I took my cat to get vaccines last month and was very pleased with Dr. Saini's exam and vaccination. Went back this morning so my cat could get the second dose of the vaccines and was extremely disappointed because they not only charged me the vaccines but also ANOTHER consultation fee, regardless I told them my cat had no complaints. The vet didn't exam my cat, just gave her the vaccines. The assistant only weighed her again this time. I don't think I should be charged another consultation fee in a month's time!

We bring 3 cats and 2 dogs to this place and what I really appreciate is that they always fit us in if we have an emergency. And in general, don’t need to wait weeks for appointments. Pleasant staff and good service. Not sure what the cats think of this place, haha, but the vets haven’t had any issues handling them, so they must not mind it that much.

Service is great, respect of Covid restrictions. My vet name is Dr. Saini and he gave me clear explanations as to what they will do and gave me a detail estimate costs. Two chihuahua which had tooth clean and extractions and one received a minor surgery to extract a small mammal tumour. Medication and care to give at home was well explained and made it clear that if I have any concerns at all, to go back right away or call at any time. Everything went fine, no infection, the day after she was already running around and she's about to get her stitches off and cure very well. Couldn't ask for a better service and I have no hesitation in recommending their services. Also, their price are lower than most. Another thing, when I first called, Michelle answered the phone and she speaks with a smile, you can hear it, it made me feel confident in bringing my pets to them and I'm glad I did. Thanks to all the very professional personnel that took great care of my two fur babies.

I'm taking my dogs here from now on! I was met with a very caring and friendly assistant, and Dr. Gill was so nice and he explained how important the vaccines were for my dogs. The prices are extremely reasonable and I felt the level of care was awesome! We will definitely be having Dr. Gill as our Veterinarian from now on. :)

going there since many years with 2 frenchies and a cat - always best treatment and healing - going in tomorrow again with bladder infection ..... UPDATE: tried to drop the dog off this morning shortly after 8 AM; receptionist refused to take / keep the dog until Dr. arrives at 10 AM citing she can't be responsible, if something happens to the dog in the meantime ....... the dog was WALKING in .... not carried in on its last breath ..... never experienced this at that clinic before, dropped dogs off many times to be looked at and picked up later .... the earliest appointment she was given me was 11:15 ...AM ---- what downtown Vancouver working pet-parent is able to stay 0ff work, instead of dropping the dog off as early as possible .....either there is a new veterinarian owner ..... OR ????? we may need to take our business elsewhere ....this clinic is loosing very lucrative patients .......

This is the best vet clinic! I can’t even put in to words how amazing they are! The staff are all very friendly and helpful! Dr. Saini is so great, he answered all my questions And was very helpful and kind when my sphynx kitten had continuous health problems. The best animal clinic ever, thats all I can say. They are extremely patient with my super aggressive cat, and always answer my questions no matter when I call. They are way more helpful than the other animal hospital down the road (I've been there several times and they just literally looked at my cat and told me he's healthy , and then charge me a fee). I am so glad I switched to here for my cat!

Our dog ingested some poison while off-leash and got really sick. (She is a black lab, and she will eat ANYTHING) Luckily we got her to Peninsula Crossing Animal Hospital in time and they did all the right tests and gave her all the right medications and she is healthy to this day.

Dr.Saini (if I remember correctly) is really professional. My kitten has diarrhea and didn’t like canned food after vaccination. Dr. Saini recommended another can, my kitten likes a lot!

This was our first time at the office with our new rescue pup. I was surprised and pleased to see that unlike our last animal hospital where everything was done over the phone due to Covid, that we could use a mask and enter and be present during the examination and have a face to face conversation with the veteranarian. The veteranarian was awesome and had the puppy playing and happy during the examination. The office staff were friendly and welcoming and provided great information. All in all, it was a great experience and we will continue taking our pup to this office.
