The doctor was extremely informative, I brought my dog in for a check up and I loved how the doctor went through EVERYTHING with me. She was specific and ensured that I understood what was going on with my dog and also provided great solutions. Definitely recommend this place.

West Hill are some of the most attentive group of professionals, caring, patient and understanding. One of the things I appreciate about them is how they will always do a follow up call to ask how the pet is doing, they really care and they show it.

I booked an appointment at West Hill Animal Clinic 1 month ago for my puppy's first vet visit. This clinic was a referal from a friend so I decided I was okay with the long wait, the 20 minute drive, and trusted I would have a positive experience. Due to extenuating circumstances, we arrived at the clinic 15 minutes late for the appointment. We called to advise them we were outside their door and the receptionist was curt and said, "I'll see if the doctor will still want to see you". She came back on the phone and said, "Sorry, you were late and the doctor won't see your puppy and you'll have to reschedule". The next avaialble appointment ; MID JUNE. What an absolute disappointment that this clinic was unable to extend even an ounce of grace. My partner could not believe their lack of empathy and called them back to see if they would reconsider and their excuse was they had an emergency that was on the way, so they could not see us. What I want to know is, if our puppy was already with the Vet, would they have cut the appointment short for the supposed emergency and told us to come back mid June ? We called another clinic, shared our predicament and in absolute shock of what happened to us, told us to come in right away. We received the greatest service (well worth the extra 15 min drive) to ensure our new puppy was healthy. What an absolute disappointment West Hill turned out to be and we are so glad to be taking our puppy elsewhere where we are certain to receive the best care and service.

E-mailed Dr. Clayton Greenway with some concerns I had about my dog after hearing his segment on News Talk 1010. I was surprised to receive a personal phone call within 12 hours of e-mailing him. He spent 25 Minutes on the phone with me addressing my questions and concerns. Truly amazing Doctor with incredible insight and expertise.

The clinic is very well kept and staff are friendly. However, I felt as though the vet tech was trying to squeeze as many dollars as they could from me. I was concerned that my pup may have had a blocked airway. I was told to run many tests, some of which I did allow for because I was fearful for my dog's life. I also paid for meds and a special diet. In the end, I found out from a quick search online that my dog had kennel cough which should be easily diagnosed by any vet considering the symptoms are so clear and it is a common illness. The vet seemed nice enough, but not all that genuine. I feel as though the clinic was more interested in my money rather than my pet. A pleasant enough experience, but I will not be returning.

When I'm boarding a client's pets, I am their agent for pet care. The team at West Hill are great and understand how this dynamic works.

If you are as neurotic as I was, looking for the best vet in town, you will want to read this. Out of all of the vets in Toronto and GTA, my partner and I picked West Hill Animal Clinic and it's something we are proud to share. I am that monster of a helicopter doggo mom that looks at every single minuscule detail of my dog's well being, from not just the food, his behavior, the toys, his grooming products and groomer, the bowls he eats out of, his well behaved and clean doggo pals, the material of his collar and coats...(you starting to get a sense of me right?) but most important, who his vets and technicians are, how clean, maintained and well stocked the clinic is, and services pricing. The staff at West Hill Animal Clinic are as real as it gets people, they're kind, professional, caring, understanding, fair, and very transparent with the services they provide to our loving pet companions. I travel between Palm Beach and Toronto year round, and I have never felt the need to have a back up clinic or vet because the vet I go to is not reliable enough for my standards, on the contrary, this is the only vet I go to. I wish all vets and clinics had this level of service and commitment (you read me money hungry a$$#0!3 that just love making a profit out of people who care for their pets) and anyone reading this should take note. Keep up the good work guys, trust me when I say it does not go unnoticed, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my boy, Oliver, we really appreciate you.

After searching for weeks for a vet for my 7 month old American Cocker Spaniel puppy, Pepper, we finally found who we were looking for - Dr. Greenway! We had actually taken Pepper to 2 different vets who along with huge bills, gave me anxiety about my puppy and what issues she 'potentially' had. Dr. Greenway is beyond helpful - from the minute I met him I knew that he was the right fit for us. From the way he talked to me about Pepper and her health, to the way he even talked to Pepper directly - I knew that this was going to be the start of something good. He gave me a ton of information regarding her spay, let me ask questions and did not make me feel crazy about any of my concerns. After Pepper's spay, Dr. Greenway called me and spoke with me for about 20 minutes about how the procedure went, what he did and after care. He even sent me pictures of her to show me that everything went okay - amazing! I am so grateful to Dr. Greenway and the team at West Hill Animal Clinic. They have made a very stressful experience so easy for me. We will definitely be returning to see him and his team again and I think Pepper has found her new vet!

Although I am a regular listener to Dr. Greenway on CFRB, I haven't needed to appeal for veterinary help until a couple of days ago. My beloved 12 year old Shepherd/Lab X developed a lesion on her cheek, about a year ago, which my own vet had recommended I just keep an eye on. In the past few days it had changed in character and I was getting worried. I sent an email to Dr. Greenway because he always offers on his show to give further direction to listeners who ask. Must admit, as much as I have always admired and respected Dr. Greenway's advice, I didn't expect to get a prompt response. I thought he would be so busy that I wouldn't hear from him for days. How wrong I was! Dr. Greenway sent a very thoughtful response to me offering to phone me to discuss my dog's condition. I fired off a quick email with my phone number and heard from Dr. Greenway, Clayton, within the hour! After a very thorough explanation of my options and the most likely diagnosis I hung up the phone reassured and very impressed at Clayton's compassion and dedication to his vocation. He did not for one minute try to undermine my own vet's advice but did offer a much more detailed explanation of what might be happening with my pet. Now I feel confident that I know what to do for my dog and will follow up with my vet, as he recommended if necessary. Thank you so much Dr. Greenway! I am very, very grateful for your time and advice. It is so hugely reassuring to "meet" a vet whose primary is concern is the welfare of the animals rather than lining his pockets. I wish you continued success and joy in your practice, you are truly a credit to your profession. Thank you. Caroline Jackson

Dr Pambianchi and the staff were wonderfully patient. Thanks to a speedy diagnosis, an affordable program of care, and thorough follow up my cat has responded well and is back to her normal self. We couldn't be happier!

Unprofessional staff: they make quick snap judgments without really underestimating the situation, they are also very unfriendly and snobbish and don't seem to know or care much about animals. The vets are also too inexperienced (fresh off the vets school)...Generally very bad vibe. (and they charge you for unreliable tests: i.e. my dog had worms in his stool, even in his stool sample which I gave for analysis I included one of the worms I could see with naked eye, yet the test result came out "negative"!! Then they confessed the test results are not always reliable! Why did I have to pay $70 for an unreliable wrong test result? What if I had not seen the worms with my eyes and I would have believed by dog doesn't have parasite?). And did I mention they are rude and unfriendly? I now travel across town to take my pets to a clinic with proper staff. I had never seen such unfriendly uncaring animal clinics before.

We first started to take our pets to West Hill Animal Clinic in the Spring of 2013. We had had some unfortunate experiences elsewhere and were looking for a vet to care for our sick and aging dog. Dr Gawen Thompson became our vet of choice. He saw us through our dog's last year with compassion and the best care we could possibly ask for. After that we started to bring our rescue cat and newly adopted dog to see Dr Thompson. We like the way he treats our pets and us, and explains treatments, options and costs. He is always reliable and follows through as promised. We have come to know all of the staff at the clinic and can say that we are always treated well and our pets cared for in both a professional and compassionate manner. Our family highly recommends both Dr Gawen Thompson and the West Hill Animal Clinic.

I can't say enough about this amazing clinic!! We have had nothing but positive experiences... from ALL staff members, especially Dr. Thompson who has taken excellent care of both our Goldens over the years. He is quite thorough and follows up with any and all concerns. The staff are very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, supportive, patient; without any pressure when making important decisions for our furry family members. :-) We are so very happy to be a part of the West Hill Animal Clinic community and would highly recommend this clinic to everyone who is looking for the best care for their family pets!! A Huge THANK YOU to all for doing such a great and important job!! Keep it up. :-)

My family took our new puppy to this spot. It was her third visit today and we couldn’t be more than happy with the service that has been provided for Maybel. She has been taken care of by all of the vets each appointment and they have been nothing but informative, patient and friendly. Same goes for each of the staff who always greets us with warm smiles. They are very on top of everything, provide paper work and conveniently send reminders/ updates on upcoming appointments. We are so happy to have found west hill animal clinic

I recently adopted a beautiful 5yr old tortie cat from a rescue. Not even a week after I adopted her she became very ill and I took her to see Dr. Greenway who was absolutely amazing. He gave me plenty of options on how I can help her to get better and what the next steps would be. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. He also did a great job on following up after her treatment. He is such a great vet and honestly loves and cares about animals. I highly recommend him and the clinic. Everyone there has just been so great to my baby girl.

The West Hill Animal Clinic is the best in the city of Toronto. Dr. Clayton Greenway and the staff are very compassionate, caring and clearly love their profession. My husband and I completely trust Dr. Greenway flagging potential health issues with our 4 year old doodle Snowy. Last week was a tough week with testing with regard to a grade 1 heart murmur. The results were inconclusive with a repeat 6 months from now. We have complete confidence and peace of mind knowing Snowy has the best vet in the city! Thank you Dr. Greenway.

I want to compliment Dr. Clayton Greenway at the West Hill Animal Clinic, and share my recent experience. My cat Missy needed her teeth removed due to a chronic and incurable infection..Dr. Greenway removed all of Missy's teeth except the canines and front teeth. I understand that dentistry for cats is quite complicated with a lot of fine detail work and tiny roots, unlike human teeth. Missy was in extreme pain every day for months. I visited another vet but was not well informed and received only temporary treatment form them. Dr. Greenway, I greatly appreciated the informative and reassuring e-mail you sent on the day of Missy’s surgery right after you finished! The evening she came home there was some disorientation from the anaesthesia as expected, but she had more energy than I thought she would! She was insisting on food and it was all I could do to stop her jumping on the kitchen counter as I remember you said to avoid that kind of thing for the first while. She ate/ drank her ‘smoothy’ voraciously. I didn’t want to over-do it, so I left a small dish of milk and also water out. She drank the milk too. The following morning she ate TWO helpings of food after I gave her the first pain management syringe. I brushed her, then she groomed herself and was quite content as she slept in her bed. She tried to yawn but it was somewhat limited (of course). I was astonished at how quickly she bounced back since the surgery on Aug. 27th . You were insightfully accurate with your predictions. It's now 3 weeks since the procedure and we've had our follow-up appointment with you. You saw right away that her healing is normal and there are no complications. As I said, she showed up at my door as a 5 month old kitten / orphan and she is quite special to me. I thank you so much for everything. You were very honest about all aspects of the procedure, I understood all details about what would happen if she didn't have it, and you were 100% accurate with what would most likely happen afterwards. I was so afraid I would have to put her down because I had been actually misinformed and frightened by a previous veterinarian before I got your 2nd opinion. Boy, am I happy I did! I'm sorry if this sounds too over the top with kudos but I am truly thrilled with the service by you Dr. Greenway, and everyone at West Hill. Thank you so much for doing a great job taking care of our beloved pets and I will be sure to bring my other pets to the clinic as needed now. Missy is now happy, peaceful, 100% pain-free ... enjoying every meal and has gained a whole pound. Thanks again! Kathy

Dr Greenway saved my 17 year old cats life when she contracted Giardia. We rushed her to the clinic and Dr Greenway looked at her as quickly as he could. We had tests done on a rush and the results in a few hours. He treated her with under skin fluids. She perked up wonderfully. Dr Greenway was amazing with her and our new cat. They always liked him and even our new cat who is very shy took to Dr Greenway. I could tell he really loved animals and cared a lot about them. I had bad experiences working in a vet previously and saw a lot of terrible things. I had been so afraid of vets with my pets. We had our cats to about 5 different vets before finding Dr Greenway. Dr Greenway was the only doctor, after years of searching, that I was able to trust with our cats. He not only treated and healed our cats, he also healed me. Thank you Dr Greenway.

This is a great Vet office, they’re all very friendly and helpful. I’ve been able to speak with the doctor over the phone, which has helped in emergencies. They make follow up calls and return your call the same day. My family has been going here for a long time. They’re also very upfront about cost, which is helpful for those of us on a budget.

Have been going there for about 15 years or more - has always been ok until today. My dog is limping and we are supposed to go to the cottage for a week tomorrow. I booked yesterday for an appointment today - and they gave me a choice of 2:00 or 3:30 for today with Dr. Thompson. My son took the dog there and they said there was no appointment made - no record of it. They said nobody remembers taking the call. The next time they could see me is next Wednesday. Now I'm off to the emergency vet in Scarborough (likely for many hours) and then get home and try and get ready for the trip! Not the greatest customer service!

Brought my cat Tiger in on Christmas eve after he got into some tiger lillies. The vet & staff were all very kind and thoroughly explained his treatment plan. They were extremely accommodating considering it was Christmas eve and they were closing early. I could tell they truly cared for Tiger's health when the worker who brought him back out to me whispered in his crate "Everything will be okay darling." Tiger ended up bouncing right back to health and even seems to be extra loving these past few days! I'll be sure to come back here with all pets.

A big thank you to Dr. Greenway for his kindness and generosity. I traveled a long way to see him with my dog Hannah. I enjoy listening to his "Animal House" talk show and I like his down to earth common sense approach, so I decided to make the trip. My dog is a healthy, well behaved 3 years old labradoodle. My concern is getting her the right amount of vaaccines and preventive medicine. I do not want to over-medicate her. One can tell Dr. Greenway loves animals, he was loving and caring with Hannah and very open minded and receptive to my concerns. He gave me a lot of useful information and worked out a vaccine and checkup schedule I feel good about. It is well worth the extra drive to the West Hill Animal Clinic. THANK YOU!

We are new to the West Hill community and we needed a vet quickly for our very sick cat. From the very first phone call I knew this would be the right place. The staff were courteous and kind when I called to explain that it would be my cats first and last visit to their office. We walked in and they took us right away into a private room. Dr Thompson arrived shortly after and confirmed that our poor kitty was at the end of the road. Dr Thompson was very kind and caring. He took the time to explain the procedure to us and gave us plenty of time with our kitty to say our final goodbyes. I can't thank West Hill enough for what they did for us yesterday in such an emotional moment. I would recommend West Hill to anyone looking for a veterinarian clinic.

It takes a lot for a vet to impress me. Maybe because I have been to many, even some in the States, as my pets' well being is at most importance to my husband and I. In my opinion, a really great animal 'doctor', not a 'vet', is very hard to find. Cautiously but with great optimism I think that we have finally found a doctor that not only our current pets but we will be able to 'grow old' together. Dr. Greenway is a doctor in the truest sense of the word. He gives the impression that our little Suzie is his patient, not just a sick pet. Having so many clients, he still takes the time to not only interact with her when we come to our appointments, but he goes out of his way to get in contact with us to review blood work, make recommendations etc. He even called after he came back from his well deserved holidays to check on how she was feeling. Dr. Greenway is like no other vet I have known (and as I mentioned before, unfortunately I have been to a lot of them). His open mindedness about feeding raw diet as well as understanding right off the bat that we were holistically inclined was very comforting. As a result he recommended some natural product for Suzie's arthritis, instead of a synthetic one. I breathed much easier realizing I would not have to convince him and defend our way of feeding our pets to him every time we came to see him. (Btw. when I was leaving the clinic from our appointment, Dr. Greenway came out to greet his next patient, a cat, he took the pet taxi the cat was in, and carried it right into the exam room, with the human parents happily following behind him. I have never seen a vet being so proactive as to do that. That really impressed me.) The ladies at the front desk are just as great. They are kind, calm and very pleasant to deal with every time I have called. They are eager to find a time slot that bests suits not only Dr. Greenway but also our schedule. When we were waiting for our appointment, one of them offered to bring a bowl of water for Suzie. I hesitated as I do not give our pets tap water, but agreed thinking that one time would not hurt her. To my amazement, the lady went to the cooler and poured a bowl of filtered water for my little girl. WOW. I knew we were in great hands.

I am very very disappointed with West Hill Animal Clinic and completely heartbroken. First, I would like to express I have spent $1433 at this clinic since January 2020. With the passing of my 16 year old Siamese on Jan 28th, to obtaining 3 more beautiful kittens, spread out over the next 3 months.. Making my feline count to 4. All of which are pure breads and DO not go outside. EVER. On March 2nd I purchased a one year old Siamese female and brought her to West Hill Animal Clinic for her first kitten shots. I noticed her stools were a little runny so i also brought in a stool sample on my very first appointment. The stool sample came back negative and I was given a thumbs on the health of my new addition. Unfortunately for me, the next 3 months was insane. This new feline started urinating all over my house, including my bed, mats, blankets, couch, etc... I asked for advice from West Hill and Dr Hu suggested it sounds like a behavioral issue and let's consider putting her on behavioral medication. I reluctantly agreed to hopefully re-gain some sanity back in my household. I struggled with the right dose of meds to give this poor kitten, but the urinating issue continued for the following months. I tried everything, litter, food, extra love & attention etc. Nothing seemed to work. So I called West Hill again and begged for assistance as i couldn't take the smell in my house anymore but i really wanted to make things right with me and this beautiful kitten. I spoke to Dr. Thompson and he suggested more tests to find out for sure, or put her in the basement which is better than re-homing her. Being alone in a dark basement was not a good option and i felt terrible doing it, but i did anyway as a last straw. Unfortunately for me the very next day my basement was covered with feces so i did the heartbreaking thing and re-homed her. I simply had no more $ to give after spending $1433 in 6 months to this clinic. To my up most surprise , 2 weeks later the new owner called me and said my kitten as worms! Oh my, I was so embarrassed and confused and wondering why wasn't this caught by my Vet stool test I paid ? My eye site close up is blurry so I obviously missed this and i should have worn my glasses. So, the new owner treated my kitten with $20 worm drops from the local pet store, (which i purchased for her) and wow, my kitten no longer urinates outside the box! . That's amazing and great news! . A normal lady who knows nothing about cats diagnosed her in one week with no expensive vet tests at all! I called West Hill to let them know and I got an answer 3 days later: I was told my kittens issues with urinating was behavioral and not due to worms. When i asked if my remaining 3 other felines may also have worms now, West Hill refused to do additional poop test for my remaining 3 unless i pay an additional $50 each. Ok, I paid for TWO stool tests and the results came back negative. West Hill did NOT advise me that worms have stages and the stool should be re-tested in a month or so. But oh no! I got a too bad for you and your remaining 3 cats. I asked West Hill to please test my remaining 3 cats. When they refused, I advised for principal I will no longer be your customer and they offered me nothing to maintain my business. Those words speak very loud to me. Now i have 3 cats when i should have 4. I am also out all the money i spent on her. So as a result, I do not recommend West Hill Animal Clinic if you want your pet to be healthy. It seems they are only interested in $$$, not your pets. :(

The vets at West Hill always do the best by our pets. We have been using them for more than 15 years.

Leone Foxwell

Took my two pups in for their annual check-up. It is always a good experience, and all of the vets here take the time to encourage and answer all questions. I never feel pressured into doing unnecessary procedures (like at other vet offices), and they don't gauge you with their prices. All staff - vets, techs and front office staff - are pleasant and respectful of customers and each other. Good to see. Thanks for your time today Dr. Thompson.

Yan Fei Zhang

I love this vet Clinic and Dr. Gawen Thompson is so awesome! Every time I have questions, Dr. Thompson is always so patient to answer my questions and explains how everything works. Even my dogs love them!!! The staff here are friendly, nice, helpful and knowledgable.I am so glad that I had done some research and found the best vet clinic in town for my pets. I strongly recommended my friends' pets to start visiting this awesome vet clinic. The services here are complete. I feel satisfied and worry-free so far!

I could not recommend a better veterinarian clinic. The doctors, techs and staff are very knowledgable and caring. I got referred to this clinic over 10 years ago by a client of mine and am so thankful to have found them. My dogs have pretty much met everyone there. They love my fur babies like their own. Thank you for all that you do!!

West hill animal clinic is the best place to bring your pet. They take the time to explain all your options, they don't judge, they don't hide things and they work with you to get your pet the best care. They saved my cat twice, my cat means more to me then most people in this world and they all came together and helped by using a charity fund they had set up to help me pay for the fees known as the Oscar Fund. Without it I would of had a tough time paying for it and maybe my cat would have to suffer due to her owners stupidity by not having pet insurance thanks to them and all the wonderful people who donated my cat is now recovering THANK YOU TOO EVERYONE WHO CONTRIBUTED TO THAT FUND MY CAT AND I ARE ENTERNALY GRATEFUL THANK YOU TO DR CLAYTON GREENWAY ALL THE TECHS THANK YOU

Irene Mook-Sang

Love Dr. Thompson - very professional and compassionate when dealing with all my pets. In respect of some of the ratings on Dr. Greenway, I can't see how anyone can rate a vet if they have never been seen by them. If you are going to rate a vet, please do it based on your face to face encounter and not on their "online" personality.

gina m

I heard Dr Greenway on 1010 and was so impressed, I live in Hamilton but decided to talk my Havenese to see Dr Greenway in Scarborough. It was so worth the drive. He is caring, compassionate and wonderful with all of the pets. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He answers all the emails promptly, if you love your pet he is worth the drive and the money, PS. the cost is also more reasonable than the vets I had in Hamilton. Gina

Oh! What service! We rehomed a 130lb Bull Mastiff - he was beautiful! They worked with us through all his issues (he ended up having seizures) & super supportive when we had to put him down (something we didn't want to do). You want personalized service - come here!!! You want a pet family/team - come here!!! We will be getting another pup & this is the place we will be.

After years of struggling to find a vet that could help our 7 yr old English Bulldog Jade we finally found Dr. Greenway and West Hill Animal Clinic. Dr Greenway and the staff at this clinic are absolutely amazing! Words can not even begin to describe how wonderful he is. Jade was unspayed and was suffering from pyometra an infection of the uterus, as well as she had a tail infection, a bladder infection and an eye infection that no other vet seemed to care about and had only ever given us antibiotics and sent us on our way. Jade has been under Dr Greenway's care now for just 2 short weeks and she is 95% better! We were given multiple options and advised of all possible outcomes. We were never rushed and all our questions were always answered. Jade underwent surgery to have her infected uterus removed. I was so scared this is my baby. When she was admitted the morning of her surgery the technician who took her from me was so caring and compassionate. Once the surgery was completed Dr Greenway called me to tell me everything went well. He even sent me a video of her post surgery so I could stop worrying. Simply amazing! Jade was also given an antibiotic shot for her bladder infection which we will repeat in 2 weeks. I was shown how to properly take care of her tail daily to avoid infections (she looks like she has a brand new tail now) and the eyes are already getting better now that she is getting stronger. I am so surprised that she is doing so well post surgery being an older dog. There was no complications at all and the incision is healing wonderfully. At 36-48 post surgery she was up and going like nothing happened. Currently 4 days post surgery and treatments she has so much life to her again. Its unbelievable how much better she is doing. Dr Greenway and his staff have continuously followed up on Jade because this clinic actually cares about your pets and you. I feel so much better now knowing Jade is under the care of Dr. Greenway and the staff at West Hill Animal Clinic. I have already recommended him to all my family and friends and for anyone reading this and debating what to do, I highly recommend this doctor and clinic. I decided to visit this clinic because of the great reviews I had read and it was the best choice I ever made. My only regret is that I never found him sooner! Thank you Dr. Greenway and the staff at West Hill Animal Clinic you guys are by far the best!!!!!

Since moving to the area, West Hill animal clinic has been our veterinary. Dr. Thompson and his team, the beautiful friendly smiles and the tears I saw in their eyes each time one of our beloved pets passed have surpassed anything I could have hoped for. Now our new baby Dylan is lucky to have their care also. Our first visit with Dylan was so thorough they even found a tiny scratch above his ear - it was so small yet Dr. Thompson found it. He gave us such intelligent and useful advice about why Dylan wasn't eating and tips on getting him eating and it worked!!! I love how quickly everyone gets back to you and how thorough they are. You will not find such friendly, knowledgeable and patient people anywhere. I love everyone at Westhill Animal Clinic - from reception to techs to Dr. Thompson and the other doctors - all so amazing. And a huge heartfelt thank you to all the caring ladies who helped us with the passing of Maverick and then with the passing of Pao Pao - I was broken and you helped me say goodbye - I will never forget you for that.

As a walk in new client with my Dog struggling with his health, the clinic staff were attentive and took my concerns seriously and I was able to see Dr. Pambianchi. The Technician first assessed my concerns and spoke with me in length of the symptoms my dog was having. The I was bale to see Dr. Pambianchi, whom was incredibly helpful, professional, attentive and gentle in discussion of possible tests, illnesses and prognosis. I was able to have some tests done immediately on this first visit which in fact came back with results that were vital for my dog to begin his journey back to better health. I feel confident this is the best Clinic for my Dogs' health needs. So impressed!

Ruth Goudie

We've been going to this clinic with our dog for years and the service is beyond exceptional! All the vets and staff are friendly and caring. They never push the hard sell but always give great advice and suggestions.

Sarah Wright

A wonderful place. They handled my elderly cat's passing with dignity and care. She was very special to me and they made sure she was pain-free and calm as possible. They even gave me a heartfelt sympathy card with her pawprint on it, which I still have. They've always been prompt, accurate, efficient, and affordable. My new, younger cat goes there now. :)

Aaron Richmond

Dr Clayton Greenway is great! He displayed a true compassion for me as well as my cat. Not only did he take the time to call and explain the monetary aspect of my cats procedure, but also used a laymen's term to describe what needed to be done. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality, transparent service.

Michael Wies

After moving downtown I still make the trip out to West Hill; it's worth it for great care for my female Shepherd.

I just happened to be listening to CFRB 1010 a few weeks ago. It was about dogs (which I do not have), but I quite enjoyed the show and was impressed that Dr. Greenway suggested anyone email him if they had any questions about their pet. I had no idea that a few days later, I would have a million questions. My older cat was diagnosed with diabetes and my vet was suggesting her care would cost an enormous amount of money to stabilize her, not including the amount of money it cost to diagnose her. Suffice to say, we were devastated. I wrote Dr. Greenway and he replied within an hour suggesting we speak rather than communicate by email due to the complexity of his anticipated response. We spoke shortly after that. Dr. Greenway was amazing. He put me at ease, provided me all kinds of information to help my husband and I make some educated decisions, and to help us choose the right vet for the job by asking the right questions (we live South/West Toronto, otherwise we'd be with Dr. Greenway by now!). Thanks again Dr. Greenway! Keep up the great work on your show and thanks for being such a caring veterinarian!!! We'll keep you posted on Fin's progress!!

After trying some the more trendy Vets in our Leslieville area we were referred to West Hill from the family of another senior dog in our neighbourhood. So glad they did, we couldn't be happier. They've gone way above & beyond any other clinic we've been to. From giving us caring in-depth examinations to lengthy advice over the phone and providing us with repeats on prescriptions they have really helped us keep the costs down with our pup who is nearing the end. They've truly been wonderful!

I've used this office bc it's open during hours when I work (3-9pm) so I can get my cat's food. I will be switching to them for all my vet needs now. This past week I called 5 vets here in ajax including the one I use currently and no one had any stock of the rx food Fif uses. ExCePt these guys. This little detail (outside the fact they actually answer their phone within 3 rings EVERY TIME during covid era) is why. No other ofc answered the phone, no one returned my calls. Nada. ExCePt these guys. Get the hint?? Who will I use for my innoculations and visits? Guess what--these guys.

Absolutely love this place, they're always super friendly and helpful. Their puppy plan is really great, sobglad that they offer such a thing. A lot of vets youbwoild have to pay for each visit, each medication, each shot and test etc. I'm also glad that we're able to continue it as our dog grows up. Everyone that I've dealt with over the phone and in person has been amazing. I can't imagine taking my pets anywhere else.

The service from the team at West Hill is outstanding. I have a cat and a dog, the Vets and their technicians are patient and empathetic to both of my sensitive pets. I am deeply grateful to have this amazing team with me on my pets "wellness" journey. Thank you

I wrote to Dr. Greenway after listening to his show one Saturday morning which is a ritual for me. I asked for advice on home cooking for my Golden. My much loved Charlie. Within hours Dr. Greenway wrote back with helpful advice and reassured me that I was doing a good thing for my healthy and happy friend. I have a local vet but having one I can email and get an immediate response from, well this vet is a true animal lover and cares about every one of them, as well as their owners.

Dr. Clayton Greenway has been an amazing vet for both our cat and chocolate lab. He's the first vet we've ever had who goes above and beyond with follow up calls and honest, heart-felt advice. We have never felt rushed or pressured to get unnecessary tests and he always puts us at ease. I'd absolutely recommend Dr. Greenway at West Hill Animal Clinic!

Absolute 5 Stars for This Vet clinic!!My Frenchie went to get fixed and I was a little nervous as most owners would be with our fur baby's.Dr.Thompson did Paddys surgery and the work was amazing.Dropped him off at 8am and collected him that evening at 5.30.Upon checking in the receptionist swiftly explained what would happen and got my dogs vet tech out to bring him in and get him ready for his surgery that morning .I must say that everyone at the clinic are dog lovers and I felt at ease as my dog just loved them all. I got a call from Dr.Thompson right after surgery to say all went well and that he was recovering. Highly recommended anyone with a Frenchie to come see Dr.Thompson and his team!!! Also I must say Patricia the other vet brought My dog to me after surgery and she was amazing at telling me all about his aftercare.Thank you Pat!! 1 day later after his surgery, I got another call to follow up on how my dog was ,which was superb service . Thank ye once again !!

I would like to say Thank You so much for Dr Greenways help with my goldens yeast problem. If I hadn't phoned Animal House, my dog would still be treated by my vet for environmental allergies and still on vanectyl-P. He would have been on it from April 14 to June 25. After Dr. Greenways suggestion to have my vet scrape Pineys paws and check for yeast and it was found. we could remedy it properly. We also changed Pineys food to yeast and grain free and low glycemic. His ears have never looked as healthy his entire two years of life. We were constantly given ear meds for yeasty ears. I counted five different ear drops / cleaners our vet gave us over the last two years, and yeast kept returning. Now I have a healthy dog thanks to Dr. Greenways help. Sincerely Darlene Mclaren

Just brought my Shiba Inu in for a tick removal. $28 for a technician to remove it. I'm very happy to have found this clinic. Everywhere else I called in Pickering was charging $60 for a mandatory full examination of my dog and the tick removal. Thanks for the great service and professionalism West Hill Animal clinic :) . It's clear you care more about pet wellbeing than overcharging pet owners.

I've not had the opportunity to take my dog to the clinic but I have been a long time listener on his show Saturday morning on Newstalk 1010. I think Clayton Greenway is a fantastic vet and those who have selected him to care for their furry friends are lucky. His knowledge base is wide but first and foremost, it's not about the almighty dollar with him. I've just recently emailed him for some advice on my dog and he was very informative. We with pets can appreciate how expensive it can be in dealing with a sick animal and from the information and advice I've heard him give out over the radio makes me believe that his heart is in the right place and not on the pocketbook. Keep up the great work Dr. Greenway! We need more vets like you.

I have been bringing my dog here for 5 years and have always received top treatment from the Vets & staff. When I ask questions they take the time to answer and explain everything to me. My dog once had a eye infection and they fit me into a fully booked schedule. This is by far the best clinic I have taken my pet to. Thank you West Hill staff

Rhonda Murdoch

I have gone to the clinic for 20 years. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Vets are knowledgeable and gentle with my dog. I never feel pressured into making a decision about my dog's health on the spot. Everything is explained well.

Jenna Barnhardt

We've been going to West Hill for about 5 years now and have had an excellent experience thus far! The veterinarian and technician staff is very polite and professional, and they've also been very compassionate and caring. My senior cat was diagnosed with diabetes from West Hill, and the vet knew I was absolutely devastated about this. She took the time to call me, and explain that I was doing everything right and I was a wonderful "cat-mommy" and we were able to work out a plan to deal with the diagnosis! I'm happy to report both my cat and dog have an excellent bill of health from West Hill, and I will continue to do business with them. :) Highly recommend! P.S. Also with the poor one-star review regarding Kylie?? This could not be further from the truth. All front-desk staff at West Hill are amazingly sweet, and try to help as best as they can (Kylie being one of our favorites).

Angela Morissette

Every time i bring my dog, Lucky to West Hill Animal Clinic, i am amazed at how friendly and professional everyone is with me. I am a very anxious dog mommy and i worry a lot when Lucky isnt well. Everyone at the clinic is so kind to me and they never rush me out. Dr. Pambianchi was so kind to Lucky today as he gets anxious when he is at the vets. She was so gentle and got down on the floor with him. Thank you to everyone at the clinic. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

Chris Large

We just started taking our Bernese Mountain dog puppy to West Hill Animal Clinic and have had nothing but a great experience upon each visit! All of the staff and veterinarians have been extremely friendly and thorough in helping us get settled with our new pup. They have also been very responsive to emails whenever questions about our puppy arise. Highly recommend this animal clinic!

Debbie Carroll

After listening to Dr. Greenway's show on CFRB 1010, we e-mailed him about the health challenges we're facing with our 10 year-old Min Pin. We were so pleased and impressed when we received a phone call the very same day from Dr. Greenway to discuss our pet's issues in detail. Subsequently, we met with Dr. Greenway and he proposed a comprehensive treatment program for our little guy that has been very effective. From our first contact with Dr. Greenway, it was very obvious to us that he is a very dedicated and highly competent vet, but what has impressed us most is his thoroughness and his genuine love of animals. His compassion for our beloved pet and sensitivity to our concerns shows with every encounter we've had with him and the West Hill Clinic.

Donna Black

As usual the staff were very friendly and helpful. I know that my girls are always well taken care of ( no matter if it is just a nail trim or in for surgery). I would highly recommend this clinic to family and friends. Keep up the great work everyone.

Gena Cole

Would like to thank Dr. Greenway for I'm going to say saving my cat (Scrappy). He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Also would like to thank him for putting up with me....I can be very trying and anxious about things. Scrappy has come a long way in just too weeks he is like a whole new cat. Would also like to say he has an amazing staff also.

Danika Jensen

I had a consultation with Dr.Greenway for my dog's breathing problem and mast cell tumor. He has a friendly demeanor, gives good explanations, explains the options you can take in a way you can understand and the pros and cons of each and is good at following up in a timely manner. He noticed some issues with my dog like his kneecap problem that other vets didn't find. I found the process to get everything done efficient. The staff are very nice and helpful as well. The cost of the initial visit is a little more expensive than other vets by about $20 but it might end up saving you money because you can get all the information you need to make the best decisions. The cost of the blood work and medical procedures are comparable.

Gailene Damps

What a wonderful experience we had with our visit yesterday. Very thoroughly discussed a treatment plan for our LoLa. Dr. Hu is a fantastic vet. We are so very pleased and would highly recommend this outstanding service!

nancy narducci

I was really disappointed on your opinion today on the radio about early spay and neutering. Suggesting That 6 months is appropriate? Dogs should reach sexual maturity before being spayed or neutered anything earlier is just irresponsible on your part as a professional who people look to for advice. Do you also advise your clients to get yearly vaccinations opposed to doing titre testing?

m maddie

Just a note to express how impressed I am with the excellent care, compassion and treatment provided to our dog and family by Dr. Greenway. He takes his time with each patient and family member to thoroughly examine the animal, provide a clear and understandable treatment plan, and is very reassuruing. He ensures a follow-up call/appointment and extends his sincere concern for his patients and families. Dr. Greenway a confident and skilled physician, and the entire staff at West Hill Animal Clinic complement each other's skill set. Also, thank you for building the "quiet" room. It was so needed, and so appreciated.

Mary Efferingham

Yes, they are ok for shots or annual check ups. But my dog got sick once, and the true colour came out, how to take advantage of this dog owner's mental state to milk some cash. We need this test, that test, we need to hospitalize him here for observation. I have been to emergency here for my own health, and they don't suggest that many tests even for me! Also, if you see one vet, and you go back because dog getting sicker, if that vet isn't there, they don't help you. "Please come back next week Wednesday when your vet is back from her Caribbean boat cruise, no one other than her can help you." Even though there are always vet on staff all the time. I suggest to people to go elsewhere. You get used to going there until a major issue come up, then they are only interested in emptying your bank account.

Jennifer Hurd

My name is Jennifer Hurd and I live in the Buffalo NY area. After listening to Dr. Greenway on Radio 1010, I encountered a problem with my dog Elvis. I emailed Dr Greenway who got back to me almost immediately. We had a discussion about the problem and he was amazing!!!! We went through all the things necessary t give the Dr. the info he needed to explain Elvis's problem to me and with great patience and understanding put some options out there for me. I would recommend Dr. Greenway to any and everyone I know. I absolutely adore his radio show and hope it continues. His compassionate but no nonsense style is wonderful and instills confidence. His ability to make difficult veterinary concepts understandable is remarkable. I am blessed to have his help as are all who use him for their pets. Thank you Dr.!!!!

Theresa Foran

I have not been to Dr. Greenway's clinic only because it is quite a distance from my home. I have been listening to him on Newstalk 1010 for a long time and have always admired his compassion, good nature and knowledge when it comes to dealing with health issues with pets. Yesterday, I thought I would send him an email after the show because I had an odd situation with my cat. I could not believe it when he replied to my email almost immediately. It wasn't just a few lines telling me what he thought. He sent a letter detailing four possible explanations why my cat suddenly became ill. He is a remarkable vet and I only wish I lived closer to his clinic. I can only imagine how well he treats his patients in person if this is how he responds to a random email when I am sure he must receive 100's a week! Thank you Dr. Greenway!

As someone who has worked in customer service my whole life, I can say without exception that the service provided by Dr. Clayton Greenway and the team at West Hill Animal Clinic is nothing short of outstanding. Having moved into the area, I had been looking for a new vet for my Staffordshire Terrier, Bronco. After sourcing a few alternatives, I came to the West Hill Animal Clinic and met Dr. Clayton Greenway who came out to personally greet us when we arrived. Bronco had a mass on his side that we learned was cancerous and had to be removed. From start to finish, Dr. Greenway has been informative, thorough in his explanations, honest in helping me determine what was needed and what was not, and above all caring and compassionate each and every time we spoke. On the day of surgery, the staff were welcoming, kind, considerate and wonderfully patient with a mom who had never left her dog with anyone before. They took care of Bronco as if he was their own. After the surgery Dr. Greenway sent me a message to let me know all was well, which included pictures that showed how my boy was doing. This was such a pleasant surprise. The photos included a picture of his wound, so when I saw it later, I knew exactly what to expect. Two days after surgery, Bronco got at his incision, removing some of the stitches. Even though the clinic was closed, Dr. Greenway had left me his email in case I had questions. I was worried, and sent a message and received a phone call from Dr. Greenway shortly thereafter. He stayed in touch with me all weekend, to ensure our well-being and never ran out of patience despite the inconvenience. The clinic description states they are compassionate, friendly and always there for you. I can honestly say that this is 100% accurate, and add that Dr. Greenway and the team at this clinic go well above and beyond in customer service. I am so glad to have found this veterinary clinic, and consider myself and my dog to be most fortunate. Thank you Dr. Greenway. You helped make a difficult time, pain-free!

I am torn with this review. My family has taken all of our cats to this clinic since we moved to West Rouge in 1988. When I informed them that we are moving to Newmarket and asked for my files to be transferred to another vet in Newmarket, I didn’t get any “sorry to see you leave” or “we will miss you” or “thank you for your business over the years”. I got a very cryptic “Ok”. I guess it is a sign of the times, or this clinic has way too much business to value their long term clients who helped them build their business. So sad.

Adrian Stephenson

Have been my vet for 19 years. Very kind and professional.

Supri Bala

This place is one of a kind!!! Dr. Greenway is very passionate and well informed. The best part is he lays the scenario as it is, which helps us in weighing the pros and cons ourselves, rather than imposing commercialized products. The staff here are extremely warm and informative as well. Overall we know that our pet companion is in good hands.

I have brought my dog Aida here ever since we got her as a puppy. She is a rescue dog, and her breed (Jindo) makes her wary and scared of strangers. It was very important to me that we find a vet clinic that would be nice, and treat her with a lot of care. I could not be more pleased with my experience the past 2yrs with West Hill Animal Clinic. Seriously, from the receptionists, the vet techs to the vets themselves, everyone is exceptional. I also highly recommend their puppy insurance plan because it was extremely useful to us. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a vet clinic check this one out, as I have only positive things to say.

Soorena Aslani

My cat was not eating for 3 days and in a very bad condition. I arrived at 7 and I told the receptionist the situation and that I am worried about his health. She said to wait one minute and talked with the doctor. Came back and said that they close at 730 and they can't see him. The doctor didn't even bother to come see my cat dying in the carrier. Congrats you will never see my business with your lack of love for animals.

Lynne Adams

Dr Clayton Greenway is an excellent, kind, brilliant vet, he takes time with each pet parent, is very thorough,& follow-up is very important to him. He does alot of health teaching which is very helpful. I have found him to be a vet who doesn't charge an arm & a leg & then not care enough to follow-up. My cats are already feeling better after he started treatment just a few days ago. His staff people are very kind, experienced & understanding. Worth the long drive to get there!

Ryan G

We have been taking our little pup here for just over 5 months now and are very satisfied with Dr. Thompson and the West Hill staff. They are thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Happy to have our baby in their care and highly recommend them!

kim burgess

Thank you to Dr G Thompson and the staff of West Hill Animal Clinic for the care and compassion I received when it was time for me to say goodbye to my Pumpkin. You had made a difficult time for me easier. Thank you again Dr Thompson and also to Dr Jourdrey for the amazing care Pumpkin received over the years. I will always be a client at your clinic. Also a big thank you to Kylie, Tanya and Erin, the client care and tech staff who also made this time of sadness easier for me. You are the best there is. Kim Burgess

I have been taking my cats to the West Hill Animal Clinic for almost 20 years now. They have seen me through happy & sad times & have always been supportive, kind & caring. They listen to you & do their best to find a solution to whatever problem your pets might be having. They taught me how to take care of my diabetic cat & how to give saline solutions & insulin shots so I wouldn't have to bring him in all the time & he could be at home & not stressed out. Overall, they are a wonderful place & I'm glad that my pets are looked after by this clinic.

Nina McCannell

I contacted Dr. Clayton via email after listening to his show on CRFB. I was pleasantly surprised to almost immediately receive a response. My dog heather was loosing her hair at the follicles and her skin was very sore and itchy looking. Unfortunately the vet I was taking Heather to advised me that it would take time to heal and there was no treatment or follow up plan in place. I took Heather to one of the vet's that Dr. Clayton recommended and Heather received a full examination and a treatment plan. I felt very relieved, something was being done and it was being taken as a serious condition. Tests were done to eliminate possible causes and Heather is now on an antibiotic treatment and does appear to be improving. Your advice and time is very much appreciated...thank you.

Tamara Harnden

We have two puppies that now come to see the "dog doctors" here. They are always so helpful and friendly especially when you have your hands full. We brought our 9 wk old puppy in for her first checkup and I felt as if she was very well looked after. The best part of this clinic is the puppy plan- which covers everything you will need during the first year... From a financial standpoint I think it is incredible to be able to do that for my puppies and it helps save on the big expensive bills as well. I will continue to bring my dogs here as I know they are always well looked after.

Paula Sage

We have an incredible experience with all staff at West Hill Animal Clinic. They were extremely helpful when we got our puppy and were patient with us through all of our visits that were always filled with many questions. We are so thankful we found this clinical!

Susan Yeats Cowan

What a wonderful experience for both Julie and I. If you ever want a Doctor is who personable and has true love of people and their animals Dr. Greenway is the one to see. Julie was very relaxed when examined as she sensed his caring manner. I was amazed at how fast he called with the results of the tests that were performed. It was a the most positive experience I have ever had when visiting the vets over the past 20 plus years. Other vets could learn a thing or two from Dr. Greenway.

Courtney F

I contacted this office last year regarding my male Rotti Mix Jake, when I decided my previous vet wasn't providing Jake with the best medical attention. When I first met the team I was very happy to see how loving they were towards my big guy as my previous vet was afraid of him which made him uncomfortable he never did anything for them to be scared but they still were. Jakes vet is Dr. Kristin Joudrey as he does better with women then men, she was so patient with him, and he really enjoyed his visit, also the team is awesome! Jake doesn't like to have his nails cut and after 5 years I tried everything I explained my situation to the team and he was prescribe a low dose of medication to keep him calm. The ladies that took his blood work and trimmed his nails were great they worked with me to keep him calm and were able to complete the trim. I am so grateful I found this clinic and would 100% recommend them to anyone! Thank you Team, Courtney & Jake :)

I have just taken over the care of my mom's dog, Krystal. Last week she was whimpering in the middle of the night one night, and appeared listless in general, so I decided to take her to a vet. Because her old vet - the one my mom had been taking her to - did not have a high google rating, I decided to take her to a new vet (NOT West Hill Animal Clinic but another - this has relevance I swear!) That vet suggested a long series of tests and issued a quote for $1600 (!!!) I hesitated and only agreed to paying for the examination and pain meds (prescribed for the next several days), which totaled $400. I went back on google to look for another vet with a higher star rating to get a second opinion - and this time decided to give West Hill Animal Clinic a shot. (I chose the first clinic because it was a lot closer to home than West Hill.) So yesterday I took Krystal to West Hill for her appointment. Dr. Thompson talked to me at length to find out Krystal's past history. Then he gave her an examination, and then explained all the various possibilities and options to me in great detail. What impressed me the most was the level of detail he went to. He spoke slowly and clearly, as though he had all the time in the world. And he explained everything in laymen's terms instead of throwing out a bunch of medical jargon. And he didn't suggest a bunch of expensive tests either. Just a blood test - and only if I wanted to be safe - and some supplements that would cost me $40 for 4 months, which were also optional. I said yes to both and ended up with a bill 1/5th of the size of the quote I got from the other vet. And first thing this morning, Dr. Thompson called to tell me the results of the bloodwork. (All is well by the way - YAY for Krystal!) I am truly grateful for Dr. Thompson and the team at West Hill Animal Clinic. I'm glad to have found a good "family doctor" for my dog - finally!!

Dr. Pambianchi was very helpful and knowledgeable. She and the entire staff were very friendly (as always) and were so sweet to my dog Hunter. The vet suggested I purchase Optimum Care and I’m so glad I did! Great services and discounts are offered. One of my favourite things about going to this clinic is how quickly they get you in for an appointment. Keep up the great work!

Tommy G

A great professional and very caring staff whom are real a pleasure to deal with. If you need a great place to take your pet then I would highly recommend this animal clinic and so would my dog Marty if he could speak in a way you could understand him as I do! lol.. I certainly will return with him due to the treatment both my pet and I received from these fine folks! Thomas Griffin

Dr. Greenway and the staff at West Hill Animal Clinic are so warm, caring and knowledgeable! Dr. Greenway took the time to patiently explain my cat's issues to me in an exceptionally clear and thorough manner. In addition, the bill was very reasonable! I am so appreciative of my experience at the clinic and would give more stars for this review if I could!

Jane Lac

After listening to Dr. Greenway on Newstalk 1010, I decided to email him for a second opinion regarding my cat. Dr. Greenway was very professional, and reviewed all my questions and concerns. He was empathetic and reassuring, and also provided helpful suggestions. I would definitely recommend him as a vet if his clinic wasn't so far away. This shows how caring and passionate he is about his work for spending time to answer questions he is not reimbursed for. Also, he responded to me at 5am - that takes dedication. Thank you!

nancy gilchrist

I listen to Dr. Greenway weekly on Animal House on news talk 1010 and have found him entertaining and also very helpful! I sent him an email as I didn't get on the show as I have a lot of concerns about my pug puppy and her eye infections. He not only replied to my email but called me to review the issues with my dog and gave me great advice to take to my vet to empower me with information so I can ask the right questions when I am there. He truly cares about animals and his advice was so valuable when I visited my vet tonight. Thank you Dr. Greenway! You are providing a great service and go the extra mile to help our animals! This service is greatly appreciated!!!

A year ago, I was, admittedly, very discouraged after vet after vet could not help my dog’s chronic and severe skin allergies. I had been to numerous family vets and the top veterinary dermatologists in Toronto had treated my dog for 3+ years with no success. He was way off the charts for both allergy severity and for lack of response to any treatment. My 4-year-old French bulldog was clearly really uncomfortable, scratching himself 24/7 to the point of bleeding and completely unresponsive to all treatments. I had spent thousands of dollars on vet bills, immeasurable effort with home care and driving him around to see specialists for years, so the talk of euthanasia had become very real. It was at that point when I happened to hear about Dr. Greenway from his radio show… Dr. Greenway knew that I was exhausted emotionally, physically, mentally and financially when I brought my dog to see him. He took the time to read over my dog’s very lengthy chart ahead of time so he knew already what treatments we had tried (which had obviously failed), so no time had to be wasted during our appointment. He was very patient and spoke calmly, yet very optimistically and confidently about his recommendations. For me, what set him apart from all the vets we’d seen was; his genuine interest and commitment in helping me and my dog, his compassion and understanding about what we’d been through, his patience, honesty and optimism, his ability to make my dog feel comfortable and happy to be examined as opposed to feeling fearful and irritated, and his team approach to animal care. He treated me as an equal and encouraged a partnership right away with me for the care of my dog. In a matter of a few short days, Dr. Greenway was able to make my dog’s itchiness go away almost completely with a medication we had never tried before and had developed a clear plan for his ongoing treatment. Two weeks later, all the itchiness was gone and his skin looked like it hadn’t in years…healthy! It was honestly as if I had been handed a brand new dog! Even my dog’s personality changed! For the first time in his adult life, he was free of itchiness and just enjoying life to the fullest every day…from being quiet and subdued, he was now confident and full of life!! Unbelieveable…truly unbelieveable! It has been more than a year now since our initial visit and my dog continues to be free of itchiness!! He happily enjoys life like any other healthy 5-year-old pooch and I am no longer stressed and exhausted about his health either. Dr. Clayton Greenway is truly a phenomenal vet and human being. I am truly indebted to him for giving my dog and I brand new lives. I couldn’t recommend him more highly!!

I have been to many vets over the years as I have moved around quite a bit, and none of them has been as attentive or caring as this team. My male cat is currently have urinary tract issues and Dr. Melissa Pambianchi has called multiple times to follow up with him and it is much appreciated as it is sometimes hard to know if you're doing right by your pet and having access to professional information is invaluable. Great service, very caring, would recommend to others.

I had the most horrific experience at this clinic. I was so traumatized by the passing of my beloved cat here last year, I could not share my experience until now. My cat was ill, and was not eating or drinking water. I brought him there, they said the diagnostic tests would cost three times the amount the same clinic charged me only three years ago. When I spoke to the vet, who seem to be a recently graduated vet, she said, oh we are now owned by a corporation and our fees are higher, the previous vet was a sole practitioner, and his fees were so low, he almost went out of business. When the test results came back to the clinic, the assigned vet was off for two days, so I went back there, since my cat was still not eating, hoping to speak to another vet. The other more experienced vet was there talking to another client, would not talk to me, and the secretary said I could only speak to the assigned vet, when she is back from her two days off! I just could not believe the insensitivity. We had to take the cat back there a few times, to give him injections for hydration, but he was going downhill. Then an experienced assistant there confided that she had seen the test results, and based on her many years of experience, she said the cat could not be saved, saying we should put him to sleep, also implying that the vets there would not suggest the same, for the sake of keep billing extra fees, given the state of our mind. Ultimately, we took this lady’s advice putting my cat to sleep. These vets here only cared about making money, and didn’t care about my cat. I am not going back there again, that’s for sure. I give this clinic a failing grade.

We recently got a puppy, and being first time dog owners, we were in constant contact with the clinic. The staff is excellent, they've been patient with us and our hundreds of questions. The vets have also been just amazing. Our vet and even the back up vet have called us at home to follow up with our concerns, as we were traveling and had to try various pharmacological options to help keep our puppy calm for the flights.

E E

Have used this Vet Clinic for over 10 years, the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Some of the vet services are a little pricier than other vets in the area but the location, convenience and service out weighs this. Great place to bring your furbabies for care.

Sukkanya S

Dr. Pambianchi and staff were so friendly. Dr. P. was so great with my dog. Shadai is an elderly dog. Dr. P. was not pushy and didn't make me feel guilty - She respected my decision for my dogs care and directed me on the best solutions to keep her comfortable. A great Doctor that treats humans and animals with respect and kindness. Highly recommend!

Not very happy with this clinic at all. My puppy only received partial treatment and when we called the clinic, without taking another look at the issue, the vet just prescribed antibiotics. A week later, she's still sick and when we took her to our usual vet, he examined her properly and said the job was only done partially and the vet hadn't prescribed a sufficient amount of medication to work effectively with our little pooch. Not surprised at all by this clinic. They are all about making a profit as opposed to actually helping out little friends get better. Don't take your pets here.

We took our dog here for years and decided to stop after they tried to upsell us on shots that were completely unnecessary ans cpuld have potential put her in danger. Our dog was actually up to date on her shots so it was like they didnt even check her charts and just wanted to sell us some package. Another time, my dog had an injury and they ran a whole bunch of tests, including one for cancer (which had our whole family utterly upset the entire process). It turned out to be nothing like the issues they said it " might be" when convincing us to spend thousands. My new vet agreed the tests were unnecessary. They seem like want money more than healthy pets.

Our dog Winnie had to have a torn ligament repaired. My boyfriend knows Dr Greenway and we took her to him for a 2nd opinion. He said yes she needed this and recommended an excellent surgeon to do it for her at West Hill. Clayton picked her up from my house yesterday(!!) and took her in and the surgery went well. She is recovering now at home and has not been ill at all. She seems herself other than hobbling. I was very impressed with him and the clinic has followed up 2 times on her already. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Greenway is excellent. He is very good and the staff are great!
