My Inga was spayed here. They did a wonderful job. They were very informative and very caring about my concerns as well as helping my children feel comfortable about us leaving Inga over night. The vet techs are very nice and helpful, and the old vet, Dr Lynch was awesome and very good with the pets, and pet parents, but unfortunately she moved, and no longer practices here. The current head vet often tends to misdiagnose pets as grossly overweight, even when they arent. He even claimed a friends young growing puppies were overweight and had her limiting their food intake, but when she took them to another vet for a 2nd opinion, she found out they were actually very underweight. If you absolutely NEED to take your pets there, I would use extreme caution. And if something doesnt feel right to you, PLEASE get a 2nd opinion. His tendency to underfeed could have severely hurt my pet. This vet may argue with you on it, but the health of your pets are worth more than his pride. There is NOTHING wrong with trying to get a 2nd opinion if you feel that you need to.

I called them first thing in the morning bc my dog had a severe allergic reaction in the middle of the night. They told me to bring him in, and the stray I found. I explained to them I was on a tight budget but I wanted my dog looked after more than anything. They went above and beyond to help treat my dog and the stray kitty I found, who has now made her home with us. Thank you guys again so much!

We have taken three dogs, two cats and a stray kitten here since we moved to the area a year ago. We have been nothing but impressed by not only their friendliness toward us humans but their compassion and knowledge for our pets we obviously care deeply about. When my dog went through a traumatic injury to the head, the doctor saved her. This doctor is the most sufficient, kind, and gentle person to animals. I would highly recommend the doctors here!

I've had fairly good experiences here in the past (have two cats and two dogs). I don't remember the name of the vet I got this past time, but when I described how I gave the pets a preventative heartworm/fleas/worm topical treatment, he told me no such product exists. I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT FROM THEM PREVIOUSLY. He told me it must have only treated fleas and ticks. I repeated to him 3 separate times that I gave the pets a heartworm/fleas/worms preventative, and each time he insisted that I was wrong and no such product exists. The product names btw are Advantage Multi for the dogs and Revolution Plus for the cats. Not only is that seriously ill-informed to not know about those, but also why would they keep insisting I'm wrong and they're right? And it always takes at least 4 weeks to get in to see them, which is way too long. But otherwise have had good experiences. Edit: After sleeping on it, I realize he was gaslighting me (making me doubt my own sanity) so that he could sell his new and improved pill-based product. If he had legit reasons for me to adopt the new product, I'd probably accept them. But no, he insisted that the former products don't exist. Super shady.

Called the office on a Friday and set up appointment. Its one of those places that you tolerate and deal with because there is not a lot of veterinary offices in the county. I wrote down the appointment time and date. Then went into the computer system at work and requested the day off work to drop off animals to have an exam and be tested. These cats are not my pets, they live on my back porch as a result of a negligent neighbor and I just recently had to bury one that is why I made the appointment. I get a phone call today stating that I can no longer utilize their facility due to multiple no call no shows. In my defense that may be the case in the past having not documented the date and missed an appointment but this instance was not a result of my falling short, but rather the short fall of the individual at the clinic on the other end of the phone. Fast forward I get a phone call telling me I missed an appt. to which I state that the appt was for December 9th, to which she responds why would I schedule it that far in advance as the health of the animals is our utmost concern. Uh yea I think you just told me you no longer care about the health of the animals. Completely un accountable, the woman on the phone was out of line and rude to assume she was in no way responsible for the miscommunication, she genuinely made a mistake and would not take accountability for it. Ultimately its the animal that suffers, I was trying to do good by these animals, nobody else is willing to make the investment. More of a corporation than a place of compassion for animals, cold and superficial, thanks for the push away from Animal Don't Care Center I'll go somewhere else without hesitation my money spends just as good else where.

Our cat, Sadie, was suddenly acting listless, not eating, vomiting mucous, and hiding. I called and they saw her as an emergency visit. I had called 4 other veterinary clinics that wouldn't see her. Dr Saunders examined her, did x-rays, and blood tests. He was compassionate and honest with us. He explained the test results and that he felt a mass in her abdomen. Her prognosis was bad as he felt she had cancer. We made the decision to euthanize her, as we didn't want her to suffer. This was so difficult, since we couldn't be with her in the office due to Covid19 restrictions. Dr Saunders and his staff were very supportive and caring.

Declaws feral cats and returns them outside, along with illegally recording conversations without gaining all parties' consent. Do not go to this vet.

We have all of our animals taken care of by this vet clinic. They are awesome! We have seven goats, four horses, three dogs, and two cats, and one cow. They are wonderful with all of them. They even hunted down a specialist to help them when my goat broke it's leg (multiple times) so we could save him and not put him down. He now has three legs and is running around with the rest of the herd. Lol. Love these people!

Dirty office, veterinarian was not friendly and gave rabies shot to my 12 year old dog who she diagnosed with mammory cancer and things are not looking good for her today. Dog was active and playing day before rabies shot was given. AVOID this place at all cost!!!

The absolute best veterinarian I’ve ever been too! The doctors and staff that work here are truly compassionate not only about their patients, but their clients too. They are extremely informative & very reasonable as far as pricing. I’ve been taking my animals here for 3 years now and I don’t plan to go anywhere else. Well worth the 40 minute drive! Anyone who has anything negative to say about this clinic has either never been (& just go off of what they hear on social media to give rude reviews) or are misunderstood on information given to them in which is something they didn’t want to hear. If anyone is reading this for research on a new veterinarian, please give them a chance! You won’t be disappointed! :)

Theu staff is so incredibly caring. I found my puppy Cord in my backyard and they got my in the next day to get him checked out even thought it was right before the holiday! The doctor is amazing at whay he does! I truely appreciate everyone there!! I recommend them to everyone that I talk to.

This center is great, I’ll never be able to say enough about it. We have 4 cats at my house, and we drive 40 minutes to take them to this clinic anytime they need it. I would never go anywhere else, these people are the BEST. Our vet tech Ashley has taken care of our cats for years and I would never trust another vet office’s opinion on them. Every time I’ve been to this office it is an extremely clean, pleasant experience and the people there are so willing to work with you on times and dates for appointments. Love this place and will continue to go here through the years.

Not really sure how you go to this practice and not rate it five stars. I have been to many local vets over the years and these people are the best I have dealt with. I have seen both Dr. Lynch and Dr. Saunders at this practice and both are great Dr. Saunders for our goats and Dr. Lynch for our dogs and cats. I had to take my lab Kenny to see Dr. Lynch when he was ill, turns out he had cancer, the options were not good and Dr. Lynch bought us some more time with him and treated him with care and respect. She also has done some wonderful things for other pets of mine....way too many to list here! Some routine stuff some not so routine and I never worry that they are not in good hands as I have at other veterinary offices. I am never left waiting in the lobby wondering when we are going to see the Doctor. And if I have questions or problems Ashley is always able to get me in to see the vet or help me get what I need for my four legged friends. If your pet needs help or just vaccinations these are the people to see. I've never dealt with a nicer bunch of people at a vet or elsewhere. My pets are not just a number to them, they care. I know a lot of the staff on a first name basis and they have all been very professional and courteous, you can't say that about most places these days. Go see them and you will know what I mean.

Most of these one star reviews clearly have never been to this place. If they had been they wouldn't be giving them anything less than five stars. The staff is amazing and has helped all my animals. I always use the clinic for all shots and surgery for my pets and have never had a negative experience.

Took my dog in because of not feeling well.Dr Sanders ,said my dog needed a rabies shot. ( And would not let him go without it) so got shot and some medicine. Next day was Christmas eve. And the dog was in vary, vary bad shape. Called dr after hrs. (No call back) So called 3 other vets .(all after hrs on Christmas eve) all answer phone or called back in 10 minutes. Said to take dog to Detroit to emergency care!!!! (Ps, all vet's said never give rabies shot to animals who are sick, to hard on their system. (Death in 90 percent, all over net also) so to Detroit with dog at 1 am Christmas morning. Only to have my family member die!! And as I'm paying the vet in Detroit for their help.(dead dog) Dr Sanders rings us at 2:00 am. (After our dog died and already in truck for ride home) and said well, that was quick. Thanks Dr Sanders. My son had major spine surgery at shriners hospital in Philadelphia.(rods in spine)all he wanted was his dog.And that dog is what got him up and moving.Now his dog is dead on Christmas morning (2 months later) need a real vet? Dr meadows is it. Should have went there first. Dr.meadows is now my vet..... Thanks again. Marry Christmas

Can't say enough good about this clinic. They took fantastic care of our beloved bull terrier Bunny in her last months and us her human family too. They were always available to us no matter the hour or day. Our dog and her comfort was their number one concern and they did everything possible for her. The entire staff really cares for their patients and family. They sent us a comfort (sympathy)card with handwritten personal staff messages on it after Bunny crossed the Rainbow Bridge, now how many other take such a personal interest in their clients.

Dr. Saunders is great, however, his staff is less than desirable. Also not happy with the extended wait time to be seen with an appointment. Today we waited 45 mins, all the while car after car pulled in and their animals were seen right away. I can understand running behind, but not when you're continually helping everyone else who showed up well after we did. I won't be bringing my pet back here and am starting the process of finding a new vet. What a shame....

I’ve used this place for a long time, many many years years (10+ years) and while dr sanders, is knowledgeable, the staff that answers the phones are highly unprofessional and rude. I love the doctor but his staff.......wow! Having to wait 4-5 weeks for a dog that is miserable and sick with allergies and has a yeast infection..... I’m looking for a new place pronto......

What an amazing staff! They did a wonderful job taking care of Golden Retriever, Mason in his time of need. My Mason had gotten into chicken bones and ingested the. This caring staff did everything in a timely and appropriate manner, and inevitably saved my best friends life. Dr. Saunders is a true veterinarian with more heart, and knowledge then most. Great place. We travel 40 minutes to take our four cats to them. Ashley (who has helped us in the past), the doctors, and all who work there are professional, courteous, caring, and very concerned for our pets. The office is large, clean, and well organized. Service was quick as well. I highly recommend.

I have supported this vet and office for 10 1/2 years until today! My loving Bandit needed to be seen today because of serious dehydration and being lethargic. I was told they were totally booked and I could be put in as an emergency appointment but was told she was very doubtful he would even be able to be "squeezed" in! I told her I've been taking Bandit "my shih tzu" there for 10 1/2 years...I find this TOTALLY unacceptable and that I would be finding him another vet! I took him to Dr. Wilson's animal hospital and my baby is in serious trouble. In there with kidney, urinary, stomach, anemic, as well as other issues! He will be hospitalized for 2 - 3 days minimal! I'm sorry but my baby is not a number and there should have been an open slot to be able to be observed! I will NEVER go back and I will make sure that ALL my family, friends and anyone else I know hear about how My baby was denied! (Side note he has been in there the last 4 months with his medical issues so this was NOT a new instance!)

Boarded our dog for 10 days. We came back, the dog looked like it lost 10lbs. She had sores on her jaw, face and foot. Our poor dog looked like she had been through a war. DO NOT USE THIS VET!
