Je me retrouve anxieuse, inquiète et totalement démunie mais surtout sans aide après avoir payé près de 1000$ pour rien du tout ! De de la totale INCOMPÉTENCE, de la lâcheté pure, un manque d’éthique professionnelle et ce vétérinaire a totalement manqué à sa responsabilité du bien de son patient ! When I was away, my roommate told me that my cat stopped having asthma attacks. So I remind them and tell them about the situation and ask them if it is necessary to give them medication because it is no longer a crisis. The technician at the reception first told me that they must first order the medication (whereas they had called me 1-2 weeks before telling me that he had arrived ...) and that she will ask the vet about the medication and they will call me back the next day. No news for 1-2 weeks, and then I have a voice mail from the vet asking me if the new medication is working well even though I did not even pick it up because no one was able to call me back and to tell me if it was necessary. J'ai été satisfaite suite à cet appel malgré les soucis rencontrés. Que de mauvaises expériences avec cette clinique. Tout d'abord, à la suite du premier médicament donné à mon chat, ils étaient supposé me rappeler et ils ne l'ont pas fait car ils n'avait pas noté mon numéro de téléphone (bon un oubli peu arrivé). Par contre, lorsque je leur mentionne que la médication a des effets secondaires et ne semble pas fonctionner au téléphone, ils me proposent un autre médicament à essayer et me disent que je peux venir le chercher. Je me déplace donc à la clinique (qui n'est pas à coté de chez moi...) pour me faire dire là-bas que le médicament doit être commandé; très apprécié d'avoir vérifier ça avant que je me déplace. Ils commandent donc le médicament et me rappelle environ 1 semaine plus tard car ils l'avaient reçu mais je partais à l'extérieur donc je ne pouvais pas venir le chercher avant mon départ. Lors de mon absence, ma colocataire me fait part que mon chat a arrêté de faire des crises d’asthme. Je rappelle donc et je leur fait part de la situation et leur demande si c'est nécessaire de lui donner de la médication puisqu'elle ne fait plus de crise. La technicienne à l'accueil me dit d'abord qu'ils doivent d'abord commander le médicament (alors qu'ils m'avaient appelé 1-2 semaines avant me disant qu'il était arrivé...) et qu'elle demandera à la vétérinaire concernant la médication et qu'ils me rappelleront le lendemain. Pas de nouvelles pendant 1-2 semaines, et ensuite j'ai un message vocal de la vétérinaire me demandant si la nouvelle médication fonctionne bien alors que je n'étais même pas venu le chercher car personne n'a été foutu de me rappeler et de me dire si c'était nécessaire. Donc je rappelle, ils me disent que le médicament est arrivé donc je vais le chercher même si je n'ai aucune réponse à mes questions et que je ne sais même pas à quelle fréquence lui donner car je me dis que je préfère l'avoir chez moi si mon chat refait une crise, et la petite bouteille est à un prix exorbitant et expire 3 mois plus tard.. Et je ne sais toujours pas si je dois donner le médicament continuellement et c'est quoi l'intérêt car elle n'a toujours pas fait de crise donc je ne pourrais même pas savoir si ça fonctionnerais. Je suis donc en cr*** et je demande donc un remboursement et je demande à ce que la vétérinaire m’appelle pour en discuter en leur mentionnant bien que je pars à l'extérieur à partir d'une telle date et qu'ils doivent m'appeler avant. Bien sûr, pas de retour d'appel ni avant ni après mon voyage, et ça doit faire maintenant un mois. Service de m**** et personnel incompétent pas à leur affaire qui me font perdre mon temps. Je n'ai même pas envie de rappeler, je vais tout simplement faire affaire ailleurs.
