Great place to neighborhood pet owners. Professional knowledge and services for Dr. Kavonic and Dr. Arteaga. If they are not sure they will find out the answer for you. If you want to move to other countries which has strict requirements for you pet, talk to Dr.Kavonic, she has broad experience for countries even like Australia and New Zealand. Surgical cost is more affordable than emergency hospital. Give them a call even if it is late for the day, they could still help your pet.

I think the doctors are nice and provide a thorough explanation. However, when it comes to procedures ie. dental work, when I didn't want my dog's teeth to be extracted, they didn't accept my first "no" and kept making "strong recommendations". I had a choice to say "No", but when they say it could kill my dog or shorten his life expectancy... well, I felt really pressured to go ahead with many of the procedures. And the vet prices are very costly. I like that it's close to my house and the hours are good. But when you're a full-time student, you can't afford $1200 vet bills.

I took my Maltese in to have a sanitary trim. The doctor ended up giving my pup a bad razor burn at the back of his nuts. Poor guy was jumping every 15 seconds in pain. After a day a black mark developed confirming the burn. While the receptionists may be super duper friendly (esp. Cameron & Hope) beware when considering the docs for grooming. Even though they offered me a full refund, I just can’t bare the thought of the same thing happening to other fluffy doggies. Photos depict before and after*

i took my boyfriends dog in for an exam at this location first time. front desk was very nice but the clinic looks very depressing and outdated. Drs were nice too but for the price I am paying I expect to be walking into a state of the art facility. Too expensive will not be coming back

I have been going to this clinic for over 10 years. The Vets as well as the staff are very courteous and show genuine concern when dealing with my pets. I have had several dogs and cats over the years. I will not bring my pets anywhere else. This clinic has gone above and beyond when dealing with me and my pets. They call me to give me updates after hours when my dog had a serious injury that required he stay overnight. I appreciate all that they have done for my pets and I.

All the staff were always extremely friendly and helpful with our baby Jules every time we visited. We brought her in for her spaying surgery at 7 months old, she healed after 2-3 weeks and did not seem to be in any pain or discomfort the entire time while her E-collar was on! The staff at Bridletowne Warden Animal Hospital are truly the most caring vets I have ever come across. They treat their customers and their pet clients like family and nothing is ever too much for them. They are smart and reliable and somewhere that you can truly trust when it comes to your pet's care. I love this office and the team of vets and techs that they have. I have 3 dogs (Diva, Boss and Kyuu) and they have all 3 been taken care of so well here (we usually see Dr. Kavonic and she's so lovely!).I've seen all 3 doctors they have here and they have all been more than informative and take the time that's needed to get the results and answers I need if my dogs have any issues. They can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it if you want your animals properly cared for.

our first visit with our pup was due to geographical convenience, but I can say that it immediately turned in to a place we'd bring him no matter how far we had to drive. they have taken amazing care of our dog, and are great at answering our questions and helping us understand veterinary "best practice". he has had: regular checkups, vaccinations, and neutering. all visits were fantastic for us and the dog. my only complaint: our dog loves them so much he will try to drag me in to the parking lot when we walk by!

I have a very nervous dog, who normally is very upset after leaving the vets, but for the first time ever he seemed very calm and far more relaxed than ever! Some of the staff are very nice people. We experienced a lot of up-selling here (we were able to tolerate this, as long as the proper treatment was given to our dog). The reason why we would never come here again is because the overnight dog service they provided was horrible! We trusted them to take care of our dog while we were away on a trip. When we picked up our dog, her nose showed raw pink skin because she kept nuzzling at the crate! My dog has stayed with other places before and for longer periods of time and never did we have this issue! We suspect she was left in there for long periods of time with little walks. When we told them, they just brushed it off and said it was normal.

As previously being a part of the team and being first hand behind the scenes I know what really goes on. This animal hospital makes it their mission to provide the best possible care to all pets as if they were their own. The compassion and care that all staff members deliver, not only to our pets but their owners as well is one that not all animal hospitals can truly say they do. My pets will continue to attend this practice as their primary veterinary care providers.

Horrible place. I needed a prescription and they would have my dog die rather than fill the prescription. These people are supposed to be dedicated to help animals and they refused. They claimed they needed to see the dog when I just had left the emergency vet hospital 12hours before. If they are willing to let your dog die they are not where you want to go.

I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! We just got our first family puppy - a 10-weeks Louie recently. We had no any ideas about vet clinic before. I had done many researches to figure out where we should go for Louie's coming home check. I absolutely respected the owner of this clinic actually response to the reviewers on their complaints. So we gave us a try to go into this clinic. it turned out very good experience we had. We had Dr. Kavonic who is very professional and helpful for Louie, and also being very kind to explains everything in details we asked. The receptionists are absolutely lovely, helpful and so so so friendly! Melissa is one of the best ones. She has great personalities to cheer up person with their puppies whatever situation the owners had, and very helpful for Louie. At the second time when we went into the clinic pretty later that day (almost 8pm) to drop off something there, she still very passionately helped out and answered all our questions. I am happy to say that I believe that we are lucky to find the great vet clinic that it's near our home as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and is considering it as Louie's boarding place if we need. Tracy W.

Brought cat in. Older cat. Suspected would not be easy to work with and warned vet. The cat was off her food. Cat was very aggressive with vet and assistant. They are kind people. Sorry. Vet was able to get cat checked over after sedative. Not thrilled about sedative, but everyone had to be safe. Got the exam and brought her shots up to date and took blood. Cat seems to be improving at home with diet updates. Need to return for small amount of special diet food. So far, best outcome I could have expected. Vet phoned me back at least twice to answer questions which I appreciate. Wow. Thank you for service and result which exceeded expectations. Sorry my cat was abit of a nut. In the best of times, she doesn't like strangers. These were not the best of times.

I felt very disappointed for the new management for this clinic. My appointment was 3:30. I came in 10 minuets early as usual. I have to wait until 4:15 to meet the doctor. The doctor spent 10,15 mins with us then left. I have to wait another 30 minuets to talk to another assistant about the estimated bill may cost. Then the assistant left again had me waiting. Sorry I lost track how much time I waited again. I paid almost $400 to just get some anitibiotic and blood work done. The receiption asked me to book a follow up appointment next week, seriously? Finally I got to leave at 5pm. I knew doctor’s time is very valuable, mine too! I received a phone call from the same doctor, she spent 10 minuets tried to convince me to bring my cat sometime to do a dental work that might cost me another $1000 again. If I have only one cat, or you show me some respects. I would mind spending the money. But unfortunately I have 5 street cats and 2 owned cat depends on me. I always see Dr. Jeff before. Now he is retired, I don’t see why I have to come back to the place that only cares money.

Disgusting customer service and the staff does not treat your animal with care, very rough with handling your pet, makes you wonder what goes on behind the close doors. Very friendly staff! I got my dog groomed here and the groomer made sure to sit down and talk to me about my dog's habits, likes and dislikes, and what look I wanted. Often you get groomers who have a standard cut where they shave a dog completely but this groomer took her time and made Charlie look lovely. There was an issue with booking an appointment where the receptionist mixed up the appointment with another dog with the same name which is why I've docked one star. Despite this mix up, the groomer was excellent and Charlie will be back.

I have 3 year old german shepherd and took him to a dog park near my friends place. He had a great time, as he normally does, but the next day I noticed that he was keeping his back foot up a bit more than normal. He's had rocks stuck between his paws before, so I checked for that, but there was nothing there. I decided to wait another day to see if anything would change, but by this point I was already thinking back to the dog park and wondering if maybe he had been bit, or if he ate something weird, but nothing came to mind, and aside from his back foot, everything seemed fine. After another day of him obviously having a sore foot, I decided to take him into this vet. The receptionist was speaking with one of the vets as I came in, and as I was telling the receptionist what was going on, I guess the vet thought it was a simple enough problem that they could look at it right there. So the Vet started checking around his back leg. Turns out he actually had some kind of thorn stuck in underneath his skin! totally gross, and painful I'm sure! The vet took him in right there and took out the thing in his leg, and I got Chester back soon after, all fixed up and happy as ever : ) The only reason I'm writing this post is because I saw the first review here before going in, which made me a bit hesitant to bring chester in. I had a great experience and will definetely be going back if I'm in the area and have more problems. My only concern is that it seemed a bit expensive, but I guess it makes sense because vets are like doctors, and it's totally worth it for a happy healthy dog : )

I have been taking my dog Bagel to this vet for 11 years (since day one). We can say we have never had 1 bad experience with any of the doctors with Bridletowne Warden Animal Hospital. They don't nickel and dime you and they are very trust worthy. We have dealt more with Dr. Artega but all the vets really examine your dog and they don't recommend any unnecessary treatments or even high end dog food. They have taken my dog in without any appointments when we had emergencies and you can see the staff really does love all the animals. I want to thank them for the great service we have had, and Bagel has been fortunate to have a very healthy life so far and I know this vet had a helping hand in this, so THANK YOU!

I got a rabies vaccination from a rabies clinic at PJs pets from a vetrinarian at this location when they were doing a promotion for rabies without a physical exam. 3 weeks later i noticed that there was a pimple like bump between the shoulder blades; I called the vet to see if this was anything to worry about. Dr. Arteaga did a physical examination, even though he was not the one to do the rabies or microchip, and spent time with me to show me what the microchip looks like/what it could be. I appreciate that!! He didn't charge me for this visit either. I wasn't even in their client list & they helped regardless. THANK YOU!

I’ve been treating my puppy lucky for a year now.they are very polite and always put the needs of your pet first above all. All the docs and nurses are qualified and knowledgeable. I recommend getting the pet protection plan if ur a new pet parent, it just makes doc visits less stressful. In terms of price they are very affordable considering the services offered.
