Nikki Perry The best HOSPITAL in the north I say. The atention they have for each animal. My dog ZENA WAS Spayied on September 24 2018. She needed more medications before the weekend. ALL doctors were gone except PAULA SHE CALLED ANDREA.WAS NOT ON DUTY AT THE TIME..SHE told Paula To help ZENA with extra medication. I wld of had to pay 200 extra dollars for some other doctor just to look at her.. THANK U SO MUCH LOCKERBY.. YOUR STAFF IS #1.

We only want the best care for our pets and at Lockerby Animal Hospital it's nothing but the best! The receptionists, RVT's & Vets are always so helpful and knowledgeable. One of our dogs used to be timid when we brought her to the vet but since we've switched to Lockerby Animal Hospital, her fear has disappeared! Best Veterinary Clinic in town! :)

Had an emergency with my recently adopted kitty who had a bad ear infection and they took such good care of him. The emergency fee was so much better than some hospitals, and the people were the most gentle with my boy. Definitely will be using this clinic as a normal clinic, as well as for any other emergencies.

The staff treated our cat like a member of our family, from regular annual appointments up until the end (sniff). They were caring, and sensitive, and always looking out for our best interests. Dr. Chad is always welcoming and has a smile for everyone, and we enjoy the open houses that the hospital holds on a periodic basis to give members of the public a own behind all of the closed doors and the fascinating lab equipment they have.

My boy was still in pain and sick after multiple trips to other vets. We knew something wasn't right and so called the emergency line and ended up here. The staff were so very kind and listened thoroughly, helping to ease my worries. They answered all my questions and never rushed us. They found he had a bowel obstruction that the other vets missed, and helped us to make an informed decision regarding surgery. Throughout the surgery and recovery they kept me informed and event sent me a photo of him in recovery so we could see how he was. 100% the best and most caring vets I have been to.

I took my dog that had a sudden injury to Lockerby rather than my usual vet and by the end of the appointment I had switched vets. Lockerby staff are SO friendly and the Dr actually listened to me describe my dog and the type of lifestyle he had rather than just presribe a surgery. Very professional staff and nice, clean clinic.

We brought our Golden retriever (Boston) in when he got fately I'll. The compassion and love they showed our beloved dog was incredible. Sadly we lost Boston, the staff here truly made our loss comfortable and really exemplified the love they have for our pets. Heart felt thank you to all of the staff. Keep doing what you do so well. I could not be happier with the service I am getting for my pet. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable letting them care for my dog. The wait times are minimal. You get email notifications and phone calls to remind you of up coming appointments. You can even create an online profile for your pet with all its information. I would recommend this place to anyone with a pet.

Not only are our vets wonderful, but they are also our neighbours! The office staff and vet techs are friendly, easy to deal with and professional. The vets always explain the problem and are gentle and loving with our dog! Would definitely recommend :)

Absolutely great experience every time I bring my dog to Lockerby Animal Hospital. They constantly email me reminders for check ups and helpful tips. The vets are knowledgeable and take the time to explain things to you. My girlfriend had the pleasure of taking my dog for me and is now switching vets with her dog because of the great customer experience she had.

I am so excited to bring my Minou North to this hospital next week. The waiting list when I called was 2 to 3 weeks wait. But because they are so caring. They were able to get him in next week. He's been sicky for the last day and a half and I'm sure it's just a cat cold. But the hospital was kind enough to rush him in Just in case :))) I'm so happy. And less panicked. We had not been here since 1998 or so when Dr. Wilkinson performed two lumpectomies on our pet mouse, one of which he did not even charge us for. After moving back to Sudbury recently, we went to another vet clinic for a while until we had an emergency with our cat that ended with him having to be euthanized at Lockerby. Even though this was a terribly sad event, we were so impressed with the experience in terms of how Dr. Andrews and the veterinary technician handled the euthanasia we decided to switch vets and have not been disappointed since. Lockerby Animal Hospital demonstrates absolutely incredible and truly genuine care for both pets and clients.

My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Lockerby. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in all issues. When we had to put our 13 year old Rottweiler down they were incredible supportive throughout the whole thing. Everyone there is very friendly and professional and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my fur babies!

Total incompetence You go in 10 times for the same thing you start to wonder Completely incompetent everytime they do something they end up making the dog sicker Zero stars going to a new better vet now They have no control over animals so they try to drug them up. Do not go here unless you don’t love your pet and want them to be inflicted with the same elements for years.

Lockerby Animal Hospital has cared for our 2 dogs for the last several years, and they have been excellent. Super friendly, and great bed-side manner. Dr. Andrews has been the best, and they went above and beyond for this final visit before we leave the country. Jill researched what forms needed filling, advised us of where to go for Official Signatures, and communicated with us when there were questions. A great relationship, through and through. They took my one dog with high anxiety in stride, and kept him calm during the exams. I hope we find great Vets like this in our new country.

I highly recommend going to Lockerby Animal Hospital. Dr Andrews was great to work with and very good at explaining the tests that needed to be done when my cat was sick. The vet techs made me feel very comfortable and treated my cat with care and compassion. Will definetly be continuing to see them in the future! Thank you for your amazing work!
