Veterinarians here a great, cost is about average.. when o had to put my dog down they were awesome a few weeks later received a lock of her hair and pictures of her paw prints l, when l brought my new puppy in for her first visit they gave me 4 pictures of her with her name age and weight.. they do the little things that make you feel like they really care about your pet like it was their own ..

Our family has a lot of animals which are all under the primary care of Dr Ken MacKenzie. He is by far the most caring, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind clinician we have ever experienced. He explains everything in so much detail so that you feel confident in making important medical decisions for your loved ones. I have the utmost respect for Dr MacKenzie and his team. My profession is of healthcare and whenever I speak to Dr MacKenzie it reminds me how important it is to explain everything in great detail to my own patients and their loved ones. Our golden lab Willow was in a very bad rollover car accident with us and Tecumseh Animal Clinic were kind enough to take her in and look her over. Willow was not a patient of theirs but I explained the situation and they were more than happy to take us in and look her over thoroughly. I have great confidence in the medical team that looked after our girl. I highly recommend this place for all of your fur babies.

I have gone to all 3 doctors: Dr. Thompson, Perry, and McKenzie and they are all very knowledgeable and genuine professionals. Not only that, the assistants and receptionists are allllll extremely kind. Dr. McKenzie helped me and my pup Theo out after a few complications that was going on for several months and now he is happier than ever! Dr. McKenzie is extremely understanding and genuinely cares about your pet. I definitely recommend him, I trust him 100%.

Prescribed two rounds of antibiotics for my cat's "ear infection", which did not clear up the issue whatsoever. I discovered eventually that it was an allergy to the treats he was having and his ears cleared up. Charged for an examination previous to a rabies vaccination when I had been in with my cat twice a month previously for the "ear infection". Also brought my puppy in for diarrhea and was prescribed antibiotics. A few days later, we ended up taking her to an after hours clinic with continuous diarrhea and vomiting and pancreatitis was discovered. What I preferred about the other clinic is the vet actually came outside to our car in a mask to speak with us and prescribed probiotics with the antibiotic doses. I just feel Tecumseh Animal Hospital is not thorough, ths vets are impersonal, and together my boyfriend and I have spent close to a thousand dollars here for advised solutions that did not work. The vet techs are very, very kind and professional at the door however, I will give them that.

Gotta change my review to 1 star, Dr Dahiwal, or whatever her name is, I requested to talk to her and was told that she will call back 3 times in a row and she never did. It was for a medicine she prescribed for my dog which didn't work.

This was the best experience at a vet that i have ever had. The staff is beyond compassionate and you can tell they all really care for their jobs and animals! Dr. Mackenzie was AMAZING, he is such a good vet and he was so kind and knowledgeable, my pup tried to give him a kiss today after receiving vaccines! Courteous and friendly staff at the front desk. Skilled and professional veterinarians. We have been going to Dr. Shanna Perry and are always impressed with her knowledge, skill and bedside manner! She's great with our kids too, explaining every step of the way and involving our kids in the process. It's no wonder my kids want to be veterinarians when they grow up! I have owned dogs all my life and employed many vets and animal clinics over the years but none have provided such high overall service and care. I highly recommend the Tecumseh and Forest Glade Animal Hospitals.

My wife and I have always been involved with treatment decisions about our pets at Tecumseh Animal Hospital and have never felt pressured. As owners we can accept or decline treatment but if you don't go forward with the recommended/ideal treatment and the outcomes are not ideal, we don't believe it's appropriate, nor fair to speak negatively about a team of essential workers, not now, not ever. Doctors and technicians take the time to educate us so that we can make informed decisions. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else! We took our puppy, Cash, into TAH to get neutered recently. It was a complicated neuter and he ended up having some complications after the surgery. We took Cash back in to TAH and Dr. Mackenzie and his team took it from there. They did an outstanding job of communicating with us throughout Cash’s stay and were very informative about his condition, current treatment(s) and their outlook for his recovery, etc. This team is outstanding and I would highly recommend. Very professional, knowledgeable and, most of all, kind. They treated Cash like he was their own and I can’t thank them enough! 10/10!!

Highly recommend this vet, it is the best I have tried in Windsor. Dr McKenzie recently walked us through a very difficult diagnosis for our kitten and we had to put him down. Dr Dhaliwal is wonderful as well and quickly identified a rare disease in my dog and he is feeling so much better. I feel very comfortable with their team and am so lucky to have found them!
