I first brought my dog Aña to the Animal Medical Clinic last December for tooth extractions at the recommendation of Dr. Sandra Madden. Dr Wilkie and her staff were SUPER caring, the extractions went well, they followed up several times after the visit to check on her well being, and I felt the bill was reasonable. I would ❤️ highly recommend ❤️Animal Medical Hospital!

I’m so happy with this animal hospital !!! Before bringing in my new puppy I had checked multiple vets in my area and looked at every single review with complete disappointment. I decided to venture out of my city and this office was the only one I felt like I could trust so I came all the way from Surrey to give my puppy the best care. I look forward to bringing my little Kimchi here again. The veterinarian & the girls at the front desk were really nice, sweet and informative. The office was also very clean and well put together.

This has to be the best veterinary hospital we have ever been to and we have tried a couple of others. The vets, technicians and assistants are all very professional, kind, knowledgeable and they all love animals! I highly recommend the Ambleside Animal Hospital!

Our puppy had her first checkup with her shots and dewormer as well as having a microchip inserted. Dr. Wilkie took good care of her during our pup's first visit. She provided useful information and advice. The staff were also very thorough in providing information on all our questions. I'm happy I took my puppy here and satisfied with the service all around.

I'm a little late for this review. But this was the best experience I think I could of had at a vet. They were very nice, didn't try to force unnecessary testing. And even called a few days later to ask how my cat was doing. Definitely recommend this clinic I don't think you'll have a better experience anywhere else.

Dr. Wilkie and her team are so caring, and professional. I have been to so many veterinarians over the years, and this hospital is by far the best. Dr. Wilkie always took the time to clearly explain everything, let us know all the options for treatment, and the possible side effects, and she was never pushy. She was always empathetic and kind to our pet, to me, and to my husband. She went above and beyond to help us when our cat got very sick. Even her husband showed us great compassion when our cat got ill over the Christmas break. I won't go into the details, but Dr. Wilkie and her staff are fantastic, and the hospital is always kept beautiful and clean. I highly recommend Animal Medical Hospital.

I am a huge advocate of dr Wilkie. I had a dog that had a lot of medical issues and was also a large breed (long haired german shepherd) over the years she seems Multiple gets and dr Wilkie ranks top on 1. Expertise and value I will say all vets are generally compassionate and animal lovers so while she’s also great there it’s the top two that are invaluable Dr Wilkie identified Anas underlying issues when no other vet was able to. Gave advice that actually extended Ana’s life for another 2 years while other vets recommended putting her down. She had an additional 2 great happy years because of her. As well. Ana was prone to aural hematomas and prior to her. Another vet sedated. Shaved her head and operated cutting her ear open and it never healed. My dog was in pain for a week in recovery and I had to manage this ear for a month before another vet said the first vet did it wrong. Anyway subsequent hematomas were dealt with by dr Wilkie and it was a drain and steroid injection. They all went away on their own and required nothing as invasive as sedation and surgery. She never spoke ill of other vets. She was incredibly well versed and I know gave my dog the best care of any of the 8 or so vets Ana saw in her time. And it with the minimized guessing and testing and her approach money was saved She’s was 40 mins out of The way for me. But she’s so good it was well worth it.
