Very good reviews. Been in business for a long time. I called a lot of places They had a package deal for my grand dog's shots where they bundle a price. $40 cheaper than another vet. You can also use guidelines and accompany your pet inside.

After dealing with several other veterinarians in the area, we decided to make a longer trip to give Hill Street a try. Not only have they taken excellent care of our pets with a genuine love for their job, but the staff is always very helpful and extremely understanding and courteous. And to top it off, the prices are significantly more reasonable than any other veterinarian I've dealt with. The office is a little dated and the parking situation isn't the greatest, but that's being nitpicky. Bottom line, for the price and quality of care that our pets have received, I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, and I highly recommend Hill Street.

This place killed my 6 week old kitten.Friday morning I took him to Hill street for a basic check up. They said he looked great and recommended I deworm him. Trusting them I did just that. Hours later he wouldn't eat or drink and was so lethargic. I took him back to the same vet Friday night who gave him fluid and said he was still fine. Saturday he seemed a bit improved but still so lethargic. Yesterday afternoon he took a turn for the worse. He lost control of his body. Couldn't walk or hold his head up. We rushed him to the emergency vet who administered fluids and informed us Hill steet gave him a dewormer he never should have had. He was not old enough. The 50 cc they gave was twice the amount he should have had and it's primarily used for dogs. Due to this he had a reaction, could not maintain his sugar levels, eat and ultimately suffered from heart failure. This place is all about money , rushing through visits and does not care about the animals. Had it not been for them my sweet kitty would be alive and well:

Great Vet for your pet. They are very friendly to pets, prices are very comparable. Took my 12 week old puppy in for shots and microchip. Service was quick. Although, since Covid hit you have to wait outside for the service to be completed. They come out and get your pet and return your pet when done. The Vet will call you and explain everything that was done during the service and give you the final cost as well.

This is what superb veterinary care looks like! The experience from making the call to get the appointment up and including leaving after check out was flawlessly executed. The ease of making an appointment is hard to beat and appreciated. The actual facility itself is very easy to find with clear signage and plenty of off street parking. The waiting area is large and easy to maneuver with an arm load of pets and all of their supplies. The check-in process for a new patient (actually 3 of them) was efficient and moved along nicely. Once in the back, Dr. Lauren Feroli proves herself to be a skilled clinician. She is able to perform her clinical duties and provide feedback relative to her findings. This was a top notch experience, I am absolutely delighted with the experience and the level of care provide. Clearly, recommended at the highest possible level.

Would never go back to this place again! Took my dog there this morning for open clinic hours, 9 am to 11 am. They told me no appointment necessary, “first come first served”but come early. I got there at 7:10 am with my dog. Finally at 9:10 am someone answered phone & told me I need appointment. I couldn’t get a regular appointment until end of August. I sat in my car for two hours before being told they won’t take me.

Normally I really like Hill Street, but today left a bad taste in my mouth. I was told that there were walk-ins from 9am to 11am. I woke up at 7:30am and showed up at 8:30am to be told that they were at capacity. When I called they never told me that there was a capacity limit. I work 2nd shift and woke up early for nothing.

Free vet visit turned into $130! Nothing wrong with dog jist adopted from SPCA where she had shots and vaccines and also fixed. Papers say she wasnt due for more shots until 2022! It was a terrible experience! The vet, Dr. Elizabeth Valles was very rude and patronizing. I was overcharged for my visit, charging me for services I never received. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk, they just turned a deaf ear. I'd never recommend anybody to take their pets there!

Today I brought a sick chicken from my flock who sadly I ended up choosing to humanely euthanize after going over all of our options. Everyone I spoke to at Hill Street was compassionate and caring. The vet was very informative and made sure I understood all options and outcomes for my girl. Chickens aren’t looked at as pets by most people but they treated her passing no different than if it were a dog or cat. I truly appreciate everything they did for me today.

I took my cat in tge first time to get looked out because she had an infection. The staff was nice and respectful. However a few weeks later i took her in again because she was scheduled to get shots so she could be fixed. I discovered she was pregnant before hand so i asked them to do an xray. Dr. Huan felt her belly and told me she was not then continued to vaccinate her agains my better judgment. However here i am 3 weeks later and my cat just gave birth to her first kitten. That means my cat was around 6 weeks pregnant when i took her. The Doctor should have been able to tell that she was pregnant. Now i have to worry about what sort of problems the kittens will have and what problem she could have during the birth of them. I am never going back there.

AMAZING - so GRATEFUL for Hill St Vet! Long Story short - my cat came home last night (after being out/missing for a day) with a huge wound on her left hip that was bleeding and oozing. I called this morning (a Saturday) and they were able to squeeze me in. They shaved her, cleaned the wound, put her under anesthesia, gave her antiboitics and pain meds, stapled and stitched her (allowed me to see and explain their procedures) and we were out of there in less than an hour. And, for way less than I was prepared to spend!

The staff is sympathetic and the vets do everything they can for the companions that are brought in. My cat was suffering from what we assume was a neurological issue (further testing was out of my budget), they kept him over night and the next morning he began to fade away. I decided the most humane thing would be to allow him to cross rainbow bridge, as they were prepping the room for a final goodbye, Oliver passed away. We had already done the billing though and it included the price of his euthanasia, needless to say they fixed the bill. Don't let the negative reviews keep you from this place, they are angels that made a same-day appointment to see Oliver despite the short notice. I'd like to thank the staff for all their kind words, you can see it in their eyes; when you bring your pet in- that pet becomes part of them too, they feel your pain, they sympathize all the way.
