I’m from out of town and came here to buy 2 cans of dog food for my dog as where I normally buy it from is out of stock. What a lengthy process! They make you set up a file even though my dog will never be attending here and it’s an extremely low risk product. The wait times are very long with telephone and texting. Will avoid in the future.

I was pushed to think the only solution was surgery. I was told go to another vet "I don't care" ! Had to all on a Sunday morning , the on call Dr. called me back and yawned in my ear and talked over me . Having a much better result at "ALL PAWS"

Out of an abundance of caution we asked to see a vet. Within 15 minutes of our first phone call we were meeting with a vet. Certainly went above and beyond to give us piece of mind. We brought our canine here for her two year shots and checkup. Communication was good, the place was clean, service was friendly, professional, and prompt. I am not experienced enough to criticize the level of veterinary care, although all the advice that I received seems reasonable and in our dog's best interests. The price was reasonable and we felt our hound was well cared for. She even got a treat. We will bring her back here.

Rude receptionists. Good doctors. But everything else was bad. Communication was bad. They'll offer to cut the pets nails and say not a word of the 20 dollars they charge. I literally saw one of the receptionists on Facebook while we were waiting in the car while they were 5 minutes late to come outside.

As an incredibly busy veterinary office, they still give very good personal attention to each client and treat each animal and person who comes through their doors with great respect! Their location isnt stellar, parking is sparse and their office is a bit small so if you have a reactive animal I think it's best to call and let them know, as they're incredibly accommodating and willing to help out however they can!

While on a long road trip our older dog injured her leg and need veterinary care. She was in pain, with limited mobility and bummed out to the point of not wanting to eat without hand feeding. It looked pretty bleak. We booked an appointment with Dr. Jessica. She asked questions, listened to answers and proceeded to diagnose the problem, a torn ACL. She eliminated costly and unnecessary tests. She prescribed the required medication, and protocol for rehab. She warned us of possible side affects of the medication and how to proceed if they occured. Each day after the visit a little more enthusiasm for life would build in our Gracie. It was a slow and successful process that started with Dr. Jessica. A month later Gracie was at 100%. Her quality of life was restored and we have been grateful. Thank you Dr. Jessica.

These guys were amazing. Vet was patient and compassionate and spent a while listening to my concerns. They helped me over the phone as well which most vets wouldn't do. My cat is feeling so much better and I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I would say I'd definitely come back, but I hope my kitty is healthy forever!

I'm quite happy with Alpine, so much so that I wouldn't consider any other clinic at this time. - I appreciate that the veterinarians are able to make recommendations without being aggressive. - The workers are always gentle with my cat. - Prices seem reasonable. - Easy to make an appointment. - Friendly reception. - Location is good with lots of parking.

My dog is super unsure of people and barks uncontrollably when people come up to him. The vets at Alpine are AMAZING! They are very soft and gentle with my dog. Getting down on the ground to his level, gently talking to him and letting him sniff unt he gets comfortable before doing whatever needs to be done. I love it.

When we got there for the appointment the staff was courteous. When we picked up the dog after his surgery the staff (a different one) was also friendly and helpful.
