Here you will see all the information of people like you who are purchasing the services of Espanola Animal Hospital (Veterinarian) in the area of Sudbury (Canada).
At present the firm gets a rating of 4.1 out of 5 and the score has been based on 124 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is really high, and it is based on a large number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the valuation is very accurate. If people have bothered to rate when they are satisfied with the service, it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to place tatings when these are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Veterinarian is included in the category of Veterinarian.
Wonderful people. Would recommend to all.
Not much of a "hospital." They refused to see my cat for an emergency because he was no longer considered a patient. The new vet in town is his vet now.
Dealt with this vet through a charity many times. The owner/vet PJ has a great love of animals, and probably not much for people. He has a very ABRASIVE personality. Seems to be a fine vet. Be sure to get some kind of idea of price before you visit because the price of dental is really crazy high. My parting message from the receptionist was to tell me I needed to sign up for yearly shots or be refused service in the future.
Lawrence and I and our kids would like to give a HUGE thank you to all the awesome staff and Dr Pj for saving our boy TAZZ !!! We are so so grateful for the love and support and the excellent care you gave him!! Huge paws up for you all and THANK YOU ❤️❤️????????
I am incredibly thankful for the Espanola Animal Hospital team. Having access to skilled veterinary surgeon and surgical team in Northern Ontario helps ease nerves if something were to happen to your cat or dog. More recently my families dog became lame and we were able to book an appointment for an orthopaedic workup in a timely manner. Unfortunately, our dog had hip dysplasia and we were booked for a Total Hip Replacement within a matter of weeks. The team through the entire process (before and after surgery) was there to help whenever we needed. If we had any questions or concerns receiving an answer was just a phone call or email away-to which they respond quickly I must add. Thank you again to the EAH team!
Great staff! Great surgeon. Just a great place to take you fury family members!
My dog required a TPLO surgery on his right rear leg several years ago. At the time the closest vet to us that could perform this surgery was in Oakville. The consult with the vet was about 15 minutes and the surgery was done the next morning. He was discharged the next morning and we carried him out on a blanket because he could not stand or walk. He peed himself every 20 minutes for almost 5 days. He also would not eat or go to the bathroom for almost a week no matter what we tried. It was 6 days before he could get up and TRY to walk with MUCH effort on our part. I called the vet several times to question this and I was told this was NORMAL !. His recovery time was about 1 month before he would start to move his leg to balance himself. This October he required the same procedure on his OTHER knee. There was now someone closer to us so we opted for PJ in Espanola. The consult was over 2 HOURS with him explaining in detail the procedure . The morning after the surgery my dog was released and WALKED out with a little help. He had something to eat on the way home and was walking around slowly the NEXT DAY . He did not pee himself once and was going to the bathroom regularly. Within two weeks his cast was off and he was walking on his leg, with a bit of a limp, but still about 6 WEEKS ahead of the procedure done in Oakville. Im not saying Oakville Animal Hospital did it wrong, but you be the judge. The entire ordeal was far less stressful and if I had any concerns I was told to rush him right back in , and they would look at him . Thank you PJ and your entire team. Brydon
The veterinarian is incredible. He could have earned money and done a surgery. Instead he referred Gabriel to a specialist, doing what is good for the dog. He may have saved her life with his keen insight and expertise. A huge thanks and good luck with the new facility in Sudbury opening this fall.
Rude, pushy, uneducated and completley ignorant. These clowns will take advantage of you first chance they get. The vet didn't even know that ethanol was a type of alcohol. Save yourself the trouble and take your pet to the vet in Lively. They're friendly, professional and don't yell at you for seeking a second opinion.
Emergency surgery for Tika two weeks ago and all's well so far. Great team! Now 4 more weeks of keeping a puppy relaxed!
Dr. Rocheleau and his staff are friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, incredibly good at what they do. You will not regret bringing your pets here, as they will be treated with the same love and care that you would provide your own pet with. Keep up the amazing work!
Thank you to the fantastic doctor and great nurses! I could not have asked for better help in this time of need.
Miracle workers! The moment you get there, you can feel they are helping these animals out of love. The doctor is amazing, open, honest and honours quoted prices even if things go wrong. Just amazing care! They mostly deal with special cases now and referrals, as they are one of the few vets around that offer innovative care! I hope I will not have return, but if I ever do, I know I can trust them to do everything they possibly can!
We brought our dog in for a complicated orthopedic surgery and we couldn't be happier! He had a TPLO and tightrope, and my husband and I were worried because there are some risks with this surgery. Dr. Rocheleau was kind and devoted, both before and after, and the outcome was better than we expected. His follow-up was thorough too. We could tell this veterinarian really cared about what was best for Buddy, and he took the time to explain the surgery and healing process in great detail. My husband really liked that he got to the point but still involved us in the decisions. This vet explains everything so we know where our money is going, and we have no regrets. Thank you to the wonderful staff too. We’ve recommended you to our friends and family. Buddy looks forward to seeing you all in October. -NB
Feel satisfied after my dog's TPLO. Many positives, no negatives come to mind. We're 3 months out and everything is looking good
Friendly and to the point. Great place for specialty surgery
Best care going ????
Fantastic hospital! I found Espanola AH myself after speaking with a neighbour who's dog also was fixed here. My dog tore her ACL and needed a TPLO, which this hospital provides. Dr. Rocheleau was extremely thorough during our consult. We felt it was obvious that he truly cares for his patients and that Mia's return to normal, pre-injury life was his top priority. Mia's surgery seemed quick, we dropped her off at 9am and had received a call at 12pm that she was awake and everything had gone well. We picked her up the next morning, and to my astonishment, she was already walking better on her leg. We're at 6 weeks now and everything has been smooth sailing. What a great little place to have in the North!
I'm posting for my Gran because she doesn't know how. Gran loves DR. PJ and she says so does Maggie and Gran's friends. And I like him because I am going to be a vet one day and he teaches me things when we go. Maggie had leg surgery and DR. PJ treated her good. Maggie feels better and we play fetch like before.
If you want to spend thousands of dollars on your pet, this is the place to go.
Me and my girlfriend have been bringing our dogs here for around 2 yrs and the service is great. The staff is nice, the prices are good and I like that they always fit you in if you need it. I'm not the smartest guy when it comes to this stuff but the vet takes his time and helps me understand what's going on. If anything serious happens to our dogs I know they have a good place to go. I wish we would of come here sooner before wasting our time and money on the other ones around here.
A very passionate team of people who love what they do. Dr. Rocheleau performed a very complicated surgery on my dog to remove a lump from his chest.
Although I was devastated to be here, I cannot say enough how quick, caring and wonderful everyone was to us. From pre surgery to post and details of aftercare, we were well taken care of. A big thank you to Dr PJ and his team.
Such an amazing place to take your animal. My puppy Reggie-Jackson broke his leg when he was only about 9 months old. They brought him in for surgery and fixed his little leg. The staff helped us the after care, and were very accommodating and helpful. I'd recommend the Espanola Animal Hospital to everyone!!.
Excellent Doctor
We'll never forget everything you've done for our little family. Shadow is doing better than ever and I often forget he ever had hip problems. Thank you for all that you do. We've recommended you to family, friends, and colleagues
Always have a great experience. He treats my dogs so well, they love going to the vet.
Absolutely wonderful. We were treated fantastic. They made sure we understood everything our pet was going through. 5 star plus
They are the best
The whole team ensured Harleigh was well taken care, educated me on the whole procedure, cruciate ligaments, and even helped me with my anxiety about leaving her. Super friendly staff, Beautiful building, very clean. Glad that I was referred to this clinic for Harleighs surgery. Couldn't imagine any other vet performing surgery on my animals. ????
Took amazing care of my pupper! Very specialized surgeon and team, wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
????
Outstanding staff and P.J is an absolutely amazing veterinarian/ surgeon. He's given my dog Cruiser a pain free and happy life.
really care about animals and their owners
December 2019 was tough because both our dogs needed TPLOs. We love our pets like our children, but I'll admit we originally chose this place because money is tight in December and they had the best price. We later learned about the qualifications of vet & staff, the extras they offer (rehab, etc), and this sealed the deal. Everything was flawless. The vet was invested in the outcome probably as much as we were, and we were treated well from day 1. To top it off, they found an underlying medical issue with our dog that others missed, and now she's finally getting the right treatment. Couldn't ask for anything more.
Great place to bring your pets. Friendly staff and are super helpful
This animal hospital is above all others. The staff are phenomenal, the doctor is extremely talented and will go above and beyond to ensure all the animals receive the best quality of life. Thank you to the entire staff at Espanola Animal Hospital for taking such great care of my dog, he’s doing absolutely amazing thanks to each and everyone of you.
This team goes above and beyond. I was beyond impressed with the service we received, Buddy was always so excited every time went in for lazer treatment which says so much about the care they provided. It was so great to have our playful puppy back after his appointment. Thank you Espanola Animal Hospital.
Dr. PJ Rocheleau is a highly recommended surgeon throughout all of North America. He is an excellent, well educated Orthopaedic surgeon who addresses proper pre surgery and post surgery care for all his patients and referrals. With a highly compassionate staff, each patient is provided with top quality care. Every client is given a follow up phone call to assure each Orthopaedic patient is given the proper medications and is recovering well. Espanola Animal Hospital is highly recommended with a friendly, excellent and professional staff!
This vet clinic is one of the most well run businesses I have EVER been to. PJ (the vet) and all of his staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and know how to treat clients when they are worried about their pets. Thank you for such great care!
Good people doing good work. Best surgeon in Ontario
Emergency orthopedic surgery was required for our dog. The team was able to fit us in the next morning. So far things are good with our dog, she did her 10weeks of "leash rest", we did the home physio program we were sent home w and followed the instructions diligently. We had follow up xrays x2. During COVID I feel like they did the best job possible, came and got her from the car for her laser treatment that she received for the 2 weeks after surgery. I felt mostly connected, but definitely missed seeing the people to ask questions or hear how things were going. More person to person or even Zoom would be great as we continue through COVID. We are extremely thankful and happy that our dog is back to herself (she wasn't even a year when she fractured her front limb!).
So happy that we have this option in the North...another vet in the area attempted to send my friend's dog to Toronto (COVID hotspot on top of that...) for a $6000 ACL surgery when Espanola can do it for half that price!! THANK YOU!
They are very very good at everything. Very thoughtful and caring. Explained the situation out very clearly and in practical means. Totally recommend them for surgery anytime.
Great service. Will be returning.
Thank you!
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good with my anxious dog. I can see some being turned off by the vet's blunt attitude but I appreciated the honesty and non no ense demeanor. Very thorough explanation of what was to be done prior to surgery as well as the mechanics of my pets disease and aftercare involved.
Not the news I wanted to hear when I took my dog to them, but they put me at ease for the surgeries to come. Explained the surgery well. The possible complications and what might need to be done further in the future.
seek a better vet office that is more professional. After asking why my dogs diet had to be changed , they could not provide me the information other than the kibbles website. you promote terrible food for dogs without any reason. after asking if this will affect his surgery , as the food was required, they then cancel my appointment and take my deposit. great team guys! if you want old school mentality towards vet and canine care this is your place! funny is that leaving this review then they went to my personal dog business page and gave me a1 start review, never using any of our services.
Great place will take care of your pets with the upmost quality out there!!!!
I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Dr. Rocheleau and his wonderful team at the Espanola Animal Hospital. Three weeks ago I bought my furbaby in because he had a massive herniated disc. The day after surgery he was walking a bit and has progressed to the point of nearly running now. The care and understanding by everyone involved was extraordinary, even providing me with a room to sit with my dog for a few hours to comfort him the day after the surgery. They put my mind at ease from the moment I walked through the door the first time and once again Thankyou, Thankyou, Thankyou. This place is fantastic.
Excellent animal hospital! The staff took great care of my dog, were very welcoming and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend taking your pet to the Espanola Animal Hospital for their orthopedic needs.
We've been clients of Espanola animal hospital for five years now for our two dogs Duke and Ellie. They've been seen by Pj and the staff for various reasons from vaccinations to orthopedic care. The care here is second to none! They boast the latest in diagnostic equipment removing the need to drive south. The staff is friendly and competent. By far the best animal hospital we've ever had the pleasure of being clients of.
The team here are incredible. Dr Rocheleau takes the time to review every surgery with you in detail. The rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They treat your pet as if it were their own and endeavour to make sure both pet and owner are happy and not anxious throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to any friends who need orthopedic surgery for their fur baby.
Goodmorning very professional
Great overall experience. Was a pleasure from the moment I walked onto the premises, beautiful gardens, very comforting lobby, great staff, etc. Recommend 100%
My puppy was attacked at 11 weeks old by two dogs.. He had a complex fracture in his foreleg, involving the radius, ulna and his growth plates. My dog went for a 2 surgeries with Dr Rocheleau, and after his second one had an infection. They were made aware of the infection and only told me to ice it. Upon calling them letting them know the limb had gone necrotic and we will be amputating, we have received no response from him. Unprofessional, unaccountable, and irresponsible to not follow up on your own work. I strongly urge others to seek a second opinion from a certified orthopaedic surgeon from elsewhere.
What a northern gem. Real impressed with this place. I swear this one surgeon is worth 4 at the other clinics I've been to. He certainly came to our rescue during our annual autumn road trip, even though it was close to midnight on a Saturday. Duke needed emergency surgery, and they got right down to business. As for $, the emergency fee was less than what we're used to.
Absolutely amazing vet and vet staff. Our trust in them will never waver. They give the best of themselves and more to all the animals they treat. PJ and staff will try new surgeries to help the animals live a full life that other vets would only look at what they believe to be the norm. God bless this man and all his staff.
We have a 14 year old German Wirehaired Pointing Griffon who has been plagued with chronic ear and eye infections, as well as issues with her digestive system. We had previously been clients of Walden Animal Hospital (for almost 30 years) and the issues never got better. After spending thousands of dollars there, we needed a solution that would WORK. We spent hundreds of dollars on antibiotics, ear medicine and exam fees with no change. The first time we went to Espanola, her food was changed (she was allergic to corn and chicken meal) her ear was treated and tested, and we were referred to a optical specialist down South. The medicine for her ear we received was something that after 6 years of suffering (and was not suggested by Walden) cleared her infection up in 3 days. We were then put on a maintenance plan to treat the chronic condition. We have NEVER had any issues with PJ or his staff. They are Kind, helpful, and courteous. We will continue to use Espanola Animal for both this dog and our other dog as well. Amazing place!
On August 31, 2018 we were relocating to St. Catharines. In the area of Nairn Center we let our almost 15 year old Golden Retriever out for a washroom break when his back legs buckled and he couldn’t walk so we rushed him to the closest vet, Espanola Animal Hospital, and arrived at 4:15. I explained to the technician/clerk what happened, she went to speak to the vet then returned seconds later and said, nope, can’t help you, we’re too busy. I suspect it had much more to do with us not being locals and arriving after 4PM on a Friday of long week-end. I wouldn’t have been half so angry if they had even offered us a referral, a suggestion what to do or where to go but…nothing. Judging from the reviews Dr. Rocheleau is a competent surgeon but from our experience in this instance he has lost sight of what it means to be a vet. We subsequently had to have our dog put down which would have had to be done whether Dr. Richeleau or any of his staff intervened or not but anyone, especially a vet, that would refuse to aid an old dog in distress and pain, and his rather frantic owners, because they’re “too busy” tells me everything I need to know. Martin Beveridge
Great experience. I highly recommend this hospital for surgery and rehab.
Attention to patient care the best.My dog Molly had serious neck surgery and the vet could not have been better.Thorough and very serious as he should be.Molly has had excellent treatment from the staff .????????
Amazing service. You can tell that they really care!
My dog tore her crucial ligament and was referred to Espanola animal hospital due to their expertise in this matter. Surgery was recommended and performed with a TPLO and Tight Rope procedure which corrected her injury. Upon release from the animal hospital, she was prescribed with numerous medications with one in particular having the potential for serious side effects ( Cephalexin ). After two days had passed my dog became very ill i.e.. Vomiting constantly after eating her food or drinking water. I had called in to express my concern with her conditions and was met with " she just has an upset stomach and not to worry'. Unfortunately i took their advice and reassured myself she would be okay. Two days after calling i tried to feed her after stopping the medication and she had no appetite and could not drink water without vomiting.. She became extremely dehydrated and very lethargic. I immediately had her brought into the animal hospital in espanola and voiced my concerns again ( second time ) that they had over medicated her. I was received with constant deniability on their accord and was further pointed in the direction that it was some other complication that had negative effects on her health with no thought to the obvious probability that her condition was a direct result of over prescribed medication. My dog had to immediately have blood work done and a 2 night stay over with an i.v to rehydrate her through the introduction of intravenous fluids. When the blood work was completed and no other complications with her health was determined they still denied that the medication had brought my dog to a potential catastrophic situation ( no accountability) . Upon her eventual recovery i was received with a large 500 dollar bill which i deemed unethical and unprofessional due to the inadequacy of P.J Rocheleau's careless use of over prescriptions which were a direct result in my dog's ailing condition. I had already paid 4642.00 dollars for the first consolation appointment and surgery. When i confronted Mr. Rocheleau about this bill i was met with a rather large ego and no professional conduct in the matter. I voiced my opinion that due to his prescriptions my dog had become essentially poisoned and was told it was my responsibility that it should not have happened and then proceeded to blaming my dogs ailing condition on the company that produces the medications and myself even though i had followed Mr. Rocheleau's instructions to a tee. No accountability nor any reasoning was given but instead was received with complete disrespect and absolute unprofessional conduct. I am not a veterinarian and ensured my trust with this animal hospital was being met irregardless of what the costs associated were but unfortunately P.J Rocheleau took advantage of the condition he caused not to mention the stress my dog had undergone just to make more money. It is clear to me this animal hospital has no care for the general well being of animals and is bluntly only concerned with their cash register. Upon leaving the hospital i was given a letter banning me from their hospital even though my dog still has sutures in her leg and will need to be removed within a week and also a follow up appointment that was already included within the original bill not being fulfilled. I am extremely disappointed in their practise and will never recommend any services provided by them to anybody with the potential for a concerned customer to voice their opinion and in return being banned by Mr.Rocheleau just for questioning his ethics. A complaint will be filed with the college of veterinarians of ontario in regards to this matter.
This place is amazing, the care my dog recieved there was outstanding. We are so lucky to have an Orthopedic Specialist in the area who is affordable and who goes above and beyond for our animals.
Our family couldn't be any happier with the service received at the Espanola Animal Hospital. The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely polite. PJ really cares about every animal that comes through his doors; so much so that he is the only animal hospital in Northern Ontario with a CT machine. Espanola Animal Hospital is second to none.
Very rude on the phone. Unwilling to make flexible appointment times. Go elsewhere!!
Unreal I called ahead of time and had my dogs file sent over as I had already ran multiple tests and no one could tell me why my dogs tongue was paralyzed. I asked if he thought he could do anything before with this case before I made the hour trip to his office. Money grab us all this guy isabout. Cost me 1500 for no answers once again. He ran a CT scan which told us nothing. He tells us I’m a north vet that’s my specialty come back when your ready for a hip replacement, which is another separate issue that we were dealing with. Obviously the tongue issue and my dog joy being able to eat or drink was my first concern. All this guy was concerned with was showing me his “cool toys” 3D printer for ortho use. My poor dog was screaming in the back when he woke up. They tried to hand my dog off to me with the catheter still in. My dog yelled and screamed for about 10 minutes . He was sore and couldn’t move for days afterwards. Don’t waste your money on this guy, he has no idea what he’s doing and has no compassion whatsoever. Wasn’t bothered in the least that my poor dog was screaming In Pain in the back. Blamed it on the staff trying to touch him. Horrible veterinarian. He then books me a referral in Toronto for literally the next day without confirming with me. Now two months later when my dog has finally recovered from the tongue paralysis I call to look into a hip replacement. He then has the nerve to deny me because I didn’t go to Toronto the very next day after my previous appointment. It’s not like I didn’t call ahead of time and advise The Toronto vet that I couldn’t make it. Horrible customer service. I will take my hard earned money to Guelph where the professionals are for a hip replacement. I personally think he really has no idea what he’s doing and probably would have screwed up my dogs hips even more. Nice game reviews for the first 5-10 reviews keep going down the list and see for yourself how horrible the reviews are on this guy. On a side note when I mentioned the bad reviews that the Toronto vet had that he referred me to, he had the nerve to say that people who leave reviews are mostly mentally challenged. Real jerk this guy is, don’t waste your time!!!!!
Dear Furry Friend parents my name is Noah and this is a real review. I would like to thank PJ for the dedication to his orthopedic studies and great work he does! I am a 120lb newfoundland that had 2 bumb knees and elbow displasia - I don't think I would still be around if PJ didn't help me. I was hurting all the time and he fixed me. I feel like my old self getting up on the couch with mom and dad and doing all the things I use to and feeling great! Yes PJ is very clinical and sometimes may seem standoffish be he just wants to help so many dogs as possible and is always dedicating his time to furthering his education and trying to take in all the dogs that are hurting to make them better. That is how I look at it. Thx again PJ slobbery kisses NOAH
A CLINIC THAT TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PET OWNERS IN DISTRESS! Today I had a very ignorant conversation with the receptionist at ESPANOLA ANIMAL HOSPITAL ( Definitely not someone who should be dealing with customer service) in regards to what is a fair thing to do for pet owners when it comes to a beloved dying puppy that is over 13 years old. My grandparents dog (Taffy) went from being an exceptionally healthy Yorkie for her age to having troubles walking all of the sudden last week...so my grandparents made the trek From Kapuskasing to Sudbury to have her looked at. It was found after paying 750$ for the xrays that they could try to do a hip surgery for the price of $8000 but a $1000 deposit was required immediately. My grandparents are fully french and the receptionist that was dealing with them is not. (They have a bit of a hard time with translation and felt rushed) People should be given a chance to weigh out the options. And make sure they are fully informed. They were told that there was no guarantee that the dog would benefit or even survive the surgery as she is only a 4 pound dog. After staying the night in Sudbury and driving 5 hours home they decided that it would be best to not have the dog suffer and just try to have her around for as long as possible on her own terms. They informed the vet of this decision the day after coming home (Which was stiĺl days in advance. The Surgery was booked for tomorrow Dec 17, 2021) My Grandparents informed me last night that they were told they were out of luck and that the office would be keeping the $1000 deposit for the incovienience. I called this morning to inquire how this was even a legal practice as they had given plenty of notice and I was told that my Grandma only called this morning (which is a lie) and that all phone conversations are recorded. (I would like to hear this conversation ESPANOLA OPENS AT 9AM AND I CALLED AT 9:05 AM With this being so close to the holidays that $1000 could definitely be used by someone in need instead of a Greedy Vet clinic. Or donated to the local shelter as it is a very large amount of money for anyone. The receptionist said that they lose business if they gave everyone their deposit back....I asked if the bed will be left empty to which she replied "NO" I have looked up many google reviews now and see that business practices such as this are the norm at this clinic. I believe that taking the time for an honest Google review was required to ensure others do not fall prey to this tactic of telling people in distress that they must make an on the spot immediate decision in order to secure their spot in line. These animals ARE FAMILY and emotions are running high for 99% of people going to the vet. PLEASE Take two minutes to chime in and honestly review this vet as well so others can be informed. (Pro's and Con's) I am appaled at the customer service and overall rude conversations with the staff being told that my Grandparents are Liars. HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE- IF YOU ARE WILLING TO MAKE THE LONG TREK FOR YOUR PET, I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN ESPANOLA ANIMAL HOSPITAL

My pets have always received the best of care from P.J. and his staff. We are lucky to have such a great animal hospital in Espanola.
This place scams you out of your money. Get a second opinion from somewhere better.
Coming into work everyday is an absolute pleasure. There’s always something exciting and innovative happening in surgery on any given week. Dr Rocheleau’s professionalism and approachability with his staff makes for a positive and encouraging work environment. The team is always quick to lend a helping hand and take every opportunity to teach you something new. As a mother of a special needs child, Dr Rocheleau has been more than understanding whenever I’ve needed to take days off for appointments or illnesses. I absolutely love working alongside this incredible team of people.
Great Service, Great People! We highly recommended this vet!
No good for nothing at this place
Friendly. And sincere treatment
Dr. Rocheleau and his staff are absolutely fantastic! They are all very passionate about what they do and provide amazing care to all pets that walk through their doors.
