My girl is old now and having some issues, so my first reaction was to call Bracks to get her the best care. But Bracks was busy and unable to see her. My second reaction was to call the usual place, but there’s always a cloud of uncertainty of there. My Brittany Spaniel was born before my kids so I’m picky and I expect a clean and organised clinic with a calm patient knowledgeable professional. So I tried a new place and gave Dr. Pesic a call - suffice to I’ll be going back.

We brought our Chihuahua to Dr. Pesic for a second opinion. 2 other vets at another office had no clue what was wrong with lil' Lenny and it didn't take long at all for Pesic to figure out the issue. Not only did he know after a short exam the rare issue we were dealing with but he whipped out medical books to read up more making the effort to seek out additional information. We were able to treat Lenny and he was back to normal in 2 days after the previous 2 vets told us they had no idea what was wrong with him and suggested we take him to the states to see a specialist. Dr. Pesic not only calmed our fears and helped our baby, but he also saved us $$$ from going to the states (which we were prepared to do). This man knows his stuff!!!

I wouldn't trust anyone else with the lives of my furry family members. I have 2 cats that have both come close to being lost due to old age and digestion issues. Both times Dr Pesic and his team were extremely forth coming about the gravity of the situation, what steps need to be taken -- complete disclosure including pricing and options -- he made no special promises, but I know how hard they worked to keep their lives healthy. Both times my cats have returned to me in better shape than they went in and have been thriving. Love this place. We recently switched to Pesic - my husband had been taking his pets to another vet since before I met him, but they weren't very good. I was searching for a new vet for our 4 cats and 2 bunnies, and Pesic caught my eye because of their high Google rating. I gave then a call and they got us in quickly despite the COVID19 lockdown situation. We will only be using Pesic from now on. They are simply amazing - kind, patient, efficient and honest. My Great Dane ate a tennis ball at the dog park this Friday evening. My vet highly recommended I take him to the Emergency vet. The one on Walker Road was an hour wait with the vet going into surgery. The one on Lauzon had only one vet on who was in surgery. Waiting was not an option for us. Pesic Animal Hospital was open until 9 pm on Friday night so I called. They took us right away. Dr.Pesic was absolutely awesome and so was the vet tech. They were both so good with my dog who wasn't even a regular patient of their's. Dr. Pesic did everything in his power to avoid doing surgery as the cost would have been over $1000 for a dog that size. In just a short time the tennis ball was out. I just want to say "Thank you, Thank you"!!! The charge for this was extremely reasonable as well.

We previously went to Lauzon Vet Hospital and were not pleased with their service. We realized after talking with Dr. Pesic the schedule of shots made no sense and was utilized by the Lauzon Vet to charge us for the maximum amount of visits. Dr. Pesic and his staff were very informative and extremely friendly. It's evident they care about more than just making $$$ here as it was about half the cost of a visit to Lauzon Vet Hospital and a new schedule for shots was given that doesn't capitalize on us paying to visit. Honestly I couldn't say enough good things about Dr. Pesic. He really cares about the animals. He's honest, reliable and hard working. I've never called and not been able to get in within a day or two. My favorite thing about him is he explains things in detail and he will work with you on the treatment. He doesn't simply tell you we need to do this and it's this much like most vets do. He will go over each part of the procedure or medication and if you can't afford it all he will tell you "okay, let's do this and this and we can hold off on these". I find that rare in a vet, as most don't talk to you much outside of the examination and then they pass it onto their receptionists to handle the billing. Finding an honest vet who isn't going to soak you for money is like finding an honest mechanic, once you find one you never go to anyone else.

My wife and I have been taking our dogs to the same vet at a very busy clinic for 23 years. We wanted a vet that was closer to our home. We also felt, after comparing notes with friends who have dogs, that the fee structure for the various expenses we incurred were at the very high end of what vets are charging today. Our first appt. with one of our dogs was this afternoon and start to finish it was impressive. Dr. Pesic was courteous, professional, unhurried and kind. He took time to explain necessary treatments. He answered all my questions thoroughly and my dog genuinely liked him and his staff who were equally kind and compassionate. He also took time to review charges in advance of treatments. We felt that every charge incurred was justified and very reasonable. Looking forward to bringing our other dog next week. A completely,positive transition for us. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything ran very smoothly. The office is very clean and the prices are competitive. We researched multiple options and Pesic seemed like the best place to bring our new kittens and we were not disappointed. He also works on small animals, like guinea pigs and rabbits. This was our first visit and we were 20 mins early. We were still seen immediately and the whole visit took about 30 mins for 2 kittens to get their first exam, shots, deworming, and flea treatment. Dr. Pesic made sure all of our questions were answered and appeared to care deeply for animals.

I love this place. I thought I was going to have to have my cats eye removed after a dog bit him. WALKER ROAD ANIMAL HOSPITAL tried to charge me almost $3000 to remove his eye. I was told that this was the only option from walker road animal hospital. Well I bring him here and the doctor not only squeezed me in due to the emergency but he cut the cost in half for the surgery but when we get there, he informs us the our baby SHOULD be able to save his eye. It was a maybe, there was a chance it wouldn't work but long story short, it worked, my cat was able to keep his eye, and he saved me thousands of dollars. I am so grateful to dr. Pesic!!!!
