I called today to inquire about details and costs for spaying a dog. I was informed that until you schedule and pay for an initial visit, they won't even give an estimate on the procedure. Needless to say, we'll be going elsewhere and I would suggest you do the same with a business capable of being more up front.

Where is the compassion? These people are only after money! They don’t care about you or your pets! During this pandemic, most of us can’t get to the vet often. I have been taking my pets there since they were babies and because I missed just one appointment, I was told I had to pay a fee and then they told me that because it’s been awhile, I could no longer bring my pets there at all!! And you call this a community veterinarian service. It’s an absolute joke! Don’t waste your time and money!

I tried to get my elderly animal care, here. There was an unfortunate situation that happened for which the staff apologized to me for. So in the future, I would consider going there. But ongoing training of empathy for the support staff is needed. They did apologize, very genuinely though. So I forgive them.
