We've got the information of real people who know the products and services of Yates Veterinary Hospital (Veterinarian) in Woodstock (Canada).
At this moment this business gets a rating of 4.3 over 5 and this score has been calculated on 127 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average of ratings is positive, and it is founded on a very large number of reviews, so we can say that the score is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to give their opinion when they've done well with the service, it works.
As you know, we do not usually bother to place evaluations when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Veterinarian is included in the category of Animal hospital.
we travel from Wellesley to have our dog cared for at Yate's!
Staff always helpful. Prices are good . Never had an issue .
Client of theirs for many years and will continue to do so!
Great people
A very kind and understanding vet during a very difficult time
We drive from kitchener to go here. Worth the drive. The vets are great.
Excellent place to take your pets. Always caring.
Yates care about their patients!
Great service and great people.
Very helpful even with the tough times
Great Pet Care
Best veterinary clinic we have dealt with on every level. Personable and professional. They take extra time to explain things if need be and make you feel your business matters Fair rates as well. Would recommend them to all!
Alway get amazing care for our pets been going to them all my life and no complaints
They helped me get my cat back that had been missing for months. I couldn't be more grateful.
Been a client for 15 years the best vets been thought all our bad times and good. Will not ever goin to any other place absolutely the best place n ppl
I previously gave Yates an excellent review. I am a 20year customer who has raved about how kind and talented they are. I called today and with the change in vets I am told they are booking appointments into August (Todays July 9th) . Hardly helps my sick VERY elderly kitty now. It was recommended I try another clinic or go to some emergency vets in another City. What! This has never happened before. She recommended i bring a urine sample in, which wud b sent to a lab and i wud wait for the results. Some urine tests used to be done right there. The girl on the phone really did not care if they were losing a customer. Is it the new vets that are the problem or the receptionist i don't know but with covid I don't think its appropriate that I march in there and find out..so if there is anyone who still works there that knows me, is Rick still there?, please call and let me know if sick animals can no longer be treated in a timely manner. I have never been left in an absolute panic because there was no vet to see my pets. This used to be like Cheers where everyone knew my name and my pets names. Now I am a complete stranger? Follow up: appt. on September 23rd and having to euthanize my cat November 5th ( I requested it to be done November 2) has led me to have my other pets transfered to another vet . I can't ever walk thru those doors again. This last week has been the hardest week I have ever experienced with a pet in my 62 years.
Greatest vets and staff who care about your pets!
Amazing vet and ill never go elsewhere again. We werent patients of Dr .Yates but one night our old dog was coughing up blood and losing his ability to walk. He met my parents and dog at his office and assessed him and we found out he had a mass. Unfortunately it went downhill quickly and they had to return late that night to put our dog down :( yates vet is so caring, informative, friendly, affordable AND you can tell he really loves animals. Thank you for making such a hard experience a little easier
Wonderful vets!
They're always very helpful and friendly! Amazing place!! :)
Always caring and kind
Yates are The most amazing place that I've been. They're not about the money there are about the animal. I guarantee you you will not find a cheaper and more reliable veterinarian than these guys. 90% cheaper then Harris animal hospital! Never go there awls they care about is what kind of credit card you got they don't even ask about your animal they just ask about money. Yates is the place to go!!!!' Thanks Yates (you guys are amazing the staff is amazing. They try to save your money where you can.
Very refreshing to have an honest and caring vet. We just moved to Woodstock and did not have a vet, had to call dr. Yates on his emergency line because our dog had somehow found a nest/city of ticks and had literally 500 ticks burrowing into her skin. He helped me pick them all out and then gave me his tick comb in case any came back. He didn’t even charge me, just for some antibiotics but was very reasonable. We came back 6 months later when my dog ripped her paw pad and once again they were available immediately, was very helpful and only charged us for the antibiotics. They are super archaic, no computers and everything is hand written but honestly who cares, if your just concerned with having a very caring and experienced vet this is the place to come.
We took our pup, 6 years old to this place to have a lump that was growing checked, the doctor said it was simply a cyst, gave him his shots, and said if you want it removed you can, but being convinced it was a cyst we chose to not take action right away. Shortly after the lump started bleeding, his entire leg swelled up and we brought him back. It was a different doctor this time that had no recollection of the previous visit, this time they informed us it "may be cancer, but probably a cyst" and gave us antibiotics. The bleeding eventually stopped and the swelling went down, then it flared up again after a couple weeks. Bleeding, swelling, etc. We brought him back again and this time they said they'll remove it, in 2 months earliest. Still bleeding, we had enough and went to a different vet. That vet informed us that it was a mast cell tumour and aggressive at that and had it removed that following week. Took 1 week with this vet, because they knew what this was. Yates toyed with us, this tumour turned out to be a grade 2 with an MI of 10-15, because it got so aggressive and large and we waited too long, his prognosis now is not good, worst grade tumour. The lack of professionalism and them forgetting who we were, led to this long wait time and our dog ending up with a large aggressive tumour. This was my experience with this place. Giving shots to a dog with a mast cell tumour in his leg, great move Yates. Gonna miss our boy.
Always friendly and reasonably priced. Have dealt with them for years.
Been coming here for years. It was sad when the yates brothers retired they are amazing people. Looking forward to the new chapter here.
Yates have been great with our aging dog!
Absolutely amazing every single one of the people there. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. They know what they are talking about and out to help not to make money. I will always take my pets there and I live 40 minutes away.
Dr Yates is the best he called me back half an hour after i called the hospital at 8 pm due to my little dog's stool has blood coming out and he suggested blood test. Even though take me 1 hour and 45 min to get there and it is totally worth it cause i trusted him and he did my dog surgery few years ago due to bladder stone and i have faith on him can help my dog this time.
10 min appointment took 2 hrs and 20mins. Overbooked and understaffed.
Best place I've been going there for 40 years.
This place is amazing. Happy animals
Friendly service. Great rates for the services provided.
Hard to get in for appointments BUT it's totally worth it. It's extremely affordable and the vets and vet techs/assistants are very nice. Would be interested in even part-time working there myself. Great place
I’m new to Woodstock and had heard great things about the vets at this clinic. I can’t speak for the vets myself as my only experience is trying to pick up a bag of cat food for my cat. After calling to arrange pickup ahead of time- once I arrived I could not get through to anyone via phone. I ended up waiting over an hour for a bag of cat food. Once I got home I realized it wasn’t even the correct type (they look very similar). I decided to give them another chance and called to place another order today. I was put on hold for over 10 mins- so I just decided to take my business elsewhere. I understand that this pandemic has created a lot of commotion but the poor customer service does not make me feel comfortable bringing my animal here to be taken care of in the future. I witnessed numerous others waiting for their animals- multiple people told me they had no communication with the vet about the wellbeing’s of their pets who had gone into surgery. One customer was given the incorrect cone size for her dog 3 times in a row!
Straight forward/ accommodating & honest..
The Yates brothers truly care for animal's
Since COVID this place has not been transparent or even available to contact. When I finally got an appointment 2 months later they just took my new kitten without asking what he needed or if he'd had any previous vet visit. He did just need basic kitten 8 week shots but there was no conversation about it. Also, they do not tell you but you are not able to see the vet or talk to the vet or anything. We brought another animal who has had many health problems and they just took him in didnt even ask if things have changed and would not let us in to discuss it. We've been going to Yates for years but with how rude the vet tech was and how bad this experiemce has been we won't be back.
Helped me in real pinch!!! Thanks so much!
I'll change my review when you change the hours of operation. You guys do not answer the phone on Sundays. We had an emergency. We always loved coming here until the recent retirement. Now it's a bunch of new kids and learning going on here. We decided to stay with them out of respect but any time we attempt to call for an emergency... We get no answer. My main complaint is how they claim to be open Sundays but they never answer on a Sunday.
We are new to Woodstock, SATURDAY: I called Yates and the vet was kind enough to help me by telling me to give my dog pepto because he wasn't eating much for over a week and was lethargic. The vet said it was probably an upset stomach no need for them to open emergency clinic. I told the vet it had been about 3 days of lethargy and nothing at all to eat, shaking, and not pooping. MONDAY: we went in to see the vet because it had now been almost 2 weeks since he ate. He lost about 10 pounds, was shaking and lethargic, we were carrying him up and downstairs because he was weak. The vet tried to take blood and asked me to wrap my hands around our dogs leg on the vein, while my husband pumped the dog's paws to try to increase blood pressure because his blood pressure was so low that no blood was going into the vile when the needle was put it. The vet sent us home. We were given the option of antibiotics or taking a blood test to see what was going on to determine best course of action to know what we were really dealing with, we spent the money on a blood test to figure it out instead of just getting antibiotics. 2 hours later I called the vet because our dog was staggering and fell. The said he was probably weak from not eating and said it was ok to give him low dose aspirin and keep syringe feeding him food and water. TUESDAY morning the vet called to say our dog showed elevated white blood cells so he was prescribed antibiotics and 2 cans of Renal food. I asked if I needed to leave work to get antibiotics right away and was told no he should be ok to wait until the end of the day. I got the prescription and food on my way home, asked for a syringe to feed the food and meds to the dog, and waited for the bill to be re-done for me to pay the $3 for the syringe. I got home 5 minutes after leaving the vet to find my lifeless dog laying in vomit. I called Yates and was told they couldn't see him. This is less than 24 hrs after they saw him and took blood work. We rushed him to London Regional Veterinary hospital where they had to triage him because he was in shock, massively dehydrated and convulsing. When I gave the emerg his blood work report from 24 hours prior only 2 things were tested and everything else had N/A values because the vet at Yates didn't get enough blood... completely useless bloodwork. The vet at emerg said he suspected Addison's disease but because the incomplete panel I paid for the day before didn't show other levels he couldn't be sure. We repeated the bloodwork in London, 4 nights in ICU, $3500 later our dog is home with a ton of meds and recovering. The problem was an easy one to diagnose based on symptoms. On tuesday after being told Yates wouldn't see him I called A vet friend of ours from another city and told him what was going on. He told me to go to London immediately and ask them to check for Addison's disease. I didn't even have a chance to ask about Addison's when we got to London because the vet, Dr. Jake Keitel, told us he suspected Addison's as soon as we told him the symptoms our dog had. Today when we picked our dog up Dr. Jake told us our dog was unique in the sense that he had presented every symptom for Addison's which is why he was able to suspect this so quickly when we brought him in on Tuesday. Our appointment with yates, antibiotics for the wrong diagnosis and bloodwork were all completely useless. $350 paid for incompetence and almost killing our dog. If Yates took the situation seriously when we went in we wouldn't have been in the emergency situation we ended up in, saving us thousands of dollars. Having seen him the prior day and refusing to see my lifeless dog 5 mind after getting his prescription, and kess than 24 hrs after his appointment shows the focus is money in their clinic not love for animals. Of ourse, re-writing an invoice to charge $3 for a syring to feed meds to a dog screams volumes. If you care at all about your pets, go elsewhere, please.
Good place but a little on the high side for cost .
The place was clean friendly I asked how much for my dog shots updated he said jokingly tax and all be rite back I wouldn't take her anywhere else
AMAZING BUNCH OF PEOPLE ALL ABOUT CARING FOR ANIMALS NOT $$$
Amazing care for the pups!(always) Very good rates. Recommend to everyone.
Great service at a fair price!
People there are nice and very friendly, Dr.Yates is also very helpful and practical
Always amazing, caring and reasonably priced
My daughter has used this vet for years & likes them.
Yates has always been really respectful of my animals. Even through the tough times, they did everything they could and made sure they were comfortable and happy. Medication also was cheaper here, then other vets
The veterinarians and staff are all great. Their customer service has always been wondeful. This place is not modern or high tech, all receipts etc are done by hand. However, this is reflected in their very affordable prices which is a trade off I will take.
Very loving staff
Had to take my cat in to be cremated, because when he got sick, they couldn't get him in for over two weeks, so he just got sicker and finally passed. The reception at the door was cold. They just wanted money for the service No sympathy nothing. Time to find a new vet.
My family has been dealing with the Yates Veterinary Hospital since 1978. The Yates are caring wonderful people & we trust them!
Great and friendly staff. When my dog got sick suddenly they were ready and able to help. They have great prices for their services. Couldnt be happier that they are my vet
Very compassionate people work here. We have been taking our dogs to Yates for years.
Knowledgeable, friendly and very well priced. My experiences there have always been positive and I even make the drive from Kitchener to take my dog there. I would highly recommend them to any loving pet owners.
Good service, fair prices, but because of covid, the waiting/reception is messed up...specially on cold or rainy days, where you have to wait outside.
Super friendly and to-the-point gets you in and out relatively quickly!
Always friendly and helpful
Very friendly. The vets that are here take good care of your fur babies. I've had my aussie with them for 2.5 years and would not go anywhere else. Fair pricing. Won't push you into things you don't need for the animal.
Love this place I recommend it to anyone who needs help with animals they saved my puppy from a bad sickness there staff is amazing so thank you so much for your help I love this place so I recommend it to anyone so thanks for all your help. They are amazing you always feel welcome like it is your own home and they know what they are talking about so thanks for all the help you guys are amazing I love this place I will always bring my pets here. :)
Amazing rates, friendly staff. Very busy but they take good care of our animals.
Great experience, treated my dog amazing
Yates animal hospital has a very caring and understanding staff, especially at this difficult time. They greet you at the door with a smile and make handing your family member over to them with ease. Very trustworthy people who care about your pet
Affordable prices
Dr. Yates was very nice but unfortunately they could not save our little Buster he was just too old it was his heart and really nothing they could do but Dr.Yates was kind enough to meet us on a Sunday evening to try and help.
They are really good with dogs epecally when we took our family dog in.
Amazing prices and awesome staff!! Very caring and compassionate. 100% recommend.
Great service
They are great gentlemen know what they are talking about been vets for a very long time.
My Family has been going to yates for many years. Always great.
Straight up about the animals. Fair and prompt
Good. Got what I paid for
We love Yates so much! They have always been reasonably priced, honest, loving and fair to all of our fur kids. They've been with us through hard times and good times. Nothing but good to us always!
When I arrived in Woodstock 11 years ago, I was thrilled to find Yates. They were kind, easy to deal with and seemed to be in it for the care of animals...it also helped that their prices were reasonable and they offered Emergency services. Something that I truly value in a veterinary office. I have used it on more than one occasion. I never did mind waiting long for the appt because I felt that they were worth it. However, I am not so sure anymore. I know that a lot of businesses have been struggling since covid but I feel like they should have got the hang of it by now. It takes me hours to get through to simply book an appointment. They conveniently took away their emergency services and aren't bringing that service back (according to the receptionist), on more than 2 occasions I have waited outside for 45 mins or longer just to pick up a prescription that I had ordered and paid for in advance and when it is finally my turn to get it, it takes the employees forever to find it. Not to mention, my dog is very skittish and has high anxiety when other people handle her and I am not around bc she is old. I asked them if we could figure out a way to make her feel more comfortable during appts through this pandemic. The receptionist told me that there wasn't anything they could do. I called another vet office in town to ask how they could accommodate and they said they could do the appt outside so I could be there with her. I know they are under new vets and I they are getting computer systems now and what not and thats great for the advancement of the business. I just hope that they eventually get back to what made them stand out amongst all the other vets in town.
We used this vet for many years and the prices are excellent. The kind and caring staff there took wonderful care of our late dog her whole life. They don't try to push expensive tests and are realistic about options. If we hadn't of moved we would still have them as our vet.
Friendly staff with good, fast service.
Quick, amiable and caring
Great vets and staff. Very friendly
My boy after getting fixed
Took both my cat and dog to Dr Yates and he is very professional it’s very pleasant to go to a vet and my animals are very comfortable with him, Both pets are now spayed and neutered and they did such a wonderful job I’d recommend this vet to anyone and dr merkley she took care of both my cat and dog and did such a great job kind caring people who love animals
The vet was very thorough and explained what he was doing, and what my options were. Price was reasonable too.
Very knowledgeable people...my cat is back to normal!
They are a long time family run clinic, who are the best around. Their rates are the lowest of nearby clinics and they are in the veterinary field for the love of animals not for the money. 5 star for sure
Amazing price for a vet
Kind and compassionate care
Great service, but at the same time sad to lose a pet.
Awesome and professional service.. I trust them completely with all three of our fur babies
Waited to long with no one there but me. Could not find file even though they booked the appointment. Price was good, staff nice just not organized.
I have been with Yates for a few years now and unfortunately the service has gone drastically down hill. The phone line is always busy, if you happen to get through you either sit on hold for 10+ minutes or you get promised a call back that usually never comes or might get returned days later. Appointments never run on time and the whole protocol related to COVID is a mess and very unorganized. It used to be a great place but is now very disappointing.
Disappointing
Great Veterinaria Shop!! EVERYONE IS SO KIND AND HELPFUL! Our puppy liked it there too, watching was each new pup or dog came in and using that opportunity to get to know them. Our Meko is a real social butterfly!! If you want to take your pet to a vet that is fair in pricing and kind to his charges, Yates Veteranarian Shop is the place to go.....
Top notch! I am new to the area and had to find a new vet. Yates staff was amazing and made us feel at home. I was very impressed with how well they looked at my pupaloo!
Always helpful, decent prices always excellent care. Very busy, so hard to get through on the phone.
Yates bros. and staff have been the greatest vets in our area for the 20 years we've lived in Oxford County. Very reasonable fees with wonderful friendly service and care for our animals. Highly recommended!
We were recommended by a few friends and I am glad we went. Very friendly team and a manageable fee schedule. Wait times are not great but thats due to Covid mainly so not their fault. Its worth the drive from Kitchener! Our dog Charlie is well cared for ????
I have been a long-time client of Yates, but since the brothers retired, everything has changed. The phone doesn't get answered, you can't book appointments in a timely manner, no emergency response. I called about an urgent matter and they wanted to book me 6 weeks out! It had been over one year since they had seen the pet in-person so would not even consider dispensing medication for a recurring issue without an in person visit....6 weeks from now! The cat could be dead by then but there is little care or concern for animals....not like it used to be. Looking for a new vet...any recommendations out there?
Great vet honestly they are wonderful, kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and very understanding and accommodating
Always great with my puppy. Very honest and fair prices for services
Dr Yates is amazing. Staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond.
No longer ran by yates. New company purchased and its more corporate. Everyone is having difficulty with these times in covid but at least Provide the service thats being paid for. Wont return.
Great bunch of people great service I'm satisfied
Spent over 3000 in London animal hospital for then to tell me they don't know what's wrong with my dog went to Yates cost me 150$ he found out that night
Always professional and compassionate Best Vet.
Yates is an amazing vet they offer excellent care for your pets. They charge a very reasonable amount for there services beat price in town. I have spoke many other people that take their pets to Yates and have never heard a bad thing, everyone has great things to say. I would highly recommend them.
Good service .
Best vet around! This was written 3 years ago. They WERE the best vet around. Zero stars should be an option since the Yates’ retired and sold their business to these sheisters. The dishonesty alone is leaving me beyond words, never mind that they’ve got my money and my son’s priceless therapy cat is dying. I’d love to see them out of business for their lack of professionalism, to put it politely. Can anyone recommend a decent honest animal loving vet to us?
After multiple attempts at trying to get an appointment and being unsuccessful, Today was the last straw, I was told I could join their online service which will allow me to take a picture of my dog’s area of injury/issue that I’m concerned about and a vet will review it and a prescription will be filled for me to pickup at the clinic. This service will cost me “3x” what a physical visit to the vet would cost and would I be interested in signing up? HELL NO! The purpose of a physical exam is just that… it’s a physical exam to find and confirm the cause of the injury/issue! I’m done! Dr. Yates was a wonderful doctor and will be greatly missed!
Not able to go in with your pet. Took over an hour for our vet visit. Paying took a long time to as the receptionist had to come out for the payment back in to run the credit card. Back out with my card, back in for the medication. I sure hope that our next appointment I will be able to go in and ask questions and see how she is with my pets. I don't like handing them off and not knowing how my pet is handled and treated
Always very friendly and helpful!! The people that work at Yates are all very dedicated animal lovers and it shows the moment that you walk in thier doors (Ingersoll and woodstock)
We had to have our 17 year old cat put down as she was suffering from heart failure. No one answered their phone at all. Went somewhere else as we will with our surviving cats.
Love Yates! The vets are so truthful and show they actually care. We love this location / company!
Word travels fast. Heard about your botched spay. You're lucky the puppy survived.
Very caring staff. I used them as our vets for large animals for 20 years since the practice opened. Now we take our pets to them.
On May 20th 2020 I had to make the hardest decision of my life, and that was to euthanize my dog, my baby girl, my entire world due to congenital heart failure. I have never been shown so much compassion and understanding and patience as I did this day. These guys were a bright light on one of my darkest days. There's no amount of anything that can show my appreciation to them and everything they have done.
New ownership, and now the Yates brother's name is getting ruined by the service. No such thing as getting your pet in asap due to emergency, even the receptionist said my cat needed to be seen asap and I said ok I will bring him up and she says no you need to go somewhere else like the emergency hospital in Kitchener. Can't even get my pets prescription in a timely manner. So fed up and am looking for a new vet. Been a client for over 15 yrs. Yate brothers would have seen my pet that day. Wish they would come back. They cared about their clients and animals.
Had a great experience here last week. Dropped my dog off to see the vet. The receptionist was extremely friendly and working exceptionally hard. The vet called me after my dogs checkup and was extremely friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. Checkup and meds were fairly priced imo
Yates veterinary hospital has been a great service for us. The staff is very easy going and they will accommodate all pets. The waiting room tends to be populated with kitties, very friendly ones. We own three dogs and they never have any problems with the cats, and one of our dogs dislikes most cats. Generally, most patrons with the family pets that are regular Yates patrons are very friendly and understanding of other people's situations. We have had two cats and 3 dogs under the care of Yates now. They were there to help ease the pain of losing one of our cats, our baby Seven, she had an aneurysm and they helped us compassionately ease her into her rest. All of the dogs allow the vets to take control as the vets are very tender and kind, they make sure to treat your animal as a family member, and they are. Yates veterinary hospital has become a home away from home and a safe place to frequent. We are proud to call them family.
Covid caveats are affecting quality of care.
Staff was kind.
My furbabies only deserves the best
Best place to take your animals
Worse staff ever. I decided to go somewhere where the receptionist were happy for my business and didn't talk trash about customers infront of waiting customers.
There great ppl there they take great care of your Animal
AMAZING staff
Superb service by people who care. Archaic recording systems but it works.
Very caring for us when we had to put our 17 year old doggie . It was very difficult for us and they were very kind and caring we thank them for their help .
Best vets in town. Great staff. Excellent care and fees.
Dr. Yates and his colleagues have always been helpful and friendly in answering questions whenever our pup is sick. They charge reasonable prices and never oversell anything, which is a huge deal to pet owners because we now can take our pup for vet visit or checkups without worrying about not being able to afford the bills. We are genuinely appreciative of their help and services.
I have been going here for the better part of a decade and have always been very happy with the service. The staff and vets are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!
Very friendly and answer all your questions.
Vet was very good with my dog!
Top notch veterinary care here always....very busy but it's obvious why! They don't charge ridiculous prices, provide the best care around and tell you the truth about what's in your pet's best interests! Made housecall to euthanize palliative pet in our home surrounded by family....their kindness will never be forgotten.
I would not trust anyone else with the health of my Siberian Huskies Vena & Ares.
Very friendly enviorment very good prices and caring staff
Excellent prices and services never try to milk you for extra costs..Try to do the opposite and save you money instead..Years of experience as a definate bonus as well!! Salt of the earth people!
Incredible People and Service!! Very knowledgeable.. I will always take my dogs here!! They care a tremendous amount about your pets. So rare to find vets that care about the pets more than the money.. 6* would be given if i could. Thank you!!! My dogs actually like coming here.. most dogs are terrified of the doctor visit..
Best vets in my opinion in Woodstock
Helpful and great with animals, even on the busiest days.
In the past it was great! Not sure who answered the phone, but a couple of times I did get a very uncaring girl on the phone. So 2x my dogs did not get an appointment until I called back & spoke to someone else.
With covid yes it's long waits and hard to get your animal in at times. But they are very caring to your animals and they are always helpful. No mater what.
Horrible customer relations.
Prompt and friendly!
took my cat their saturday and 48 hours later he was dead they did nothing nor do they care at all, all they care about getting you in and out they have no compassion towards animals
Have been going to them for a 11 years i just left Yates as I can no take it anymore there unprofessional they have young kids working from them.. I just had a puppy pass away they told me come in got there they made me wait 40 mins in the car with my deceased puppy in my lap as they talk to my wife then told us to go to the back door then I go stand there for 20 mins waiting then a young girl comes out I had to ask her to take my deceased puppy cuz she was more worried about doing the price of his ashes then him being in my arms so she took him and then almost dropped him on the floor cause she wouldn't let me help with the door with the covid protocols. Anyways I'm don't with Yates and there out of date systems and unprofessional employees.
Friendly care and great service.
Excellent as always.
Dr Yates extremely kind and considerate. We had to euthanize our beautiful bischon Chevy and even under these pandemic rules it was done with dignity.
Excellent clinic, however, not prepared to look after new patients... or anyone's pets.. what a crock!!
Very helpful with the needs of my animals
Kind and considerate
Very friendly, quick service. Explain everything about your pets treatment in detail.
Been out front waiting for 35 minutes. They are so poorly run. Leaving in a minute. NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS TIME !! You will wait hours. Save yourself and look elsewhere.
Actually drove to yates with my sick dog because I couldn't contact them by phone and they still would not see him. Had to take him to London to be seen. Not the same office since the yates retired. So disappointed they would not care for one of their sick patients. Will be changing vets and sure more clients will follow.
Beautiful people, caring and compassionate about our fur babies. They are there when you need them.
Excellent place to take your pet.
Very good doctors there, busy place , appointments can be a week out...
Always a perfect experience
Looks like my review may have been deleted. I brought my 2 week old kitten to this vet. A female vet tech looked at my cat. The kitten and a few others had an eye infection. I only brought the one male kitten. I was given medicine for all of them. The vet proceeded to press the puss out of my cats eye. After that she attempted to pry it open. It was glued shut and she took her fingers and pryed it open. I read on google prior to this that you are NOT supposed to do that. But I figured “she’s the vet she knows what she’s doing.” The cat was crying in so much pain. His eye was swollen and red after that. He kept it shut. His infection went away as well as the other kittens but his eye was now droppy. I thought he was blind. Took him to another vet and was told his eyelid was being pushed against his eye and his eye lashes were scratching his eye. He would go blind if it wasn’t fixed. I ended up giving him away and the family said they would fix his eye do not take your pets here. They don’t know what they’re doing. I switched to this vet because I heard good things. And they tortured my cat and ruined his eye. I am very upset and should have sued. 100.00 to get my animal blind and tortured.
Yesterday a truly compassionate man visited my best friend at her home to help her dog of 13 years pass to the next world lying on the back deck where this beautiful dog has known only love. Yates has looked after many of our animals over the years but they truly went above and beyond yesterday. Thank you
I am in awe of both Dr. Yates. Their clinic was recommended by a trusted friend who told me "they value the quality of life of any animal above all else. They will never push unnecessary tests or products, and will treat your pet as their own" and I have found this to be true. Just before the pandemic I was given a devastating diagnosis with compassion and professionalism, and all throughout have been provided with exceptional end of life care for my baby. Pain management has necessitated frequent visits, and I have watched these 2 doctors literally run from patient to patient, but upon arrival treating each patient calmly, as though they were the most important in the world. I look at these doctors, who hold, in just the pinky finger of their hand, more knowledge and wisdom than a new vet will acquire in a professional lifetime, with awe. My own parents are of a similar age to these doctors, and therefore deemed high risk, have remained safely isolated at home during this pandemic, yet these two doctors are out there, risking their health to take care of our babies. I've stood amongst groups of human clients, disgruntled and angry at the wait and been dismayed that they don't appreciate the great sacrifice being made to serve them. I'll gratefully wait as long as it takes to have my baby seen by these vets and do whatever is necessary to keep them safe in these unprecedented times. I've heard the grumbling when a patient arrived and seemingly " jumps the line" and remembered with gratitude when I had an emergency, being told to come right in, and emergency surgery was provided to save that life. If you want a vetrinary clinic who understands how much you cherish your fur baby, and will treat them as their own, you will not find a better clinic than that owned and operated by both Dr. Yates. Thank you with all our hearts, Keagan, Sam and Janet.
Our pets love coming here. The people are awesome.
My family and myself have dealt with the yates brothers for over 30 years and never had a problem with them until recently in the past few months. My chihuahua was bitten and shook by a large dogs. I rushed her to yates and was taken to a back room and waited about 10 mins for someone to come. Gord closed the chest wound and bite marks and she went to recovery till that night where she died. She had laid there all day suffering with a collapsed lung and on the other side a broken rib and punted lung which nothing was done about it. They do not have an ultra sound machine or do blood matching or transfusions or have blood on hand for emergencies. My dog would have had a better chance somewhere else. I have lost all faith in all of them and will not trust them with my pets again. Be warned in an emergency they cannot provide the care needed and I felt they really didn't care Wether she lived or died by the way they acted. This is not how vets or staff should behave. In the last year the service has become horrible. The question is how much do you love your pet" and do you want half ass care for them in an emergency. My pets are family and will go to a vet that will try and do what ever it takes to save their life so I don't have to feel like I've been let down by the people I trusted to save her. Never again .
Very professional staff. Was welcomed by the receptionist with a smile and took great care of my dog. Would highly recommend Yates for pet care.
I have been going to Yates for many years. The staff and vets are friendly and kind , I seem to have a favorite vet and his name is Glen he has been taking care great care of my dog Hunter. All the vets have great knowledge and wisdom. I highly recommend Yates.
Best vet
Took my two week old kitten to this vet about a month ago. He had an eye infection along with a couple other of his siblings but I only took him. It was a female vet who looked young, don’t even know if she was really a vet. She proceeded to squeeze the puss out of my cats eye and clean it which was fine and everything. But after she got the puss out she proceeded to force the cats eye open. It wasn’t opening and she took her fingers and pried it open. Which I read on google you are NOT supposed to do but I figured “she’s the vet she knows what shes doing”... wish I had said something now... It looked bad after she did that very red and swollen she said that was normal. She the took him out to be weighed and took her time. When she came back she told me everyone was gawking over the kitten letting them pet him. Which made me mad because kittens can get sick easily, I already took a risk bringing him there 20 minutes from my house and she’s letting everyone pet him like a doll. My cat is now blind. He was such a loving cat and was terrified of me for a while after I brought him back from the vet. The medicine I gave him over the next week healed his infection and the other cats. When I brought him home his eye looked pulled to one side and it wouldn’t move. The swelling and redness eventually went down after a couple days. But his eye still looked pulled to one side and glazed over. At that point I couldn’t tell if he was blind or not but now he is 6 weeks old and it definetly blind cannot see out of his eye, he keeps it closed and if it’s open he it’s droopy. I am scared to ever go to the vet again. I am so upset
Emergency service on a Sunday for a reasonable price and they always care about the pets.
Amazing clinic! Best prices ever. Only trust them with my babies!
Amazing place
Even though it was extremely sad the reason why we were there they were very understanding and compassionate
Had an emergency call after hrs and no problems
Good vet service
A great place. Best customer service, always friendly staff no matter how busy they are, reasonable charges, caring of animals, very knowledgeable and helpful vets. Five Stars
I have always used yates even while living in London and other cities as I love how they always put the animals first. I was a bit surprised today when I found out the animals went in and owners had to stay outside. It was nerve wreaking for me knowing how my dogs are without me with strange people. All in all it was all a success and the girls got their shots
They are always there be it for a checkup or an emergency. They actually care for your animals whether big or small. ????
Amazingly priced! Great with our dogs
Best vet clinic. Great staff. Highly recommend them. We moved out of province 7 years ago and have returned. Nothing has changed . not charged for anything we didn't need, took the time to talk about many concerns I had. Explained everything never felt rushed. Love Yates clinic. Not a bad thing to say.
Best vet I have ever had. I have alot of dogs and cats. Yates staff is amazing. Very intelligent people, treat you and your animal with respect. Always takes the time to listen to what you tell them and provides feedback. They are really good at what they do. Love those guys for what they do for my fur family.
Friendly, informative and caring.
Staff are all very nice and attentive. The vet was great, patient and informative.
Helpful friendly staff
Outstanding service! Called the day of and was able to get an appointment the the same day. Very professional. Highly recommended!
Very friendly staff! Also reasonable prices, which is a lovely bonus.
They know there stuff
Outstanding service and advice in emergency situations. Even though this is not our vet (as we had moved from a different city), we called Friday evening after our dog had eaten an SOS pad and the vet called us back quickly with lots of advice and was just amazing. And all free of charge.
Was there during social distancing, be prepared to wait in your car but what else do you have to do(most people)?
nice friendly staff price resonable
Yates have taken care of our furry loved ones for over 25 years. They have always been professional and showed incredible compassion. Prices continue to be "very" reasonable, at times contacting their office by phone can be a challenge as they are so busy.
Great care at an affordable price.
Incredible service! Had to take my pup in, called them right away, and they took us in the day of. Definitely recommend the hospital to everyone!
I would Hughly recommend Yates. The people are super friendly. The service is outstanding and the prices are good! Outstanding place. They are defenitely here for the animals!!
Does anyone know how to actually contact this vet? The number does not ring
I really liked that the vet speak out on issues and the vet didnt charge sn outragous amount at all. Bootsy was treated very well. I enjoy the service and appreciate there service. During cov its hard but i like it there and Will keep my girl in his care. Thank you team. Bootsy and bambi appreciated you all.
Best doctors ever so happy with their commitment
Loved this place so great with our pets!
During this difficult time of covid, I found the staff, in particular Crystal, to be kind, patient and just a delight to work with....kudos to the staff at Yates Carol Taplay
Neccessary place long wait on account of covid
Good staff and super understanding when needing to change appointments and such
My one cat was adopted from Dr. Yates....free to a good home. The vets here have been taking care of my cats for well over 40 years.
I loving bringing our kitten here. The vets and staff are awsome they are very caring also it is nice that they are all about the pets. Thank you to all of you at Yates veterinary hospital. ❤️
We have been going to Yates Vetrinary Hospital for about six years. The staff are friendly and caring. Yates are very diligent and always put their animals first.
A very helpful and understanding staff. Yates veterinary office will always be where I take my pets.
Dr. Yates is the most compassionate Vet I've ever dealt with.
Honest and reliable vets and staff. Always there when I need them for care of all my pets and animals.
The Yates brothers are truly the best vets in this area. Countless times I have called so upset because my dog has swallowed this or eaten that. Emergency after hours visits and surgeries that had saved my dogs life. You can really tell they care not only for the animals but the pet owners too. Not to mention they are the most affordable in town. I was told once that they would rather a person be able to afford their pets surgery than to be forced to put them down. ????
The owner is very good with all animals...
When I finally got through i was told they would call me back to book an appointment to euthanize my cat. 3 weeks later i called back since they never called. I called back and when I finally got through I was given an appt 2 weeks out. I showed upto my appt and was told by some kid at the door that if I wanted to be with my cat I could meet the vet around back on the ramp and he would euthanize my cat outside... ummm what?!?! I instantly started to cry and told the guy I was told on the phone I could be with my cat and was not told I would have to do this outside. It was 830 am and freezing and windy. My poor old cat would be freezing and terrified. The guy was so unprofessional and uncompassionate . I left and took my cat home in tears. Now I'm back to square on with and old suffering kitty that should not have had to wait this long. This vet is all about quantity not quality. Staff leave people on hold for hours, leave the phone off the hook, hours are wrong online but prices are cheaper so... they fly people in and out no problem... will never recommend or go back to this place.
If you want to take your cat for its annual exam and have a towel thrown over her while the vet pretty much blindly stabs the needle in her to hear her scream then the vet does nothing else--no teeth checking, no eye check, no listening to her heart, no belly palpitating (because, after all, they usually only find that dogs have internal issues...or so we were told) then Yates is the place. I would never take my cats there...I only went there with my Mom. I guess you get what you pay for. And the establishment smells awful.
Always there to help with our pets and great Vets
They are incredible.
We had to put to rest our family dog this year and Yates Vet did an excellent job with sympathy & professionalism. They even mailed us a sympathy card. Very thoughtful.
She's maybe.
Great vet!
They run on their own schedule. They make no apology for constantly running late, even when it’s not an emergency. Their people do not seem to care if they are wasting their customers time. If you say anything about the wait, they will not give you a friendly response. My next pets are going to a different vet. ANY other vet.
The vets here always treat my pets well and are very through, helpful, and caring. I'll be a lifelong client as will my pets!
They are always busy and it's Because they care about the animals and don't gouge loving pet owners. Worth the wait to see them, thanks for all your hard work.
Yates has looked after 2 of our animals and we've had incredible service for both. They provided end of life care for our pug last year and treated her like she'd been going there her whole life. (We'd recently moved to Woodstock so they were a new vet to us. ) Fast forward a year and they now take care of our great Dane girl. I know the covid protocols make it harder on owners but the wait time is worth it for the care they'll receive. Thank you for your care, hard work and compassion that you put into your every day!
Excellent vet, very good with my animal
Amazing Vets....they love your animals as much as you do. Lola our English Bulldog just got spayed for $300....unbelievable! So affordable!!
great place with affordable prices.
I wont go anywhere else. They truly love your animals like there own. And they are the only vet clinic that offers emergency services ❤
Best vet ever!
They don't care about your animals, if you have a sick pet take it elsewhere if you want a chance of it surviving!
I have been going to Yates for over 18 years they are the best vets i have ever seen they take care of us and our fur babies I would tell anyone to go to them
After 9.5 years of going to Yates I have finally come to an end. The service and care of this place have gone downhill significantly over the last year. After asking the girl on the phone to have Monte's files moved to a different vet they told me I was rude and then hung up on me. I'm beyond disappointed with them and will never go back. If you love your pet don't take them to Yates. You will be disappointed.
Called to ask to get my dog in with an abcess foot. No appointment available. Only option is to call everyday to see if there are any cancelations. WHAT! I cannot believe that I have to wait and not even be able to get an appointment.
Prompt caring service
Very thoughtful clinic . Been dealing with them for thirty years.
Great vet. Very helpful. Great staff. Nothing bad about Yates vet.
Google review reflects each visit. No longer owned by YATES brothers. Now owned by "P3" from Guelph. Covid-19 or not. Took our dog in. Got him checked out. All good. Was demanded we ether go get cash or write down my pin number on paper, and this child, would punch it in. Thats illegal as hell. Pin: personal indenitfication number. Just so you guys know. Police have been called, banks have been contacted. ------- new visit june 30th-july 2nd 8year old mini daschund was nurtured and teeth cleaned. Vet decided to remove teeth. Unknow amount, was never told Was released still really loopy, 23hours passed away. Post mortem being done Dont take your dog here.
Friendly, informative and professional. While I live in the area, I'll be bringing any pets here ????
Started there in March. Heard lots of unkindly things from the web! My daughter loves it there. Merlot my 6 month old lab is a client of R Flint! She has seen him twice, not sure if he is new. We love him, he has even called our home to Check on her!!! Merlot was spayed yesterday. It was organized and smooth! I called there manyyy times yesterday! The staff I would not want their job especially during covid. Running their butts off and such! Wonderful so far!! Thanks everyone at YATES????❤️❤️❤️
Best vet in Woodstock, always taking the best care of my babies and such kind gentlemen and the staff is lovely!
Great service and great people
I have been with Yates for 20 plus years. They where always very good and cared for your animal's but since the brother's have sold the business it has gone down hill drastically. Phone is slways busy and if you get through they put you on hold for 15 minutes or more. Hard to get appointments if you need one right away. If things don't improve they out of business very soon.
Clean area lots of parking
This does not even deserve one star however I did not have a choice. I lost my beloved dog on September 23. He was my world! Initially my dog had an obstruction, I rushed home from work the moment I heard to be with him at the vet. As my dog was 6 and had never had anything medically wrong with him before I arrived to Ingersoll Yates in tears and panic. In Ingersoll I was directed to Woodstock as Ingersoll did not have an X-ray machine (which gave me hope they took their jobs seriously). Once in Woodstock a young female vet, which I know the name of however will not announce, took my dog into an examination room and performed X-rays and a physical exam. This vet ensured me the obstruction was near the end of the anus and proceeded to attempt to remove the blockage using her hand. My dog began bleeding and this vet assured me it was fine and it was due to stool not moving through his bowels. I was told he was good to go and to bring him back tomorrow for a follow up X-ray and was provided with medication to soften my dogs stool. I assured the vet that money was not an issue and I would do anything that needed to be done, however the vet believed this was the best course of action. Once at home I phoned Yates 6 times looking for direction as my dog appeared lethargic and began to vomit. I was assured by the same vet that my dog was fine and the medication was causing the symptoms. I was also given advice from the receptionist, looking back this should have been an indication not to trust them. As worried dog owners we stayed up all night to ensure our dog was okay. At 2am my dog took his final breath, I attempted CPR and phoned the vet as I believed I could hear him breathing. I had to force that vet to come in to provide care to my dog however it was too late. Once I arrived to Yates in Woodstock I started to vomit and became hysterical as it was evident my dog had passed over the rainbow bridge. This vets response was "sometimes these things happen". As my brother worked in a vet clinic in Toronto he assured me that this should not have happened. My brother and myself phoned to get answers and perhaps an apology however 4 months later I am still waiting for a phone call from that vet, ironically she took a vacation the day after my dog passed away. The owner of Yates also felt the need to yell at my brother when he called to receive clarification of events as I was too traumatized and emotional to speak. As emotional as it was for me to write this review (it has taken me 4 months to go through these events in my mind) it is to urge pet owners to chose a different vet. Since this experience I adopted a puggle who got into the garbage and ate a small bone. At a different vet they took X-rays and could not see this bone being a problem however placed the dog on an IV and induced vomiting. I no longer sit by my phone waiting for answers as I know no one will call me however it is with happiness my friends and family have chosen to not entrust Yates with their beloved animals.
I found a injured/sick young wild rabbit in my yard and Yates veterinary clinic was able to help it quickly, without a thought. I am very appreciative.
Great people
Excellent service and good prices
Very friendly veterinarian
I've always loved Yates. But since everything with the pandemic they have been horrendous with service, availability to be reached, communication, timeliness, and means to pay. Having to give them your bank card and PIN should never be asked. But that is the only option they provide if you do not have cash or a credit card. Something as simple as a wireless debit machine would be a good solution. Make sure you make a list of any questions you have about your pet so you're not put on the spot to recall while they take your pet inside without you.
Great people!!
Great
That took care of my sick cat at 4am no questions asked awsome people and great service they understand that pets are kids to most people
Kindest Vets ever! Took such care of our beautiful cat when we had to take him there this past week. Spent a long time on the phone updating us on his progress. And so compassionate when our beloved pet passed away. ???? Dr. Merkle was wonderful.
AMAZING
Love this place put animal care first so knowledgeable hope meds help
The Yates brothers (and staff) are AMAZING with animals. They actually care about them unlike most places.
Very Caring professional people. You can tell they love their job. Animals large and small are spoiled here. Highly recommend them to anyone.
Always treaded well. Very fair costs.????
Great care from Yates. They treated our senior dog like family.
Dr. Gord Yates met us at his office on a Sunday afternoon. Our cat was very sick and unfortunately had to be put down. We appreciate the time he had to take away from being with his family to be put into a very sad situation with ouurs. His kindness will always be remembered!
Went to Yates for years never had a problem with them. They seriously need to invest in an answering machine. It sometimes takes an entire day or more to book an appointment.
I am not sure what is happening here, but the service was not as good as it has been in the past.
Loved the service that my dog received today but I do not agree with how they take payment. They do not have a cordless interact machine to bring out to pay and since you can't go in to pay, they take your credit card inside and tap on your behalf. To solve this issue, all they have to do is get a new wireless and cordless machine.
Love the folks at Yates they are always so accommodating and friendly. My pups adore them and so do I
Amazing, loving and caring service! We switched from another local vet and couldn't be happier! I recommend Yates to everyone.
Wonderful vets! They've helped us so much with our pets (dog and cat) and been clear, friendly and as affordable as possible with the issues. They've chatted on the phone with us to mitigate a vet trip if possible as well. Highly highly recommend!!
They're good but you can never get through when trying to call them. I tried for over an hour to call them and the line was constantly busy. I went with a different vet that was able to answer and help me right away
All of my animals go here except the exotics. They get you in right away, if you have an emergency after hours Glenn is fantastic and will meet you at his office also does house calls AMAZING veterinary office.
Staff is polite, professional, and the prices are reasonable.
I cannot believe how amazing this office is! Their prices are great in comparison to other offices, their staff loves your pets as much as you do! I had a puppy emergency in the middle of the night and Dr Yates left his home and met us at the office at 10:30 pm! He had to put my puppy to sleep to help him and called me back at midnight so I could pick him up! I was so scared and upset and he was there in 20 minutes! I am so thankful for this office!
Great clinic and very affordable
Best people...caring, considerate, good prices.
I had to wait longer then my appointment time but due to covid who can blame anyone nowdays. I went in to put my dog down and they did it quick and painless
Have used this vet for 13 years and in the last year it has taken a negative change. There is no continuity of care, the older receptionist is beyond rude, Gord Yates himself refused to offer pain medication for a dog being spade and instead of health teaching said "if your dog rips the stitches out I'll charge you double to put them back in." Then Gord Yates proceeded to say as he walked away with dog "if you don't like our services you can go else where." I had two dogs and a cat be put down in the last year as they aged and was sent not one but two reminders for their shots being due/second one stating overdue after calling to remind them the animals were no longer with us (as they should've known seeing as how they did put the cat down.) So sad how they have changed for the worst. No compassion. A disgrace to any veterinary who actually loves what they do and takes pride in their work.
Extremely happy. The professional manner and sense of compassion was very evident. The prices are amazing, the best around. I will be a repeat customer for sure!!!
I have always heard negative things about Yates but we decided to give them a try. Not super professional. My mom called about an issue with our family pet. Vet suggested we put her down but then said no one would be allowed in the room when they do it. It's basically a drop off and pay with no real goodbye. Considering we are in phase 3 of reopening and I have friends who have had to put down their animals with other vets while in lockdown and were allowed in, I find this upsetting. No compassion. It's a shame when people are In a profession for the money and not the love of the job. I recommend looking elsewhere. It's more expensive but you might actually get proper treatment for pets and proper goodbyes.
Found staff welcoming and very helpful they care very much for the animals and have recommended them to all my friends with animal's
Very friendly helpful staff they do amazing work
had an appointment for 8pm. showed up 5 minutes early. 3 month old puppy's first trip with me to the vets, taken from my arms 45 minutes later, told should be only 15 to 20 minutes. 50 MINUTES LATER puppy returned to me. poor time management, left a very bad impression.
It's the best around they care about people & their pets, They never pressure you to do most or get more very reasonable indeed, best place I feel Have been going there for 20 yrs It's not all about money that's for sure A big thank you to them,
Great care, reasonable prices!
Great place and very reasonable rates!!! Worth the drive!!!
Took great care of my dog
I'd leave zero or negative stars if I could. I used to recommend Yates to everyone I knew, I've dealt with them for over 20 years and always had compassionate care and fair prices, that is until recently. My 7 month old pup was hit by a car, my wife called and told them she was bringing the dog in. She arrived there at 5 pm and was told the vet would be out to get him when he was done with what he was working on. An hour later the vet comes out, tells my wife " sorry we close at 6 ", and that they tried to call another vet in but they couldn't come in. They then told her to go to an emergency clinic 45 minutes away . He then told her " you know , the Yates brothers don't work here anymore" . (What the point of this comment was I have no idea). No Kidding, they never would have let my dog suffer like that. They basically left my poor guy suffering in the car for an hour with a broken hip only to tell my wife to take him elsewhere. Had they said they were too busy when she arrived it would not have been a problem to go elsewhere, but to leave him suffering in the car for an hour before this is heartless and completely unprofessional. If you care for your pet at all take them someplace else. Lucky for that vet it was my wife there and not me or I'd be writing this review from jail.
I have been with Yates for as long as I can remember, and the brothers owned it it was a fantastically run clinic. Since the retirement it has gone drastically downhill. You call and call and call and continued to get a busy signal. And when you do get through they put you on hold. Today I tried to make an appointment for my dog who it could be potentially impacted, I was told to go online and make an appointment with a vet on some websites that will not give my dog a physical examination, and then was told that if it’s an emergency I should go to the london emergency vet clinic which is outrageously expensive, and to make an appointment with Vet online is double the price of what it would be to have an in person appointment. So what’s the point of even having a vet if you’re just gonna get brushed off onto other resources that are extremely expensive. I will be looking for a new vet.
Great staff at Yates Veterinary our cat was well looked after her op. I will say anyone with a pet this place is great for pets.
Very helpful
Love everything about it. The people are all totally awesome in every way.
Great customer service and rates
Caring vets. What happened to Christine and Julie, the ladies at front desk. Not liking this change. Long waits at the door and cannot get thru without trying many many times. When you do, you are often put on hold and for quite for awhile. Not always, but often.
Always happy with the service. All the vets are caring. They are responsible with prices much better than the others.
Been goin here for 18 years they been there for every good and bad moment in my fur babies life.
Very happy to hear vet really enjoyed working with Lia. No anxiety with Lia at all. Got top notch report on her health teeth and behavior. Thank you very much for awsome visit.
Great prices, no up selling.
We had been going to the clinic since 2004. The vets have always been compassionate and helpful. They care. It made up for the antiquated service, 1 land line, difficult to get through, lack of any current filing/office systems. This past fall we had to put our 17 year old kitty down, it was heartbreaking. We paid for cremation and 3.5 months later we have not received his ashes back. No communication from the office and it's almost impossible to get through. We received a lame excuse about a month ago. Also, we went to get our newest family member his second vaccines and they had no record of him. Despite telling them our other cat's name, it took well over 10 minutes of standing at the door waiting for them to find our record. It was so frustrating and seems they do business scribbling things down on scraps of paper. So sad that the office is run so poorly when the vets are caring. Poor way to run a business.
Yates are the best!
They were great with our Dog and got us in right away
