They are really good with my dog. Dr. Quinn was very sweet with her. My dog usually hates going to the vet and for the first time I have ever heard that she was calm sitting on a vet's lap. Mind you this is during the pandemic and was recent, they handle the pandemic precautions really well and consulted over the phone. I also have hamsters and Dr. Quinn also sees hamsters as well. Which is a big plus for me.

You have helped us with our more than uncooperative Meico on many occasions, helped him to lose weight and beat diabetes, you have shown nothing but kindness to me when it was time for me to say goodbye to my beloved Tinker and recently you helped us transition to welcoming 2 new kittens into our home who, unfortunately both have their own set of issues. I'm not worried though because I know that whatever happens that I can always count on your expert care, and great recommendations. I've been taking my one year old dog here for over 5 months now. He's had many problems with skin allergies and diet problems. They are always super caring and they treat him so well. They always call to check on him whenever he has problems. They're super nice. Prices are decent!

They handled everything very professionally, and didn't rush anything. Under better circumstances we would've loved to have brought any pet there. Maybe one day if we ever decide to get another dog. South Windsor animal hospital has for the second and last time disappointed me in their actions and in ability to take simple care of a situation. The first time was feeding my dog enough to cause her to puke because I allowed them to give her a treat. That was my mistake she threw up before we even got in the car from the amount of treats they gave after the vaccinations. The second is refusing to see her because my father brought her to an appointment today. He refused two of the shots as we had talked about because they had me reschedule twice.

My Mothers beloved dog passed away recently. Because of a stroke Mom cannot communicate as well as she would like.She stopped by my house and I went with her. They said they were too busy and to bring her to Walker Road Emergency. The amount of money Mom has spent there and to not even look at the Dog was a kick in the teeth. I know there is Covid protocol but a little compassion goes a long way.

I came to rescue a young lady who had her dog bitten by another dog and was in a lot of pain. She had brought in her dog to this Clinic and was told after asking what they would do if it was up to them. They told her that they would put her dog down.They could have told her many things they could try at a cost of course but they were honest and told her what needed to be done. I personally did not have any dealings with this Clinic but since they were honest with this young lady I would highly recommend them for that. I'm sure if you have pet you can rely on their honesty for what needs to be done in regards to taking care of your pet.

Recently found a tick on my 4 year old Rottweiler and I called the hospital to ask for next steps. My call was answered quickly by Sue who kindly answered all of my questions and told me to bring the tick in so they could identify it. The tick was identified and I was told to make an appointment for the medication and an overall examination. We first met the vet tech, Amy who was amazing, so friendly and Prince who is otherwise nervous about the vet felt comfortable with her. Since we are not allowed into the hospital at this time, we talked to Dr. Quinn over the phone who explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions or concerns I had. She was very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly recommend this animal hospital and it’s staff.

I wouldn't take my pets back again. The vet in at the time was never negative and not to professional. I'd get a second opinion if it was something more serious, based on first incounter. Everything seem to end with your pet will have or most likely has cancer/some other illness. He was not my cup of tea. ( My pets mind you are in good health) It was for a routine shot. Simply because are primary vet was unable to do it at the time.

Great team. The staff show such care for the animals and are very thorough. My dog is always happy to go back there which is a good sign. They are still using strict COVID protocols which is a good thing however I would prefer to go inside with my dog and hold his paw ;). Regardless this office is great, I recommend this place.
