Won't help pet owners during COVID whose animals require vaccinations. I get it, if we see an US veterinarian, we should not bother the Canadian vets. However, I offered to have my dog neutered and continue service at this vet if I was able to get an appointment, and was turned down... Rudely told to 'keep looking'... So, no leeway given the circumstances... unethical in my opinion... They do not care about your pet's health.

Today was a very hard day for me. My little girl had to part ways with the physical me today and I can't think of any other place on the planet I'd trade to have had by our side for the most incredible 16 year journey that I spent with my little angel! There was never a moment in my time or any issues that I've had with my dog that this whole group of people didn't take care of and at times went deep and personal to ensure that my little girl did get to rest her little head on my heart for 16 long and healthy years each night! Of course tonight I'm sitting in our safe spot alone but I know 100 percent it was absolutely "the best" 16 years I'll never ever forget.. Thanks everyone who have dedicated your early and later life to study and care for our babies.. Thank You So Much...

This is my second year as a patron of BRVS. This is a modern, fully equipped, and well staffed veterinarian hospital. I have always found them to be highly competent and very accommodating. Their new building, designed by a St. Joseph's Island architect is noteworthy for it's beauty and functionality. There are even separate waiting rooms for dog owners and cat owners!

We adopted 2 puppies from Northern Critters. While they were being fostered in the Sault before we adopted them they were neutered. Surgery went well. However, its common practice while under anesthesia to check the pups teeth, especially small breeds to make sure their puppy canines are being properly replaced by adult canines. If not, they are generally pulled while they are under. My one pup's were not, and now he has to go under again to have them both removed. I believe it was an oversight, that now incurs additional sedation that should not have been necessary. So he is getting them pulled this week at 9 months. Would have been much easier on him a few months ago!

Was my first time here, brought the dog in because an ear issue. Everyone was so friendly and chatty, I forget the vet's name we saw but he was also very great. Provided us with some drops for my pup's ears and everything cleared up. Would definitely come back again.

Our dog needed to be put to sleep in the middle of the night to avoid any suffering. They took us in and performed the injection. They were so sympathetic and patient while we were grieving our extreme loss. They handled all the nessasary arrangements for cremation and services. The fee was totally reasonable. Thank you so much for not letting my dog suffer another minute.

Took us in on short notice(under 3 hrs) and we're very helpful. The vet worked through his lunch so that our dog didn't have to suffer anymore. We had to put our dog down unfortunately but the staff were awesome to deal with.
