We had a bad experience with a vet that was closer to where we lived at the time and decided to give Dr Oscar and his team a chance. That was 7 years ago and even though we now live 40 minutes away by transit, we still choose to take Juno (female husky mix) to Sherbourne Animal Hospital. They are all so incredibly kind and invested in the animals who they see. I cannot possibly state how amazing they are at what they do.

Emotional blackmail aficionados...dropped off a 13 week old puppy at 9:30AM, with the understanding that they would not see the pup till they were able to - they didn't see the pup till 5PM.... Dr. Robertson used my heart strings to spend over $700 on tests and x-rays (cause the pup had diarrhea due to the stress). Stool sample test and X-rays revealed no issues. And though I mentioned that as a possibility of stress, the rebuttal was maybe the event was due to a blockage...so, never will my shadow or wallet pass your doors again.

An unpleasant experience in this clinic. Disorganized, horrible service, staff acts erratic. I has an appointment scheduled a long time in advance at 11:30 am, I even received a confirmation text message which of course I replied affirmatively. However, on the same day as the appointment, while my partner and I were on our way to the clinic, I received a phone call around 11 am saying that I was running late and would have to reschedule for another day. We went to the clinic and showed the text message and my confirmation of the appointment at 11:30 am, and I demanded to be attended. They made us wait 15 - 20 minutes and then offered us to be seen by another doctor, not the one I had requested. They never acknowledge their mistake or made the necessary apologies sincerely. Finally, we decided to go and find a really professional clinic. We missed our dog´s appointment, wasted time, money, and our morning was wasted as well.

I had my dog spayed and vaccinated here and Dr. Oscar is great. They really follow up with you to make sure your pet is ok, not in much pain, etc. They take good care of their patients for sure. My only negative comment is that they charge you a fee for everything. The bandages on my dog's leg were not really holding and they were loose, yet they charged me for redoing them for example. It becomes a littler more expensive than other places.

As an out-of-province visitor travelling to Toronto with my dog, I contacted Sherbourne Animal Hospital for an emergency situation a few days ago. I had recalled they were amazingly helpful in the past (shout out to Dr. Oscar!). An appointment was given within a very reasonable amount of time and I was so pleased with the knowledge, care and expertise of Dr. Donovan Robson. Happy to report my dog is on the mend. If I lived closer, I would definitely make Sherbourne Animal Hospital my go to clinic for veterinary needs. Wish I had that service and level of care where I live! I have only written one review (good) before, but after this traumatizing and horrible experience, I had to voice it for others to know. I have 3 cats with this animal hospital and of course with covid there are different restrictions, especially with “walk ins”. When I spoke to the receptionist about an estimate wait time she said a 2-3 hours max, I even called again at 4-5 hour mark asking how much longer and she said she doesnt know. Almost 9 hours later the vet calls saying he cant examine the cat because she is hissing. First of all, this isnt the first vet Ive been with and I have never heard a vet whose JOB it is to examine animals act frightened to touch a cat. Second of all after 9 hours in a cage, any animal or being would be scared. Third of all, then says theres nothing he can do except charge $130 to sedate her first. That was so ridiculous and after 9 hours she still didnt get checked. We just picked her up. I had an appointment with my other cat the following week and the examination was $60. Two days later there was another appointment for my first cat who didnt get checked, with another more “experienced” doctor, who calls and says he cant touch her either because she hisses. It is actually funny that someone who goes into the career for this cannot handle a cat. Throw a glove on, use a towel, hold that area behind her neck. I had my co-op at a vet clinic so ive dealt with feisty cats and never have we “refused” to touch a cat. He calls us and says he refuses to examine her but based off a “guess” is going to prescribe her an antibiotic ??? Would you “guess” if a person was sick and just give them any antibiotic hoping it works?? A joke. Then he tries to tell me itll be $87 for an examination she didnt get?? You didnt even touch her, how are you going to not only charge for something you didnt do, but also, raise the price? Two days ago it was $60. Clearly they were upset about the first encounter and are trying to take some sort of revenge and are money hungry. This second doctors name was DR OSCAR. Very unprofessional and it is actually sad that you take your emotional issues out on a poor animal. I hope you guys work on your work ethics and humanly compassion instead of being so insensitive and holding onto anger. Stay safe xx

Based on the reviews I went to them but THEY KILLED MY CAT by injecting too many med that he was too weak to handle & DIED in less than 24 hours. They just wanna make $$$$! If you love your pet, stay away. I read one review on here saying, DO NOT GO TO THEM, yet I went & now I regret. My cat is dead & I can never go back.. Vet poked my kitty with needle 5 times, twice from one side to another of him skin front of me, how stupid was I not to say anything. Ya I regret and it is killing me inside, 3:05 am & still can’t stop the tears. My kitty would still be alive if hadn’t taken him to them. Regret is more painful. DONT LEAVE your beloved pets with them. DON’T make the same mistake as I did & regret afterward. It is one of the WORSE feelings!

This vet clinic is great however they charge for EVERYTHING. $24 to write a prescription, half an exam fee to recheck your animal after spending hundreds of dollars on treatments in the first place. They have great tools at their disposal... testing equipment etc to get results super last which is amazing but should slow down on gouging people for half exam fees for rechecked etc.

I have a vet ten steps from my house and I choose to bring my cats to Dr. Oscar, he is a fantastic vet, does not push treatments or tests that are not needed. Staff are great and again there is a good reason I drive 15 mins instead of walking the few steps to the one right by my place.

5 stars all around. The service here is absolutely fantastic. They are very thorough and do a good job at explaining everything they are doing. Along with that they are very good at educating pet owners so they know exactly how to take care of their pets. I am impressed with their communication outside of the clinic as well. From sending me an email on crate training techniques to wishing me a Happy Birthday, they do everything they can to make you feel like a part of the family. I have had to call in for an emergency appointment and was able to get in same day at ease. They use the Pet Care app that make it incredibly easy to re-order food, medication etc. and you get rewards for every $ you spend (other than food). They're also very attentive and care a lot, often calling to check up if your animal has been sick recently, or willing to answer emails for quick questions or concerns. Prices are very comparable, and somewhat cheaper than some of the other vets in the area. Thanks Dr. Oscar and staff!

Care from the vets themselves was great. It's true it's a different vet each time which isn't what I'd prefer but we can live with it. But main loss of stars is hiccups with the admin staff. We needed a travel doc filled out and errors were made twice, requiring two extra trips, three in total. We get a lot of upkeep emails that are a bit confusing-- triple checking our mailing address (we asked for no snail mail at all,) confusion about which pet belongs to us etc. So while everyone is friendly and and kind, my feeling is that desk staff need just a bit of extra training. I'm the kind of pet owner who doesn't want any emails about products or reminders for appts. They send a lot of emails! Also VERY hard to park around there, no fault of theirs, but if I change vets it will be to somewhere with a parking lot.

I've been taking my dog to this place for quite some time, and always have had a good experience overall, except for this one time when I took him to address an ear infection. They charged me with the regular consult fee + lab work + the medication, and I left $300 lighter but happy that my dog would find relief. After I finished the treatment exactly as they instructed me to, I called them to let them know that the treatment hadn’t worked. They asked me to come back to the clinic for reassessment letting me know that I would have to pay the consult fee, the lab work and the new medication AGAIN…Yes, all of it again! Totally absurd! That made me wonder what the point for a pricy lab test was if they were not going to have it right the first time. I didn’t feel comfortable with this at all. Either way, I took him to another clinic, got the problem fixed in few days, end of the story. Bottom line, customer service is not very personal but it is good and professional. Good location steps away to public parking. I think the clinic is good for regular check-ups, just be aware of these ‘shades of grey’ when it comes to extra lab test, medications and treatments.

There is no parking around the hospital and clients need to find paid parking across the street. The issue is that the hospital staff doesn't let their clients know that and it's not provided on their website either. Due to this some of their clients park in front of garage to the condominium blocking the entrance & sidewalk & creating traffic on the road. I've personally let the hospital know about the issue multiple times but nothing has been done. Today I was trying to get into the garage and was verbally assaulted by one of their clients blocked the garage door & trying to drop off their dog. After finally parking, I went to the hospital and once again told them about the issue and that this time I was assaulted by their client who just dropped off their dog. They didn't care, the only reply I got is to call the police if I wish. Once again they are not planning on dealing with the parking issue with their clients, and they completely disregard well being of the people living in the neighborhood & the traffic that they cause on the road. I don't know how well they actually care for their client's pets but so far it seems that the only thing the hospital cares is how to make profits and nothing else.

Dr. Lee is our favorite, everyone is great. Long story short, I am the first to admit I am a difficult person to please. Sherbourne Animal Hospital has exceeded my expectations in every way. If they doubled their vet fees, I would pay it without question. In the past, I have questioned the motives of a vet when making a recommendation, especially when there is only one vet at the office. On hindsight, we received bad advice from other single vet offices. At Sherbourne Animal Hospital, we have never once questioned the authenticity of their advice. We are paranoid pawrents and probably call more then we should. They provide advice through email and phone and it is sufficient advice we don't always have to come in and pay a vet fee. Often there are multiple vets at the office, so we can easily get a second opinion if needed. Their note taking is great, so if we need to go in for a follow-up, the doctor has a clear understanding of what is happening. Probably the best thing they have is the Pet desk app. We had to make an unexpected ted visit to the VEC due to an allergic reaction. We had all previous visits, notes with us to give to the doctor. This allowed us to provide the most accurate information in a stressful moment. The App expands the level of service with making appointments and inquiries. We are not aware of another clinic who has this feature. They are often busy, you cannot get an appointment during the same day, which we view as a good thing because people trust them. But, they do have a drop off service before 5:00 for unexpected events. They are also fantastic when dealing with our insurance company. Truly fantastic, we never have questions about our claims. This is my preferred vet -- I brought my cat here until she passed (which the staff here handled with the utmost respect, they made me feel so comforted through out having to have her put down, they sent me a signed card, and just generally were incredible through out the whole experience). The staff are professional and respond very quickly with results and any kind of follow up questions. The vet was very kind and patient with my cat, even after he scratched him. The vet techs did a great job at collecting blood and urine without stressing out my cat (quite a feat!), and we got a nail trim done which felt like a miracle. On top of that, their computer system ensures clear communication, transparent billing, and great service when collecting medications and food. The app is also very convenient and pretty slick. Overall, it’s by far one of the best vet practices I’ve seen.

We got a kitten in June 2020 and decided to make Sherbourne Animal Hospital our go-to vet, specifically because of the positive reviews. The customer service we have received has been extremely good, but the value of service we've received doesn't justify the high costs. Our kitten has an on-going skin issue that the vet has been unable to treat or diagnose, and a large part of that is because every time we visit the clinic, it's treated as if it's the first time they have heard of the issue. It's a vicious cycle of giving our kitten antibiotics over and over again without any real attempt at treating the cause rather than the symptom. So far, we've paid over $1900 in just 4 months, and we still have no answers. They also quoted us over $750 for him to be neutered/microchipped. This is, in comparison to other quotes I've received, about 10x more expensive. I get that health issues can be a challenge to diagnose with pets, but I haven't seen much attempt at treating it beyond giving our kitten more and more antibiotics and following-up the next day. I plan on sticking with the hospital for now because there are few options near us, but really hoping for the sake of my pets health that the level of care improves to justify the ludicrous prices. EDIT: We ended up going to another vet for a 2nd opinion on our cat's skin issue. The quote received for biopsy and neutering was approx. half the cost of what was quoted from Sherbourne, so we decided to switch permanently. For basic care of a healthy pet, Sherbourne is a good choice, but if you're dealing with a more challenging and expensive medical issue, I would recommend somewhere else more affordable for the exact same work.

I find that Vets are more about the money than treating beloved Vets. My old Vet never tried to up sell and beat around a diagnosis. He went for the obvious which in turn, didn’t render a person poor and grief-stricken. He retired and I haven’t found a Vet that didn’t try to gouge as much money as they can from you. I would take my animals more if I didn’t feel like my pockets weren’t being picked.

Initially my response was this spot was a great spot to bring your pet for all types of checkups and treatments. Since I have been coming here now for 2+ years and have had both checkups and surgeries (on one of my dogs), the service started out excellent but now has declined and the cost add-ons have become excessive. Am looking around for other options as not comfortable bringing pets in to have to constantly challenge bills (that aren't cheap) for treatments that are not always value-based. Sorry to say this but last few visits have me seeking alternatives that are more reasonable.

Update. As of February 17th/2021. Miracle has gone from Nope not going in there , to see u later momma there is my friends. 4 years ago. Just wasn’t impressed how I was passed around from vet to vet. I asked for one vet, without notice I was booked with another vet. Then I sent a email for response and it was never answered. Staff are wonderful but they just don’t get it that a Anxiety dog needs to stay with one vet and one vet only. Also listen to the owner. Don’t rush a Anxiety dog in a nail clipping. Then when the dog reacts say Muzzle time. Not the way to deal with a rescued street dog. I have said my piece. Let’s see the outcome.

I rarely give a low star review but I feel like I have to explain why. I asked for vaccines and that what I got amongst a 45 min talk about vague potential diseases my dog can or may have. I was anxious because I wasn’t getting a straight answer and it felt like I was talking to a sales person and not a doctor that is actually concerned. That upset me and even though I was in a hurry, I took the time to hear him out and he did point out and advise me on some things to do for my dog but there was also an unnecessary and unrelated sell with it. I don’t know how many doctors work there but I wasn’t satisfied with mine and surely not happy with the service I got, which I didn’t ask for (consultation for $80+tax) I don’t mind paying for something I didn’t ask for if I actually benefited from it completely, not left confused, worried and anxious. I only give this place 2 stars because I got my dog the shots she needs but service wise I’m not happy. I don’t want to file a official complaint with management because I don’t really care enough to do proceed with that. But management and pet owners should know about this. I get that it’s still a business and people need to sell, but playing with people emotions by being vague regarding a life doesn’t sit well with me.

We took our cat, Mozzi, to the hospital for an annual check up. The staff members were very friendly and sweet! Due to COVID, we were not able to be with Mozzi during his appointment but this was fine because the vet called us before doing anything to explain everything. She was sooooo sweet and answered all the questions I had with care! After the appointment, she called us again to tell us about the findings and thankfully, Mozzi was healthy but a little overweight. I had a really good experience here and I really trust them with my cat. :)

Dr. Oscar is an amazing vet. I am in a wheelchair and he dropped off my dog Henry off after an appointment when it was raining. He genuinely cares about the animal's well-being, is gentle, and has fair prices. It is not a money grab like I read about in many other vets reviews. I recommend this vet! Sherbourne has always taken a vested interest in both myself and Henry. In my opinion they have gone beyond by adding a personal touch to their service. This coupled with both Dr. Oscar and Dr. Darcy’s professional capabilities makes Sherbourne the perfect place to bring Henry. Trust is key and they provide that! Thanks Sherbourne for making both of our lives a little easier. My dog Henry transitioned last Tuesday, October 8th. Dr. Oscar and Dr. Lee came to my house and did everything in such a caring manner. As Dr. Oscar calmed Henry and sedated him, Dr. Lee kissed his head. Then I said goodbye. My BF and I lit candles and played music. I want to thank them and all of their wonderful staff for loving my guardian angel, almost as much as I did.

My little rescue dog has been seen by 3 vets at Sherbourne Animal Hospital, and they have all been excellent. The communication is very thorough, and every treatment/decision is explained. The nurses, techs, and receptionists are all very friendly too, and really helpful whenever I have a question. I had to call them up with an emergency on a Saturday morning, and my dog was in their care 30 minutes later, and sorted out by that afternoon. I'm happy with the care we get here.

They cared for our elderly (17 year old) Italian Greyhound in the last years of his life and in his final illness and are now supporting us with our new puppy. I would like to make sure that people do not get bought in to just the positive reviews. Maybe they do a great job with regular check ins and things, but I had a really bad experience and wish I received a different perspective, so here goes. My dog had an eye issue, so we brought him here, but after multiple visits and lots of $$$, he is still not healed and the ultimate prognosis is an expensive surgery that Dr. Oscar can't perform. He could've gotten to that conclusion sooner, but drew it out and got as much money as he could before we got to that stage. After mentioning all the overage in charges, he agreed to refund the prescription writing fees and said we probably should just go direct to the specialist...which probably should have been mentioned several hundreds of dollars prior. Be warned, if he doesn't make money selling you prescriptions at a high markup, he will make sure to charge you for each prescription he writes. When I questioned him about this, he justified that we would not know what to give our dog if it wasn't for him. It cost nothing for him to recommend medication if he did not have it. He also wrote down medication that the pharmacy did not have for that fee, so that just shows how much he knows. From $70 for a topical cream, which you probably can just get away with polysporin, like we did to $150 for sedation so that he could do an eye exam, everything really added up with limited results. He even sedated our dog when he probably shouldn't have because our dog ate before the visit and he did not even go over that with us. When we spoke to a friend later, we found out that he probably shouldn't have done that. Ask a lot of questions, because he will sell you on tests and medication. Overall terrible experience. I felt Dr. Oscar was knowledgable enough, but at the end of the day, he is 100% one of those vets that cares about the $$$. The care is average, the vet staff is friendly, but the rip off is real.

I went to this animal hospital because location is convenient, but i object to the owner because he's too greedy. One of my dogs has a ear condition, and everytime i went there, i had to pony up $ for the testing, which is always the same result. And, i requested 2 little 15 mg bottles of the medication, 1 for each ear, and i'm only given 1. And it's very expensive. Everytime they treat my dog as if it's the 1st time. I used to work at a vet's in BC, i know vet's tricks for making money, but this one takes the cake! Just getting into the door is $85 bucks WITHOUT any treatment, nor meds. Then they jack up for repeat tests at $65 bucks (in the case of my dog's continuous problem), then the 15 mg bottle of drops (that are not enough for the 2 ears) ... my dog is not cured of his ears problems, and its a continuous "bleeding" of money to the clinic! I understand immigrants come to Canada to earn a decent living, but heck, this doctor is very very greedy and he's not kind either. In Canada we are used to our pets having the same standard of care as we humans have. This guy is not reinventing the wheel. Nowadays there's lots of vet clinics downtown, and there's also a mobile clinic for people that doesn't drive! Canada is not a 3rd world country, yet my poor dog's ear infections have not been properly diagnosed, much less treated, all because this guy wants to milk clients out of greediness! Thanks a lot ????????????

READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE BRINGING YOUR PET HERE. AVOID!!!! They did the pre op blood work before neutering my dog but forgot to do the Heart Worm blood test. I only found out after I asked to get a refill on his multi advantage prescription a mere two months later. They claimed it wasn't required before surgery and gave me a bunch of excuses. LAME ANSWERS. They just used it as another opportunity to book a $74 exam and a $44 test before selling me the medication. Apparently it would be irresponsible to provide heart worm prevention medication in case he somehow contracted heart worm despite already being on said heart worm medication. And yet they think its perfectly reasonable to perform surgery without checking for - and I quote their own word - 'the artery clogging eggs/worms'. How does that double talk work for you??? They are less interested in my pets health and more interested in $$$. SHAME ON THEM. Don't get fooled by their polite and happy go lucky vibes - they claim they are acting in your pet's best interests but it is just a manipulative guilt trip. Everyone needs to make a living but his outfit is OUTRIGHT MERCENARY...

I've been taking my 8 month old kitty to this clinic for a few months now and we have had only great experiences - the entire staff is very friendly and the doctors are very attentive. Recently I took my cat in to get neutered. During surgery, he had some extra bleeding/bruising and Dr. Oscar really took the time to care for him. Dr. Oscar was so considerate and provided several updates throughout the day, personally followed up late in the evening as well as first thing in the morning. Staff also sent a photo of my kitty while in recovery. Due to of covid, I'm not allowed to be inside the clinic so the effort put in by the staff and doctors is truly incredible. Highly recommend this clinic!

If you care for your furry friends do not take them here. Not only staff and doctors are unprofessional rude and careless. They are scamming people. Overcharging, forcefully adding anesthetics AND THEY TREAT ANIMALS SO POORLY. They handled my pet with force and aggression. Unbelievable for Canadian values. I brought my dog with allergies to them and on the first appointment the diagnosis was that my dog needed to take some pills and an injection, during the second appointment he was supposed to just get a second injection and the problem was supposed to be solved. When I left my dog for his second dose, the vet called me and told me that I needed to restart his treatment from 0. As if I never went before. How is this possible? And to make things worse, the vet was very pedantic when discussing the issues. I hope this information helps before you make an appointment with them

This is the vet to my 5 cats for years now. I have one cat that can not be put in a carrier at all unless you drug her. Today they refused to sell me antibiotics I could put in her food for the wound, I showed a pic of her wound. They also refused to sell me any sedation products to get her in a carrier. Won’t give me anything without see her. I said, the wound is infected and she will die without intervention. I was told this morning that this is my fault. I have spend thousands of dollars at this vet and expected them to accommodate this difficult cat. I will never take any of my pets here again. Worst service I have ever received.

THE BEST STAFF EVER! These people care so much about your pet. I love that they do check up calls after a visit and are genuinely concerned about the health of your pet. I've been to a few vets and I am the most comfortable with them. They are the only ones that can handle my dog and his aggressive anxiety when it comes to clinics. What caused me to write this was the call I received today. My dog had an emergency yesterday and was too far to visit them. Instead, I went to am animal hospital nearby. Dr Oscar explained to us that she was not in good condition and asked how much intervention we wanted to proceed with. Dr Oscar was calm in a very stressful situation and when we asked him to do whatever it takes because she is the love of my life he did exactly that. I could see through the glass how frantic things looked in the back and sat in the treatment room crying and praying. After 30 minutes he returned to the room letting us know they were able to stabilize her and that she was alive. Dr. Oscar truly cares and is able to maintain amazing critical thinking skills even under extreme pressure. Thank you Dr. Oscar and the entire team for everything you did today to save Taytums life. She is the love of my life and I will forever be grateful for how amazing you guys are.

This is a wonderful clinic. Dr. D'Arcy and Dr. Oscar are very caring and easy to get in touch with. They always take their time going over every option that is available for you and your pet. The clinic will also call for updates after your pet has gone home and they let you drop off your pet at the clinic hours before their appointment so you don't have to miss work! I love this clinic!

I dropped off my very sick Golden Retriever for his first visit at Sherbourne yesterday after deciding to switch his vet so I was really hoping for a better experience. I'm so thankful to have found them because they are extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor explained everything very thoroughly that my previous vet did not. He understood that funds are tight right now because of the pandemic and being laid off work and wanted to take his journey step by step to avoid spending more money that I needed to. On top of that, they called me today to follow up and check up on him and make sure he was doing okay and asking if I had any following questions, really made me happy to see there are clinics that actually do this. If you're looking for genuinely friendly and helpful professionals, who aren't going to push everything to make extra money off vulnerable people then this is the right place for you and your beloved pets. Love working with this office. We recently signed in as clients after Dr. Oscar cared for my dog in an emergency visit. He was the first vet, (after seeing 3 vets prior) that was able to give us a correct diagnosis. They took my dog into care immediately and ensured we were confident on the next steps before leaving. I could tell they were very busy, and even out in some time after hours to make sure we were cared for. We were treated like family and I still am beyond grateful. The whole team really went above and beyond. The office itself is really convenient, in the sense that they communicate through email and phone gracefully making your visits super easy. They even had a cell line I was able to use to send video updates for my dog. They reach out often for updates, which shows they do care and want to ensure the best for your animal. I also spoke with Dr. Rodson and Elaine who were so so helpful and very kind. We will continue to return to this office for any future appointments!

Extremely unreliable clinic. You never know when they will cancel your appointment, or refuse to treat your animal for any "unforeseen" reason they bring up as they find necessary. Dr. Oscar is money hungry and moody, depending on the day he feels to charge more or less for your examination. He seems friendly and I am sure he has his good days, but like I said at the beginning, he is unreliable. This clinic knows that they have a lot of clients because of the saturation in the area and that most people downtown have to settle for what is close by, and they take advantage of this by being unkind and stern in given situations. To be a doctor, and caretaker of animals, takes a certain type of human heart, which is lacking here. Zero compassion, zero sympathy, no humanity. I would not recommend this clinic to those who want to know and learn about their animals and what they go through. It is for anyone who will take any response as an answer, and will pay any price, regardless of if a service was actually fulfilled.

We unexpectedly found ourselves in a serious time crunch with regards to getting complex travel papers for our dog. Laura at reception recognized the urgency and put me on hold a couple of times while she tried to put together a plan. Thankfully, the team at Sherbourne Animal Hospital took care of us. We were so grateful! Above and beyond, they communicated with us several times while pulling everything together for us and then followed up twice the next day to check on our pup and to be sure the paperwork was certified by the CFIA. We've been coming to Sherbourne Animal Hospital since we got Whisky last May. Our pup has been injury prone and we took on the big task of getting him neutered on Thursday. Dr. Oscar and his team took great care of him and most of all, have been extremely responsive to any concerns and questions we have had along the way. Unprofessional place. My appointment was changed the same day just a few minutes before despite the fact that I had booked it 3 weeks ago. I went to the clinic and demanded see the vet because my dog needed a vacine; however, the staff was erratic and they didn't recognized their mistake. Finally, after that I showed my cell phone with a confirmation text message which indicated that I was right about the day and the hour, a front desk girl explained me that it was a system' error, but it was too late, so I deceided left this place. I moved meetings and other appointments for going there with my dog, in other words, I wasted my time, I lost money and I wasted my morning as well. In sum, this clinic needs improve a lot its customer service, and never forget time is money for all of us.
