My cat Izzy passed away at home last Monday and we took her to Clearwater and they were just amazing. Ashley was fantastic! She answered all our questions, delt with the situation with the proper respect and care and full explained what would happen with our baby. We had her cremated and got a paw print as well. The staff all signed a card with their condolences and mailed it to us as well. It was very sweet and professional will definitely being returning with my other animals in the future. Thank you for making us feel comfortable when going through our loss.

I am comfortable with the vet and he is great with my 2 kids (yorkies) They take the time to speak with you until you understand and they call you at home also for updates. They follow up after surgery if need be. I just wish the prices were a little less then they are for being on a fixed budget.

EVERYONE at this vet is GREAT! Been elsewhere but this tops them all! Previous vet misdiagnosed issue and missed a gall bladder infection completely. Always get treatment plan from the vet first. We cannot say enough about Clearwater. We are always pleasantly greeted when walking in, including our dogs. It is nice that they are acknowledged since they are the patients. Dr. Jammu and support staff are wonderful; they explain everything about the appointment with you and answer any and all questions prior to anything being done to your pet. They are patient and calm and seem to have a real caring nature for the animals that are entrusted to them. We could not imagine taking our girls anywhere else.

As this was my very first visit to Clearwater Animal Hospital it was a very pleasant experience. The staff and Doctor made my dog and I feel very welcomed and at ease. They took their time and explained everything that they were doing. The doctor educated me on how to go about brushing my dogs teeth and he took his time with her. He explained in detail her overall health and the staff gave me a lot of sound advice and information . I appreciate all their time. This will now without a doubt be my vet for now on. I highly recommend them. Thank you

Unprofessional vet! Go somewhere else! I brought my dog for a check up and to book a blood work/urine exam. My dog was taken from me to check his anal glands. When the vet came back with my dog I was advised that the blood work was done as well as the urine without my consent. He also told me that my dog had an infection and he would need to take antibiotics. The vet was asking me about some concerns in regards to my dog skin and a cyst but my dog was a patient of this vet at this clinic and had his exams done there few months earlier for the same issues that this same vet was asking me know. The vet did not take the time to check my dog's file. It was so unprofessional! So lazy! They booked my appointment at 5 pm and I could tell the vet was rushing it as much as we could. I asked if the infection would alter the exam results. He said no. I explained that I would have preferred if I was asked if I want to do the exams before it was done. Few days later I received an email saying that the exam results were abnormal. I should do it again once the infection was solved. I sent an email advising them that the exams were done without my consent and I was told by the vet and owner of the clinic that it would not alter the results. Useless to say that they did not care and kept this unprofessional behavior. Moreover, my dog was hurt during the blood collection and I was not advised about the issue. He had a huge purple spot on his neck. I saw that they took the blood from his paw. They could have asked me from where it is easier to collect the blood. But they are too amateurs. Conclusion: my dog is healthy and we have now a new professional and ethical vet. If you are looking for a vet, you should avoid this place!

I originally posted a 5 star review when I first started going to Clearwater.. but after my last experience, I will be going to a different vet. I have been trying to get a simple antibiotic for my cat for 2 weeks now.. we already know what the problem is, because he has gone in for the same problem many times.. but since they send you in with a different vet for every visit, we are unable to get the proper meds he needs due to the fact that we didnt see the original vet that prescribed the meds for us in over a year (its just a scam to get more $$ for an unnecessary consolation).. so after calling 3 separate times, trying to get my cats meds, i finally talked to the receptionist who assured me that the vet will finally call me back, so maybe I can get some answers as to why I cant get a simple prescription filled?... big surprise, nobody has called me back in days... time to find a new vet who cares and can actually make an effort!

Wonderful find! Having just moved to the area I was concerned about finding the right vet for our pup but Clearwater delivered and went above and beyond. The doctors and staff are warm, caring, friendly and so informative. Our dog had surgery and everything was explained in detail, which set us at ease. We had a call the day after to make sure all was okay and to check to see if we had any further questions. Our dog even received a hand written get well card in the mail! Absolutely wonderful animal hospital!!

I highly recommend Clearwater Animal Hospital. A lot of places you basically just drop your pet off and leave. Not at Clearwater, they are very thorough. I was very happy with the experience I had. They make sure any questions or concerns you have are answered before you leave. They also follow up to make sure everything is OK after you've brought your pet home. Went here today for my mother whom couldn't attend, she's on oxygen and walks with a cane, it is pretty cold outside.. was told the dog would have to go in because the doctor wouldn't refill a prescription for liquid ibuprofen of all things... Lol, off to the pharmacy I go, to get children's liquid ibuprofen and give her dog an equivalent dose to hold her off until someone can bring her in to be examined again..

Went in for dental surgery. Costing many hundreds of dollars. Came home with fleas and a terrible virus which spread to my other cats. Again costing hundreds of dollars. The 24 hour vets on Walker Rd were very empathetic and kind. Def recommended.

After a very negative experience with another vet in Windsor I was very nervous that Clearwater would be similar but I was blown away by how friendly and caring all the staff were! From the moment we walked in the doors, we felt at ease and like the staff truly cared about our cat. The vet tech was very friendly and took time to give our cat some loving and asked about all aspects of her health. The vet was patient and took the time to explain our options and what he believed was going on with her. I am very pleased that we made the switch!

Our older cat Midnight was on the brink of death and Dr.Jammu, Ashley, and the amazing team of vet techs brought him back. He got really sick and was refusing to eat, and after bringing Midnight to a clinic, they explained that he had cancer and should be put down within days. When we brought him to the hospital for a second opinion before we made a decision, Dr.Jammu explained that his condition was treatable but they had to ensure he was healthy enough to fight off the cancer. Four days of care later, Midnight was out of the hospital, eating, and playing again and we are so so so thankful for the team at this hospital. Between the communication (we received videos and photos of Midnight eating and in his cage while he was at the hospital), the care, the amazing work they do, as well as the price point, definitely bring your animals here if they're sick!

Very disappointed with end of life experience with our cat. He was 17, dehydrated and not eating. Treatment was provided to rehydrate and bloodwork was taken. Cost was $350. Told they would call on Saturday with results. On Monday morning I called to inquire and was told results just arrived and that the vet would review and call me shortly. After 3:00 pm. I had still not heard from vet and called back. Told Dr. Gill would review and get back in touch. He was the vet who attended to our cat on Friday. Later that afternoon another vet called to share results. Told him that our cat was still not eating or drinking despite giving the appetite stimulant we were provided. Suggested we come for an urgent care food which we did. Cat refused to eat it and passed away Tuesday morning. I understand that the cat was elderly and ill and was nearing end of life. I am mostly disappointed with Dr. Gill and what seems like a lack of care and compassion to follow up himself. The morning our pet died someone from Clearwater did call to check up. She was respectful and sincere when told our pet had passed. I'm not sure that much, if anything, could have been done to extend our pet's life or to return any quality to his life. I'm not angry with the loss. I'm a little annoyed with the care than was extended for the cost that was paid. Our family liked most of the staff that we were in contact with at Clearwater for the numerous years that we brought our pets in for care. I don't feel that the vet provided feedback and dialogue or adequately discussed treatment options once the blood result were returned. Having someone else call, who did not assess our pet on Friday, is disappointing.

Been around for years. Brought my friend's dog in while dog sitting for a scheduled appt. She loved the staff (And she isn't a huge fan of ppl) They had pretty neat options for vaccine cards. If you travel they have a card that'll fit nicely in your passport. I seem to recall a tag w a QR code on it. This was a roughly a year ago so I could be misremembering Unfortunately they do not have weekend boarding due to staffing. Which is a huge shame, they could've saved me some bad stress when I had to board my dogs last fall

I am new to Windsor so did not know where to take my new kitten. My son recommended Clearwater and I am so glad he did. I had Khalee spayed and declawed and they were wonderful. She sailed through the surgeries so well and has been doing very well. I took her back for trimming and back nail clipping recently and she made out equally as well. Hi, my name is Emily and I am a seven year old basset hound. My first visit to Clearwater Animal Hospital was when I was eight weeks old. Here are some of the things that I love about "Clearwater".Dr. Jammu, Dr. Gill, Kelly and Ashley have been constant employees. They are familiar to me so this makes me feel relaxed and comfortable going there. Everyone calls me by name, they greet me and remember that I like my belly rubbed.I am never rushed.All question are answered and the Doctors explain everything in detail. When I have tests done the Doctor personally calls with the results. Appointments are on time and they have even accommodated me when I have stopped in without an appointment for a "pedicure".They even gave me photo I D so I can cross the boarder! Bassets are prone to become "broad" where bassets shouldn't be "broad" With a recommended diet they have kept me thin and healthy. Dr Jammu has been taking excellent care of my dogs for 17 years and I couldn't be happier. He preformed an emergency kidney operation, and my dog lived for another 5 healthy and happy years. Dr Jammu will give you the straight facts and the different options and costs. If asked, he will give his opinion without judging you for your decision. Today I had to help my dog pass over. Dr Jammu and his staff were very gentle and respectful. It was a calm and caring experience for my dog. It was a gentle passing. Thank you Dr Jammu.

My experience was wonderful. Everybody was organized, efficient and both the technician and the vet were extremely compassionate and gentle. I had indicated I wanted just his vaccines and wellness exam as Medic is a highly anxious dog and they were very accommodating. They took the time to ensure that he was calm before administering the injections which I appreciated very much. Great experience.

Dr. Manjit Jammu saw my bunny 2 days ago. My bunny has an absess on his tooth. First of all I wasn't allowed to go in due to covid. Veterinarians love this BTW because you are now a number and they don't have to speak to you. $200 later I was sent home with antibiotics that has caused my bunny to stop eating, pooping and peeing. And with $1800 estimate for surgery. I left a message for him to ask for other options and to tell him about my bunny's new situation. He never did call. He's now enjoying his weekend while I'm watching my bunny get sicker. I now have to pay for another examination at another vet. As far as Dr. Manjit Jammu is concerned animals are just his method of earning money. He does not actually care about them.

I have a "wellness plan" with clearwater animal hospital. Inspite of suspending service on their end. (Refused appointments and to provide assistance as outline within the plan) they continue to charge the monthly rate. It was requested that, the time period they were unwilling to assist be refunded, or future payments be terminated, or they provide free of charge an extension to the plan equal to the period they charged but would not provide be added. The response this was that a call back would be provided. No call back was provided and i can no longer get ahold of a representative.

Very great with my dog, but staff aren't all on same page. tried to add neuter to puppy plan ( like staff stated I could do since I was on the fence about it ) but then turned around and said I couldn't add to plan once I booked the appointment. Overall a great vet but not impressed with some of the staff.
