My initial visit was great.. Until I went to pick up medication for my dog, and the staff poorly handled his medication (it needed to be kept in the fridge, but they left it outside in 30 degree weather for 3 hours).. which lead to my dog’s decline in health. Once I pointed out the mistake, they assured me an investigation would take place.. I followed up 3 times, without any response. Finally, instead of providing me an update, they sent me a letter to find a new vet.

My brother was right, the doctor is the best my dog was hit by a car and sheered his paw to bone. She healed it up perfect. She did surgery and changed his bandages every other day until he was on the right path.

Where do I even begin with this clinic? If I could think of one word that describes not only the clinic as a whole but the dedicated team of professionals that work here it would halfto be Godsend. The tireless dedication of the entire team at Dean Veterinary clinic is astounding. They truly embody the word Vet in its entirety, from initial greeting at the counter alongside the amazing in house staff to the vet techs that complete your initial troubleshooting issues before seeing the doctor right through to each and every doctor in the clinic. They are amazing human beings with hearts of gold. My dog is in love with this Veterinary Hospital and so is my family. We brought our Old English Sheepdog here ever since we got her. It has been a year since that happened and I am blown away by the professional courtesy and genuine love for animals the people that work on this vet have. We occasionally drop off our dog here for boarding and she loves it here. When we pull up in the parking lot, she is dying to get out and pulls on her leash to get into the building faster. My dog is always dead tired after coming here. You can be rest assured this vet is not just in it for the money, they care for these animals as if they were their own. We brag about them whenever any one asks us to recommend a vet. One of the best decisions i have made when i got our first family pet is choosing Dean Veterinary Hospital. I am a customer for life.

Dr Dean and her staff are the most compassionate people I've ever met In September I had to put my German Shepherd Roxy down ???????? She was with me every day and everywhere I went for 9 years 4 months and 22 days I miss her so much she'll always be in my heart The staff comforted me through this hard time and made it as stress-free for Roxy as they could I highly recommend Dr Dean to anybody who's looking for a vet especially if you have a German Shepherd

The staff are so friendly and caring. I find I dislike a lot of vets offices because it feels like the business side of things is more important and my pet feels like a number to them. Completely the opposite here. The staff seem to know the patients and animals who come in quite well and they're very no nonsense. They genuinely care about the animals and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet in the area.

My brother recommended this veterinarian to me and let me tell you he was right - Dr. Dean and staff were absolutely wonderful on our first visit! I took my cat for a quick check up as I had some concerns over his hair & skin; prior to our visit they requested my cats medical records from his previous vet, they didn't require my involvement in any of that which was amazing. From the moment I handed my cat off at the door I knew he was in good hands - obviously due to COVID I could not go in, but I got a call from Dr. Dean right away and she was extremely thorough explaining her examination and her suggestions. She gave me multiple options and pros/cons for each. She was also clear with pricing although I have to say for once after a very long time I felt my cat was being cared for and there were no intensions of it being a money grab or sell me anything that was not necessary. She was patient and took time in talking to me and did not rush me through the process - she also gave me a step by step as to what they will be doing during my cats visit. If you're looking for a caring and knowledgeable vet, this is the place. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Dean is one of the best veterinarians I have ever gone to. She is a wonderful lady and does amazing work. I had my mini pig spayed and there isn't a scar. On top of that she is always happy to share information and her expertise. If I lived closer I would go to her for all of my animals' needs. But I only trust her when it comes to important medical matters. Thank you once again for your wonderful service and we will definitely be back!

The most conniving dishonest veterinarian. Dean let her externship student Mathew operate on my cat and killed my cat. Her obese assistant Melisa lied to me telling me that Dean will do the surgery but her lies caught to her and I found out the truth. I will hope the college complaint gets me Justice for losing my baby

The best vet ever. Bring her a Starbucks and you get 10% off. Seriously though, I just brought my two dogs in - again for quill removal. Friday afternoon, no appointment. This is probably the tenth emergency visit. She stays late, opens her clinic on days off and texts you the next day to make sure things are going well. She's come to the house to euthenize many cats and dogs over the years which is such a comfort to myself and kids. I have used other vets on weekends to give her a break and it just makes me realize how great Dr. Dean and her staff are. 5 Stars.

I am so thankful that I was referred to this clinic! My experience here was fantastic from start to finish. They were able to see me on short notice, and just an AMAZING experience. My dog has anxiety issues with vets, and isn’t friendly with other dogs. From the moment we stepped into the clinic I was being greeted by great staff, followed by the vet tech Melissa, and meeting with Dr.Dean. Everyone is so welcoming I felt like I was home! I have NEVER seen Mickey(my fur baby) so happy and friendly with new people in a vet environment I am so thankful for Dr.Dean and her wonderful staff! They have put me and mickeys anxiety with the vet gone for good! The staff at this clinic share their true love and passion to helping animals. You are all so amazing! Thank you all so very much!! Great practice. Friendly staff who love animals. Dr. Dean is very knowledgeable. They did a surgery on our dog to remove a growth on her ankle as she would frequently limp on that foot. After the surgery, it was totally gone, she didn't limp anymore and she is much happier.
