They charged me 68 plus tax for flee stuff, and said they gave it to me, and i never received anything ftom them. Iasked for my money back, and they will not give it to me. Avon Pet Hospital has stolen money from me.

Amazing staff and vet. Took my doggo to the vet yesterday as he wouldnt use his hind legs. Dr. Took her time and made sure to test him for any major degeneration diseases. Ended up giving him anti-inflammatory meds and a pain killer. Expressed his glands and boom. Today his 10 year old body is running around acting like his normal puppy self. Highly recommend this hospital. Super friendly and always willing to explain more and more. Now if my other dog would be nice to vets besides her one over an hour away I would love it.

This place has the most cruel and inconsiderate head veterinarian we have ever come across. When we brought our small dog to her, Dr. Bhardweg,with serious leg problems, a poor bedside manner is putting it ridiculously mild! She dismissed our concerns, spoke as if our business was a burden and a bother to her, and when discussing possible expensive medical alternatives - LAUGHED at us. Actually, physically laughed. Please do not take your animals to them for both their sake and your own.

I'm a vet but large animal only, so I took my kitty here for her spay. It was all-around a great experience - they were taking appropriate COVID precautions, communication was good, standard of care was excellent, and my cat was happy and relaxed each time she came back to me. The incision was very neat and healed perfectly. Thank you, Sandra and crew!

All around great experience. Our new kitten started throwing up in the night, called next morning and was able to get him in that day. Very thankful to the team there doing a great job and keeping our little furry family member healthy! Best vet I've been to in a very long time.

I liked the doctor so much that I ended up booking dentistry of my dog. The dentistry went very well. Less money for great service !!!!! I recommend this vet to every one .

I would not recommend this vet to anyone. Our older cat suffered needlessly for over a week without eating much and her only advise was to force feed her by syringe. In fact it wan't even the vet but the office girl who suggested it. The vet blamed us for making our kitty finicky by giving her treats. Even though she had lost about 25% of her weight in the past 6 months, she didn't suggest doing an ultrasound or anything. I had to insist on her doing a blood test after a few days force feeding her. But because it was normal she didn't suggest anything else. Thank god she cancelled our next appointment due to some family emergency so we took her to Coventry Pet Hospital. They immediately suspected tumors because the blood was normal. They did an immediate ultrasound and saw the tumors. While our kitty had an intravenous in her the vet gave her a shot to put her down after we agreed. We should have gone to Coventry first. Don't be enticed by Avon's new patient special price. She has to do this to get new patients to replace ones who leave out of disatisfaction.

We have had animals for over 30 years . As any pet owner understands, veterinary services are not cheap. Avon Pet Hospital is not an exception. Expensive in our view, however , the staff are friendly, prompt & courteous. The health of our two older dogs & 1 cat were explained in detail after their examination. In a clear language that was understood. What is most important to our family when our pets need help: does the care provider have sincere interest in what they do & do we have trust in them. Yes & Yes!

The vet here is great! Kind, friendly and caring. They offer an introductory exam rate and multi- pet discounts. They offer appointments on Saturday, which is great for those who work Monday to Friday.

Had/was charged for an annual check up ($65 charge plus shots) a month ago. I was told to come back for booster shots to the shots given. Charged for a SECOND ANNUAL check up with my second visit a month later when only boosters shots were required. Note: full annual check up didn't take place the first time just the shots.

5 stars plus plus. Dr Sandra Bhardwaj (DVM, PhD) is very caring and also takes the time to answer any questions at all. You are never rushed in and out. I've had dogs all my life in various cities from Toronto to Collingwood, and to be honest, I find the fees significantly inexpensive comparatively. Earlier this year we had to put down our beloved Bearded Collie and looking back, I can't believe how much time and understanding we were given throughout the process. We have a new rescue "mutt" and every visit has been treated with the utmost caring and thoroughness. New to the area. Dealt with them many times and found the clinic to be very slow to respond to any inquiries (days to return a phone call during the business week). They are knowledgeable, but certainly not as helpful as I would hope. I have dealt with many better clinics in the province. Not impressed.

What a piece of work Sandra is. 1. I came 10 min. early for my dogs shot. She wasnt available. I gave the tech. my dog for the 10 min. and got a $25 bill for daycare. 2. My close friend got charged $40 to clip his dogs nails. I pay $6.00 at the groomers 3. My dog got a physical a few weeks ago for another shot. She wanted to charge me weeks later for another physical for the booster. Called around and NOT ONE VET said they would pull this money making stunt. People, watch your wallet!!!!!

Really disappointed in this vet. I originally left an amazing review as they helped me out in a tight situation. My cat is very I'll, and even after always paying up any bills on time when promised (as they used to give me time to do so) they are now unwilling to help me out. After calling all vets in town they mentioned if I was a client they would 100% help me out, so sticking with them really screwed me over. If my cat makes it until Friday, I will be having all my pets files moved to a new vet and starting fresh.
