I brought my prize possession to get his teeth cleaned. I watched him being dragged away on a towel while Dr. Anderson was on his cell phone with no regard for the fact that I was right there. I came back to a $1636.85 bill for Bobbi’s teeth ???? cleaning!?! “No” they removed three teeth.I wasn’t called to discuss the care. He was there for his teeth to be clean. I brought Bobbi in February with concerns with his teeth. I was told there wasn’t a problem. I cannot tell you how they could say that as she stood 6 feet away and wouldn’t get close enough to monitor Bobbi’s teeth. I asked is there anything he’s needing, The vet said you may want to consider getting his teeth cleaned. I am mediately booked the appointment for April 1. The problem I have with all this is when I came back to pick up Bobbi, The vet assistant advised me that Bobbi had surgery, three teeth removed, and asked me if I talk to Dr. Anderson. I said no, Dr. Anderson came out to go over the meds, implied that my care wasn’t mindful to Bobbi, he had an infection and would have been in pain. I slammed on the verbal breaks, and told him, I came in February for the exact reason. I was told Bobbi only needed a cleaning by his colleague. He quickly went through the meds, ignored my comment, defended his colleague. Dr. Anderson was saved by a customer coming in and walked away from me without any further explanation and left me with standing there.The assistant dropped the bombshell...$1636.85. I’ve never experienced this lack of integrity from a veterinary clinic. I’ve always been in communication with my vet and discussed my fur babies health plan and regime and gone over financial part to make it work alongside with the vet. This is the first time I’ve experienced anything like this and I hope they learn from this and don’t do it to anyone else.

How can the vet not know that yak cheese chews are okay for puppies? A vet told me yak cheese chews are bad for puppies teeth and suggested me to buy a Kong branded toy at their place... way overpriced and thank god I didn’t buy it there. Bought it at a pet store and everyone was confused as yak cheese are good for puppies? Also my dog hated the kong toy so I basically wasted 20+ bucks for nothing.

I took my hamster over to the vet, and he was extremely honest and gentle with his words. He diagnosed my hamster with cancer, but after, told some encouraging words to me. Bringing my hamster there allowed me to spend the last few days of my hamster's life happily.

Worst experience of my life!!!! Do NOT take your fur babies here. This sad excuse for a vet is rude and has no compassion for animals. He should NOT be working with any creature. Period. I’m editing this because it won’t let me reply to your response. My primary concern was not the price but the total disregard for my dog’s safety. I came in for a nail trim and you butchered my puppy. He was bleeding from every nail, sore and limping. When I called to speak to the Doctor about it, he was rude to me, blamed me and hung up the phone. If your “doctor” can’t perform a simple nail trim, I can’t imagine how he treats other animals who are in dire need of medical attention. Don’t try to pretend it was the price that made me give you one star.

I'm sure it's a great place for cats and dogs, but I wouldn't recommend for exotic reptiles. The exam wasn't very throrough, only addressed my one concern, when it was meant to be an overall wellness check as my new chameleon came from an unknown background. The vet had to look up my question about shedding and I had to explain how I knew my chameleon was a female. Nice guy, nice and very clean place, just not the place for us.

When I was researching local vet options I couldn't resist a vet that referenced my favorite childhood author, James Harriet! One of my cats has a chronic condition that can result in fecal blockages, we were looking for a vet with competitive pricing and a comfortable bedside manner that my cat would be more comfortable with and so, we brought him in for his most recent concern. I have never had a geriatric cat with health problems and I am definitely ignorant about veterinary pricing and processes in managing these issues so I came in with some distrust about the cost of his treatment, which I definitely should not have had, we were wrong to not initially trust the recommendations and want to apologize! My cat required multiple interventions at the clinic as his condition was serious and Dr. Anderson worked diligently to remove the blockage. The staff are wonderful with follow up as well. Thank you so much to the unwavering commitment of Dr. Anderson, Dr. Lin, Christine and Paige.

I've only been here once with my new pup. Caroline was very welcoming and full of information. The vet who saw my pup for his first exam was very informative, explaining things to me that I should expect with a new puppy, which was great because there's always something to learn. Not sure if this first time is going to cement our relationship but the puppy package and the good vibes Caroline sent out will go along way.

Just returned from our first visit to All Creatures Animal Hospital. Dr. Andersen and his staff were amazing with Nash who doesn't love to go to the vet. They sprayed some calming pheromones in the exam room prior to our arrival to help calm him down and were a wealth of information on everything from trimming his claws to his diet. I find a lot of vets tell you that your pets teeth are in bad shape and in need of a cleaning, Dr. Andersen said that Nash's teeth look great and we're doing a good job! It was hands down the cleanest animal hospital I've ever been in with a very nice reception area. I don't think my dog even realized we were at the vet until we went into the exam room!! I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a great veterinarian experience!

Finally leaving a review because I can 100% say that I have not met a better veterinarian yet. Dr. Andersen saw two of my pet rats and came up with solutions for both of their (very different) issues very fast. The cost for their exam was half the price of what every other vet wanted and he knew what he was talking about when it came to the medicine that they needed (other vets had no idea what I was talking about when I would ask them for enro or doxy). I was also extremely happy to see that neither he nor the nurses there were judgemental towards my rats or my snake. We are extremely lucky to have found this place!

I took my bird here to get his wings clipped, I found the vet very rough and jittery as if he wasn’t comfortable and did not know what he was doing. To my disappointment the next day my bird was able to fly into the next room and almost got out the door. He even did the drop test where he flipped my bird onto the floor saying that determines if he clipped enough or not clearly a bad way to determine... don’t they know by looking how much they cut off ? I also noticed how un even he cut both sides missing a chunk of feathers on one side. I usually take him to pet land and the groomer there always does a wonderful job! That’s where I will be taking him next.

We've been taking our pets (3 dogs and 1 cat) to All Creatures Animal Hospital in Morgan Crossing since the beginning of the year. The staff here are wonderful! Everyone cares first and foremost about my animals. This is reflected in the treatment they recommend...what is best for my dogs and cat, and not necessarily what is best for their bottom line. There are many vet offices closer to our home, but we are more than happy to make the drive to such a great vet clinic.

Where other Vet's were money grabbing from an incontinence problem, he had medication ready that worked without doing unnecessary and expensive testing. Called us back on the phone told us what was going on. Helpful and supportive.Great staff reasonable pricing.

Sent a Facebook message asking how much it was to fix a male cat, saw that the message had been read, but they never bothered to reply. Went to their website and emailed them the same question of which was ignored again. FINALLY called in, only to find out they want $250 ( a really excessive amount to fix a healthy male cat ) will not be bringing my pets there. Found it very rude and unprofessional how my questions were ignored for so long. Many other vets are much cheaper and much more professional.

This vet is great, my Maine Coon had a rare genetic disease, they diagnosed it immediately, suggested a few courses of action for treatment and finally ended up performing surgery on him. We received several follow up calls and the vet was genuinely concerned about his well being. I would recommend them.

Dr. Phil Anderson was amazing. After Saturday trying to call over 20 vets to see if they would take my chameleon I was recommended this vet from urban safari rescue. All the vets I called were either not taking new reptiles (even though my guy was sick and needed help) or did not take reptiles. They made me a appointment for first thing the next morning, which was a Sunday, when I called at closing Saturday. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable and the staff were very friendly. It’s very hard to find a vet that treats a variety of animals. I’ll be bringing my other animals down here as well.

I brought my dog to Dr. Andersen after he suffered a back injury on the weekend. He was unable to walk at all on his back legs when Dr. Andersen saw him and understandably, the prognosis didn't look good. However, after a few hours on anti-inflammatory meds Sam began to use his hind legs again and after 4 days is now moving like his old self. It was a relief to not only find a vet available on the weekend (Sunday!) who didn't overcharge for the service, but also was able to successfully treat my boy. The comfortable, inviting clinic was a pleasant environment to experience, and the staff friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone!

It was really nice to go see Dr Anderson with my new pup. He did a thorough exam and gave us a puppy kit with training info, treats and resources like preparing the pup to new sounds. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only is it gorgeous inside, the staff are incredible, kind, understanding and truly love animals. I've had animals all my life so I'm very aware that vet bills can be crazy. All Creatures is not only right on point and fair with their pricing, they are honest and open about pricing so there are no surprises. I really appreciate this and I know how hard this is to find in a vet. Dr. Anderson is nothing short of fantastic; he recently saved our pup from a near-death experience and I will forever be grateful for this. This is the kind of vet office that you can just "stop in to say hi" because everyone is so great here. Whenever we're in the area we pop in to get our pup a treat and say hello. You will not be disappointed with the service and care. I would know - I'm a self-admitted VERY protective dog-mom that has very high standards.

Dr. Anderson has been our Chihuahua's vet for several years now. He treated our dog for urinary track stones after an examination since we noticed a peeing problem with Chico, so glad we did. Chico is a rescue from California and his health had been overlooked for some time prior to us having him. First was his teeth cleaning and removal of several bad teeth. Since then his breath and eating hard foods has improved largely. Next was his removal of stones by operation, all good and no errors at all. They followed up with a surprise check up call and was very professional about the whole experience. Chico (now about 11 years old) has been kept healthy and going strong thanks to Dr. Anderson. I never feel Dr. Anderson is just out for the money, he truly cares and delivers his best which has been our experience. I highly recommend to anyone to see him for your pet needs as I will continue, even with the commute, its worth it! Today we had a concern for Chico regarding sneezing/wheezing spells, we called Dr. Anderson just before they were closing shop and he spoke to us on the phone with good advise for Chico; we were directed to use a home remedy with the phone diagnosis of allergies as other dogs are showing the same signs at this time of year. Needless to say, he gave us relief and helped us save some money. Did I mention that this hospital has all the latest up to date equipment? Do you have a Vet like that yet? If I could less than one star I would. This "Vet" diagnosed and preformed surgery on my best friend removing a lump. Was told the surgery was successful and 100% of the lump was removed. Tried to up sell me on dental work, which I declined. They performed and charged me for the dental work anyways. Well six months later my buddy's lump is back bigger than before!! SO YOU DID NOT GET 100% of the lump, WHY LIE??? We can back to your office and you examined him, gave me a quote for the lump removal and for DENTAL work again. I CANNOT TRUST my animal in your care, YOU DO NOT LISTEN. We cancelled the next vet visit and took him to a vet that actually cares about the animals and not just the $$$$$. You still called to confirm his appointment - Just show's your total lack of communication within your organization. PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PETS LIFE DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT USE Dr. Anderson.

Wouldn't recommend. Overpriced and received xrays that can't be interpreted by other vets (not diagnostic views). I requested sedation for them as soon as I walked in the door and Dr. Anderson refused. Said he could manage without. I was concerned about her pelvis and wanted views of it. Not happy with what I paid for that's for sure, the VD of the pelvis is totally twisted and partially covered by the left hind leg. I emailed back and forth with Dr. Anderson, but he stopped responding when I asked about having them redone and I'll pay for sedation. Dr. Anderson refused and says I should seek a different vet ( I HAVE A DIFFERENT VET, CAME TO YOU FOR XRAYS WHEN MINE WAS CLOSED.) Paid for garbage xrays that can't be used for anything, and an expired drug!!!! Feels like I got scammed and it's not a good feeling. AVOID THIS VET AT ALL COSTS. Edited to add= I approached the vet first and was NOT worked with nicely. I was basically told sucks to be me and they won't redo the xray or refund for it, and told me to seek veterinary care for my dog elsewhere. Quite disgusted to be treated like this by a "professional"
