The staff at Town and Country Animal Clinic are amazing. The clinic is updated, clean, and professional. I love how kind and helpful the technicians and front-desk are, and how gentle Dr. Fetherston is. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing, and reviews the fees (which are very reasonable) at the end of the appointment. He is also armed with what seems to be every type of literature for you to take home with you, leaving you feeling confident in providing any additional care needed for your furry family member.

Doc Bob is extraordinary! A gentle giant :) Is extremely good with his patients. I now live 5 hrs from the office and I still return for our yearly visits or more recently with new additions to our family. The doc and his staff go out of ther way to know you personally as well. Not too often do you find a place that asked about the family and knows details you told them a year ago. I find their prices very reasonable and are very caring and compassionate people who love their jobs and it shows in their workmanship.

My family's dogs have been going to Dr. Bob for over 30 years, collectively, and through both routine and emergencies he and his staff has always been accomodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Everyone is amazing and loves animals. I know sometimes the wait is a bit longer than you'd like but that's because when you're the emergency, as my dog has been, they take you in right away and I think that's how it should be. An amazing practice.

This is the only vet I trust my pets with! Dr. Featherston is the most patient, thorough vet I’ve ever come across. He takes his time explaining everything that’s going on, what could come up in the future, and goes over the billing with you so you understand what you’re paying for. I pass 3 vets on my way to this one and I will only go here. The staff is great too! Always so pleasant and friendly and will work to fit you in when an unexpected thing happens with your pet! I brought my dog to walker road and the vet there told me she was fine.. I then brought her to Dr. Featherston later that day and within 2 minutes he figured out what was wrong with her and got her on medication.. within 2 days she was back to being herself! I’m so thankful for this doctor! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!

I've been to a few different veterinarians in the area over the years. What sets this team apart is their obvious love for animals... Dr Featherstone is a very kind man who obviously loves animals unconditionally regardless of size or species. His team at the front are welcoming and very friendly. His vet techs are very keen and do their jobs efficiently while making sure pets are relaxed... our 13-year-old Weimaraner needed surgery to removea large fat lump from his side that was causing his leg not to move properly. as owners we were terrified that it could not be fixed and that there would be lasting damage. He was a little bit sore for the first few days but quickly turned back Time 5 or 6 years. He's now acting like a puppy. Thank you so much Dr Featherstone for giving our old boy a second lease on life. And for a reasonable price. Highly highly recommend

This is the best place to go! Dr. Bob and his staff have been taking care of my cats and dogs for years. My parents used to bring our family pets here. Ive known this vet my whole life! The clinic is bright and clean. The staff love animals and are very knowledgeable. Dr. Bob is amazing, very knowledgeable, Trustworthy, dependable, understanding, caring ...i can go on and on. The service i get here is unbeatable. whenever i have a problem with my animals i go see him, sometimes i call and he will call.me back asap. The prices are good and Dr. Bob is always right on he knows what hes doing. He has never disappointed me or my animals. I am just so thankful for the dedication you get at town and country animal clinic. They always try to help u out one way or another. Its honestly like home away from home with all the issues my one dog has LOL! THIS ANIMAL CLINIC IS ONE OF A KIND I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING!!

He is not prideful and when no other vet could figure out what was wrong he didn't just try different things and waste more money he sent me to the university where my dog was diagnosed with a rare condition. Dr. Bob has been my family vet for over 30 years. Him and his staff are the most wonderful, caring and knowledgeable people. The office is always beautiful and clean, and Dr. Bob will personally call me with any results of blood work or scans.
