Dr Bart still the best in town
Best place to bring your pet. Everyone is so nice and compassionate!!
This is hands down the best veterinary clinic in Thunder Bay.... the staff is very knowledgeable and of course friendly..... my mom runs Paws For Love dog rescue and she takes all the dogs there for the things they need. Best place in town.
Amazing friendly staff. They made the hardest day for me so much easier with their separate room for privacy for me and my family. Dr. Bart is honestly the best vet I’ve ever known.
Excellent place to meet your pet needs and cares
Dr Kozak is wonderful and took excellent care of Monty
Very satisfied with the level of professional service I've received at CVC, they have both my dogs best interests at all times. I recommend them for all pets needs.
Best vet clinic in town
No nonsense vets. Great place to bring your animals for pet care.
They take great care of my two fury babies
Exceptional service and great staff. Nice refreshed modern clean look as well. Highly recommended. Love the pic my dog got when he was young on every bill. ha!
Always excellent
I won't take my fur babies anywhere else!
Super friendly, great with my puppies. (update: July 2017)Had to take my little guy in and called first thing Monday morning. Explained what was going on and got an appointment that afternoon at 1:30. (not an emergency appointment either, my daughter went to the one on Oliver Road and although they were good, they were also expensive. If you called and wanted to be seen that day they charge you for an emergency visit. CVC took care of my little guy, sent me home with medications and he's recovering nicely. Thank you for being awesome, compassionate and as economical as you are. Just an fyi if you can pay emergency rates they will see just about anyone anytime and they also save 3-5 appointments each day so that if you call at 8 a.m. and you need your pet seen they will give you one of those appointments and you pay regular price. I think that's pretty awesome. After those appointments are gone then it's an emergency visit @ emergency prices. I was just there today feb5 at 2pm. I called yesterday but couldn't get through till 8:11 and all the appointments were already taken. She asked who I was and what was wrong. I told her and she said we have a cancellation can you come at 2 tomorrow. I dont know how anyone can say they were refused service at this place. They are super polite, friendly, helpful and very accommodating.
Saved my dogs life a couple times.. great service and staff. Thank you
Great people who genuinely care for animals. Alex is an amazing and passionate vet!
Ever have the feeling that no matter how many thank you's you can say, it just isn't enough?? That is how I feel about the services I had this weekend. My dog (Oscar) has been with our family for 15 years and had taken a quick and drastic …
My choice for my cats health. Prices are good as well. Staff is great.
Great Vet! Best I've ever been too! Vet is very personable and very straight forward. He cares about his patients, they are not just numbers to him or $ signs.
Very good service. Ver friendly people and they make you very welcome. I take both my fur babies there and there very good with them. Great prices
Vet called ospca after 1st visiting. Dog was diagnosed with a very treatable condition, but stressed to me that I had to buy the medication from them instead of letting me find other alternatives (buying online). Gave me 3 options 1. euthanasia 2. give dog to their vet tech to keep and waive fees 3. pay within 3 days or they keep the dog. vet tried to get me to sign an agreement to stay with them or they would call the ospca on me again, which they did. I felt that the receptionists were rude and short tempered.
They are an amazing team of animal health care professionals. The renovations make ti so much more modern but it still feels like the small town, local vet it always has been. No better care for your pets anywhere in the area.
Soon good to my baby girl.
The employee that answered the phone was very friendly. Eventhough she said they weren't taking new patients, when I told her what was wrong, she tried to offer some advice until I could get my puppy to see someone.
Best vet in town very honest for pricing and took best care of my dog . I was priced $1000 more at another vet in town thank god I gave crossroads a chance to look at my dogs problems I will refer and recommend
great people, take amazing care of pets as if they are their own family
Great staff and treatment recieved....resonable fees....highly recommended
I called and requested an appointment.
Doctors were very personable and thorough. Staff was very cheerful and compassionate.
Love the honesty of my dog's Doctor. I believe in healthy eating and this includes my dog's food. Since my pure breed German Shepherd switched to raw his, and my, life changed 10 fold and I give all the accolades to the crossroads vet team. You won't regret going to these people. Isabelle Thunder Bay Ontario
I won’t take my animals anywhere else except crossroads. They are so passionate caring and they care about you and your animals. I had to put my cat Indy down after having her for 18 years. They were so caring and told me straight out I could do nothing for her. And they were so good with our dog jack when he got sick also. When he was a puppy. Great staff and great vets. Love them all.
Great vets who take great pride in their care of their animal patients. They have definitely gone above and beyond in helping my family out with their animals - I just wish they weren't so far a drive from where I live!
A huge thank you to Dr. Alex Kozak for her kindness and doing everything she could to try to help save my little Spazz, despite being repeatedly hissed and growled at during our first visit. Sadly it was just her time to go and nothing could change that. She had a good life (15 years) and will be severely missed. This pic is from better days, rest in peace Spazz. ????
Sue Legg has been a great help with my dogs She has been helping me for over 10 years
Excellent costumer service, staff and vet were great, both my dogs go there and I would recommend them to anyone
Great people, Great work ....
Thee best staff and prices!
Vets and staff are amazing here, I'm so glad they are my pets vet clinic. Thank you everyone at crossroads !
Professional staff, vet answered all my questions. Very helpful!
Dealing with an older sick dog, care was attentive.
We were concerned our puppy contracted scabies or mange so we called the clinic for help. Within 48hrs we were able to secure and appointment with the vet. The staff during the process was informative and professional throughout our experience. We were prescribed medication at the end of our 30minute appointment, all our questions and concerns were addressed, and followup items were discussed. A week later the medication seems to be working great! Our dog is slowly recovering but it is in the right direction! I'm super glad we called when we did and estatic the process was so smooth.
Dr. Matt really listened to us about our many concerns for one of our dogs. Our boy has been going downhill lately and we knew it wasn’t just his age. He is 10. Dr. Matt promptly ordered tests and came up with four concerns! Needless we were shocked and saddened by this. But armed with various medications we see an improvement in our boy already and we will return for a follow up appointment next week. We are grateful to Matt and the staff who helped us all on this very emotional day.
Amazing staff very friendly very knowledgable worth the drive they have helped with my cats and dog, also my fosters with such care
Got Ruby in fast. Great service. Reasonable fees. Dr. Bart is so good with Ruby who generally doesn't like men.????
Always a good visit.
Absolutely, hands down, the BEST veterinary clinic in the region! Sincerely, I have dealt with Crossroads for more than 20 years and found the entire staff over this period to be phenomenal. Nobody tries to up-sell you on services that are questionable. They don't sell third party products like food or dietary supplements. They provide 100% care and compassion towards your pet! They offer sincere and highly educated advice with concern to your pet. Don't hesitate for a moment to give them a call when you have concerns regarding your pet of any sort. They handle all kinds of animals large and small. Fantastic, rewarding, caring, compassionate, service that is comparable to none in the entire region!
Friendly caring staff. My Leo seems to love everyone there
Overall good experience just wish that the wait times weren't so long.
Our dog had become quite ill months prior and this establishment kept suggesting expensive surgeries and treatments. With our dog suffering near the end. This a could of been avoided by giving us the harsh truth about his prognosis. This vet essentially bleed us for money and prolonging our beloved Chewy's pain and health. This clinic is a business, where money is their motive. If I could rate it a -5 I would.
New ownership. Terrible. Tried paying my bill today was abused and thrown out they would not take my money and screamed at me about new ownership etc. Worst vet in town now. Garbage
I have to say the service other than the veterinary service, has become terrible. Today I went as I have every time asked for assistance to walk 15' to put the 18 kg bag of food in my car. A lady came out dropped out my feet and said here you go. Leaving me to have to kick the bag of food across the wet ground then kneel in the water to try maneuver the bad into the car. Thanks a lot.
Awesome care and great staff.
They're excellent great with your animals very friendly always took care of my animals at the clinic
Clinic has brand new rooms very clean
The best place for you n your pet...loving caring compassionate ...the best care ...
loved the doctors who work here.
Dr. Yerxa isn't very customer oriented. I did not enjoy his company and thought he needs customer service training. My dog recently had surgery there. I went in for a pre-op exam to get a quote which was in the area of $800. When the surgery was over I received a call stating that it was now going to cost $1200. I eventually got the price back to the quote however that should never have been an issue. I was also advised that the stitches used were dissolveable although when I returned to the vet 2 weeks later to get a small checkup I was told they needed to be removed now as they were not dissolveable.
Called there because I read such good reviews, and my other cat sadly passed away in the care of another clinic. She said there was nothing for two weeks, my cats tail is bleeding there's something wrong with it. She didn't budge..nope nothing available. Well , what a let down, really hoped I could get help for her she's in pain. I heard these people were supposed to be nice? Why my luck they didn't care about me?
Great place to bring the 4 legged kids for care. Patient and understanding
The staff at CVC are wonderful. They are caring and thorough and don't try to sell you unnecessary procedures. As long as I have pets, they will go to CVC for all medical needs
Using their website I requested an appointment twice but they have not responded to either of these requests. I am now a Nor-West customer and their service is terrific... Regards... TomB
You can tell they care more about the animals than they do about the money. Very friendly and professional staff!
Everyone was amazing, from the technician who came and weighed Freya, to the vet who did her shots and the receptionist that scheduled me in and rescheduled me for her booster. It was extremely clean in the clinic and I'm really happy with the services provided. I also asked about spaying there, but the vet was kind enough to mention the spay and neuter clinic as a much more cost effective place to go. I'll definitely be going back ????
We take all our foster dogs here, Dr Matt is amazing
Competent, friendly, compassionate and personable care of my dog by Dr. Matthew Yerxa. I have no hesitation to recommend the CVC to other people. Thank you!
I always get fantastic service. I know my 3 dogs get the best treatment possible. Dr. Sue is awesome.
My elderly cat passed away after a dog attack. I contacted crossroads to arrange for cremation. a few days after I received a card from the staff, sending condolences of the passing of my dear cat. It was thoughtful & meaningful. we appreciated the kindness.
They truly care about your pets here. They understand that you and your pets can be nervous and even afraid when you have to drop them off. Good kind people.
The only place I trust in thunder bay... and great , friendly people...
Amazing staff and our veterinarian has been amazing, thank you ???? ???? ❤️
Great with my puppy!
Sometimes when i call to book an appointment for my pups it takes longer than I want it to take. Truthfully, if it is something minor and can wait, I understand as they are in high demand and it is a very busy Veterinary Clinic. All of the Doctors have been accurate, showed compassion, understanding and are willing to take my pups in, if it is a true emergency they will find a way to fit their patient in. It was a true emergency today. My seven year old pup (shih tzu) cut her cornea and she was in a lot of pain and distress. Despite this, she felt at ease with the Vet. I was given detailed instruction, along with medications in order to save her eye and begin the healing process. I was nervous wreck too but I left feel reassured, satisfied and with a more content pup that is on the road to healing. They have cared for my other Shih tzu's as well and are willing to give deals for multiple pets.
Very organized and good care.
Amazing vets
Lovely renovated office. Friendly staff and vets
The care and compassion for me and my dogs is second to none.
They take great care of my fur babies and the price is right, they will sometimes do little extras for free like nail trimmings and ear cleaning
Extremely expensive to save your animals life. A poor person would have to let their animals die. I award you zero stars for how ridiculously expensive it was to save my cat.
Great place to take your pet. They are always welcoming and each and every veterinarian is just great with animals... knowledgeable and compassionate!
Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. They really care about the animals.
Just recently moved to Thunder Bay from the GTA. We had our dog booked in at the kennel for 3 days as both myself and my girlfriend were going to be away for work. We realized the day before that our previous vet had not given her a specific vaccine needed to be admissible to the kennel, so we were in a mad panic to find a new vet last minute to administer the required vaccine. Called every other vet in the city and was either turned down or laughed away because everyone was unable to schedule an appointment for at least 2 weeks. Called Crossroads just before closing on a Thursday and had an appointment booked Friday morning. Great facility, and very pleasant and professional staff, that was more than happy to book our dog in and take her on as a new patient. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a happy dog. Looking forward to our next visit at our new vet! Well worth the 20 minute drive out of the city!
Very very great care and service !
Impossible to get ahold of. Tried calling for three days, tried emailing and leaving voice mails, was on hold for about 20mins with no service. All the while my dog is at home crying in pain because I can't get her meds.
Excellent doctors and very sensitive.
Brought the dog in for his shots and it only took a few minutes and we were out and on our way home there were no problems
Friendly staff,
Great friendly service with reasonable prices
They are the best my pets love going there
Treat pets like family
The Veterinarians in this clinic are the most passionate and compassionate people I have ever met! They treated my cats like they were family. It's a small clinic with a family atmosphere. There is a wheelchair ramp.
Saved almost $300 on getting my pup fixed here. Staff is really friendly and knowledgeable as well.
My entire family has used this vet hosp. for our pets for decades. Can't beat the hospitality and prices.
The staff at Crossroads are marvellous. They truly care about you and your pets. You and
Awesome staff.
DR Alex misdiagnosed my 18mo old puppy after 2 urine samples and $200 spent more importantly my poor four legged baby has suffered from her lack of care BUT DR Bart has come to her rescue and helped my pup and rectified some costs associated with Alex’s fault. My pup is still suffering after over 6 weeks with a UTI which has been so painful for her and all of us.
Great clinic!! The vet clinic I used for years no longer does dew claws. I now have three puppies with back and front dews. CVC advised me that my next litter will be cared for properly. Love them and highly recommend their services to all pet owners.
They are caring
Everyone at Crossroads is very sensitive to my very large and timid dog. They try to make it easy for him and make him as comfortable as possible. Dr. Matt is fantastic with my dog. Thanks again!
All the vets & support staff at CVC are compassionate, caring and considerate! We have seen them all, and seen how well they work together on a situation that may have one or more of them stumped! Can't imagine taking our four leggers anywhere else!
My dog had a tumor on her front paw that was too big to remove. We thought this was the end. And we were going to have to put her down. However.. there's 2 REAL gems at Crossroads. Thanks to dr Alex and vet tech Erin. We still have our Jasmin here today with us. After a lengthy amputation surgery. And tremendous after care from both of these 2 fine professionals. This is one awesome place. Highly recommended. Especially when you have individuals such as Alex and Erin on the team!!
Dr Mathew and his team are amazing. So grateful for how accommodating and understanding everyone was!
Dr. Alex has been our vet since she started working at Crossroads. She is very caring and shows her genuine love for animals. She took care of our Springer Spaniel until his passing Jan. 2018. The compassion she showed was very special. We have adopted a 3 year old Terrier mix (Peanut) and have transferred her records to Alex. We are pleased to be with Crossroads again.
They take wonderful care of my pets!
Have always received top notch service from the staff at Crossroads. Have had pets and livestock cared for here for 40 yrs!
Been taking my dog here for several years, I’ve seen 3 of the veterinarians there and all have done a great job. Her spay surgery when she was a puppy was great and she had a quick and easy recovery. This summer that just passed I had a dental cleaning done and the results afterwards were absolutely shocking. I swear her teeth were Whiter and brighter after this cleaning than when the adult teeth first came in!
They do there best
We took our old family member kitty to be put down because she was having health problems and was 22 years old. The whole experience from meeting us at the door and Dr Matt's caring gentleness to our old girl were just so wonderful. You all made a very sad day bearable for my husband d and I.
terrible if your animals need any sort of care your best bet is to drive 5 hours to dryden no vet in thunder bay is willing to help you they will just give you the run around and tell you good luck THUNDER BAY IS NOT PET FRIENDLY take your animal somewhere they will be cared for and unfortunately that is no where in thunder bay
Dr Matt n staff were great
Staff is great good place to take your sick animals
This place is great they always take great care of my animals best vet in thunder bay..
Well kept
Really care about your pet and your concerns.. knowledgeable and approachable
Best place to bring your pet for all their needs.
Thanks to Dr Sue Legge my bongo is sitting up and eating today after being sick for more than a week . Great service great people highly recommend
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. During these stressful covid times the staff are doing their best to ensure that you and your fur kids are safe. Would highly recommend.
Other than the hour wait (unusual and will likely never happen again), the appt was great! It was great to see Dr. Bart again and I truly appreciated the great advice and great care for my dogs. I'm so glad we moved over to CVC and we will refer others!
Its the only place I will ever take my pets
Dr Matt (who used to work for Dr Dan in Slate River) has been amazing & gone above and beyond for our Bella - our boxer who is 12 1/2 years old). She is treated with respect and love.... I have, & will, recommend Dr Matt to all my friends/family with pets. Can't say enough about the care he has given.????????????
We use Crossroads Veterinary Clinic for large animals and pets. The service is excellent, and I have received immediate assistance when I have brought an animal in with an emergency condition. The vets are very knowledgeable and compassionate, and the admin staff very friendly. We have used Crossroads for many years, and will do so as long as we have animals.
The Doctors and technicians are always very helpful and polite. They looked after my pets in a very caring way. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Everyone was super friendly and I only got good vibes with everyone that was there. Including the clients
I've always enjoyed my experiences at Crossroads. Dr. Matt has never failed to provide exceptional care, and a genuine interest in the well being of my animals throughout the years. I appreciate that the front desk staff know my dog's name and are always friendly and prompt in maintaining the flow of appointments. Highly recommend this vet clinic :)
Doesnt take new patients. So sad.
Staff are very friendly and understanding. Budget consious when looking at the care of your pet and won't just rack up the bill.
We had to put our dog down last week. Crossroads vet and staff were very good. We got to spend tome with him and they did not rush us. We picked up the ashes today. I was unable to thank the staff at the time as I was upset. I want to say thank you.
DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!! Voiced my concern of negligence on the part of Dr. Bart and the clinic staff were so rude and lacked empathy towards their paying client. Long story short, Dr Bart did not want to go in and see what was wrong with my dog despite bloodwork indicating sepsis. I begged him to and he did not. My dog died the following day of sepsis. They proceeded to charge close to $2000 for killing my dog, and put an alert on our file not to allow our puppy as a client — because we voiced a concern of negligence. I was spoken to with serious disrespect “what do you want us to do about that? *scoffs*” I have been hung up on, and ignored. If you want your animals to live a long, healthy life AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!
Been going to Crossroads for almost 13yrs & always pleased with their staff. Our 3 furkids love going to see them
A coworker recommended I come here, and I can't thank them enough for doing so. The care and compassion both her and I received here was exceptional, and I'm very impressed by the procedures they've adopted to combat the spread of COVID-19. I unfortunately had to say goodbye to my furry friend yesterday, and the kindness and empathy we received from your team was overwhelming, and I can't express how thankful I am for that. I saw how incredibly busy all of you were, but it didn't affect our treatment whatsoever. You did a wonderful job. Thank you!
DO NOT GO TO THIS VET CLINIC! Dr. Alexandra (Alex) Kozak is the most incompetent veterinarian I have ever met. She gives inconsistent feedback on her assessments and in regards to diagnostic interpretation. ALWAYS REQUEST TO SEE SCANS AND BLOODWORK RESULTS FOR YOURSELF. She does very minimal to help your pet and provides you with unrealistic solutions that will do more harm than good. She recommends invasive measures before something simple that can be effective. She will have you book multiple appointments for reassessments ($$$$$) and provide no valuable information. FOR THE SAKE OF ALL ANIMALS, IT WOULD BE BEST IF SHE HANGS UP HER WHITE COAT! Front desk reception is extremely rude, insensitive, and intimidated to ask the veterinarians your questions when they do not know the answer. Front desk staff appear unhappy and miserable. GET YOUR PETS MEDICATIONS DISPENSED AT A LOCAL PHARMACY INSTEAD OF THE VET CLINIC – pharmacies have higher standards of dispensing. According to the College of Veterinarians (CVO), veterinarians are able to delegate medication dispensing to any staff they want (this includes receptionists). Also, the dispensed medications are NOT double checked by the staff and they do NOT sign their name to the medication they dispensed. There is an increased risk of animals receiving the incorrect medication or dosage. This results in animals suffering longer, going through more invasive treatments, and may even be put down as a result. This also takes a huge toll on the pet owner, both financially and emotionally, as it increases the number of visits to the veterinarian clinic. It is ridiculous that no vet clinic in Thunder Bay will accept new patients. How would veterinarians like it if they went to the hospital with an urgent issue only to be turned away? The cost of helping an animal is pathetic. Maybe that’s why the humane society is overflowing with animals. People want to care for a pet, but how could they without a vet and with the vets constantly price gouging. VERY EVIDENT THAT CROSSROADS VET CLINIC IS POORLY MANAGED, VERY UNORGANIZED AND NOT FUNCTIONING IN THE BEST INTEREST OF ANIMALS.
As a new client I was surprised to get in so soon. Riddick (my Pitch Black cat????) was quickly diagnosed with diabetes. The staff were great! They made sure I understood the needles and testing, taking time to answer my questions. I have been able to treat him with confidence and his improvement is astounding! A great place with wonderful staff!!
Worst Clinic and worst staff.
I've only had the pleasure of visiting this vet clinic twice with my Great Dane and I am extremely happy with their service. The prices are unbeatable. I will continue to bring my pets here and recommended this clinic to all my friends and family with fur babies.
Dr. Bart is the best .... he took care of all 3 of my senior dogs dental work. I would highly recommend!!!
They did a wonderful Job with my late Ceasar, I couldn't afford high vet bills and they helped me out :) Thank you Dr. Taylor and the rest of the doctors:)
I have been going to cross roads since I adopted an abused Jack Russell. The vets are great and understanding. Dr. Majerrison found why he had a limp by feel and a leftover porcupine quill by feel. He was attacked by a large dog and got a head injury. Dr. Legge knew her stuff. Checked him out quickly explained what had happened to his hearing and eye sight and prognosis and I left feeling pretty good about my dog's future. I have never had a bad experience at crossroads. Their fees are far more reasonable than the other vets in town.
Very professional and friendly clinic.
Best vet in town honest good people a great price the no BS vet the way all vets should be
Very professional and care about your pets. They are always prompt and efficient but yet friendly. I would highly recommend this clinic.
Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
Im just lost, my dog used to be a pt. At another vet. Then our dog was healthy for a long time and didn't see the need to go for regular check ups..so we were considered non active and they refused to see us afterwards . Our dog got sick (with a lump)and we were fortunate enough for crossroads to accept us. Now, same thing haven't been there for a couple of years, now my poor dog has a terrible ear infection and a wheeping cough and they could care less. They won't see her. Just said she is an inactive patient . Unreal. All of these places. Money scams. Unless you are regularly pouring money into their business they could care about our animals. It would take 20 minutes and make you hundreds on the spot to treat my sick animal. But she's not an active pt so who cares right. Sickening. Just sickening.
Staff at the clinic are absolutely fantastic. Always greeted with a smile when you walk in the door
Fast. Private waiting room. Affordable.
Have used this clinic before I left Thunder Bay in 1997 and came back to them when I returned in 2009. They are very professional and have always treated my animals with the utmost care and compassion. I think it says something when your pet has no problem walking in the door.
Professional friendly staff. Most affordable vet in Thunder Bay that I have come across.
CVC is simply THE BEST!!! Awesome support staff that truly care and kind and honest vets!
Amazing service such great care for my little one before and after dental surgery very happy and so is teddy feeling much better
We are home back in Geraldton today. Lucky is doing well after his dental surgery. I am extremely pleased that Lucky is on the healing mend. The staff were very polite and I didn't feel different from anyone. I was treated equally. The staff did their very best to accommodate my request. These people showed they are totally devoted to the animals that come to fix their medical needs. Thank you CVC!
We have taken our foster pups here forvover a year and now we take our own dogs to this vet clinic.
Love the care and consideration I get from Crossroads...they go above and beyond...both the vets and the staff....nice as a breeder of german shepherds to have a place where I trust the staff with the care and welfare of my crew
Took good care of my dog!!
Best prices for Thunder Bay area
I tried all day to get through, number was busy all morning and most of the day.My dog dog ended up dying while being on hold.
For the most part ok service, as a regular client I'd really like to feel more like a priority.. instead of being told we can squeeze you in 6-8 months from now. I can understand being busy but if this is how they operate regularly, perhaps hire some more vets?
They are a great place to go. But I've had the worse experience ever with them. April 3 2017 I called this place at 4:32pm on a Monday their hours say they are open till 5:30pm pm. When I called them about my dog who ended up with a huge gash on his neck that needed medical attention asap and they told me I quote " I'm sorry but we are pretty much done for the day", an hour before closing!!! I've been going here for years with every dog I've owned and for them to just shrug my dogs immediate medical attention off and end up having to call emergency line and paying out the a-hole for the emergency charge!! Not happy with this clinic what so ever!!!!
Refused to see my sick dog, told me the could see him in three weeks. When I said he was sick now though the receptionist actually asked " how is that my problem". If I could give 0 stars I would.
Wonderful staff! Very helpful
Good care
Great service and knowledge
They took my dog as a patient on an emergency basis and fit us in thankfully. Treated him very well❤. Office and reception and access in and out of the clinic is well set up. Easy to get to when coming from out of town.
We had a rather severe situation with our dog Gracie’s ear. It was rapidly getting worse which can lead to deafening, and she was in so much discomfort she couldn’t sleep. I phoned all the vets in Thunder Bay and CVC was the only one who seemed to care. They fit us in and thanks to them Gracie’s ear is now getting back to normal. Really thankful for this clinic, highly recommend!
Amazing place right from you walk in the door, would recommend to anyone, thank you so much Crossroads!!!!
Always great customer service, very knowledgeable staff and always polite.
This place is the Best Place I have Dr Matt As My Vet For all my pets 8 horses 2 dogs and all 3 of my cats . All the staff are Exllant Friendly and compassionate, People By far the Best Vet Clinic Around!!!!
Great service
Always a great experience
They treated our dog and us with dignity, compassion, and kindness in a very difficult time. Exceeded my expectations.
I have taken daisy my dog there and they are superb with her
Crossroads is the only veterinary clinic I would go to. The staff is amazing and treat your pets as if they were family.
After being turned away (often rudely) by other local clinics, I was so grateful for the fantastic service from the front desk at this clinic. Caring, accommodating and friendly service. I give 5 stars for the person who helped me this morning. This clinic is lucky to have this front end employee. Thanks again!
Alex is wonderful.
I can't believe the super friendly and caring Service we received . Personally I believe You should bring your pet / or pets there For any type of check-up etc... Wow great Service and price. CHECK IT OUT! You Will be glad you did.
