I'm completely impressed and happy with the care my cat received! They got me in same day I called, no extra charge. Both Meaghan at the front desk and Dr. Neumann were friendly, kind and most importantly caring and patient towards my cat. Dr. Neumann gladly answered all my questions and concerns, they went above and beyond my expectations for this visit! Prices were reasonable and they were running on time. Would definitely recommend! Wonderful, caring, and passionate staff!

I recently took my cat in for service with these folks when she became quite sick. They did an awesome job of getting my buddy back into good shape, and they were very compassionate through the whole thing. The staff was calm and took the time to explain everything. They checked in with me over the phone a couple times over the next few days as well, just to make sure she was still improving. Most important part, though, was that they treated my pet very well and their veterinary service got her healthy again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff have been looking after my two cats for 7 years -- one of which is a "problem child", and they have always been very professional and patient with him. They are quick to follow up and offer assistance with any questions or emergencies which I really appreciate. Overall a great clinic!

"Hi there, we don't know what's wrong with your cat...so here's a bill for $600. You must pay if you want to take your cat back home with you." We then went to the U of S and our cat's issue was diagnosed for $120. Take your pet to a real veterinary clinic, not one that is all about REMOVING YOUR MONEY FROM YOUR WALLET BY HOLDING YOUR BELOVED PET HOSTAGE!
