Friendly, transparent, and honest service! Love the prompt communication and amazing service! They are also practicing social distancing and safety precautions due to COVID (such as getting your pet from your car and bringing them in, consulting over the phone, masks worn at all times, and a contactless pick up box for medications). Me and my fur babies all feel extremely taken care of, safe, and important at this clinic! Highly recommend!

Can not be more pleased!! My husband and I just moved to the Russell area and thought our cat had a uti so we called to get her in ASAP and that’s exactly what happened! brought her in the staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable and kind our poor kitty had to have emergency surgery and they did great! Very informative and wanted what was best for our cat which is all I can ask for! So so happy! Thank you again Village veterinary ???? definitely recommend 100%

My pet passed last week. They let me in before my euthanasia appointment because he started to suffer and I panicked. And even though it was his last moments, they quickly hustled to do it to avoid an ugly end. They were so humane and sweet. Forever grateful. My 18yr old boy will be aswell ❤️ I recieved his ashes yesterday and it was a bittersweet moment as I read the card in the bag and saw that the entire staff signs and writes a message by hand. Warmed my heart. Thank you to everyone at this vet ☺️ you're all angels. Also, due to covid, it's hard for people with new pets or new clients to get an appointment unless it is 3 months ahead. We took in a sick dog recently, and even though my cats are now both passed and I am "technically" no longer a client, they booked us an immediate appointment the week of. Again. Thank you to everyone who works here ???? you have served my cats for at least 10 years and continue to do amazing work.

The Village Veterinary Clinic has been absolutely amazing for us and our dog Oliver. The service is absolutely amazing and even with everything going on right now (covid-19) they have been able to take Oliver in and examine the issue that is going on and were extremely fast with all answers and solutions as to what is going on. The amount of stress that they have been able to take off myself and fiance has been incredible! I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Haley Hickling who has been the one taking care of Oliver. You have been an incredible help and are a reason why we continue to come back for the care and service.

I have been looking (for quite some time) for a "country vet" and the Village Veterinary Clinic in Russell and specifically Dr. Mary Lynn Lackie came highly recommended. In all honesty the recommendations could not do it justice. I brought my new rescue puppy for two visits and attended a recent open house held at the clinic and have consistently been blown away. Firstly, Dr. Lackie what down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and genuine vet, humbly owning the practice and still taking the time to take on new clients, I can't say enough good things about her. The clinic it-self (as I saw in the recent open house) is fantastically/surprisingly well appointed to handle up to all but the most serious of pet afflictions. Clean, modern and staffed by a group of people who genuinely care about the client and their furry companions. I strongly recommend this vet for all the reasons above and for those I simply can't fit in here. I am confident in the care that can/has been thus far provided, pricing structure is reasonable and the facility to notch. I trust I echo the sentiment of every client who brings their pets here.
