Great customer service! I'm so glad I switched over to white rock pharmacy . delivery is fast and quick. I have a tendency to forget to order my refills until the last minute and have to end up waiting in long lineups but with this pharmacy I can make a refill anytime of the day and it comes right to my door. ..I have gone to other pharmacies over the years but I found them to be very impersonal and I always felt like I was putting them out if I asked about a new drug I had been prescribed and could feel the lineup behind me rolling their eyes you know. They didn’t have time to help the very people they should be helping. Well nothing could be more personal to me and I wasn’t used to needing a pharmacy, other than the odd time, until my health changed. Suddenly I needed my doctor very much but I also needed a pharmacist equally so. My doctor suggested I go to see Jutin at White Rock Pharmacy. Now, I not only feel I have the best and most caring Doctor...I also have the best and most caring pharmacist. All the staff are willing and able and Jutin is always looking out for his patients. I’ve received calls to see how I’m doing. Who can say that of their pharmacy? My health has improved to the point I’m back to work part time. Something I was feeling might be over for me. And I love my job. So thank you to everyone at Whiterock Pharmacy..for everything you do. It means so much.
