Got the blood work results the next day even though not guaranteed. Email the results and called me to review them. They have better hours and closer location. I have a new vet!

The follow up call was very prompt as well. The wait time was rather long as i walked in but if you make an appointment it could be better? The Lennox animal hospital team has been my absolute favourite animal hospital. Dr. Farag and the team have been so amazing. They did everything they could to save my dog’s life and because of them, my dog is alive and healthy! Dr. Farag would actually call once in a while to check up on my dog to see how he is doing. I’ve never had any other vets from other clinics do that. It just goes to show how much the team cares for your pet. I couldn’t ask for a better team to look after my dog (and future pets!)

I have been to several different animal hospitals over the course of the last 4 years, as I have been moving a lot. And nowhere else but at Lennox have I seen such compassion and professionalism that I won't hesitate coming back. I have a cat with a chronic condition, and I have been bringing him to see Dr. Farag. He got better pretty fast, and I think will get even better! I am a very sensitive person when it comes to animals so it means a lot to me. Dr. Farag explained all the bloodwork results in great details, explained what medication is what for exactly, even drew some pictures to help me understand :) The nurses were also very helpful and friendly. They patiently answered my million questions, and helped me bring my kitty and his food to the car. It's a very high standard of care. I felt very much taken seriously, understood and listened too. When I had to re-order the cat's food, they called me when it was ready the next day and brought it right to my car. Anyway, long story short - it's a great place where great people work - very professional, understanding and caring. I would not hesitate recommending Lennox Animal Hospital to anyone - I am very thankful to all the staff for doing their job so well! (Plus, in the middle of the pandemic, lol)))

I want to start off by saying the Vet himself is amazing. By far the best vet I’ve ever encountered in 15 years. However, the staff is TERRIBLE. They are unprofessional, disorganized, rude, and lack proper communication. I have been trying to book a grooming appointment for my dogs since November and have been given the run around for MONTHS regarding how to book, the groomers availability etc. I was told on several occasions my dogs have been on a waitlist since JANUARY. It’s now May, and as you can imagine my dogs fur is LONG and it’s HOT. But because we were happy with our grooming last time, we wanted to keep our dogs who suffer from anxiety with a groomer who they were comfortable with. Every single time I call, it’s a different date being given. From May 18, to May 26th and now June 30th. And when I mention this the staffs first defence is always I DONT KNOW WHO YOU SPOKE TO.... there are NOT that many front end staff to ‘not know who it was’. Anyway, I asked to speak to a manager and a lady named Stacey came on the phone who let me know that there’s nothing she can do aside from give me a cancellation appointment because they’ve been PRIORITIZING NEW dog grooming appointments (dogs who have never been) over EXISTING patients and waitlist patients.............. imagine after 8 MONTHS! That my dogs have been waiting. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! The WORST I have ever experienced. When I first started coming here, there was different front end staff and they were amazing. On top of appointments with amazing communication. This is extremely disappointing to my family because we really liked the Vet but his unprofessional and disorganized staff is NOT WORTH IT. This is also NOT the first time having an issue with the front end staff regarding appointment communication. You try to give them the benefit of the doubt and they aren’t deserving of it. Wouldn’t recommend. Especially not as a paying customer.

Best veterinary hospital by far in all of Toronto. I have been taking my cat to another clinic in the Scarborough area and was not happy with them. I wanted to give Dr Farag a try and was extremely happy that I did. I went in for a second opinion for my cat and Dr Farag discovered that my cat has a heart murmur. The other clinic did a full checkup on my cat and didn't even discover this. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic. It's very clean and the staff are all so Friendly and make you feel welcome. They also take the time to do follow up phone calls to check on your pet. All the 1 star ratings are fake, do not believe them. This will be my new go to vet from now on. We need more clinics like Lennox.

Dr. Farag came as a recommendation and I liked him, until I realized he does not care about the dogs or humans paying the bills- he told me my dog needed immediate surgery on a skin mass on his ear to test it- worked up a $1500.00+ quote only to let me know a day prior to surgery that testing it wasn't part of the quote.... Why would I remove it not to find out what it is? I would like my doctor to be interested in finding out what it is too- He claims immediate surgery, only to set up 6 days later, if it's an emergency, let me know your busy, but recommend me somewhere else.... I cancelled the appointment without an explanation to the doctors assistance and he never even called to see why or if I want to reschedule. Two other vets gave me completely opposite opinions and saved me a lot of money and my pup a lot of pain. Never again money hungry Dr. Farag!!!!

The staff is very friendly and polite, and the place is very clean, as well as the prices are good. The vet was thorough in his examination and was so gentle and kind to my puppy. I am very impressed with them overall, and I have definitely found the vet my dog will be going to.

I give them ZERO STARS. If you love your animal, then DO NOT let Dr. Farag touch them. He gave my cat an injection in his hind leg and immediately after that, my cat couldn't walk properly any more. He kept walking sideways and sometimes his leg was paralyzed and dragged his leg. He was never right after that. It broke my heart. I took him back to see what happened but Dr. Farag didn't take any responsibility or do anything about it. He didn't even look when he was giving him the shot! It doesn't seem like he really cares about animals. The place is dirty and expensive but I didn't think about that. I just cared about my cat and his well being which is more than I can say about them. I wish I had read reviews first before going there. :( I highly suggest you take them to Central Vaughan Animal Hospital if you want to keep your pet alive and healthy. Anywhere is better than Lennox!

The assistants and the groomer were very warm and friendly. The Vet himself was standoffs and our dog felt the vibe. We also didn't like the way the Vet practically forced antibiotics on us for a simple cut, it came off quite forceful and domineering.
