Je demande, comment ça se fait !!! Comment ça se faire que: personne ne m’a jamais informé de cette possibilité ? Comment ça se fait qu’il n’y avait pas d’alternative pour calmer mon animal? ON ME RÉPOND BÊTEMENT « vous voulez qu’on donne de la DROGUE à votre animal !! » Allo Allo... Après m’être fait dire de venir chercher mon chien parce qu’il est trop agité et qu’il dérange.... Je me fais dire que je demande qu’on drogue mon chien... Je croyais qu’il était dans un hôpital où le personnel était compétent.... Une médication indiquée dans une situation de douleur et/ou de crise.... se justifie, est thérapeutique et d’après moi indiqué s’il le faut... J’étais nerveuse, je ne me sentais pas bien. En plus il était tellement calme .... La technicienne, a même verbalisée, son incompréhension... Elle n’était pas là lors de la crise d’anxiété. Arrivée chez moi, c’est mon chien qui a eu la vie difficile. Douleur ???? vomissements ???? ouverture de la plaie, écoulements-rougeurs... Inquiète +++ ( j’ai dormi avec lui ... afin d’évaluer la situation et de le rassurer ) N’étant pas à l’aise, je contacte la clinique, à 7:00 am pour amener mon chien le plus tôt à l’hôpital. On me dit qu’il y a des frais.... !!!!!!!!! Tabarouette, j’ai payé, j’ai pas dormis, j’ai eu un service de .... !!!! Il aurait dû sortir 24 hrs plus tard .... mais c’est moi la nouille qui a fait le suivi et on me dit..... Madame y’a des frais !!!! Il ne va pas bien, c’est vous qui n’étiez pas capable de gérer la situation...... Je n’arrive pas à me calmer.... C’est mon amie qui est médecin de famille , qui assure la suite avec mon chien.... Aucun remboursement on as du payé la 2em opération meme si l'eurreur étais de leur part.Sans compté la douleur que notre chien a subit pendant plus de 2 mois alors que la premiere operation aurais du fonctioner , le morceau de bois étais la a ce moment.
