Brought my French Bulldog here after the vet I’ve been going to for years and spent thousands at wouldn’t see me in an emergency. So I looked online and found this place that’s open 7 days a week and open until midnight. You can finally make an appointment when you need to see the vet!!! This was an excellent experience and I’ve now switched exclusively to this vet. My Frenchie has improved so much since I’ve brought him here and I’ve been telling everyone about this place. Extremely professional and they don’t rush, they offer you choices and the prices are very reasonable. My Stitchy is doing so well and they genuinely care about your pet. I don’t write reviews but thought this place deserves one!!! Thank you Dr. Manesh and the staff.

I took my dog here at 10:30pm for a suspected blocksge as he had eaten some kind of ball. The vet gave him a shot and took 2 x-rays but didn't bother to tell me that a rubber blockage wouldn't show up on an xray. Had me pay a rather large fee without actually giving me the needed info. I ended up taking my dog to Fraser Valley emerge the next day. Go to whiterock vetrenary hospital if you can or in an emergency go to fraser Valley but not here.

Our family loves the staff and doctors at this clinic, they recognize how important our pets are and do their best. Notably even during the pandemic which was a very difficult time they made sure to see us and didn't cut corners or time spent to be able to get our curmudgeon senior back to his mischievous self at 1130PM to boot one time! And not at emergency pricing like who does that anymore!

Had my son’s and his roommates male cats neutered today. Service was excellent right from the first contact to when we picked up the cats. I’ve had dogs every since I was 12 .. I’m old now so along time. I’ve never owned a cat, however what I will say is the cats are in fabulous shape after the neutering - no stitches - no cone of shame - no pain killers. My 10 month old puppy was run over by a car in the evening, and with the late hours this clinic is open, I was able to bring him in. The staff was very friendly and comforting and helped me make sure my pup was okay. I was able to bring him home with an ease of mind after the vet went over in detail with me the results of his xrays and bloodwork.

I was getting my little 6 month old kitten, Yang, neutered and the usual vet I go to was completely booked till October and I couldn't wait that long. He was trying every attempt to get out of the house and consistently yowl since there are stray cats in the area. This clinic was very responsive when I called them and was able to fit me in a few days later. The receptionist was nice and informative. She briefly told me the process and broke down the costs. It was only $160 including the microchip and nail trim. I also got to meet the cute resident cat on site, Murdoch, while in the waiting room! When I picked him up later, I was shocked when another nurse/receptionist cashed me out and didn't explain to me any aftercare. She was very friendly, I believe her name was Christa? So after I asked her, she told me he didn't really need anything special since male kittens make a quicker recovery. He didn't get any cone or pain meds. Very different from getting my dog fixed. I was initially concerned, but surprisingly he didn't even lick the incisions. Just cleaned up the area around it. I'm happy that they didn't shave his entire belly area either. After only 2 days, he was back to running around and playing like NBD, A week later and he's healed with no complications! Thank you, Grandview, for such a quick and easy process! The clinic itself was very clean and modern. Pricing is also reasonable. The other clinic I go to is older, busy and cheaper. However, because of that, they're always rushing and treat the patients like cattle. It's nice to go to a place where they're willing to take time to talk and listen to you. I think I'll be coming here as my main from now on.

Very helpful & compassionate vets here- they care about your pet's wellbeing not your money. I like that they're not one of those "well, I cant say for certain how serious it is, so you'd better come in right away" vets, if you phone them with a concern, they are usually pretty honest in telling you if it can wait a day to see if the situation improves (so hopefully people don't go screwing that up for everyone with misplaced blame if they misjudge their own pet's situation, bc I really appreciate the rare trait of honesty over liability that they offer here). My favourite thing about this vet though, is that they are OPEN 8AM-MIDNIGHT 7 DAYS/WK!! So no more bank breaking after hours visits to emergency clinics that literally cost you hundreds before youre even fully though the door! Highly recommend this business for your pet health care needs.

My dog Nori has been going here since she was 8 weeks old. We are so happy with their service each time. She just got spayed here and we've brought her here a few times in the last year. From ear infections to swallowing a cigarette butt, they always take care of us here. Weirdly enough, she's always wagging her tail and so happy to go to the vet! All the receptionists and vet techs especially Paige are so welcoming, kind and patient no matter how many questions we have for them. There are never any hidden fees, upsells. Dr Malhi and Dr Monesh are straightforward, knowledgeable and always explain in detail the procedures they'll be doing. It's especially helpful that they're open until midnight every day.

I had a very bad experience as I brought my dog for check up due to the swelling in his stomach and they told me that everything was okay. However I was still worried so I brought him to another vet and he had water drawn from his stomach,as well as he is now put on steroids. He is feeling much better now but I don’t want to imagine what would happen if I had listened to Grandview Animal Hospital. First of all, shame on you for making all these comments about our “financial concerns” and how it was our responsibility to call you back. We never said anything about having financial concerns and You should know that best as we paid you thousands of money for so many things. When it comes to the x-ray, the doctor said, and I quote his exact words “I don’t see a big need for an x-ray but we can do it if you would like” and so that is the reason we decided it was not necessary, we simply took the doctor’s advice. Second of all we had been bringing him in for months because he constantly had a problem with his stomach and so it was not just a one time appointment and we never called you back again. The reason we switched to another doctor was because we had been bringing him in for months and you never really did anything that helpful except give him a couple medications which none of them were permanent solutions. I cannot believe that you really made all these comments when you should have been apologizing. You should be glad I’m not suing you. However, this reply you made shows what disrespectful people you are, and I’m thankful that I realized early on that you are not a good hospital and switched my vet.

The team at Grandview is wonderful. My dog Thor had several health issues this year. I truly appreciated the care that was taken with him. The doctors were there to answer any question I had about his procedures and recovery. They were available at practically any time of the day. Which was SO appreciated! It is a relief to have access to care until so late! In the end we had to say goodbye to our sweet Thor. But not before Dr. Malhi exhausted all the options. The team was incredibly compassionate and professional during his final appointment. Days later when my fiancé visited with his dog, Dr. Malhi inquired about how I was doing after our loss. I highly recommend Grandview Animal Hospital.

Yesterday was the saddest day of my families life. We had to put our 5 year old border collie down due to leukemia. In such moments there isnt much that can help, however we felt the care and love that staff had for our dog. They made him feel comfortable and loved. They truly understood the weight of the situation and weren't robot like emotionless people. I will forever come to this place for my other pets needs. It's one of the few places in the area that open on Sundays as far as I know. Overall, they are very good and listen to all the questions I have. They keep records on file and send them digitally which is great. It's stressful to find a reliable place that will not upsell you unnecessarily, and you won't find that stress here. As long as good communication, service, and care continues, I won't look anywhere else than here.

I took my dogs here to meet with the Vet and had no issues. My one dog is really reactive when it comes to men. But Dr Malhi showed no fear and won Loki over with treats. My concern was both my boys breath it was terrible and I knew they needed their teeth cleaned. Loki had his appointment first and everything went great. Thor had his teeth done a few weeks later and woke up very upset as mom was not there and he was locked up. The team quickly took care of it with some cuddles and freedom. The staff there are very caring and I trust them 100% with my boys veterinary needs.

We just got home from a late evening errand, and we came back to a puppy with hives and an allergic reaction to something. We remember seeing an ad in the local paper about a late-night Veterinary Clinic. We have a regular vet in the same area, but they are only open until about 7:00 PM. While Grandview Animal Hospital is not an Emergency clinic, they do have an on-site veterinarian who works until midnight...yes, midnight. Dr. Manesh was great considering the hour of the day we visited. He also followed up with a call to make sure our pup is doing okay. Would recommend this place to anyone who lives in the South Surrey and White Rock area.

I am giving this facility a 1 star because it's not possible to give 0 stars. I have been trying to find a specific medication to help my cat for three years now. I assumed the "professionals" at this facility would be able to advise me properly, so I believed them when they told me the medication I needed was not available. Out of desperation I started doing my own research and found a clinic in Cloverdale who not only knew the medication my cat needed and agreed with me, but was able to make it in house. The staff gatekeeps the veterinarian, they don't do their research, and they are misinformed. Take your pets elsewhere. Edit: Yes, I have been a client of the hospital and have come in multiple times. I don't understand the claim about 'holistic veterinary medicine', I am not shaking crystals at my cat, I needed a medication and I was told it didn't exist. At the very least I should have been educated by the staff and recommended a compounding pharmacy, rather than told it didn't exist.

We have had amazing experiences with both Doctors at Grandview Animal Hospital. All of the staff are compassionate, kind and caring. In addition to routine care, we had to bring our puppy in for a blockage and they took amazing care of him. Despite being neutered and having to be in and out of the clinic for the blockage, our little puppy is still always so excited when we bring him in to the vet! That must say something about how well he was taken care of, even when we were not able to be by his side. Thank you Grandview Animal Hospital!

Very pleased with our new Veterinarian choice! Treatment of our pup was excellent, the Vet was attentive, caring, knowledgeable, professional and upfront about costs. We dropped off our pup for minor surgery today, we were greeted by the veterinarian in person who kindly went over the details and made sure we had no questions. He answered the phone personally when we contacted the hospital in the afternoon. We picked up our furry pup at 5 and he personally brought her out to us, went over the results and follow up care. The vet then went over the bill with his front desk staff with us. Amazing. Our pup is doing GREAT.

I had originally brought my dog in for stomach issues. That appointment went well also. The doctor was informative, I didn’t feel pressured and he seemed genuine in wanting the best care for my dog. It was brought to my attention that my guy needed some work done on his teeth, they were not in great shape. I am SO glad I decided to come back for the dental! Oh my gosh. His bad breath is gone, he is just overall more playful again and happier. It is very obvious to me now how uncomfortable he was prior to coming here. I wish I had of done this sooner. Thank you again to the doctors for doing such a great job. Next time something comes up I will be coming back here!

Dr. Manesh is wonderful! After a terrible experience with another vet, I took my cat, Wick, to see him. Wick was already 18 yrs old. He was gentle and kind with him and guided me through the last couple years of his life helping me to identify when it was time to let go, giving great care right til the end. My experience with Dr. Manesh convinced my mother to take her rather aggressive 20 year old cat, Boo, to see him. Since her first visit, he is the only vet she will take her to. He handles her well, is relaxed even when Boo isn't, and does house calls when necessary. He doesn't push for unnecessary procedures and his rates are some of the best I've seen in 20 years. I have since adopted 2 new cats, a mom and her kitten, and there isn't another vet I would use or trust with my furbabies.

I rarely leave reviews but I just had to on my great experience! My kitty Rocky managed to swallow string which caused him to vomit day and night. I found him extremely lethargic on our family room floor so I rushed him to the emergency where I was quoted an astronomical amount to conduct diagnostic testing. After spending already $750 for only an xray without any answers I called Grandview Animal Hospital and Dr. Malhi said I could bring him in right away. I brought him in and was pleasantly surprised to be allowed in with my fur baby, even with COVID. The staff and Dr. Malhi were so caring, explained the entire process to me and answered my numerous questions. Dr. Malhi was very transparent with costs and was a third of what the other hospital was quoting me. After hospitalization, IV treatment and, several Xrays to ensure there was no further string in his system, Rocky was allowed to come home. Rocky is home, happy and thriving; I can't thank Grandview Animal Hospital enough!

Am extremely happy to have found this clinic...new to my area & open till midnight daily! My 14 year old cat Bella, was quite sick so I took her for diagnosing & treatment there. The staff/receptionist were friendly and helpful, the facility is very clean and very well equipped with in house lab, X-rays, etc.........but most of all .....Dr Malhi was excellent! I found him to be very knowledgeable, precise & cheerful as he answered all my questions with great detail & patience, but most of all .....the treatment & the compassion given to Bella & myself ....made us BOTH feel better....???? Bella is back to playing with her toys. And since Bella’s return home, with medications & new food, the staff have called me twice to check on her condition! A few months ago, our dog needed a lump removed on her leg, and our normal vet at the time was pretty busy and told us about 4-6 weeks time frame for surgery. Not wanting the lump to get any worse, we contacted Grandview, who were able to get our dog in within just a few days, on a long weekend no less. They were professional, courteous, and reasonably priced as well. An absolutely wonderful experience overall, and a few weeks later our pup was good as new. They have earned repeat business from us, no questions asked.

Really good vet, took time to do a proper exam instead of rushing us out the door or leaving us waiting for 2 hours. Reasonable prices. My cat is feeling better cost me under 100.00 much better then the six I spent at another one who couldn't take even five minutes without constant interruptions. Some veterinarians need to up there service, not just the prices. I would recommend this vet to my client's as a breeder. We took our dog here because the office is open late and we had an emergency. We generally take her to a different office in Burnaby. Dr. Navpreet Malhi was so great! He gave us multiple different options for treatment based on the possible diagnosis. He seemed to really trust our knowledge about our dog, her behaviour and the situation at hand. It was wonderful not to feel pressured to spend hundreds of dollars on tests that we weren’t confident she needed, nor were we made to feel guilty or like bad pet owners. We have brought her back a second time now, and will likely switch over to this vet entirely and bring our cat here if it is deemed necessary in the future. Not only did we appreciate the service provided, but the prices are reasonable as well. This has been our second positive experience and we are very happy!

In our experience, the vets really care, but also make an effort to be quick which is really appreciated. The front desk ladies are always so nice and helpful when I call. Last visit they gave us an extra free round of dewormer because our puppy threw up the first one, which was really nice!

Our 12 year old Yorkie has been suffering from a very painful skin condition: On New Years Eve at approximately 5 pm we realized he was in excruciating pain but out regular Vet clinic was closed. I called Grandview; the very kind compassionate staff member Sophie that answered said to bring him in immediately! Dr Manesh was friendly and very thorough in his examination of our dog ; administered pain medication, took blood for testing and gave us a prescription to help heal the skin condition. We received a call from Sophia from Grandview @ 8:30 pm to see how our dog was doing. Considering Grandview is an emergency clinic, the cost was very comparable to our regular Vet clinic. We have chosen to continue to see Dr Manesh for any follow up care our dog may need!

Dr. Chandandeep Manesh did a procedure for our dog sophia, he made us feel comfortable and gave us confidence to leave our precious fur baby in good hands to complete the surgery. Several months ago we had to bring my cat in for an ear infection. Staff was friendly, and great at getting her in right away for treatment and antibiotics. However, on two separate occasions, we have waited 20 minutes after our appointment time. It can be quite busy but its a long time to wait with an anxious animal.
