The staff working here are always so kind and helpful. They go out of their way to look through foods and treats you may need, make sure everyone feels welcomed. Recommend items, help with sizing for clothing, give gift ideas, etc. The hours are nice as well. And of course, pet are welcome, my dog loves going! And I love seeing their pets sometimes there, as well as the cats and kittens they keep there to help find adoption homes!!

They are kind enough to charge a small fee to trim my.dacschund's nails while I buy more dog food. They also offer friendly and professional consultations for health issues.

Terribly managed. Overpriced. Never setting foot in there again. Little Bit Western is an overwhelmingly better option. If for some reason you have "Brand Loyalty" to PetValu.... The one in the mall isn't quite as horrible..

Never been to Timmins before, especially the Pet Valu there and this was my first visit and will be my last. I experienced the worst customer service possible, we just picked up a puppy and needed supplies for it, and this was our first puppy. There was 3 workers on duty and all they did was stand at the cashier booth and gossip, never asked if we needed help, or said "oh what a cute puppy", nothing. I used to work at Pet Valu and would always be in love with everyone's animal they brought in and always wanted to know more about it. These 3 girls on the other hand were too busy gossiping about some college professor. This was by far the WORST customer service I have ever had in my life.
