J'ai pu transférer mes autres animaux avec eux. Pour vrai je n'ai RIEN à dire de mal sur cette place. Les prix wow, le personnel wow, et en salle pour l'euthanasie il son convivial pour vrai chapeau à vous.

(Translated) I have been dealing with this hospital for years and the quality of their service has unfortunately deteriorated over time. Their new staff is poorly trained, and their new vet, Dr Landry, is rude and evasive in his responses. Dr Therrien seems very competent, however the two doctors differ in their professional opinions on subjects with heavy financial repercussions. I called to find out if it was necessary for my puppy to be met, as I was worried about his condition. Dr Therrien, via his technician, confirmed to me TWICE that an examination was not necessary and the situation would resolve itself before the puppy was 6 months old. I asked a third time if Dr Therrien wanted more information about the situation. The technician was uncertain. She told me that she would discuss it with Dr Therrien and then call me back. I have not received any return calls. Since a new problem (unfortunately caused by the first) arose, I called the clinic back, and an appointment to treat this second situation was given to me. Dr Landry treated the puppy, and insisted that she had neither the experience nor the resources to diagnose the first situation, as it would require surgery at great expense. She didn't even bother to refer me. Since the two vets gave me very different advice, I called back a third time. I was received as if I was disturbing. I was denied that the question be asked again of the vets. I insisted, and the clinic confirmed to me that I would receive a return call during the day. And, again, I did not receive any return calls! *** Following the writing of this Google comment, Dr Therrien replied that she was canceling my appointment which is in 3 working days. As implausible as it is, they canceled my appointment WITHOUT even informing me !!! So I will have to quickly find a new clinic to vaccinate and microchip my litter of 7 puppies. Definitely, this clinic does not care royalty, not only of its customers, but of our animals as well. Leur nouveau personnel est mal formé, et leur nouvelle vétérinaire, Dr Landry, est désagréable et évasive dans ses réponses. Dr Therrien semble bien compétente, cependant les deux docteurs divergent dans leurs opinions professionnelles sur des sujets à lourdes répercussions financières. J'ai téléphoné afin de savoir s'il était nécessaire que mon chiot soit rencontré, car son état de santé m'inquiétait. Dr Therrien, via sa technicienne, m'a confirmé, à DEUX reprises, qu'un examen n'était pas nécessaire et la situation se réglerait d'elle même avant que le chiot ait 6 mois d'âge. J'ai demandé une troisième fois si Dr Therrien désirait avoir plus d'information concernant la situation. La technicienne etait incerataine. Elle m'a dit qu'elle en discuterait avec Dr Therrien et qu'elle me rappellerait ensuite. Je n'ai reçu aucun retour d'appel. Puisqu'une nouvelle problématique (malheureusement causée par la première) se présentait, j'ai rappelé la clinique, et un rendez-vous pour soigner cette deuxième situation m'a été donné. Dr Landry a soigné le chiot, et a insisté qu'elle n'avait, ni l'experise, ni les ressources, pour poser un diagnostic sur la première situation, car celle-ci nécessiterait une chirurgie à grands frais. Elle n'a même pas prit la peine de me référer. Puisque les deux vétérinaires m'ont donné des conseils très différents, j'ai rappelé une troisième fois. L'on m'a reçu comme si je dérangeais. L'on m'a refusé que la question soit à vouveau posée aux vétérinaires. J'ai insisté, et la clinique m'a confirmé que je recevrais un retour d'appel dans la journée. Et, encore une fois, je n'ai reçu aucun retour d'appel! ***Suite à la rédaction de ce commentaire Google, Dr Therrien a répondu qu'elle cancellait mon rendez-vous qui est dans 3 jours ouvrables. Aussi ivraisemblable que se puisse être, ils ont annulé mon rendez-vous SANS même m'en informer!!! Je devrai donc trouver de toute vitesse un nouvelle clinique pour faire vacciner et micropucer ma portée de 7 chiots. Définitivement, cette clinique se fiche royalement, non pas seulement de ses clients, mais de nos animaux également. Une honte. :(

Peut-être qu'ils ne devraient pas indiquer sur leur site web ni dire aux clients arrivant sur place qu'ils offrent le service D'URGENCE!
