I brought all 3 of my cats here and I must say, I was truly impressed. Dr. Saini took his time with each of them, making sure everything was a-ok with each. I couldnt believe my one girl was actually letting him handle her (does not like strangers & is very timid). Prices are extremely reasonable, location is perfect. He doesn't seem to be out for $$ .. and it was nice to actually have options that werent going to put a huge dent in the savings. Will definitely reccomend and be a returning customer with my pets.

Dr Saini is a truly compassionate vet who goes above and beyond for clients and animals. I inquired about purchasing prescription cat food since we just ran out, for my sister's cat under my temporary care. I did not know the clinic already closed for the day, and he drove over to open for me. I cannot thank you enough, and our cat is so very happy with the food.

The BEST vet in town! Dr. Saini takes such good care of our pets. He goes above and beyond to help our two dogs and it is obvious how much he cares about animals. When our little pup fractured her leg, he not only came in late on a holiday weekend, but was extremely fair with his charge and even called us the next day to check in on her. Finding medical professionals with this much compassion are hard to come by. I will go to him for years to come!

Conveniently located. Reasonable rates but shall things really add up fast. Staff are not particularly experienced with large dogs and their owners have to do most of the work for examinations. Offers too many options that make decisions frustrating. No doubt the Vet is very knowledgeable but communications can be a problem. Definitely show apprehension to the point of inexperience. Tough call whether to go back again.

My dog had an exposed tooth and he was in so much pain!!! And i can not describe to you how emotional I was when i couldnt find a vet that would even see him not only did this hospital take him they removed the tooth and gave him antibiotics. I was a complete mess and it killed me to see my puppy in pain but the fact that this vet helped my dog means the world to me and hes doing so much better now he even gave me his personal number ao i can call if my puppy needed anything at all! Im so grateful and beyond impressed with the care i was given!!!! Thank you just thank you

Not sure why, I was being advised to do a bunch of unnecessary procedures...I came in for some antibiotics and got a lecture on neutering my dog, vaccinations etc...felt like bell marketing. They wanted to charge $70+HST for antibiotics??? So I took a prescription which they charged $20 for to take it to Shoppers...where antibiotics cost $40... Conclusion, I hate when vet clinics believe they are smarter than the person walking in the door and try to shake you down for your $

Dr. Sani is an awesome vet! I have always recommended him. He is genuine, kind-hearted, and actually cares about your pets! To the person that gave a bad review because of his large dog... if you have a pet, it is YOUR responsibility to control it (speaking from experience of owning a large dog). It's not Dr. Sani's fault if YOUR pet does not listen to YOU. Anyways, I moved away from Tecumseh, but I still make the 40 min drive for my furbabies. Dr. Sani is, quite possibly, the best vet you can find in the area. ????

This vet is the reason my dog is no longer with us today. Despite labwork that showed high glucose levels Dr.sani just told us to switch his food and he would be fine. After no improvement we took him to another vet where he was diagnosed with diabetes and given insulin, unfortunately 3 months too late. His kidneys started shutting down and he was almost completely blind by the end of it. Heartbreaking and something that could've been prevented. Stay away no matter how reasonable the prices are.

Dr Saini is an amazing veterinarian....he saved my big boys life...he had a completely blocked bladder and it was a difficult case... The doctor tried all day to unblock him and even consulted with another Doctor to save his life...he never gave up, where another vet might have not went the distance & my cat would have never made it...he offers a clean hospital, very good prices and you can tell he really loves animals and works with his heart ❤️...he only calls for tests that are needed...& he explains everything in great detail...I would recommend him to my family , my friends and your family...if you want your furbabies to have a great doctor and great care without it being too hard on your finances.... Give Dr.Saini a call , at lesperance animal hospital ...him & his staff will take amazing care of your furbabies..????????????

Repeats himself a lot, doesn't explain overly well and always seems to use a textbook answer as opposed to an answer to the specific situation. Cheapest place in town for a reason. Receptionists are all very friendly and understanding.
