Amazing! I called because I had to put my 12 year old rabbit down. They told me their price and actually told me names of other vets around the city that deal with exotic pets to see if they would be cheaper. VCA was still the best price, the staff were wonderful through the whole process. Thank you!

A great place to take Holley for service of medical attention she is a great dog but I find their dog food a little too expensive we appreciate everything that they do thank you

Dr. Lo is incredible ! We have a very difficult cat and it is amazing how she has created a soothing and friendly environment for him. Visits are no problem now and the care is excellent. The staff is also so helpful with all of our cats dietary needs. Fantastic service.

The customer service at this clinic is excellent. I had an issue I wanted to discuss with them and Carol (the manager) was delightful to talk to and totally accommodating. I wanted to give 4.5 stars because I am always satisfied with service. The only downside is that they are expensive. That being said, quick, effective, convenient care, with food and medications always in stock is worth paying a little extra for. Thank you again Carol!

From the first time I brought my dog to the Lexington vets I knew I had made the right decision. The vets here really care about my dog and treat him like he is one of their own. I do not worry about the treatment my dog receives because I know that the vets are all doing their best to make sure he gets what he needs, no more no less. This animal hospital has best practice and does not treat anyone like a number. Once I had been taking my dog here I realized we were part of the Lexington family. You can be too! Give this awesome place a try and a guarantee you will not be disappointed! I have moved from Waterloo and after trying to find a vet somewhere else, I now drive back to Waterloo and it is worth the one hour drive.

The price is really expensive. Last time I made a phone call for the price. They told me, it cost 250+tax to have a vaccine for a cat. For an other 4.5 stars animal hospital, the price is 102+tax. I don’t know what to say.

This is one of the worst places to go. Please avoid going here. They will make you wait for couple of hours behind a simple blood test. It is $100 to see the vet and $200 for a simple blood test. Not a place that is worth going as they waste your time and very expensive.

Dr . Pender (I think that is how her name is spelled) was amazing!! We had a really urgent emergency with my dog Lucky who was in an extreme amount of pain and they didn't make us wait longer than 2 minutes to be seen by her when we walked in! She was very professional, kind and friendly. She called the Guelph Hospital so we could take him in for surgery and made sure to keep us in the loop and gave us estimates for the cost. A few days later she called to check in on Lucky and answered all the questions we had about his diet and medicines. DEFINITELY will be coming back here! Thank you for the incredible service and care!

This place has amazing staff, they truly care about your pets. I had the unfortunate experience of putting my <1 year old kitten down due to a severe mental disease that crippled her. The vets sent me some flowers, a card and an imprint of her paws as a gift afterwards. I've been brining my pets here for nearly 7 years and they have not done wrong by us. While they are a little more expensive, the quality speaks for it.

Very positive experiences with this clinic getting my dog in for an appointment and having him groomed. I have an anxious poodle mix and he does very well with them. They are patient and understanding. When I asked them if they recommended any groomers in the area for challenging dogs, they offered to groom him on site, explaining they could offer him more support if needed. They were really willing to give him a chance. Anita did a wonderful job and worked very hard to support our pup. I will happily keep attending this clinic and feel lucky they are so close to home.

Fantastic service and care. I was able to book online for the next morning. Janelle at reception was so friendly and kind and took us in so we didn't have to wait outside without a vehicle (Covid times, am I right?). Dr. Atmore knew immediately what the issue was with my cat and put my worst fears to rest. They got me a quote to look at the cost of treatment so I wouldn't be surprised by the bill, and treated my cat right away. The cost was a bit high, but they had an offer for a free exam for first time clients (on their website) and that made a big difference. To get my cat the care and treatment she needed immediately was amazing no matter the price. Dr. Atmore was extremely professional and gave us the time we needed to go over everything and answered all my questions. All of the staff was so helpful and kind, you can tell they genuinely love what they do. Thank you all so much from me and Marmalade<3

I take my two kitties here and the care they both receive has been great. The staff is always kind and professional. It is pricey but if you want your pet to receive good care then it's worth it. They called me to check up on my cat after a small issue which I really appreciated!!

Waited for over an hour at the front with my dog and been told that doctor will only take 15 minutes. It was freezing outside and multiple people were getting in and out that came after me yet I still didn't get called in. I was told they will call me when doctor is ready which never happened. I didn't even get acknowledged as a customer or a person and other people kept coming in and out yet I still waited. Didn't even get any updates as to what's going on and when will I get accepted. After 40 minutes of waiting I left as I couldn't feel my fingers and my poor pup was cold as well. I never got a call despite being there 20 minutes before my scheduled time. I've been their customer for 3 years and was never treated like this before. I understand that there's pandemic going on, but this is not how you treat your customers. Despicable. You lost a customer, but I'm pretty sure you don't care. If you cared you wouldn't have had provided such bad service.

They did a good job of taking care of Suzy (cat), but her treatment wasn't explained well, and I felt like I left with more questions than answers. Vet said they would phone back the following day, but didn't give a time, and has yet to call. The staff generally seems friendly and like they know what they're doing, but I felt very out of the loop in terms of what was happening to my furry friend and why.
