Always a good visit. Dr.Arora takes the time to explain things and is always pleasant to deal with. Same can be said of the tech /front desk staff, always treat my pets with care and love! Cost is a little higher than other locally but the service has been more than worth the premium for me.

So thankful that the staff at Colborne Vet Clinic were able to squeeze us into their understandably busy schedule despite not being our usual vet. Our dog was in a lot of pain and Colborne Vet Clinic came through when our regular vet couldn't take us. The staff were all very kind and friendly. We will definitely be going back here!

god awful place!, had our dog collapse an hour before they closed we called and they wouldn't help us because they closed in an hour and wanted to go home even tho we were only 20min away, what a terrible business and service!!!! should be ashamed of this pathetic level of service!

We had to make a hard decision and have our beloved Annie euthanized. The Vet, Dr. Arora, explained the procedure and told us what to expect. He was so compassionate, as were the other staff members. We would highly recommend Colborne Veterinary Clinic.

Worst service. Both receptionists were behind the counter with no masks on within a foots reach of eachother talking and touching their noses and then touching the paperwork. It was appalling. Nothing gets sanitized in between people coming in to the rooms with their animals. Germs are EVERYWHERE here. They don't seem to care about corona virus and the one receptionist is a rude peice of work. Will not be going back.

I rescued rats and they both had a very bad respiratory infections. I made an appointment the day before with no problem and thanked them greatly for making an appointment for the rats. The day of my appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early to this vet (which took me 45 minutes to drive to), I walk in the door and the receptionist asked if I had the rats. I agreed and she told me her and the vet/doctor tried to call me twice to cancel my appointment. WHAT A LIE!!!! I was glued to my phone all day and even checked my recent calls list and voice messages. THERE WERE NO CALLS FROM THIS VET!!!! I even showed the receptionist my phone, who which seemed to have no interest in looking to prove there were no calls from this clinic. She insisted they did (with no eye contact may I add!) She gave me a couple phone numbers of other vets that deal with pocket pets/exotics.... the one number I called didn't deal with pocket animals/exotics and the other one was not taking any new clients. If you forgot to call me, that's fine.... but to lie straight to my face and say you called (which if you did, you would've left a message on my voicemail or kept trying until my time of my scheduled appointment or even sent me an email) shows me the lack of professionalism, organization as well as the lost trust I have towards this veterinary clinic. You Lost to what could have been a future new client to Colborne Veterinary Clinic. What else would you have lied about if my pets were treated and left in your hands?!

They seem to care almost as much as i do about my cat ,15 year old beautiful senior cat, had a tract infections gave antibiotics, cat has arthritis and hurts i think to walk ,i thought they would offer pain killer but my only complaint is i had to beg for it, they agreed, so im very happy with thier performance. I would recommend that you tell people what yr charging ahead of time for tests, don't get me wrong I think they are great people who care almost as much as i do, about my cat Thankyou to Colbourn Vet Clinic if I could give you a medal if i could my baby girl is happyier i can tell GOD bless

When our dog was in an emergency situation, and I was naive to think he was just sick and would get over, Colborne is the only place that would take him. While the cost of a vet is always a hot topic, there was no other option, noone else was willing to help. I was happy to pay the fees. Our little guy would not be here today if not for these caring people. money aside, they took him, cared for him and the cost, well... He's now had a name change to million dollar dog.

I will forever be grateful for the staff at colborne vet clinic. My dog was sick and when he regular vets said they couldn't see her for two weeks, which I had previously dealt with them before not getting her in, colborne stepped up and accommodated us took care of my furbaby and took us on as a patient in the process. What great service ! Thank you all.

We had to go here for a procedure BUT DON’t ever ! They are way over priced ! Literally over charge you for everything they can ! Something that should cost $300 cost $900 here ! Stay away ! Queensway Vet is the best , we will be going back to them !

Changed vets after frustration with our previous clinic. I liked it was smaller - easy to get through on the phone and very responsive. Also, not chaotic when you entered. Team took our concerns seriously and figured out what was going on in one visit, which our previous vet couldn’t manage to do in over 6 years. Glad we made this decision .

The staff made time for 2 kittens that needed vaccinations asap. They were engaging and very understanding. The kittens were comfortable and I was confident that they were in capable and caring hands. We then took in another kitten and the service was timely and again kitty was treated so well that I'm confident again. The prices are somewhat more than busier and more high volume vets. The prices are reflective of the cozy and open atmosphere, it's worth it. The vet himself is thorugh and knowledgeable. I would recommend this team to take care of your pets with genuine nurturing, understanding and knowledge.

I have a mobility issue. I'm confined to a wheelchair and the staff always go above and beyond to help me and my dogs. They have even come out to my vehicle in the middle of winter to administer a shot so I didn't have to bring my dog inside. Now that is service with a smile. I highly recommend this vet clinic not only is the Doctor top notch but the staff is to. If I could give more than five stars I would!!

Have been going here for years. First with Dr Horton now with Dr Aurora. Both care about your pet and are willing to do what it takes. Dr Aurora once did an emergency surgery over Christmas eve and specifically came into the office to check on the progress of our dog astray she was attacked. The assistants are kind and all of our dogs don't mind going to the vet (a sign they are treated well and not worried or afraid).

I got a puppy and was informed that Colborne's vet was the vet who gave the first vaccines. I called and asked if they can take my whole gang. They agreed and now have become my vet of five dogs four cats and three rabbits.
