Here you will see all the feddbacks of people like you who consumed the products and services of Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital (Veterinarian) in the area of York Factory (Canada).
At present the business receives a rating of 4.4 out of 5 and that score has been based on 99 reviews.
As you can see its rating is high, and it is founded on a very large number of opinions, so we may conclude that the evaluation is very faithful. If many people have bothered to evaluate when they are satisfied with the business, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place evaluations when they are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Veterinarian belongs to the category of Veterinarian.
The price was so good for 2 cats (yearly shots) that I was suspicious but everything was really good! The Dr. talked me through what he was doing and right there gave me the looks good or a bit heavy (I have chubby cats). He answered all my questions and and never made me feel like they were silly or a waste of his time. As far as simple check up and annual shots 5 star definitely
Took my Dog here when she got really sick. Staff are super friendly and took amazing care of her despite her aggression towards strangers. Thank you!
Thank you so much Dr. Mohinder for your love and compassion you give to our adorable animals. I will surely recommend your animal hospital to my other friends. You guys are doing a great job. Thanks once again.
Best vet ever!! I had so many questions when I first called and they were polite, patient and helped answer all my questions with such professionalism. Even with covid going on, they were so efficient. The vet I used to go to, my dog was always nervous and never wanted to go. Here, she was wagging her tail and walked it like it was her own home and happy to go in. Highly recommended!
Dr Mandeep is excellent, he was very professional and explained in great detail what he felt was happening to my sweet dog, Athena. He recommended a specialist to look her over and gave me good advice so we could better understand how to make her better. I appreciate his advice and looking forward to her speedy recovery!
I normally don't write reviews but for this team I had to. Dr. Priyanka Mensinkai and her team are amazing. My pooch (6yrs - Bichon) has a liver shunt by birth and I am trying my best to keep him going with a holistic approach. Compared to other veterinaries who would only give you a solution for surgery but not guaranteed or with risks, this place has never forced us into us. They have supported my holistic approach and together to monitor my pooch on a monthly/quarterly basis and to offer care, supplements, tests and to keep me on top of his health to keep him going. This really means a lot to have your pooch around you to our best we can. Dr. Priyanaka and Dr. Kauldhar are very knowledgeable in both western and holistic approaches. They go beyond when my pooch fell apart once due to a sedation for ultrasound scan. This team went above and beyond to hospitalize him and monitor under their care for days and to keep me posted via emails while I was at work and to provide emotional support, that I won't forget ever, me and my pooch are always grateful to this team. I highly recommend this place for reasonable costs and best care. Keep up your good work!
I have been going to this vet for 2 years now. Their service is exceptional. Everyone is kind and the doctors are patient and transparent.
Vet assistants were very patient and nice with my big and a bit stubborn dog. Dr. Priyanka is amazing. Will definitely recommend Hwy 401 Pet Hospital .
Quiet clinic, not overly crowded with patients. Staff were relatively well organized and my cat was handled with care. I brought a cat that I had picked up off the streets to find out information about her. They were able to determine her sex, that she did not have a microchip and that she was declawed!
They saved our cat's life in an extremely dire situation. This Vet Clinic is the best we've visited, took amazing care of Beau (our cat) and the costs were low considering the circumstances. They took into account our financial situation and helped the best they could to save our cat. Beau had an extremely bad blockage in his Urethra when we arrived at the vet. At home we noticed him being in severe pain when trying to pee and got him to the vet as soon as we could. It turns out we were still too late and the blockage was so large they couldn't simply drain the blockage out, despite their best efforts. So we needed to now decide on the next solution which was a Perineal Urethrostomy surgery which we were warned is surgery with risks and requires taking good care of Beau and some special needs after the surgery. Beau would die without draining out his bladder and getting this surgery, so without hesitation we shortly had his bladder drained and the next day he was given the PU Surgery. Dr. Chaudhary did an amazing job with the surgery, he was happy to tell us it was a success and Beau survived the surgery and with proper care (from us) just needs to make it through the recovery process. It's now been about 6 weeks since the surgery and Beau is back to his old self post surgery. This vet did an amazing job saving our cat, advising us of the financial requirements of the solutions carefully and were very considerate with our situation. The doctor went above and beyond, helping us save money where we could and tried all solutions where possible. On top of that, the cat is now doing amazing - he's energetic, playful and completely back to his old self. We honestly didn't know if he'd bounce back after all of this, but he's just ecstatic to be back with his family and all better. Thank you again to Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital, we've been to a few vets in our lives but this one had some of the best service and understanding Vets we've ever worked with.
These people nickel and dime you, then send your pets home to die. Don't come here for critical care or any semblance of a proper diagnosis.
The staff here always show my cat so much love and care even though he can be sassy and a-bit of a drama king lol! Thank you for all that you do! ????
We primarily deal with Priyanka, and she’s an amazing vet. It’s unfortunate she only works there part time.
Peanut had her spay done at Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital and it was a great experience. She is home now resting and already feeling more like herself. I would highly recommend this vet!
I took my cat to this hospital for about 3 - 4 years, I had a persian cat with a lot of different problems, I was going at least 5-10 times a month, they are really supportive, nice and cooperative, I've been to many different vet clinics but definitely this place is one of the best. Dr. Mensinkai was one of the nicest and best vets that I've ever met. now my cat passed after a long fight with many big problems such as chronic kidney disease and after all I just want to thank all the crew there who were always nice and supportive during our big fight. best of luck.
I tried to book an appointment with them a few days ago. After confirming the surgery price with them 3 times, I arrived to find out they had added $150 to my bill for no reason. They said it was for the "bloodwork" but I had informed them that the original price I was given included the bloodwork. The only thing the owner said was, "that was our mistake, so now you owe us the rest". He did not even bother trying to sound interested. So unprofessional and rude. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
Good staff and doctors and they don’t try to “upsell” constantly which is rare. Hope to bring our pets here for many years.
Everyone is so incredibly friendly here! Our dogs get so much love and great affordable care here. I've found it extremely difficult to find a Toronto vet that I was happy with. I'm so glad I finally found these guys. Highly recommend!
Doctor seemed really friendly and nice. But the secretary was standoffish. Asked simple questions if puppy was ok and did ok for the shots and stuff and she was just rude with the responses like she didn't wanna answer. Also when I had called to set an appointment she had hung up and never called back. I had to call back.
Best Vet Hospital I have ever Dealt with, compassionate, caring and Honest, many times they could have took advantage of me and my dogs and they always chose the Honest route...very impressed! Unfortunately we have to move far away so I would like to say thank you for everything from Shawn, Gucci, Chloe!
I have had a dog ever since I was a child, so I have a fair idea of how they work and what to expect in a vet. This vet clinic meets and exceeds all those expectations. My current dog is a 17-year old rescue dog who was horribly abused the first year of her life so she does not trust anyone, barely trusting me after giving her 15 years of love and care. She is an extremely intelligent dog, too intelligent sometimes, but she does have the patience of a gnat. The gang at 401/Warden not only give her great care, but they are sensitive to her special needs and understand her limitations. I can honestly say, without any doubt, this is the best veterinary clinic I have ever witnessed and I can highly recommend them.
My anxious cat has never liked going to the vet, but Dr Chaudhary and the staff just have such a great and calm demeanour that going to the vet is not a stressful event anymore.
They are wonderful doctors who truly care about your pet's well being. Not expensive. Will advise all costs before procedures. Will work out a payment plan if needed. Love the care and attention they give to my 2 cats!
Caring staff, always making sure my cat is comfortable. Always get back to me with results the same day or following day. When my cat hasn't been feeling well they make sure to call and check up on him. Recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a new or better vet.
I took my 6 year dog Audrey to this hospital for a possible sprain/fracture wrist. Every one was very friendly and extremely resourceful. Dr is really thoughtful and showing caring toward my baby girl. Definitely an animal hospital to be recommended.
I love these guys! Super nice and very reasonable about treatments. We don't live near here (Finch Station) but still make the drive over because it has been such a great experience for the last 4 years. HIGHLY recommend if you're looking for a vet!
I absolutely love and adore having Hwy 401 and Warden as the vet clinic for my 4 cats. I trust and believe wholeheartedly in everything that is done for them/to them and I know that when I walk out the door, Birdie, Duckie, LuciFur and JeniFur are in incredible hands getting the absolute best care possible. The doctors are by far, the most honest, sweetest, and caring human beings I have had the honour and privilege of knowing. The staff is thoughtful, attentive, responsive, and beyond caring with my kitties. I am truly blessed to have the clinic looking out for my babies. Thank you for all you do, the reasons you do it, and the way you do it. You are appreciated more than words can express.
They take good care of my simba.
After years of searching for a good vet I can happily say we have found the right one. We have been visiting the 401 & Warden Pet Hospital for a year now and we cannot be any more pleased. The staff is friendly and extremely informative. Most recently our little one underwent a terrifying operation, which with the help of Dr. Chaudhary, Dr. Mensinkai & all of the awesome vet techs went so smoothly. The staff is caring and makes sure not to "oversell" you with band aids, letting you know all of the options you have while still remaining affordable. After procedures they call you to check in periodically to make sure your little one(s) are doing fine. Thank you again everyone at the 401, we really appreciate everything you've done for us and are excited by our visits because it truly means learning about our loved ones rather than being kept in the dark while procedures are done (which we have experienced before.)
Always satisfied with services and care provided by them
Brought my dog in to check a growth in the front of her mouth and for 45 minutesin the cold. With out even looking the doctor immediately started recommending dental cleaning with no mention of the growth until I brought it up
Probably the most expensive clinic I've been to and I have visited quite a few around the GTA.
Brought my cat in for a spay as well as my dog in for an expression. The Doctors and staff were wonderful and gave me all the information I needed to make the correct decisions for my pets health. Even with Covid happening its nice to know I can rely on them to look after my pets!
This Vet saved my brother's dogs life! They took her in immediately put her on I.V. and treated her for 3 days, Thank u so much for saving Daisy's life, I Highly Recommend This Place Over All
Great doctors and support staff, they care about the animals and are very gentle in how they handle them as well. Got my cat her shots here, spayed here as well. Very pleased so far.
Dr. Priyanka is very knowledgeable and caring towards my Roxy. She was referred to me by my friend and now my brother goes to her as well for our pet’s medical needs. Keep up the amazing work!!!
Went there today because my puppy had diarrhea and was vomiting. Filled out the initial paperwork and was immediately seen by the vet. She was super nice and very generous with her knowledge on digestive problems. She was also very understanding of our situation as we still had a waiting period before our pet insurance kicked in. Suggested special puppy food and some probiotics and to monitor if his condition worsens. As I just got my puppy a few weeks ago, and moved to Scarborough a few years ago, I was still “shopping” around for a vet. Their exam fee of $35 is the cheapest in the city! Nice clean facility, friendly staff, knowledgeable doctors, easy to find location (accessible by TTC too)...I am happy to have found the perfect vet for my little Fletcher! Got a follow up call today too coz they were checking to see how my pup is doing! Such excellent customer service and my pup was seen by Dr. Mesinkai- she was super nice and caring! ????????
They are super friendly, take covid seriously, and gives the best care for my pets needs.
Please, do not hesitate to bring your pet here if you're reading this! I was in the exact same situation of trying to find the best hospital to bring my Pomeranian to and I am beyond grateful that I found Warden Pet Hospital even though it was in a state of emergency. It is because of the wonderful, kind, talented and caring staff here that my 15 year old Pomeranian Ginger is back to her normal, energetic, happy self. After going through a horrible night of her shifting from shivering to panting, we knew we had to get her seen. I had called to about 4 different hospitals, each with the same response of varying high prices JUST to have her seen and not much else to say. After finding them on google and reading all the amazing reviews, I decided to call. Just the phone call here was enough to let me know that we should take her here. They were so so kind and reassuring and right away they asked what was wrong and told me to take her in that day, I was so happy to hear that the examination price was much more affordable. The office itself is very clean and every single person working here is so welcoming. We ended up finding out that she had a urinary infection and a tumor that needed to be removed as soon as possible. They explained all the costs and risks that were included in the surgery and even told us that the doctor was willing to come in early the next day to perform the surgery because of the urgency of the situation. After surgery, they were beyond helpful in terms of recovery and how to go about caring for her during. The doctors did an amazing job and Ginger is back to her playful, happy self. Thank you so so much to all the kind ladies working in the front who talked to me in each appointment, gave attention to Ginger and who called just to know how Ginger was doing, and thank you so so much to the doctors who did an incredible surgery assuring everything went smoothly. I truly cannot thank you all enough!
My dog Jesse has been going there since he was a pup very clean, friendly service, and resonable prices.
Surgery for my brother's Jack Russell was horrific and performed without care. During the shaving procedure they nicked him and caused him to have 2 extra stitches. Now my brothers Jack Russell is in deep pain daily
A true life saver! When my cat became sick very quickly they were able to take me in right away and get her the surgery she needed at a very reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and quick to respond. Dr. Ghods in particular was a huge help.
I had a wonderful experience at Warden Pet Hospital! Dr.Bangar and his staff always greet me with a smile and put my pet first! Exceptional service!
We have been taking our dog here for a few years now, and we love it! My dog gets very nervous when he goes to the vet and the staff are always understanding and accommodating. Whenever we bring him there I know he is in safe hands. Prices are reasonable as well.
Few days ago, I took my puppy Rocky to this clinic for vomiting, I found this clinic and staff very professional , knowledgeable and they answered all my questions. Very affordable prices too. Dr. Kauldhar explained blood results thoroughly. My puppy has stopped vomiting. I was so happy when the clinic called me next day to follow up. I am so happy with the services of this clinic. Honestly, I feel sorry for some people who have written bad things about this clinic. I would strongly recommend this place.
I have been taking my 3 dogs here for year's now and was happy until my most recent experience I took one of my dogs in with an ear haematoma and was quoted $600- $700 for surgery. After doing blood work the vet called me with the results and could not explain to me what anything meant and when I asked about her ear he had no idea what I was talking about because he wasn't the vet that had seen my dog and the vet who had seen her didn't put any notes on her file. great! so I call to book her for surgery everything is set no issues until I go to drop her off and was told "oh there is no quote in the system we will call you before surgery" I receive a call to now tell me it will be 720.00 plus tax I asked them to wait and I would call right back, I call the vet I previously took them to only for them to tell me it would be under 500.00 and they could get me in tomorrow, so I call hwy 401 and warden back and tell them I'm coming to pick up my dog, on arrival they now inform me they have already started to sedate her with out my permission and to top it off give me someone else's paper work when I pick her up. I'am beyond disappointed with this vet and I will never leave my dogs in their care again they failed at every step of this process it was such a horrible experience
I have been taking my dog Rover to Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital, staff is very welcoming , warm . Doctors have always been very amazing, knowledgeable & compassionate . They always take time to address concerns. I always feel very comfortable, Rover loves the place. Thank you for taking care of my family member.
Excellent professional team. We are taking our Cleo since 2013. Cleo feels very comfortable the way they handle her.
I’m writing this review with a heavy heart. I had a nursing cat and her 2 young kittens who appeared to be 2-3 weeks old. One of the kittens wasn’t opening it’s eyes and appeared to have an eye infection. I brought the kitten here right away and after conducting a “wellness exam” the vet told me the kitten “could be blind but not sure.” I questioned how he could even come to that conclusion and if he looked inside the eyes to which he said no as they’re closed. I understand the eyes were closed, hence why I brought the kitten in the first place. He concluded that the kitten was just young and should eventually open its eyes, despite me letting him know her littermate has progressed significantly and had her eyes open. He told me everything with the kitten was fine. The vet assistant called me minutes later and told me the vet had prescribed eye drops but apart from that the kitten looks fine and will be okay. My kitten died 3 days later, likely due to an eye infection which wasn’t taken seriously and potentially due to being underweight - 2 things the vet shouldve pointed out during the wellness exam and taken seriously. Had I consulted with another vet, I’m sure my kitten would still be alive. I wasted $115 and lost a sweet little baby. I will not be returning to this clinic.
I can't say enough amazing things about this clinic. Not only the doctors but the staff are amazing with my dog Hercules. I bring him here for all his veterinary needs and would not change it for anything. I trust them and the prices are affordable.
Many times when I review vet clinics I always see people post about how places kill their animals or charge WAY too much. A lot of times, that's just the nature of the beast when it comes to veterinary care.... If you are seriously considering bringing your pet here PLEASE read this review. I am sure that this is a good clinic most of the time. The reason I am giving two stars today was because when I first came here, the vet was AMAZING. They charge a very very low examination fee compared to other clinics, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining our cat's care to us. My problem with this clinic is that they will not own up to their mistakes. I had my cat come here three weeks ago and the vet recommended a blood panel as a possibility to diagnose my cat's issue. Fair enough, we wanted to wait and see if it would get better with regular medication. So I call the clinic to book an appointment for the blood test. I ask the vet tech over the phone, will I get charged an examination fee for this? No, she says, because it's just the blood. Ok! So I get there and she's looked at by the veterinarian. He recommends prescribing more medication at my request. But then he tries selling me a urinalysis. He says it's to test for certain things. I ask him how likely it is that a urinalysis would catch whatever is causing he issue. Doesn't answer my question. Well we screen for UTIs, crystals, diabetes. Well I reply, she already has diabetes and we know that. He then says it's to see if her diabetes is controlled. I respond that we test her blood levels at home all the time and we KNOW it's controlled. He recommends the urinalysis anyways because..... No idea. The vet tech then recommends having my cat sedated because she is being difficult. Also fair because she can be incredibly cranky. However, the vet tech had the nerve to LIE to me, saying that when she dealt with my cat three weeks prior, she was the same. What she didn't remember however, was that I was present in the room with her when all this happened at her last appointment! I was physically there and she was very compliant when they did procedures on her earlier. I was incredibly shocked that the staff here would try to gaslight me for more money... Wish it ended there but it didn't. I get my final bill and what do I see? An examination fee! So I call and ask, perhaps they made a mistake? Nope, they said that the vet examined her. But I never asked for her to be examined. No one, at any point, told me that there was any sort of examination and that I would have to pay for it. She tries to point to three different times / people that told me (allegedly, according to her). But my fiancee was in the car and also didn't hear anything. To boot, I have the entire conversations recorded because I put the phone on speaker in my car and had my dash cam running.... I go back and check, and nope. Not at ANY point did they say they were doing an exam and I would be charged. It took me twenty minutes of my time to explain to them that had someone, at ANY point during this process (which was nearing and hour and a half at this point) that I would be charged for an examination because that's what their policies were, I would've been like, ok! But the fact that they examined my cat WITHOUT my consent and then had the audacity to attempt to charge me for it? Then to lie to me (inconsistently, I might add) to say that they did? Like any vet clinic they will attempt to sell you stuff you don't need. That's fine, every clinic does that. You run the possibility of them making a mistake. Also fine, it happens. But if they make a mistake they will NOT own up to it, they will lie to you, and they will gaslight you to make it seem like it's YOUR fault. I'm not going to tell anyone to not go to this clinic because I'm sure that some staff here is wonderful, it's just the one harpy I personally dealt with. But if you do, I recommend you to do your research before coming here. It is a bargain, but like everything in life, you will get what you pay for.
Knowledgeable and caring staff. We trust our pets here! Thank you!
Our cat Tommy became very ill and stopped eating. Nothing worked, all the tests came back negative. But Dr Chaudhary’s out of the box thinking gave our cat a new life. We owe Dr Chaudhary. Now Tommy is healthy and loving again. All the staff at 401 and Warden pet hospital have been so caring and supportive. Thank you all????
Wasted my time TWICE. I got a new puppy and called and confirmed 3 times (including booking the appointment) that we would be coming in for a check up to make sure my puppy was healthy and to Post his cropped ears. When I got to the vet I was told that the vet that does the ear cropping isnt there and they wont be able to post the ears for me, after explaining to them that I called 3 times to confirm that his ears needs to be posted I was asked to come back a week later to get my dogs ears posted for FREE. As everybody makes mistakes I gave them a second chance and went back a week later. After I dropped my puppy off at the vet they came back out within 1 min to tell me that the post I did for my puppy at home was good. I asked them why they didnt remove the posts, clean the ears and repost the ears for me and was told that there would be an extra charge for that. I told them that the vet I saw last week told me it was free of charge, and the tech said no there is an extra charge for the ear posting and she would have to talk to the doctor, I told them not to bother as I have wasted enough time with this place. Can't even trust these people to get aligned internally on a small matter like making the correct appointment; definitely cant trust them with my puppy's well-being and life. Will never return here again. A response to your reply below: If what you are saying is true (which it isn't) I would of been told that during my visit and not that if I wanted the ears to be reposted I would need to pay a fee; please stop making excuses for your staffs mistakes. The email was sent to me after I left a bad review to try to justify your wrongdoings. All I got from your email and response below is that you and your team refuses to take accountability for your mistakes. Your team has zero communication skills internally among coworkers and externally toward clients. You have done nothing more than to show that my decision to leave a negative review and never return to your clinic is correct.
Always had excellent caring service.
I was referred to Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital by my friends, I was little hesitant to try a new vet. I took my 14 year old cat Charlie there, was seen by Dr. P Kauldhar, he was very kind, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional. He listened to all my concerns about his increased drinking of water and urinating a lot. He explained to me the significance of running blood and urine test, my poor fur baby was diagnosed with diabetes. Sad for Charlie as he is going to get needles, but very happy with the services, staff is amazing. I would highly recommend this place to others. Forgot to mention , very affordable as well.
They only seem to care about being paid not about looking after my pet.
Great service and staff. My dog, Lady, needed to be seen urgently. The staff booked her right in, and the Vet was able to treat the problem on the spot. They even called the next day to check up on Lady. Highly recommend.
The vet (have forgotten his name) was very thorough in his exam, was friendly, and easy to interact with. The prices are very reasonable (much cheaper than other vets!) and the quality of care seems to be excellent. The reception staff are also friendly and patient with answering questions.
I brought my dog in because she had, had a few accidents in the house (which is not normal for her). The doctor identified a likely cause very quickly and clearly laid out the next steps. He went through each step, telling me the cost, and didn't pressure me to make an on-the-spot decision. It turned out that my dog had bladder stones and I decided to go ahead with the surgery recommended. The surgery was done incredibly well and my dog healed on schedule. The staff was great at answering all of my questions. The cost of the surgery was exactly what I was quoted before hand (no extra, unexpected costs).
Helpful staff when I needed to buy dog food supplies
My first experience with this Veterinary clinic was in 2013 when Toronto Cat Rescue LIED to me about the health and/or condition of the cat I had adopted. So they sent me to this clinic to deal with my cats dental issues and I found them to be very thorough and professional. Then last spring I decided to go back as I knew the same cat needed some dental care, but he had also put on weight and I was beginning to be concerned about it. And additionally I needed to find a regular vet for my two cats anyway. The vet I met was Priyanka Mensinkai and to say this woman is professional and knows her stuff is an understatement!!! She is excellent, completely professional and also very intuitive about her treatment and treatment plans. My younger cat had been putting on weight and needed to be put on a diet, but she also assessed his dental issues and although significant she told me that it could wait until Feb. which is Veterinary Dental month which would save me some money, instead of falsely saying it was urgent just to milk me for more money. And she then referred me to their staff member who specializes in food and nutrition who then in conjunction with the vet designed a diet and monitoring plan for my cat's weight loss plan, all of which there was no additional charge for. So I do not believe the statement made in another review here about just trying to milk clients for excessive fees ONE BIT!! These people are professional and completely honest. So as was discussed with Dr. Mensinkai I brought both of my cats in for general and dental assessments this Feb. This time I ended up being seen by the two owners of the clinic Dr. Mandeep Chaudhary and Dr. Parminder Kauldhar and I found them both to be very professional, kind and compassionate in there care of my animals. I am not one to easily be swayed in forming an opinion and tend to be a bit skeptical in general, but the bottom line on these two is" they genuinely care about your animals" and are not just in it for the money. I know a little about medicine and medical concepts and these guys are very honest and also very thorough in assessing and treating your animals. And after your appointments their staff very promptly follow up with you about any outstanding issues or with information you will need and they DON'T nickel and dime you for every little thing, in fact they do quite a lot in followups at no charge. For example after my cats have healed from there dental work and cleanings they then offer you training on how to brush your animals teeth which will extend the time between required cleanings. So in essence this will cost them money because your animal will require "less" dental care or intervention, but they still do it!!! So it is obvious that their focus is on maintaining your pets health as best as possible and NOT there bottom line. The other thing to consider is that many veterinary clinics now are being bought up by or are under a corporate umbrella and the fees at those clinics are astronomical. This is a privately owned and operated clinic by the vets mentioned above and believe me if you check around you will see that there fees are actually "Extremely Reasonable". So normally I am not one for writing reviews but I would have to say that in this case I could not recommend these guys enough!! EXCELLENT AND PROFESSIONAL
I would give ZERO star if I could to this place and a despicable doctor whose name is Parminder Singh. He knew my pet was suffering and possibly dying and instead of informing me, he took advantage of that and my vulnerability by milking me for aggressive and extremely costly treatments that were only done to worsen my pet’s health condition and accelerate his death. I will not recommend this place with a so called doctor who only cares about his pockets to no one. You may be satisfied with these people until your pet is fine and only needs a regular check up or vaccinations. Wait until your pets is struggling with either simple or serious illness, then you’ll come to know how unprofessional, selfish and greedy some of these doctors are.
I've been to atleast 4 other vet offices in the area before settling on this one. Aside from the fact that their exam fee is only $28.99 (which is AMAZING compared to the 75 bucks charged at other locations), their vets, all 3 of them, are amazing. Their reception staff is super sweet. I experienced quality care at each visit and all the vets took the time to explain and treat my cat....they made me feel like I was in good hands and that they truly wanted what's best for my pet. I didn't feel rushed like I did at other places...the same places that claim higher exam fee is indicative of their quality of care. This is definitely not the case here. Usually I am weary of super low prices...but this office delivers to your pet, compassion, and your pocket. I love my pet and I wouldn't trust anyone else with his care. Thank you 401 pet hospital! Miko and I love your service!
I've been going here for the last 3 years or so and I have nothing but great things to say about the team. I've taken my dog Rocky there since he was a puppy and they've always treated him well. What really stands out to me about this clinic vs. others is how they don't try to upsell meaningless tests/products on you. There's been a few instances where they could've suggested an x Ray or blood work when it wasn't fully needed and they were upfront about it, saying that it's not necessary at that time. I've been to vets in the past that will push meaningless tests on you to scare you into doing what's "best for your dog" and this place is pretty honest with what's important and what's not. Their pricing is also very fair, they charge a very reasonable fee for their services and I couldn't be happier.
Chaudhary& all of the awesome vet techs went so smoothly.
Priyanka and team are among the best! I have never had a dog who was excited to go to the vet and see the amazing team that works here. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough amazing things about this clinic. Not only the doctors but the staff are amazing with my dog Bruno. I bring him here for all his veterinary needs and would not change it for anything. I trust them and the prices are affordable.
My Chorkie Max needed dental surgery which was performed recently and he was looked after amazingly well. They explained the follow up medications so that I could manage his aftercare at home .I do not hesitate to recommend these people to my friends and relatives. Thank you for the care given to Max.
No words can explain how grateful I am of the staff and doctors at Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital!!! Coming from another vet (my cats former clinic), which was a nightmare, and feeling so helpless watching my very sick 2year old cat, I am so thankful I found them. I called around to several vets, each not taking a moment to find out what the situation was, and just out right giving me a price that they would charge, or not having any appointments available. I called Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital, and the receptionist listened and understood the situation and told me that my first step was just to bring my cat in and at least get him checked out. She booked me in for an appointment that afternoon. The vet was able to explain to me what was wrong with my cat, what options I had and even printed out a very detailed list of the costs that I would expect to pay. There was no way that I could afford the service, but the receptionist was able to walk me through the process of applying for Pet care financing. My cat was very dehydrated (since the previous vet knew and did not treat him), the doctor at Hwy 401 Warden gave him fluids under his skin before we left for the evening, since they had to wait for the next day to continue any treatments. The next morning, I brought my cat back and they were able to get him in right away. Every single service that was provided to my cat was explained to me and they even called me during the day to give me updates on his progress. The staff were very caring, patient and honest. Thanks to the lovely doctors, I can honestly say they saved my cat! The care provided was amazing and I'm happy to see that my cat is back to his normal, full of attitude self!
Very compassionate vets and staff. They take the time to listen to concerns and explain everything thoroughly.
We are very thankful to all the staff most especially to Dr.Mandeep Chaudhary for helping our cutiepatootie Foofooli to feel better. They are very kind, sincere and helpful.Excellent customer service. We strongly recommend this vet hospital to all pet parents. We wish you all the best.
We Had our pug here for a medical emergency the staff goes above and beyond to take care of our animals thanks to there expertise in vet care best vet we have had ever they really care about your pets health thanks to all the vets that work there
They fixed my two cats for less than the price of one at other places. They handled the condition of one cat being in heat without any extra fuss or cost. Later I had a cat treated for an eye infection and found them to be professional and fair in pricing. I will not hesitate to go back next time even though it is a long drive for me.
All the staff here are very friendly and you can tell they adore and love the animals that come for their visit. I brought my dog in twice : for a general check up to catch up on her vaccinations and teeth scaling surgical procedure. Both times we were welcomed with kindness and patience. Regarding the teeth cleaning session- dog's teeth was so clean after the procedure and I am very impressed and grateful. They also called me a few days later to follow up. I really appreciate the professionalism and the customer service. This is definitely my go-to place for any of health related care for my dog from now on. I highly recommend this pet hospital.
The before, during and aftercare provided by the vet and staff here are amazing. Dr. Mandeep and staff were instrumental in diagnosing and restoring my cat to good health over the past month. They regularly checked in on her progress and were responsive in every which way possible and I am grateful to them and their skills, and the way they treated the little patient with the utmost care.
Stay away!!! Tried to up sell from the start, didn't appear to care about my dog. The Vet said one thing and the Vet Tech. said the completely opposite thing. Appeared to be more about money than anything else. They got the prescription wrong, gave me too few tablets, tried to charge me the prescription fee TWICE. Would not do anything to remedy the situation. Horrible experience. If I could I would give them less than one star.
Great service for a fare price. Dr. Mandeep is very good and you can see that he definitely care about your pet.
I take my 4 m.o. puppy Brooklyn here. The vet and vet techs take such good care of her she literally gets excited when she sees the entrance door of the clinic. Prices are reasonable and Dr. Mensinkai and the staff are always extremely helpful when answering our many questions.
Caring, knowledgeable staff who we trust our fur babies with!
We have an eight year old Morkie that unfortunately became very ill. He was immediately receiving treatment from our usual vet. Under no circumstance would I blame then but Charlies condition kept deteriorating over the course of several visits in a 3 week period. His weight went from 12 to 8 lbs and he was unable to eat ,was constipated and we were fearful that he would not survive. And then a miracle happened! We were referred to this pet hospital and almost immediately Charlie was on the road to recovery. My original vets have always been great but these vets came up with the solution for this tricky diagnosis and saved my dogs life. They were incredibly nice! Fantastic in every way. And even though the cost was irrelevant were very affordable. I would be an idiot to consider bringing my dogs anywhere else. Thanks so much to the incredible staff at Hwy 401 Warden Pet Hospital
