Love this animal hospital! They followed Covid guidelines but were very accommodating to me and my 3 year old cat. He'd never been there before but was relaxed through the entire exam and responded well to all the staff. Dr. Natalie was awesome and I'll ask for her again. This vet really loves your pets!

I was in big distress when I phoned up this vet. My cat almost 6 years old named Jace has been there for me in the hardest of times & he's a really special cat had some scaly stuff I have never seen or felt before on his back and it freaked me out. The compassion and understanding I recieved from this vet was amazing. I didn't expect that. I just get emotional about my animals. They are helpless little creatures and we have to do what we can to help them and this vet will. Thank you for being so kind and gentle with one of my precious cats ! The staff and vets at this location have always treated my animals with love and care when we go in for a visit. The vet always takes time to carefully explain process and procedures. Switched to them based on a good recommendation from a family friend and have been a client for several years. A little expensive than what we were paying before, but they are much better to my pets than the previous vet we went to. We will keep coming back.

Great vet. We brought our puppy there to be registered and get his second set of shots, and they were very fast. They also took the time to come out and talk to us to make sure we had the chance to ask any questions we had (Everything was curb side at the time). They also gave our new pupper a fancy new toy that he loves, and when we got home and looked through the booklet they provided us they gave us laminated pictures (wallet size) of our pup. Overall very impressed. I believe they also trimmed his nails for free. We also had a scare with the pup eating something, and we were able to call and get advice right over the phone.

We will never go back to Forest Glade Animal Hospital. I took my dog in for tooth cleaning and was quoted something around $800 which was steep to begin with. When I dropped her off in the morning I was asked the highest amount I would spend without having to be called. I was stressed and rushing on my way to work so said $1000 and left. I got a call during the day telling me my dog needed 11 teeth out and it would go to $1000. Several of the teeth looked to have no decay. Another visit, I was told my male dog also needed dental and that his back tooth was cracked and needed to be removed. I was again quoted an astronomical price. At the same visit, a newer vet gave me eye drops for an ear infection. It was good that I researched them before using them. The office would not return the money I had paid for the appt. I took my male dog elsewhere to have his teeth done, perfectly white and none to remove - not to mention 1/3 the price. So not impressed with these Vets.

Love Dr. Eagen at this vet - we'd follow her where ever she goes! Have recommended her to my new dog owner friends and they love her too. She saved my dogs life when other vets said he was fine. My pup was previously with another clinic and we switched to this one after having a negative experience with staff at the previous Vet. Staff at Forest Glade are extremely professional, knowledgeable and compassionate - from the office staff to Vet Techs and the Doctors themselves. The Doctors are always willing to listen and offer advice and recommendations. It's important to me to feel like I can trust those who are caring for my pup and I certainly do feel that way here. Pricing for services is reasonable and on par with others in the city. Highly recommended!

We cannot say enough regarding the treatment we received as well as our beloved Chloe. This was our first experience with having to say goodbye to a pet, our beloved goldie of nearly 15yrs of age and although the staff deals with this on a daily basis, they were as kind and caring as if this was their first experience dealing with a family in such distress. They were extremely professional but more importantly, they gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes, together as a family. Other places did not offer this compassion during this pandemic so we are very grateful. They sent a plant arrangement as well as paw prints and a lock of Chloe's hair days afterwards and that was unexpected and sincerely appreciated. We highly recommend this Animal Hospital ???????? My cat is a very challenging patient - he is extremely combative and does not cooperate at all. The level of care that was provided to him today and during the past week has been incredible. I recommend Forest Glade any chance I get, to anyone I know or meet with pets. Hands down, they are the most caring Vetrenarians I've been to in Windsor. If you care about your pets you will take them here! Also, every time I had a quote from them, the bill was lower than the original quote. When I had to put my 14 year old best friend to sleep due to cancer, a week later I received a potted plant delivery, with a sorry for your loss card from them, it really made me feel that they care about their clients, both human and animal.

If I could leave six stars I would. After almost 2 years, 3 other clinics and half dozen vets trying to guess how to treat my maltese, Dr. Perry cured her in a couple of weeks! Extremely professional and competent, Dr. Perry resolved a terrible skin issue almost immediately. I still can not believe that my dog (and my family) suffered so much and for so long until someone that really knows what to do took care of her! Not to mention how much money I wasted! I would never take my maltese to any other vet in this world! Thank you so much Dr. Perry!

My cat Sandwich had a bad thyroid. Dr Theresa tried different medicines and then we switched to thyroid food and it made all the difference in the world. Eventually it stopped working and our Sandwich was dying. I had to make the dreaded phone call to bring him in and have him put down. I was devastated. The vet talked me through the process and gave me the time I needed to say goodbye to our beloved pet. Everyone was very kind to me and my cat of 16 years. It is so difficult to find the words to express my gratitude for everything the staff (all) did for us. My baby Winston is laying on the couch with me as I send this. I was frantic from the time my husband called to say, hurry home I don't know what is wrong I think he's dying. Somehow we made it safely to the place that would save his life (Forest Glade Animal Hospital). From the time I burst through the door, crying so hard I could barely see (please help me) to the most recent check on his health we have received such care and compassion. Every phone call I made (there were a lot of them) our many visits the questions I asked. Right down to carrying his bear for him because he was too weak to hold it. This last visit when I asked Winston if he wanted to go see the Doctor he squeaked and was wagging his tail so hard it was going in a circle. He could barely wait to get in the building to see the wonderful ladies at the front desk, then the technicians came to see him and off he went with them to get his nails done. I can't say enough about the Doctors other then amazing Winston will never go anywhere else. Thank you so very much.

I was recently in a situation in which my dog needed immediate help and our normal vet clinic did not have any availability to see us. (Not happy about that at all). I called in a panic to Forest Glade Animal Hospital and they were so compassionate and caring and saw us right away. Dr. Amanda Segeren came out to my car to help bring my dog into the the hospital. Her and her team were so gentle and kind during their assessment of my dog. Dr. Theresa deGelder even phoned the next day to get an update on how my dog was recovering and was available to respond to all of my questions and concerns throughout the day. (In all my years of having pets, I have never received a call from a vet to see how my pet was doing). I highly recommend this Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for a new vet as they all went above and beyond to help and I am truely grateful for their professionalism and compassion during a difficult and stressful time. Thank you everyone at Forest Glade Animal Hospital for your kindness and sympathy as it is greatly appreciated.
