2 yrs going with my bunnies, doubled the price told them couldnt afford it told me to bring him in anyway and would call, never called, so I went and they said no to waiting 2 days for the rest of the money which was only 40 dollars, left in tears, changing vets, very rude, update, my bunny who I h ave had since birth and is my Chevys grandson, died 2 days later because of them

Took my 10 week old pup for her first visit. Excellent clientele service. Staff with friendly demenours. Dr Tammy is super knowledgeable and loving. Building is clean and a comfortable environment. They have super beneficial wellness plans with monthly payments that covers vaccines, etc. (Website or call their office for more information). Overall I'm happy with the visit and will be returning for future services.

I took my cat Gracie in today. She had been Limping around for just over a week. I had come to the conclusion that she had either had something stuck in her foot or she had sprained it outside. 460$ later they had confirmed that is was a sprain and sent me home with pain meds. This vet clinic cost me 460$ just to confirm that my cat had a sprain in her toe and give me pain meds. I feel like they took advantage of me in a major way. They told me on the phone before I picked my cat up that they would not charge me for the the X-rays given the fact that they did not find anything broken. When I came to pick her up the bill was still the same as what they quoted us before (meaning they had charged us for the X-rays) Turns out the vet didn't charge us for "extra" X-rays she took. How nice of her to not do that given the fact that it was just a sprain in the foot. Why should a vet need to take X-rays to confirm that? I would NOT recommend this place to any friend, family or fellow owner of fury friends. They seem to be more interested in making money than caring for your furry loved ones!

Been taking pet cats here for almost a decade and a half, and recent poor service forces me to look elsewhere. It took almost a month for the vet to get back to us about dermatitis issues with one cat, and didn't bother following up about my older cat who was slowly dying. Notes were left to call back for an appointment, but none of the vets nor receptionists here returned a call. This is grossly unacceptable. As we awaited their response, we had to take matters into our own hands. Eventually, we brought our older cat elsewhere to get diagnosed and looked after. And surprise, they promptly saw her without any issues. Contrary to this place, their vets and receptionists didn't delay and actually called weekly for updates. I'm understanding to the fact that times get busy, especially during the pandemic. But to not receive a single follow-up, for a MONTH, seems troubling, to say the least. I never thought communication would prove problematic, but apparently for this particular clinic, it has.

I went in for my dogs pad. They dismissed her pad and said it was a leg ligament being torn. Funny how her pad is know 2 times bigger and she won't walk on it now. But no there was nothing wrong with her pad being swollen, but there is clearly sumthing wrong and after paying for the last visit im left unable to even take her in for another week or 2. too a different vet that will hopefully address the right problem not try and get me to spend hundreds on leg x-rays. Its really sad my 8 yrold niece can see that the dogs pad is off but the trained vet couldn't. Its good to know I came to help my dog and now she still in pain thanks to them not listening to me. All because I trusted the person who went to school for this. I'm now left to feel like im a bad owner

I regretfully have to leave a poor review. I used to love this clinic and the staff, they were great and always provided a knowledgeable but also respectful experience. Since they were sold to VCA however the quality of service has gone downhill. The newer vet spent more time trying to push the food that the parent company (VCA, owned by Mars - yes that mars the candy bar maker) sells than actually recommending an appropriate food for my diabetic cat. A proper diet for a diabetic cat is not a dry food. They also neglected to contact me with her diagnosis as soon as they had the blood work results. I had to call two days in a row before I received a call back, all while my cat was suffering unmedicated. She had the results right after the weekend which is understandable, blood was taken thursday and it was fine it took til monday to get results, but I had to call Tuesday and again on Wednesday. Then I was told 'she's in surgeries all day and will call you tomorrow', I had to state this was unacceptable as our cat needs attention right away before the vet called me back. To top this off, she didn't even order in any insulin to sell us, I had to go to the grocery store for it. Medication has also jumped in price greatly since the change of ownership. Our previous elderly dog had been on Metacam and a 3 month supply cost about $90 if I recall right. After the ownership change it jumped to $130ish. The three stars comes from all the previous good care we received. The staff has always been compassionate especially during those hard, end of life moments for our furry family members. When we had our elderly dog put down they made a house call for her comfort, when I had to take in an elderly ferret the compassion I received was incredible. I believe that's why it hurts to have to review less than five stars now -because in the past this was an exceptional vet clinic that my family has been using for years. Unfortunately recent incidents mean we will likely switch clinics for a couple of our animals who need more specialized care. I do not want to sit through any more sales pitches for pet food or have the new, younger vet talk down to me.

Looks like some marketing place. Doesn't feel like a hospital at all. Doctors were like pushing so hard to make us buy some of their products. We were there just for the vaccine. They lock the door and we were waiting outside with the cat for 8 minutes. Then the person opened the door was like you should call before you come. We explained her that we have an appointment already, none informed about calling or door will be locked, over the phone yesterday. Then she was like ok wait here and didn't even apologize.

Best Vet Clinic in Town! We have been to a few clinics in town and this clinic surpassed the others by a long shot. In a time of great stress they were attentive, informative, compassionate and thorough. I received more than one follow-up phone call from the vet who was working with us to check on our cats progress with the treatment. There were also no hidden charges on our bill when all was said and done and done as everything was explained and approved by us before it was done. What a relief to have found a place we can trust.

The last three times I have needed to bring one of my cats in to see a vet, All West has been too busy to see them. For an extra $60 they could fit her in as an emergency. Not much sense in having a vet clinic that is never available when needed.

The vets were very kind and thorough, however they did a lot of unnessecary tests and there's always a lot of extra fees on top of whatever service I've asked for (even if I've specifically asked beforehand the pricing and procedures). They can be really pushy about services they want to do that really don't need to be done... I would use them if I could trust that I wouldn't be paying for more than what is needed everytime I take my dog in but unfortunately it's just too pricey for me.

I have been taking my dog here since he was a puppy and I will not be back. I felt like I was in a sales pitch rather than a check up for my pet. He is over weight and instead of recommending a reduced diet and more exercise she instantly started pushing a diet royal canine formula which after doing my research doesn’t seem to have a grain free formula that is also diet formula. Had she looked at my dogs files or cared to ask she would know that my dog cannot eat foods with grain in it as gives him diarrhea, an issue that I discussed with this clinic before. Had we just disagreed on raw feeding I would not have had an issue but she did not even bother to ask me anything regarding my safety practices regarding his food or even what kind of meats he is eating, when he was eating kibble they always asked me the brand and the formula. If you want to sit through a sales pitch Renee is the girl for you, if not take your dog to someone who’s actually concerned about their well being and not just up-selling extra vaccines.
