I love my cat "Pumpkin" more than anything in this world. I always pick best of everything for him. My little guy is an indoor/outdoor cat. He frequently gets health issues. He has seen other vets who never cared as much as Dr. Saram does. I am very grateful to Dr. Saram and the staff of College Street Animal hospital have always taking care of my cat. He saved my cat's life without a big bill. I have been visiting him for many years without any issue. He never prescribed my cat any unnecessary prescription drugs. I highly recommend him to anybody who are looking for veterinarian in Little Italy. The staff are very caring about all their patients. In every emergency situation, Dr Saram is always helping my little baby. Its a great place to get cat food, and they have a frequent buyer program. The groomer does a great job of my cat, he comes home looking like he just stepped out of the salon.
Dr. Saram's clinic is a friendly, safe spot for our pet to visit when she needs a checkup, shots, or medical care. Every visit we've made has resulted in a happier, healthy cat, and I don't find the bills (or food bills) overly expensive. Over the holidays, we went in for annual shots, but some oral care and a scratch on my cat's face needed attention. I left the vet with a checklist of pet care tips and a checkup a week later. Happily, my cat is healthy again, and Dr. Saram didn't charge us for the checkup to see if we made any progress. The staff at College Street Animal Hospital are great, and I'm pleased we've chosen them as our vets.
Here's a place to avoid if you're ever asked to perform work for them or are a single woman pet owner. The owner is downright nasty, likes to yell and talk down to both female workers and customers (seen this with my own eyes 3 times), and even cheats you for the work performed and keep products sold to him without paying for them, even when he can't understand the work, or doesn't want to after asking for help and an explanation and then simply walks away from you in mid sentence like a child. Downright dishonest thief that still owes me money for unpaid invoices now over 2 years. I'm also not the only one that I know he's cheated as well. The way he talks to women is despicable and borderline harassment. Maybe he's good at his work, but not to work for or to be a woman and have to interact with him.
Best experience with very helpful staff and delightful caring Vet. They all went well beyond what was necessary. Very happy to have found this simple little clinic.
While individually, every person working in the clinic is very nice, as a team, the clinic lacks in organization and quality. We were concerned with some minor issues (e.g., we came with our male and female kittens for the spay/neuter surgery for scheduled time to find the doors of the clinic locked and no one to open them; the Dr did not collect urine sample as he promised, even though we paid for it). The main concern is that our female cat, spayed by Dr, has ovarian remnant syndrome because her ovarian tissue wasn't properly removed. Now she is in heat. We are with a new clinic, it is less expensive and with much higher level of responsibility of the staff and the Dr.
Dr Saram ( Ramin ) is the best vet I've seen in canada. He has good knowledge about pets. He saved my dog's life and he trys his best to not extera charge me. And also their staff are really kind. I really appreciate of Dr Ramin Saremi ????????????????????????
Before Dr. Snow and Dr. Cohen took over this practice, we were seriously considering switching vet as the previous owner was not friendly or patient at all. However, last December when we took our cat for his ear infection, we were greeted with friendliness and professionalism from all staff members. Dr. Snow is amazing and knowledgeable, our cat was cured in no time! We also took our other cat to Dr. Cohen for checkup, and she is equally amazing and knowledgeable as well. I also think their rates are quite competitive comparing to other downtown vet clinics. I trust our cats with Dr. Snow & Dr. Cohen and would recommend them to any pet owners!
With all the pets I’ve owned, I’ve never had such an amazing vet! Dr Saram and his staff have been so accommodating. Dr Saram is great with explaining my dogs diagnosis, and I get a feeling like he treats each case with care and understanding. The staff has been great with suggesting new treats, even specially ordering them for my dog who has an allergy. I highly recommend this vet, and although I may be leaving the neighbourhood soon, I will still come back here, it feels like a great extended family for me and my dog! Thanks!!
a couple of months back, our elderly 24 year old russian blue, Minnie Mouse, got sick. We knew something was wrong when she didn't want treats or to go outside. I found her curled up in the basement, lethargic and not wanting to eat. I took her to the Vet and he was quite gentle with her. She was dehydrated and thin from not eating enough, so the staff showed me how to give her iv fluids and sent me home with special food for her to eat. He also called several times over that month to check on her. Minnie Mouse lived another month after that. She just couldn't bounce back from being sick. I am so thankful to the Vet here for giving us another month with her. And quite thankful to the staff for being so kind and caring. I will be forever grateful and will definitely take our other cats there in the future.
Here you will find a caring team, reasonable prices and a straight forward doctor. Mimmo is a beautiful 8yo pug, that had suffered from allergies and skin conditions, he was in really bad shape, almost no hair, and rough skin with patches and dark spots :( until we met Dr. Saram two years ago. Dr. Saram put him in treatment and Mimmo is now super healthy very fluffy and hairy and in perfect condition! we love doctor Saram and his team! We are really happy! The whole team are very professional, loving and caring. And Dr. Saram is direct and clear, he will always give you options and explain everything in a simple direct way. Mimmo likes his doctor he is always happy to see him and the staff.
The staff at College Street Animal Hospital are the best I've dealt in Toronto. They provide incredible service, always welcoming and show their love for your animal unconditionally. If you are searching for a new vet, consider meeting Dr. Saram and his amazing team!
WONDERFUL experience here with staff that show genuine love and concern for our dogs. We would highly recommend them to anybody that is looking for top quality veterinary care. Dr. Saram and his staff are the best!
Dr. Snow and her team are fantastic! Everyone at the clinic is so kind, thorough, and responsive. They take the time to explain everything to you and my dog always leaves feeling happy!
They are very responsible and nice. They helped us a lot since we are new to pets. We had a great experience there.
Just left my dog Phillipe for 1+ week of boarding and the experience was great. They emailed me with updates about my dog while I was away. I was skeptical at first that they would try to upsell me on services that my dog "needed" as I have experienced with other vets but they were great and sincere. I would recommend them.
This clinic really cares about your pet. Our cat had a skin issue that other vets in Toronto could not diagnose, and they effectively told us there was nothing that could be done for our cat. Then we visited College Street Animal Hospital. Dr. Saram was immediately able to diagnose and treat our cat. He really cares about the animal he is tending to, and even more importantly, the animals respond to him. Dr. Saram has a gift for handling them. I have described him as a 'cat whisperer.' HIGHLY recommend this clinic.
Everyone who works here is friendly, prioritizes the animals' experience, and very caring. They always call to follow up on how our pets are doing after a visit. The very best people!!
Dr. Saram really cares about the well being of his patients. He will only recommend something that will truly help your pet, not like other vets that just do it for the money. He will never put your pet through anything that’s unnecessary and potentially harmful. I live in the east but travel all the way to the west just to continue seeing Dr. Saram and his team! I highly recommend.
I knew my cat and dog were in good hands! Thank you for your service on my precious pets. The fees were accommodated where possible which I appreciate ...wish it could be more less at times. Vets need to understand we are trying to survive and take care of our innocent pets. Where u can accommodate according to families and financial aspect please do it!!! Understandably more then ever we all are struggling... Most of all vet businesses are extremely expensive ...so the support financially is helpful. Keep up the great work now more then ever!
Dr. Saram and all the staff are exceptional. Every time I am there all the staff are professional, friendly and welcoming.
Thank you SOOOOO very much to the kind staff that really helped a friend when her dog passed away. We were not able to get her to the hospital before she passed and some staff came directly to her home to carry away her sweet baby. I can't thank you all enough for your loving support at this very sad time. You will also be come my new clinic because of this compassion and care. Thank you!
I love bringing my dog into this vet they are so nice and cater to all my needs
Always helpful and courteous, the team at College Street Animal Hospital is top notch! Dr Saram has provided us with sound advice and helped us to properly care for our dog. Full marks!
They’re very thorough, gentle, affordable and help provide detailed explanations. I’ve heard horror stories with other animal hospitals but I feel really comfortable and safe bringing my dog here.
Awesome people awesome service
I love my vet (Dr. Saram) and everyone at College Street Animal Hospital. They are competent, reasonable and compassionate. Their prices are very good and they never suggest a drug or procedure unless it's absolutely necessary. What more can you ask for in a vet clinic?! :)
Excellent friendly staff and doctors. I've been taking my fluffer here for years, and I love the care she receives. They always listen to any of my concerns, and aren't so quick to try to fix everything with medication as I've seen at other vets offices. 100% would recommend.
Dr Snow & Dr Cohen took over the practice just as our geriatric cat was nearing the end of her time earth-side. We didn't spend much time together, but the patient and incredibly kind care we received was so memorable. My partner and I are looking forward to returning with our pup.
Dr Saram is the best! Our cat had an issue that was misdiagnosed by another vet and Dr. Saram immediately gave us the right diagnosis and made him feel better. He's like a cat whisperer, they love him!
This Animal hospital by far has been the best I have been to, in terms of level of profession and honesty. My husky was neutered by Dr. Saram who is very confident on his work and really knows what he is doing. He genuinely cared about my dog and also my experience within College st. animal hospital. The staff are also very friendly. Over all a professional and kind environment that will serve the animals in the best possible manner.
Dr. Saram really loves animals. Reasonable prices. High quality of care.
On behalf of Ellen Burka C. M. Thank you to Dr. Saram and the wonderful and friendly staff at the College Street Animal Hospital! Dr. Saram went above and beyond his duty to treat my cat Sweety (including sidewalk service!) for a nasty cyst on her face. He has always been very kind and caring and I am extremely appreciative of his personal manner and attention to my cat's needs. I never have any concern for Sweety's health as Dr. Saram has ALWAYS been available when there has been an urgent issue. I highly recommend Dr. Saram and his clinic to any pet lovers in the neighbourhood and beyond! Sincerely, Ellen Burka C.M.
The Dr. and his staff are caring talented people! My dog Winston and both recommend College Street Animal Hospital!
Most if not all the good reviews on here must be fake cause this clinic is a f'n joke. All the staff are stressed out to the max, if you don't see one sleeping you'll see one crying cause they've just been yelled at or belittled by the boss.
They treat your pet as if it's their own. So sweet and caring!
From Tiffany at the front desk, to the new owners, I am very impressed with the level of service at College Street Animal Hospital. My interaction with Dr Cohen surpassed my expectations. She was very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I know my pets are in good hands.
Dr. Saram is a vet with a big heart! After being milked for every penny by a downtown vet, someone referred me to Dr. Saram. I was desperate, my dog was in really bad shape and I was at the end of my rope when I arrived at the College Animal Hospital. Dr. Saram promptly assessed the situation, my dog had been misdiagnosed by the other vet, luckily he pulled through. I paid a fraction of what I paid the other vet and Dr. Saram was very mindful not to do any tests or exams that were unnecessary. He is very experienced and methodical in his approach. I highly recommend him, he cares about the animal, not the money and that is very hard to find these days.
This vet practice has recently changed hands, for the better. I had a consult with Dr Cohen in January which was very positive. She took time to assess my cat's asthma in a thoughtful way and presented me with considered options for her treatment. Ultimately she worked with me to come up with a treatment plan that was both appropriate and affordable. In the end I got real answers to my pet's complex medical situation, and she recommended me to a specialist that she thought highly of for further treatment while leaving me reassured and informed. I have to say that it is a great relief because my interactions with the previous owner, Dr Saram, were horrible. As many have said, he was often aggressive and erratic, to the point of incompetence (in my opinion) as his behaviour had real consequences on my pets. I tried as much as possible to avoid him and to book appointments with his colleague Dr Susan Berman, who was empathetic and professional. For this I was often penalized by Dr Saram - he was that egotistical and petty. On one occasion I called to make an appointment for my critically ill cat, that VEC had referred for further care to my family vet. Dr Saram answered the phone as he often did and when I asked to make an appointment with Susan he basically refused, saying that she wasn't available for another week. With COVID restrictions it was impossible for me to find another Vet to see my cat. 2 days later Susan called having just received my message, to say of course she would see him immediately. But by then my cat had taken a turn for the worse and subsequently DIED. I just wonder what would have happened if Saram had passed my message to Susan right away. On another occasion I brought my limping dog in for an x-ray, as I knew something was very wrong. Saram outright refused to do an x-ray, and misdiagnosed her with a pulled muscle. He gave me (expensive) painkillers, and told me to put her on a diet. A month later her situation had deteriorated badly. This time I was able to get past Saram to see Susan who got my dog in to see a specialist quickly and surgery was recommended immediately for torn ACL. There are many other examples of this dangerously erratic man's unprofessional behaviour and I could not be happier that he has decided to sell up and move on.
I used their services many times and in one word I can say that Dr. Saram and his staff are amazing
Excellent service & honest pricing. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else!
Dr. Saram is the man. Has been so great with Astro every time I've come in. He has been so helpful and patient with all the questions I have. He is so good with the pup and gave me great advice and a lot of literature to help me as a first time dog owner. Whenever I have come in with a problem with astro, after Dr. Saram finishes his exam he makes himself available by phone or drop in if you have any more questions or concerns. When Astro was completely swollen head to toe from an allergic reaction when I woke up I felt so lucky that I had Dr. Saram as my pups vet.
They are always happy to answer my lengthy emails regarding my rare breed dog, sometimes even having 15min long phone conversations directly with the Dr. My dog LOVES going there and they're very patient with her hyperactive enthusiasm.
Love the groomer. Great job!
CSAH have amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and caring of my two fur babies. I had to move however if I an back in the city I will use them again. They don't over charge.
Best of the best! Dr.Cohen is amazing and always is thorough with our Louis. The staff is amazing. They are very diligent and follow up to check on your pup. Highly recommend!!!
Completely recommend!! I am so grateful I found this place, my dog, Star was suffering from pain for more than a year. Three different Vets in Oakville ran different tests, x-rays and none could diagnosis her. Finally through a friend I heard about The College Street Animal Hospital and I took my dog there right away, almost with no hope. Dr Saram spent quite a bit of time with us and after one blood test, Star was diagnosed with Cushing's disease ( previous doctors diagnosed all different diseases after taking many blood tests, x-rays even BIOPSIES!! but none of them suggested Cushing) In less than a week my dog was fine! No pain, no pacing and panting and she was back to normal life, the result was fantastic. Star is being monitored and her disease is now fully under control. My bill was not even half of what I was used to get from previous hospitals in Oakville. Also the staffs are also VERY friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve use the hospital boarding services as well. Whether my dog stays there for one night or more, they take very good care of her and I always find her happy when I pick her up. Sometimes I have to drive more than an hour from Oakville to get there but it’s totally worth it because I know Star is in good hands and I’m not going to get billed for unnecessary tests, I feel confident that I’ve found a veterinarian I utterly trust. There is no other animal clinic in GTA that I can trust more than College Street Animal Hospital.
I have been a regular client over the past four years of Dr. Ramin Saram and his clinic, Having had pets all my life, I am pleased to say that Dr. Saram's clinic is one of the best I have used for all pet needs: consultation, yearly examinations, food purchases, and general advice . We have cats in our home. The clinic has provided us with sound guidance on nutrition, especially weight control. Dr. Saram's team are well trained and very welcoming. The clinic itself is always clean with no pet smell of any kind. Cards and testimonies on the walls attest to the hospital's great 'vibe' in the neighborhood. Even the blue décor is cheerful and the interview rooms are well equipped. Dr. Saram himself is very professional and warm. He has all the latest examination equipment and takes time to explain how much of it words. He is evidently very fond of animals of all kinds. He is generous with his expertise; he uses humour, compassion and clear directives. Dr Saram is always accessible and the service is immediate and friendly. Pricing, a big factor for pet owners, is fair and I never hesitate to take our animals to College Street in case of emergency. Dr. JON REDFERN cat owner
Honest, empathetic and reliable. So incredibly happy I found Dr.Soram and so are my dogs. Fair pricing coupled with experienced and accommodating staff. Simply put, they are THE BEST clinic I've ever visited!
We’ve had a good experience here with our 85 lbs American Bulldog and would recommend it to others.
This place is wonderful. I brought my 2 cats there yesterday for their shots and yearly check-up, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I was a little nervous since it was my first time at the clinic, but the vet assistants were very friendly and gentle with my cats. They asked all about their history, if I had any concerns, eating habits, etc. Dr. Saram is also wonderful. He genuinely cared about my cats, and they seemed very at ease with him. He even showed me how to clean their teeth! Also, if you are a new client, they will give you 10% off your bill. This place is very reasonable, clean, and they do not overcharge or push unnecessary treatments or food on you. Highly recommended!
Me and Chunia(under 5 lb yorkie girl) got to Dr. Saram accidentally and were pleasantly surprised at the responsiveness and genuine care received. All staff are very prompt and helpful in finding most suitable booking time. Everyone is very attentive and genuinely cares to make the experience for the pets and their owner as pleasant as possible. Chunia was booked for spay surgery and she was provided beyond exceptional care and attention before/ during and postop. Dr. Saram taught me proper ways to look after her hence helping me maintain her in the best health and gave some tips on psychological tricks that helped me train her better. The clinic also has grooming services available which is very convenient. I would say it's more of a boutique style as oppose to big vet places but I love it as it offers very personalized approach yet services are more than reasonably priced. I will certainly recommend this clinic to people who want to have VIP and Rolls Royce service for their pet friends.
Dr. Saram and his staff are the absolute best. Kingly-Bingly is very healthy and very happy!
Dr. Saram was recommended to me by my coworkers, and I was so glad my partner and I decided to go with him and his clinic! We had an exceptional experience with this animal hospital and Dr. Saram. Our puppers, Scooby (10 year old applehead chihuahua), had a massive lump that had grown exponentially over several months. The vet we had gone to previously said it was nothing to worry about, but we wanted to get a second opinion. Dr. Saram was incredibly kind and patient. We went over the lab results from my previous vet, and he reviewed everything with me, explaining all documents and next steps in layman’s terms. We were able to book in all necessary appointments really quickly and later found out that Scooby had an aggressive liposarcoma that needed to come out. Everything happened very quickly after the initial consultation and then the surgery was done! Post-surgery, Dr. Saram was always calling us to check in on Scooby to make sure he was okay. He also made himself available to answer calls after hours when we had concerns (Scooby shook off his catheter), and was overall really reassuring and patient. I would 500% recommend Dr. Saram to anyone who’s looking for an expert vet. His animal hospital and all the staff there are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much Dr. Saram and team for saving Scooby!!!
Such friendly people who really love animals, and take great care of them. They always make me feel like my cat is special. :)
Awesome place. Don't hesitate. Go. Reasonable rates, and free followups. Great, caring staff, and a lead Doctor who takes his work very seriously.
Very accommodating and professional. Highly recommend.
Nice folks here. Generally don't try to upsell you.
Dr. Saram & all of the animal caregivers at College Street Animal Hospital have been professional. Excellent knowledge & communication skills. Prices are reasonable. We are grateful to have found you (lost count of the number of years).
Dr. Saram has been the vet to my 8 pound Havanese dog since she was a puppy. He's extremely professional and genuinely cares about the animals he takes care of. He gives great advice and always tries to educate dog owners on the best care for their pets. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for an outstanding veterinarian.
These guys took us in an emergency when nobody else did and most importantly provided such amazing care that I haven't experienced in 12 years so far in Ontario. All doctors, nurses and staff there were really really great, super professional and understanding... Give them a call!
Last week was my first time going to College Street Animal Hospital, I am beyond grateful for Dr. Cohen and the Veterinary technicians, my chihuahua mix has had skin issues for now 3 years, one visit and my dog is already on the road to recovery, it was a great experience because Dr.Cohen was beside knowledgeable she was honest and really care for the well-being of my girl Rubi. Its affordable and the most important thing for me, I felt I could trust Dr.Cohen right away. I 100% recommend it. Thank you. Andi Jimenez
Last winter and on the eve of Christmas when Penny, our then 5 year old yellow Labrador, fell badly ill and was passing blood in her urine, I was totally destitute. My study funds had been released to the wrong bank account, and there was no way I could borrow money from someone to show her to a veterinary. It is hard to forget that I actually begged almost all animal hospitals I knew of here in downtown Toronto to do something about Penny’s dire circumstances and become paid in just a few days! Until then, I had solemn faith in doctor’s adherence to their Hippocratic Oath! But, I was shocked to find every single veterinary I talked to turn down my request to examine Penny. One of them heartlessly suggested that we put down our dog because we could not afford her expenses! To me, it would have sounded less of a surprise to hear this from Adolf Eichmann in his most murderous mode. A few months back, I bought Penny an insurance and confidant that her expenses would be covered, I showed her to a veterinary. Unfortunately, when I put out the claims form, the underwriters at the insurance company decided Penny would not be covered for her skin issues or kidney disorder because her previous records showed that somewhere down the road she would develop these same problems. To cut a long story short, I was left with some huge bills which I could not really afford paying off. Dr. Saram and his wonderful staff at College Street Animal Hospital have been most forthcoming ever since. They never failed me when I was in need! Dr. Saram continued to treat Penny as diligently as he would treat any other patient. He has been kind enough to even treat her for free and generously ignore his examination fees, as he knows Penny and I are best friends and it is no less than a tragedy that there are times one cannot properly take care of one's best friend. So, does it not make Dr. Saram and his crew our best friends, too!? I want them to know how grateful we are to them!
Very kind doctors and staff. Professional and honest, they don’t push unnecessary treatment or products like other clinics do. And they are so accommodating. I love this place and so does my dog!
I have been bringing my cat to see Dr. Saram for about 3 years now, during her last regular check up we found out that she has Diabetes. He took the time to explain what my options were. I was hesitant about having to give my cat drugs daily and he was open to trying to manage her diabetes with diet. He showed me how to draw blood for the glucose testing, and told me what to watch for. The staff calls me weekly to monitor her progress. It is starting to look like I may need to explore the insulin, I am expecting an "I told you so" but at least we tried. I know I can be a pain in the butt to deal with and they have never made me feel like I am bothering them with my endless questions. I would recommend them to everyone.
Dr Saram is amazing! He pays attention to my cat, takes time to advise me of any medical issues, and …
Dr. Saram and his staff are very caring about all their pet patients. I have been taking my cat to this clinic for many years. He is a very honest and passionate veterinarian. For any emergency visit, they will give very quick appointment. Its a great place to get pet food. The groomer does a wonderful job of my cat with great price, my four paws baby comes home looking like a lion king. He has very flexible hours for drop off and pick up. This clinic excellent accommodation for overnight staying. My cat spent few nights there. It is a very clean clinic. I absolutely recommend him for anybody who are looking for veterinarian.
I bought my pets to college street animal hospital for approx. 3 years or so. Dr. Saram and his staff, Tiffany, Paula, Andrea and Jeff are all amazing. I highly recommend any pet owner to take their beloved to Dr. Saram. He is incredibly kind, very knowledgeable and very understanding of any one's needs. When my small cat Tardis got sick, he was gentle and compassionate with her. I have nothing but the upmost praise for him and his team. I would consistently board my husky/lab Aki there and I knew she was in great hands. Dr. Saram's dog Attila would watch out for her. Meanwhile, Paula and Tiffany would give her numerous walks throughout the day because she hated being cooped up. The first time I brought her there, Aki start howling and crying because of her separation anxiety. The second time I brought her, Aki ran away from me and tried to play with Attila. If I told Aki that she was going to stay with Dr. Saram, she would start getting excited and running around the house while collecting her toys. The positive experience that she has had while staying there is one that I don't think I will easily be able to emulate with other vets. The only reason that Dr. Saram is no longer my pets' vet is because I had to move cities. I would encourage anyone to come visit College Street Animal hospital and see what they can do for you, and I guarantee you that you will end up a loyal client.
I've been a client at a number of veterinary clinics across Toronto for about two decades and College Street Animal Hospital is by far my favourite. The friendly doctors (and staff!) take the time to listen and follow-up, they make scheduling appointments very easy, their prices are reasonable, and they're upfront about them and willing to have frank discussions about how to prioritize care within your budget. I refer everyone I know here!
Dr. Saram and his staff are awesome, he is incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable, and most important, he is the most honest vet I've ever seen, Paula and Tiffany on staff are amazing, we’re thankful to have been introduced to them. They are very caring and their no-nonsense approach is refreshing.
Thank you Dr. Saram for your great service, staff and love. We love you. Bella and Mammy
The most amazing and caring staff! I recommend college Street to everyone that i know looking for a veterinarian that they can trust. Plus the fees/pricing is beyond reasonable.
Best animal hospital in the GTA
They have been so good with our new adopted German Shepherd from Thailand. Gave us great advice on diet and her transition to cold winters. We also felt safe leaving her here for boarding, knowing she was in good hands with people that know her. They’ve called and checked in with us about her progress and concerns we may have about her transition, and were very patient with us as new dog owners when we had tons of questions about her medical care!
ALL these good reviews are fake!!!! ive spoken to many disappointed customers so i decided to post this now because i have heard numerous reports from friends, or friends of friends who had similar or worse experiances then mine with this clinic and i realized there is a pattern. Most of their reviews are fake, its kind of sad. One day i woke up and my cat was hiding behind the bathroom door with a swollen head and split cheek, my bf at the time said he had accidently swatted him off the side of the tub and im assuming he hit his head. I took him to the vet immediatly who said they had to keep him overnight. The bill wasnt alot at that point or so he stated so i easnt worried... he said he would call me to let me know if i would have to pay anymore $ because i stated i didnt have credit or the finances for a high bill. He later claimed he had to keep my cat another day or two but the bill wouldnt be above 800$ which was way out of my budget. which i told him. But he reassured me not to worry and we can work it out. when i finally went to pick my cat up they dumped this 1900$ bill on me with no warning (i had been by once or twice every day just to visit him as i lived across the street) yet they never mentioned anything until i went to pick him up and refused to release my cat until i paid them fully in cash. I felt so helpless they never warned me when it went over 800$, and then basically held my cat until i paid them in full (i used all my savings and my rent money) and when i read the bill and went over all the costs, iv, numerous tests and xrays, medicines and etc with a friend of mine in vet school they said over 80% of the charges were bogus and completly unnessisary, and had nothing to do with a split cheek and swollen head... these people preyed on the fact i loved my cat so much i borrowed the cash .... what vet lets you rack up an 1800$ bill knowing you cant pay it then holds your cat until he was paid in full, hes an uneducated scam artist who preys on owners stupidity or vet science and their love for their animals
Removed last post to be a little nicer. Haha I still wouldn't recommend anyone to this vet. Over priced..staff is unorganized.. Even after covid regulations has changed they take your dog and won't let you inside. Who knows what they really do to your pets.
Dr. Cohen has truly gone above and beyond for our dogs. We moved all the way to Mississauga but we still drive down to see Dr. Cohen because she is communicative, thorough, honest, and compassionate. We have three dogs with some complex medical concerns and she has been on top of it all the way.
It was fine, I sort of felt uncomfortable though.
Dr Saram and his team of professionals were a delight to deal with today. I have a Persian cat that does not get along with most practitioners but after my experience today I know I will always be in good hands. Thank You Dr Saram, see you at the next check up!
Saw Dr Sanam with my cat and had a very mixed experience. On the one hand, he diagnosed my cat with an over-production of ear wax, not recurring ear infections as other vets had told me. This has saved me a lot of $$ as now I just clean my cat's ear regularly instead of spending unnecessary money on medications that do nothing. On the other hand, he was quite condescending, interrupted me at every turn, and I felt like I was being interrogated through our whole meeting. He also failed to do an overall check-up, as he said my cat was too worked up after the whole ear inspection (why not do that at the end then??). He said I could come back another time and wouldn't be charged for a check-up, to his credit, but it was just inconvenient. I appreciate the work he does but I'm not interested in paying for what seemed to me to be clearly sexist treatment. I will give him another chance because it's close to my house - but I will also call out this behaviour!
Dr. Cohen was incredibly caring, patient and thorough in her examination of my Golden Doodle puppy. She took the time to explain what was going on to me, she shared what she would do if she were me, and she followed-up thereafter over email. Couldn't ask for better care.
Dr Saram is the best. He is so good with our dog - really a great vet.
I've been to this clinic 4 times now. Each time I feel more disappointed as it's clear they don't have organized notes. I was going to write an email to them but I cannot find an address on their website so I'll write this review. I took my puppy in for a check up because she was scratching her ear. I asked and included all the information and they stated was $60 over the phone. When I picked her the bill was over $200. I just got back and looked at my detailed bill to see why it was $200 but they sold us a medication that we already had from them a few weeks ago, a simple anti fungal medication that i now have almost 2 full bottles of now at $50 each. The business model of not paying attention to detail is really apparent. I have told them repeatedly not to book the services they keep trying to sell me and in fact booked an appointment for a vaccination I didn't agree to and had previously stated we didn't want (Lepto). Anyway, I've given them multiple chances but I'll be going to Bickford Park Vet from now on.
They give you a discount on the first visit and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable
Can't say enough about Dr Saram and the staff, despite me leaving Canada I am still in contact with Dr Saram and the staff, whenever I need an advice. The last thing Dr Saram cares about is money, many times I went to him asking for tests cause of a lump or a limp he flat out refused saying that I won't take money for something I know will go away in a few days.
Misdiagnosed my cat's ear infection as ear mites for 3 years resulting in a spread of the infection further into her middle ear. Luckily got a second opinion and now taking actions required to help little Marie. Hopefully it isn't too late. Update: My cat is having her entire ear canal removed. It was infected for most of her life, 3 years of which she was a patient of Dr Saram. It was immediately diagnosed by another Dr as polyps in the ear and middle ear. A side note, she also had a broken tooth removed which had been OK'd by Dr Saram. It 'should have been removed when it was broken' said the new Dr. It was broken 2 years ago. I now have to take Marie to a specialist who has the equipment to perform the surgery required. I hate to think that this could have been prevented had I seen another Dr in Toronto. Shame on me for not seeking a second opinion sooner.
The administration team is absolutely amazing. I sincerely acknowledge every little compliment they pay to my furbies (I realize I am one of many!!) And witness the challenges their position presents. I am forever grateful to the college St hospital team and so are my floofy floofs.
I asked them if my kittens can be fixed at an early age, that said ok and wanted to see the kittens and do the blood work. When I took the kittens they said surgery should be done when they are 6 months old. I waited two hour outside to hear that. Everyone said I did not said that. At least they did not charge me for that, but they attempted to. They lost a very good customer.
After reading some of the negative reviews, I feel like my protective instincts are kicking in. First, these positive review are not fake. Second, in this line of work, unfortunately the outcome is not always going to be positive. Third, Dr. Saram is THE BEST. I have moved all over the city and I refuse to go to someone else. His knowledge, body language and memory are all very impressive. I trust that his first priority is in the best interest of my dogs. He will be straight forward whether you would like to hear it or not. My two yorkies are basically my little kids. Most animal lovers feel the same way. I trust him plain and simple. Plus, the customer service from start to finish is like no other. From my experience, it is clear they go above and beyond. I could go on but I would just like to say thank you to all the staff that works here. I'm sure they all love working for someone who cares about animals as much as they do.
The new ownership could not have come at a better time! While looking for a new vet, as we weren't happy with the previous vet, Dr. Snow and Dr. Cohen took over the hospital. Dr. Snow and the vet tech team at the hospital are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and we have been really happy with their care and service!
My cat was taken to THE COLLEGE STREET ANIMAL HOSPITAL by a stranger who wanted to keep him in November 2016. He vanished for eight days. I posted flyers. I got a call from THE COLLEGE STREET ANIMAL HOSPITAL saying they had him. The person who took him in had ordered tests. It cost me just under $500 to get my cat back. According to those tests my cat was in fine health. What that means is that my cat was in fine health when he went in. In February 2017 I took my cat back to THE COLLEGE STREET ANIMAL HOSPITAL as he had lost weight. I was given medication I was told he would like. He didn't. Staff later admitted cats hate the stuff (Panacur). I have no problem with that. I have a problem with being mislead. I also was given Zenequin. He was dehydrated. I had to give him Lactated Ringer's Solution twice a week. Tuesday, March 14, 2017 I took my cat back. I was told to put him down. Fluid had gotten into his abdomen. I said I would but not then. My cat died in my arms the next day. Had I been told of the possibility of fluid in the abdomen and the danger it brings I would have been on the watch for it. My cat was healthy BEFORE he was taken to the College Street Animal Hospital. My two other cats are fine. I had my cat from his birth. I am deeply feeling his loss. I am feeling it more deeply than I have ever felt a loss even of a person. In the end I have only myself to blame. I should have taken him to my original vet. I should have replaced his collar when he tore it off. I should have done a lot of things. I should not have taken him to THE COLLEGE STREET ANIMAL HOSPITAL. Got a call from Dr. Saroyan yesterday. He said, "How are you?" I said, "Not very well." He said, "You gave me a bad review." I said, "My cat is dead." Then I hung up. My cat was in fine health when he was given those tests. He was not after I brought him home. I did not let him out again. Whatever killed him came from THE COLLEGE ANIMAL HOSPITAL. My other two cats are fine.
Dr. Snow was great, helpful, and patient with me over the phone. I had to help an injured animal and they fit me in on a Saturday last minute. These guys are top shelf.
Good
I’ve been bringing my dog to College Street Animal Hospital for years. The doctors and staff are exemplary. They treat me and my dog with kindness and respect. Always on time and provide high quality service. I recommend them to every dog owner I know.
I have been taking my dogs here for years and Dr. Saram and his AMAZING staff truly love animals and look out of the best interest of my dogs and my wallet. They don't charge unnecessary things like blood work or x-rays unless they have tried the simplest things first. They are open 7 days a week and professional and caring. I highly recommend making this hospital your pets home for life!
Great service and wonderful care for my cat! They do not run up unnecessary charges or procedures on your bill. They give you all the options and have great follow up. The team makes you feel like they truly have your pet's best interest at heart!
I am very grateful to Dr. Saram and the staff of College Street Animal hospital for returning our dog to her good and sweet nature. After moving houses, my 1 year old golden doodle was exhibiting signs of excitement and anger when she is left alone at home, and shortly after that she started chewing on the furniture, ripping couches open and scratching all walls and doors of the house when no one was home. Before bringing my dog to the College Street Animal Hospital, I was feeling very frustrated and had almost lost hope that my dog will stop her bad behaviour. I tried everything: dog training classes, expert advice, obedience programs, books and internet searches. None of them worked, all I got were conflicting explanations and suggestions, and her behaviour was getting worse every week. It took Dr. Saram minutes of being with my dog and asking me questions to accurately diagnose her problem and identify the right approach to solve it. Dr. Saram not only gave me the right diagnosis and advice, he was also committed and determined to follow through on her progress throughout the week to make sure I achieved successful results. He was available, responsive and patient. He coached me on how to deal with different situations and got me to cause a breakthrough in my dog’s behaviour. In less than a week, my dog went from being scared and misunderstood to obedient and happy. I highly recommend College Street Animal hospital for the skill, professionalism and passion of its doctor and staff members.
Mr Saran is a greedy, two face individual. I am an student on a budget. I took my pet to him, at the beginning he was all gracious and apparently nice but with time he showed his true colours. You see, I was taking my pet for vaccines and preventive sort of things around 1-3 a year and each time he pretended charging me “a complete physical” of $150, mostly carried out by a third party worker in his place. I was surprised that a ‘full physical” was needed for each time,(this is unheard even for babies in any paediatric offices). When I expressed my concerns he turned almost aggressive and stated that’s the way he does thing, with complete disregard to my humble budget. I am glad that he sold his business and moved away.
It’s a really pet friendly place and staff and doctors are great
My friend referred me here and I couldn't be more pleased. My poor kitty Sylvester was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer, but instead of Dr. Saram referring me out for ridiculously expensive and upsetting chemo treatment, he agreed with my plan to make Sylvester comfortable and happy for his last days. They are soooo compassionate and understanding here. You will not be disappointed going here.
Amazing staff, very focus on the health of my pet & supportive to any help I needed. You guys are the best. Thank You
This is a really friendly vet service. They are very through.
Used them for the first time today and I have to say they were brilliant. Really professional, friendly, and just overall it was a great experience. Looking forward to using them in the future.
I've been going to college street animal hospital for years and would never go anywhere else. Their doctors care so much about the animals and they always check in to make sure that Charlie is OK after the appointment. This isn't some five star review given without thought, this is truly deserved after years of patience and care with my dog.
We went to Dr. Saram for a second opinion on our dog's condition and were impressed with the immediate response and speed with which they dealt with the situation.
They always take great care, and follow up regularly to make sure our little guys are doing ok after their vaccines. We moved out of Little Italy but will continue coming here because of the great service :)
Good vet, but can never understand the receptionists English when I have called the past few months. I'm getting frustrated!!
Dr. Saran is very knowledgeable. Great vet I would recommend to anyone
Dr. Cohen is very knowledgeable, honest, and caring. My cat Lucy had problems with her ear and teeth. Dr. Cohen gave very rounded advice on the actions that I could take. She did not pressure me to get the teeth cleaning/ extraction for Lucy at her hospital as she know that it can be expensive compared to the ones further away from downtown Toronto. This is very reassuring to hear coming from a student on budget. In short, Dr. Cohen looks out for my best interest rather than solely trying to take away my money. Although the reception made a mistake of charging me the price of a full body cytology than just an ear cytology (which I was not aware of), Dr. Cohen called me back, sincerely apologized for the mistake, and subsequently gave me a refund of the amount that was overcharged. Overall, I am really glad to meet a very genuine doctor and will definitely be taking Lucy to Dr. Cohen again if she has any health problems in the future!
Dr. Saram and the team are swift, gentle professional and most of all fair. No bs and straight to the point but treated with heart and haste. They helped my pup many times over the years with a number issues and procedures and he loves coming back every time. Dr. Saram was very kind professional and helpful. Will definitely keep coming here!
Dr. Lisa Cohen is THE BEST veterinarian I have ever had. She is patient, committed, transparent, kind, and most of all she loves her patients. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Cohen and the entire practice. Every interaction has been nothing short of stellar.
The staff are hardworking and genuinely care for animals!
Dr. Saram has taken such good care of my cat, and helped her to lose weight too. Hes so knowledgable. The front staff are also so lovely and kind and go out of their way to help you. Highly recommend!
Extremely reasonable prices! Vet was so nice and understanding.
I’ve used College St Animal Hospital for years with both my dogs and their service is impeccable. I keep trying to go to vets closer to home, but this team is unmatched in their responsiveness, level of care and cost awareness. You can often get next day appointments, they perform surgeries on site, work with you to keep bills totals down and communicate directly with insurance companies. What’s more is they actually CARE about your pets. I will continue to recommend them to all pet owners I come across.
This is a horrible place, he knows nothing about vet medicine. He will make up illnesses to run up the bill as high as he can. He is a dishonest doctor and know very little about treatments. I saw 2 other vets that said this vet had no idea what he was talking about and is most likely a scam. SAVE your dogs LIFE and SAVE your money- DO NOT GO HERE!
I started taking my cat to Dr. Saram this month. I had been unhappy with my past veterinarians and decided to make the switch. He is an excellent vet- knowledgeable, confident, caring, and most importantly, honest. He does not overcharge, but takes care of your animals for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him!
The team at this hospital is amazing! They are super lovely and welcoming with my new kitten. Each visit they are super thorough with the appointment, and let me know everything that is going on and what to expect during and after the visit. They are also super informative with answering all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend them!
Dr Saram and the rest of the team are always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and great with putting our dog at ease whenever she visits. I highly recommend them for all things dog related.
The best animal hospital in Toronto. Really caring and knowledgeable veterinarians who are honest and don't prescribe medications or procedures unnecessarily. They follow up with you and make sure you understand the issues with your pet. All the vet assistants and staff are so friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
College Street Animal Hospital is simply impeccable! Dr.Saram and staff are very friendly yet professional. I particularly like the fact that they always have the best interest of the animal rather than seeking different avenues to make money (such as unnecessary blood work ...etc) like many animal hospitals in downtown. Also, their boarding facility is great and I can travel with a peace of mind knowing they will not only get the necessary care but also love from the staff. I recommend College street Animal Hospital to anyone with pets. Simply the best.
As always, Dr. Saram and his team were welcoming and helpful! Thanks to Attila for putting up with my busy little terrier.
I am very impressed with the way my dog Cappuccino is taken care of at the College St. Animal Hospital ever since he was 4 months old. He is now 6. Dr. Saram is kind, funny and gives great advice and care. I was also very pleased to meet his new staff assistant who was patient, understanding and wonderful. Thank you so much for all you do and for the confidence you instill in us for Cappy's care.
I’ve never had more confidence in a vet. Dr Saran always puts my pets best interest 1st and is also conscious of the cost of procedures. The support staff are super helpful and the whole team work great together!
Absolutely great experience. Thanks for taking care or Benji!
Very responsible and friendly staff and doctor! So happy to have them taking care of my cat!
Dr Saram is thoughtful, kind, and always helpful. The staff is attentive, organized and always helpful as well. I think they're also well priced compared to other vets I've visited in the past.
I have 2 German Shepherds which have been boarded at this Clinic a few times. In the fall of 2017 when I came to board my dogs one of the staff members Emily was pulling one of my dogs angrily and harshly toward the weight scale. Emily then went on to comment on Manson's (one of my dogs) "aggression issues" an assessment that she was clearly not in a position to make as she is merely a technician at the Clinic and not a veterinarian or other specialist in animal behaviour. Manson is a young male German shepherd mix who is not neutered. He is great with people but does tend to bark at other dogs. He never beaten anyone and his barking is completely normal for a dominant, young and not neutered dog. I requested that Emily would not handle any of my dogs as I found her incompetent, unprofessional and making comments way outside her expertise. Following this trip I was never advised that Manson would be no longer able to be boarded at the Clinic. Last week I called to book a boarding for one week for my dogs and booking was made for the dates of December 8th to December 18th, 2018. I called today, December 7th to confirm that I will be bringing the dogs tomorrow and was advised that the Clinic will not take my dogs and "an e-mail was sent to advise me of that". I never in fact found this e-mail after checking my personal and current work account. Not sure whether it was sent to the old work e-mail address that I no longer have access too. College Street Hospital never bothered to confirm my e-mail address at the time when the booking was made. In any event the Clinic should have advised me by phone in this situation to ensure I received the cancellation and to give me sufficient time to look for alternative accommodation for my dogs. As a result I was in a frantic situation as I have plane tickets and a private boat booked in Antigua for Sunday, December 9th, 2018. Me and my partner planned this trip in advanced and were looking forward to it. Due to finding out in the very last minute that College clinic will not board my dogs I ended up having to call multiple boarding kennels and veterinary clinics with no luck as all were booked given the busy month of December and short notice. As a consequence I had to book accommodation in another city in a tremendous time expense as I will now have to drive my dogs to another city the day prior to my flight. The situation also put me under significant stress as I'm a busy lawyer and had to waste numerous hours calling various places in a search of one that can accommodate my dogs. These hours were lost for my practice and my clients. In fact I will be taking legal action against College Street Hospital.
I'd like to update and add to my 2-year-old five star review. On October 6, 2020, my 17.5-year-old canine companion, Dixi, woke me up whining. I felt strongly she was telling me it was time. I called College Street Animal Hospital and they said Dr. Middleton could see her at 1pm. However, when Tiffany heard Dixi whimpering, she put me on hold and called Dr. Middleton, who said he could come in early. He was all compassion. When I implicitly asked him whether I was doing the right thing, he nodded and said "it's appropriate." Although due to COVID non-human animals aren't allowed inside the clinic, they made an exception and allowed me to stay by Dixi's side as Dr. Middleton gave her a seemingly painless injection. After a few minutes he checked her heart to confirm it had stopped. He looked up and gently told me "she's chasing squirrels," which indeed was Dixi's favourite pastime in her youth. The experience will stay with me, as will the many wonder years DIxi shared with me. Thank you Dr. Middleton, Tiffany, and team for being fully there when we needed you most. With much gratitude, Alissa. Dr. Saram and his wonderful team (particularly Paula) run one of those rare clinics where they seem to care more about their patients than the bottom line. I have been taking my 15 year-old Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix there for years. Thanks in part to Dr. Saram's skilled and smart treatments, and his general good advice, she is still going strong. I will be introducing Dr. Saram to our new addition, a 2 year-old rescue from the Toronto Humane Society, shortly. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
Tried 3 different vets over 4 years, by far the best. Promoting prevention of treatment , and doesn’t charge for revisit same issue. Great care for animals, I also use their groomer.
Dr. Saram and his team are simply amazing. They go above and beyond in all that they do. I took my dog to Dr. Saram because she had a sack of fluid that was developing under the skin in her neck. I had taken her to other vets for the same problem. Needless to say, it was only worth going to College St Animal Hospital. Not only did I get the best rate for my dog, but she got the best care. The surgery was a complete success. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Saram and his staff. If you want to get the best care possible at the best price and the compassion your pet deserves, College St Animal Hospital is the only place to go.
This was my first experience going to a vet for my cat. Dr. Saram and his team were very accommodating and informative. Pretty Girl was diagnosed with a thyroid tumour after I found a lump on her neck. The tumour had spread quite fast and was intertwined around her jugular. Dr. Saram and his team explained to me how intricate and tedious her surgery was. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. Once they got inside they had also found another tumour around her vocal cords. After the surgery they showed me the tumours they removed and gave me all the details. I’m so happy I trusted my baby with Dr. Saram and his staff. They all provided her with the care that they would have if she was their own baby. She’s now in perfect health and back to her usual self. Actually she’s more playful than she was before her surgery. I am beyond appreciative of everything you’ve all done for me and Pretty Girl. You’ve given her a second chance at life and I will forever be grateful for this.
Took my cat to the clinic lately. They charged me over 50 bucks (before tax) for a small bottle of Otizole for skin issues. Lol
Friendly service, with efficient follow up.
I just put my beloved little dog Siggi down yesterday at the College Street Animal Hospital. As usual, they went above and beyond what was expected. The young attendant actually paid for my street parking on her mobile so that I wouldn't have to leave my dog to pay the meter that was about to expire. Words cannot express how completely grateful I am for their kindness and thoughtfulness. I still have my Siggi's sister and will continue to come here even though I live across the city and have a number of animal hospitals within my neighbourhood - right on the Danforth. thank you all again, Mary & Tony and Bibi
This is by far the best vet in the city. We've been bringing our entire animal family to Dr Saram and his incredible team since they first opened. They remember and love each of them, and they always give them the best care possible. We had tried a lot of vets before this one - and the care to cost ratio is absolutely the best here. Thank you Dr Saram for everything!
Best vet ever. Only issue is we can't walk by without stopping so the pup can say hi to everyone there.
I've been bringing my Max there since 2011 and by far they have the best staff and they are great with all pets. Dr. Saram is just amazing with my guy Max and they also have great hours.
Thoughtful, responsive and caring, Dr. Cohen and her team at College Street Animal Hospital continue to create an outstanding veterinary experience despite pandemic restrictions. The team have been exceptional partners in both emergency and routine health care situations, providing thorough and collaborative treatment with transparent costing. They came recommended to me and I am happy to pass the recommendation along.
Fake reviews. The doctor isn't professional and I was charged unreasonable amounts. The stuff told me the cost for a blood-work is 189 bucks, but it appeared on the bill for only 32. The 189 on the bill was for 'presurgical screening' which I wasn't notified before the payment. I was thinking of neutering my cryptorchid 7 months old kitten and was told that he needed to be picked up one night after the surgery. The bill would be at least another 450 but it may go up with other unforeseen situations. It's totally not ok to leave my baby out of my sight at such an unreliable place. Will not visit again.
Here as always been our dogs Vet. But my last visit a few days ago was one of the best. I was impress with the level of Competency- I actually learned a few new options which was delivered patiently. I felt very valued as a customer and a great feeling of care for my dog.
I am very disappointed with the work Dr. Saram had done on extracting my dog's baby teeth in 2018. He had broken a tooth and left a part of it still inside her gum. This year the remaining part of one of the teeth protruded and looked like a mass. Dr Bernhard was unable to diagnose what the mass was and put my dog on 2 rounds of antibiotics. I had to take her to the VEC and have them charge me $3600 for the diagnosis and removal of the mass. This caused unnecessary pain and trauma for my dog. Additionally, Dr. Saram is very rude and condescending, always rushing you. Dr Bernhard is sweet, but was not able to diagnose it.
Very good
usually magnicient.
Dr. Saram is by far the best vet I have come across in Toronto. His prices are very reasonable and he is extremely professional and takes the time to explain any details I need regarding pet care/medications and all else. I have since moved to the other side of the city but I refuse to switch Animal Hospitals! His staff is absolutely wonderful as well. I have and continue to recommend him to all of my fellow pet owners in the downtown core!
They are just amazing, my dog always happy whenever he visits them
Good people, always late with appointment times
Efficient , professional and courteous, my vet from this day forward
The staff at the College Street Animal Hospital are very friendly and genuinely care about our pets, understanding they are part of our family. Dr. Saram is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He is honest and will not push unnecessary medication or treatments like some other clinics. He also understands animal psychology and has given me advice on how to manage one of my cats' sudden agression. My cats are happy and healthy. Dr. Saram also extended the life of one parents' dogs after another vet insisted on unnecessary surgery on a benign growth on her paw at her very old age. She surely would not have survived going under. I recommend the clinic and Dr. Saram to all my friends and colleagues with furry family members.
My husband and I followed Dr. Snow from a previous clinic in Mississauga because she is just that amazing. Really. When we first saw her prior to her relocation, she had complete honest opinions of some possible health issues of our pup Dexter, and exuded confidence in her knowledge and expertise. Not once have we ever doubted any information shared to us, and she speaks with you as an equal. We've had negative past experiences with other vets in regards to Dexter of invasive testing and medication options, but Dr. Snow educated us in why those would not have been appropriate, and explained her treatment plan in detail and currently has success in Dexter's well-being. Speaking with Dr.Cohen and front desk staff is always a pleasant experience, and we know any pet brought in, is truly in the best of hands.
Came for dog food. Got dog food. Left with dog food.
