Dr. Bonnie has been the veterinarian for my dogs for many years. She is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and patient when I have many questions pertaining to treatment, solutions and followup care. The staff at Sears are truly wonderful; they care about my dogs and do their best to accommodate their appointment needs. Dr. Bonnie and/or her staff always followup to see how my pups are doing. Though both of my dogs were always excited to go to the clinic, Dr. Bonnie and her staff always try to make sure that it is a positive experience; providing treats and lots of loving to make them feel special. I know that my dogs are in good hands and receive the best care at Sears.
I chose to switch to Sears animal hospital within the last week from my old vet and I am so happy with my switch!!! All of their vet assistants are beyond helpful and super kind and Bonnie Wesley is the amazingly kind and gentle vet there that I have had the pleasure in dealing with. My cat was so comfortable and calm with her and he practically fell asleep in her arms while she was listening to his chest and in one short visit she put my mind at ease as I thought my cat may have heart disease or something wrong with his kidneys. They definitely deserve the 5 star rating :) Thanks for everything you guys do over there!!!
Awesome service with an awesome vet.
Ive been twice, they’re awesome! One visit I had to just show up without calling due to a situation, which the Dr and Staff all handled friendly and quickly, despite having other clients. Prices are great too.
The staff here are beyond compassionate. I needed a last minute appointment, and they were able to fit me in. Bonnie (Dr. Wesley) was extremely sensitive to my cat's needs, and even made a phone call the next day inquiring about the status of his health -- in which he improved greatly. I highly recommend this vet for your animal's care. Your animal will be in good hands. Thank you to all at this office for providing optimal care to our fur babies.
Bear Oct 22, 2021 We have been clients of Sears Animal Hospital since 1978, first with Julia Sears and then with Bonnie Wesley. Today we had to bring in our 15 year old dog Bear who was suddenly in medical distress and needed urgent attention. They were able to see him right away. It was determined that he had a stroke because of a nasty, undiagnosed cancer so the best course of action was to put him down. They found space for us to be with him despite Covid restrictions and clinic renovations. Dr. Krista was so compassionate and Connor was wonderful. We were with him while he passed. We have "transitioned" many of our pets at Sears and we always have been treated with kindness and respect. We are so grateful for the team and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
Thanks for their service and patience, they are proactive and very dedicated to help pets obtain better health conditions.
Doctor Bonnie and her team are amazing, they treated our dogs like a great doctor treats a child. Asked so many investigative questions, things that no other vet has ever bothered to ask, recommended but did not push treatments and took the time to explain the different types of flea/tick/heartworm treatments and the benefits/downsides of each, so that we felt we were choosing the best treatment for our pups. If you love your pets this is the right Vet for you.
Absolutely, without a single doubt, the BEST vet in the city. Dr. Bonnie genuinely loves what she does and cares for animals. My cats feel safe around her and that is what matters to me. I love their family plan, it makes payment so easy!!
Great place. They got my cat fixed up in no time.
They are so amazing my sisters kitten is very sick they are very understanding and there compassion is off the charts so amazing will be switching our dogs over to that vet
They was very polite and right to the point and treated my dogs very good. And I will go back again because of fare prices. I will do anything for my dogs.
Great staff, great prices. Best part, is they treat your furry friend like they are their own.
Absolutely amazing staff at the clinic. During an incredibly hard time of having to say goodbye to my best friend the staff were there for me, and my pet. Incomparable bedside manner, and compassion, thank you guys!
Wow. They are amazing people. Your pet is in the most capable hands.
I visited many animal hospitals in two different continent in my life, but the Sears Animal Hospital is the best. Very friendly everyone, they know "dogs". They never late for appointment, reasonable priced. Even our dog is happy to go there...
Typically my cat does not enjoy our trips to the vet. When we took her to Dr. Bonnie she seemed very comfortable and even let Dr. Bonnie pick her up, which has never happened at other places. The time spent with us put her and I both at ease. I highly recommend the service and care these compassionate people provide. Thanks so much!
Best vet in the city of London! Bonnie and her staff are amazing. The love and care they showed for our family pets was second to none. We recommend them to everyone. Thanks ever so much for all your work and support. You guys are awesome.
While I haven’t had Maze for all that long. I love taking her here, everyone is so amazing and nice and caring.
My wife and I have taken our dog, Stella, here for 3 years. Never had an issue. The staff is amazing, friendly and professional, the price is extremely reasonable, booking appointments online, that's extremely useful, and must importantly Stella loves it there. Stella loves going to the vet, and I believe that is truly a sign of how great they are at Sears. Truly an amazing experience. I highly recommend them to all pet owners.
Friendly, caring staff
doctor Bonnie is the best !she is very nice, treat my dog gentle and she is high skilled.
I bring my kitten hear and even with the pandemic, Sears provides excellent care. The vet calls you and discusses any concerns you may have with your animal and makes sure you understand what they are discussing with you.
Best vet I've ever had. All the staff are amazing. They're super friendly to both humans and animals, always energetic and love to socialize with you and your pet. They give you very reasonable prices and make sure your pet gets the care they need without costing you an arm and a leg. They also dont push you into buying unnecessary care/meds/ items. Dr. Bonnie is just straight amazing. My pup zues absolutely loved her. She was just amazing with him, and always had treats lol. Sadly I had to move and stopped coming here but if i could have I would have brought Dr. Bonnie with me, shes that amazing. Since moving I haven't been able to get zues to let anyone cut his nails because they dont do it like Dr. Bonnie does. I honestly cant say enough good things about this vet and all of the staff members. I highly recommend coming here.
Julia is kind compassionate competent
Friendly, professional and complete veterinary services ,,reasonable pricing
Bonnie and the staff at Sears Animal Hospital are absolutely fantastic. They took my cat in for an emergency surgery very last minute (for which I am forever grateful) and fixed him up right away. I knew when I dropped off my cat that he was in kind, loving and capable hands. The entire team went out of their way to support me and my cat through the process. You can tell that this team loves their work and adore helping animals. I would recommend them hands down, their work and attitude is excellent. Monsieur Poisson and I love Sears Animal Hospital!
We absolutely love Sears. Dr. Bonnie is thorough and the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We had a lot of anxiety over choosing a new vet after a horrible experience with another... But the team at Sears went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with trusting someone again to look after our fur babies. Our dogs are always happy to see everyone and head into the clinic - which wasn't always the case with our senior. It's so relieving to know your pets are in capable, loving hands.
Very friendly
Dr. Bonnie is so very kind and patient. She hugged me through the loss of my pup. We became proud patients again with our next girl Charlie. I never have to wonder if a question I have is valid. Bonnie let’s you know every question is worthy of asking. I never feel like I am being “sold” on treatment like other vets in the past. They truly care about their patients and the families. The pet plans are amazing. It’s good to know when travelling that should need arise, the carers of Charlie can just go in and the appointment is included. Such a good feeling knowing my girl is in capable loving hands.
Sears Animal Hospital had the most friendly staff to you and your fur babies. They get to know you by name. They are always willing to sit and answer questions no matter how big or small. They make you and your pet feel welcome. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian.
Efficient, Knowledgeable, Caring, Helping...and Cheddar and Brie Love Going! Very Responsive whenever I had any Pet Concerns!
In the 9 years that I’ve had my dog, this is by far the best vet I’ve come across. They truly care about your pets. An amazing staff and incredible customer service.
We went here yesterday for a second opinion on a terrible ear infection my dog Milo has to see if there was anything they could do to help. Throughout the appointment, the vet was constantly coming out to update me on what was happening, what they were doing and gave me several options we can try, let me know of all risks and what next steps we could take if the medication they were giving didn't work. I did not expect this level of service and honestly don't know if I could have been more impressed. We greatly appreciated the vet being so patient and understanding throughout the entire appointment given that I had many questions (some related to the infection and some related to other issues Milo has been having). Milo seemed to like them as well as he normally wants nothing to do with vets! They even threw in a free nail trim which was awesome!
Very happy with my experience here. I am new in town and felt cared for and respected. Love it here!
This is a wonderful vet hospital. The Dr and staff are caring and friendly and it isn't hard to see that they are the business not for the money but because they love animals. They care about the animals and their people.
Dr. Bonnie, Dr. Emily and the entire office are amazing ! They should my Dog angel so much compassion! No doubt they are best vets in London area ! Highly recommend if u need the best care for your pets !
Highly recommend. They have taken great care of my rescue pup and are always kind and courteous. Bonnie is a fantastic vet.
Everyone is friendly and professional, they really care about people and understand that everyone has different circumstances
Allowed us to bring our dog in on very short notice. Very friendly and inviting staff!
I am not a regular client, but found my dog in need of urgent care due to a sizeable deep wound on the back of a front leg, above his paw. His regular vet couldn't see him, but recommended finding someone who could see him before that holiday weekend. I called multiple clinics and could't get him in anywhere. Sears' emergency appointment system was a lifesaver. With a quick email of a photo, they saw him just as soon as I could drive him there. Dr. Bonnie is an angel (probably). My dog is a sweet sensitive boy and it can be tricky taking him to a new vet. Not only was it quick for him, she came out and spoke with me in person. This is the first time I've seen/spoken to a vet in person since prior to the pandemic. She was personable, very kind, and thoughtful about what the treatment options were. I chose an option that was least expensive did not include sutures (not necessarily needed in his case) and, when I had a question that I asked via email, a response was sent that day with instructions directly from Dr. Bonnie. Again - I am not a regular client, but I felt that he was being treated in an attentive and loving way. The wound healed remarkably in the intervening two-week period. He had a very quick recheck appointment and Dr. Bonnie came out with him (even for that) to say that all was well and I could discontinue treatment. Both times, I noticed that everyone in the parking lot was receiving the same level of care despite the business of the clinic. We are considering switching clinics even though this one is a bit more expensive and farther from us than our regular vet. I cannot stress enough the value of the emergency appointment service and that level of interaction and care. Thank you to everyone at Sears who made my boy more comfortable going in alone. Thanks especially to Dr. Bonnie for your care. He is obviously feeling better and is excited to play again.
I've been bringing my dog here for 6 years and while the vet is really nice and helpful, the staff make errors constantly. There hasn't been a single time I've been there where they haven't forgotten something, put the wrong item on an invoice, etc. On one occasion, they forgot I had an appointment and after waiting an hour in the parking lot, they asked to reschedule. On every occasion they've contacted to make things right but there were just too many mistakes. I've had to go back and pick up medication because they forgot it or gave the wrong dosage. I also once witnessed one of the vet techs use punishment with one of the dogs, which is not okay. Again, super nice, helpful, and they do care about your pet, but so many mistakes!
So happy they where able to see my dog right at closing time and stayed late to help him. My new vet for him for sure.
Knowledgeable, and kind with my pet. I will be returning!
I am so grateful for Dr. Bonnie! She has taken great care of my son’s sweet Miss Ellie Cat over the past month. Dr. Bonnie is very caring and I especially appreciated the time she took to speak with both me and my son about Ellie’s serious condition and course of treatment. I recommend Dr. Bonnie wholeheartedly! ❤️
All the staff are amazing! Wouldn't go anywhere else. Bonnie is an angel
We’re part of a fairly affordable pet insurance plan that has allowed us to do unlimited follow up appointments without worrying about cost. Dr Bonnie has been great.
Sears animal hospital is an excellent veterinary clinic very professional and are very knowledgeable they truly do care about your animals I'm so glad I made the switch
Awesome people and an awesome vet. I highly recommend it.????
They were very nice but they gave my cat shots without talking to me first. I was not impressed with that.
Sears Animal Hospital is terrific. The staff are great and they are always responsive to our needs. Thor is in great hands with them. Thank you!
I love this vet! I feel like I'm making the best decision for my cat when I bring him here. Professional service and expert advice every time I visit. Their first year kitten plan is wonderful! I would highly recommend anyone with a new kitten to ask them about this! It has taken a lot of the worry out of kitten ownership.
Today I made a very difficult decision to put my loving dog to rest. You made the experience more comfortable. Thank you so much for allowing all the time we needed to say goodbye. Your sympathy and empathy was greatly appreciated. Cinnamon was made comfortable and was able to go peacefully. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Highly recommend Sears Animal Hospital, and Dr. Bonnie. They have always treated us with respect and compassion, and went above and beyond when my pup was sick on a Sunday night. Couldn't ask for a better team to care for my furry family member!
Staff is professional and caring, providing knowledge and wisdom for my pets issues and ongoing care. They treat your animals like they are their own pets.
I was babysat in a Vet’s office as a kid so I know what a good Vet looks like. Dr. Bonnie genuinely cares about the animals she sees and does her best by them. It’s clear to see how much she loves her job and how good she is at it. She’s taking great care of my cat Cinder. I was distraught when he cried when blood was taken and she’s very reassuring. I highly recommend her services.
Everyone at Sears animal is so helpful and caring. I am a new pet owner and they have definitely made every experience with them a pleasant one. I am so happy to have a place I feel comfortable taking my puppy and confident in the care they provide.
I had an emergency with my Kitty and everyone was booked up, but Sears took her in last minute. My experiences with this clinic have been nothing but great, and the staff are extremely understanding and awesome. 100% recommend to anyone!
I just recently moved to Wortley Village, and I drive past their sign every morning on my way to school. Couple of days ago, I noticed that one of my two cats was not doing so well, and I decided to take a chance and give them a call. Boy am I glad I did. I have dealt with a number of different vets, and though some were good, I have NEVER had the experience of calling the vet and have the receptionist actually spend the time and go through everything (e.g. what I think may be wrong, why I think that is, the costs, etc.) until I called these folks. What, in my opinion, was the "cherry on top" is the fact the receptionist actually, knowledgeably, answered my questions and concerns; instead of just saying "oh you'd have to bring them in for a check-up first", which every other vet I have ever called has said to me. Also, given that I had just recently taken them to another vet before my move, Bonnie and her staff did not charge me for the first check-up. I really appreciated this, because I'm a student and currently under a lot of financial strain. Aside from the polite, friendly, and overall wonderful staff, Bonnie is just an absolute lady. From the moment she greeted me with her ever so warming smile, I knew she was the vet that I was not going to let get away. Just the way she speaks and her voice....so soothing and calming that all of the worries that you may have about your pet, begin to slowly wash away. She was a true professional, and I can confidently say that she seems, to me, to be one of the best, as she discovered things with my one cat, Phoenix, that no other vet had. I cannot begin to emphasize enough, just how much I recommend these folks. I will be a returning customer. UPDATE: It has now been months since I wrote my initial review, and all I can say is that I wish there were more stars I could leave on this review. These folks, the staff and Dr. Bonnie, are absolutely phenomenal. I have taken my cats on multiple occasions to Sears Animal Hospital now. Just this past week, my Siamese Athena got diagnosed with pancreatitis, and although I admit that when I got home I cried and I was extremely sad, but there was no better person than Dr. Bonnie to tell me the news and provide possible options of treatment. She spent her personal time on the phone, the day after my visit, with the technical support of Royal Canin, so that she can provide the best diet for Athena to get better. The next couple of days after my visit, I received an email, a phone call from her staff asking me how Athena was doing, and if that wasn't enough she gave me a call back herself personally! Not to mention that she told me I can call back anytime I'd like to ask her any questions. When I went back to pick up Athena's food from them, my self and my girlfriend sat down and talked for a while with one of the assistants (I apologize for not remembering her name) and asked her numerous questions, all of which she replied to with above-satisfactory answers. As I mentioned in my initial comment, I am a student and I'm by no means 'well-off', but I love my cats and I know no matter what I'll be spending the money to get them well, even if it means I don't eat; but now I am at a level of trust with these folks that I do not ask 'how much would it cost' anymore; because although they are not the cheapest place (which they clearly outline on their website - and by the way they are far from the most expensive place as well), I know they will be providing me with the best care I can get for my cats. Not to mention that on multiple occasions Dr. Bonnie has 'helped' me with the bill. Folks, I don't know if you're here because you're looking for a vet, or if you're here reading this because you're not satisfied with your current vet and are looking for a different one; from a person that loves his pets to another, for the sake of your pet, just take her to Sears Animal Hospital, I promise you that you won't be disappointed.
Fantastic vet office! I have a very nervous cat, and he has loved these guys since minute one. They really care about your pet(s), and always take any potential problem with your pet(s) very seriously. One of my cats had crusty eyes a while back, and they had me bring him in so they could look at him between appointments the day after I called, even though they had no available appointment times for a few days. He was okay, but it was really awesome to know that they don't mess around with your pet's health. They're affordable, especially with the family plan. The office itself just has a very friendly and cozy vibe to it. The reception staff has always been amazing, especially with covid. Even when you can tell they're exhausted and just want to go home, they are super, genuinely friendly, and they don't rush you. I appreciate the hell out of the vets, techs, and support staff here. Thank you all so much for what you've been doing. Keeping our pets healthy is incredible during the best of times, and you are putting yourselves at risk by remaining open, even with all of your precautions. Thank you so much. You're all wonderful.
My husband and I want to thank Dr. Bonnie & her staff for taking such excellent care of Cricket during and especially after her surgery.
Very kind, caring, and helpful doctor and staff. Our dogs love to visit their friends at Sears.
My daughter in law took their dog in over a week ago and we all said goodbye to the dog Lucky....she dealt with the most loving and caring people..they felt it was not Lucky's time and to take her home and keep her pain free. She is definitely a lucky dog, she was at my home yesterday and is doing really well..Thank you....I just recommended to good friend who needs help with her dog Brady...Cheers
I've had many vets in the past, and these guys are, by far, my favourite. They obviously adore animals, and are also amazing with the pawrents, too. I adopted a dog who needed major dental work, they did an amazing job, and even managed to save some of her teeth (Which we didn't think would happen.) . Her toofers look amazing, and she is a much happier pup for it. As a novice senior pug owner, I went to them with a million questions and minor freak outs which they handled respectively, and promptly, always following up to make sure my little girl is doing well, and genuinely caring about the answer. They never push unnecessary procedures, or products, and there's a focus on preventative care. I Never had a dog who would flat out RUN to their vet, buy my girl does. The experience is always a pleasant one, and I trust them whole heartedly. I highly recommend this group of wonderful people.
Love the care, and detail sears shows every appointment my dear butkus is there. Love the whole staff as they're always professional and show a special love for my loyal dog. Thanks again and see you soon!!! ????
A big shout out to Dr Bonnie and the team at Sears Animal Hospital. When I arrived to an appointment for Ruby on the wrong day this week, (completely my mistake!!) the team was able to fit Ruby in anyway. Not only did they accommodate us, but Dr Bonnie came out to chat with me in the parking lot, in the rain!! (due to Covid I could not accompany Ruby into the clinic). She checked in to see how Ruby has been doing, and also expressed her condolences, as my mother-in-law passed away last week. Thanks Sears Animal Hospital!!!
Took my sick cat with no notice to Sears, was treated to the most personal, professional tenderness shown for my cat. They went over and above on putting me at ease with her ailment, and spent time explaining her treatment to me. I would highly recommend them to any pet owner.
Sometimes I feel like I should have shares in this business, feels like I'm here a lot. Love dr. Bonnie, so do my pets,
Did not return calls or follow up after we called many times over the course of a month. When there is an emergency they took there time getting back to us. Don't waste your money find a clinic that truly cares about your pets.
Very caring, great service.
The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful. My 12 week old puppy got sick suddenly and they made room in their busy appointment schedules and took him in within a couple hours of us calling (my home vet couldn't even make room for him). I was overly impressed with their customer service. The vet took even came out to the car (with a mask and maintained 6ft away from my cat due to Covid restrictions) to talk to me before and after they took my puppy in, rather than just calling me over the phone which I really appreciated!
