I wouldn't take Coco to any other vet!! She is having severe anxiety and i talked to them abt it and we are trying a natural medication to help her. Then i couldn't get her to take the medication and was told abt a pill pocket treat that could be used and Coco loves her treat each day not realizing their is a capsule in each one. I appreciate their input and help so much!! I highly recommend taking your pet here!!

We have had great experience with this office. All of the staff were very friendly and kind, they spent plenty of time with us listening to our concerns and answering our questions, making sure we understood. Dr. Reynolds was great with our nervous dog, letting her smell things before he touched her with them and talking to her in a gentle soothing voice. They didn't push her beyond was she was comfortable with and let her have time to calm down between different things that they did. Her diagnosis was explained in detail to me as was her treatment plan and I felt very comfortable trusting what the dr and staff had to say. I also think it's worth noting that no weird products were pushed on us and we weren't made to feel bad that our dog wasn't up to date on her vaccines and things. Overall I would absolutely recommend Veterinary Associates to anyone and everyone looking for exceptional care for their pets. Thank you for treating my furry family member with the utmost care.

Friendly, knowledgeable been going there 10 years. My present male I was told had no testicles. Both were undesended. The doctor did a sonogram, found and removed them. Back for repeat. They are always very knowledgeable and friendly. Did shots tested for heart worm and gave advice re some behavioral. Have been coming to this Vet through 2 dogs and 15 us. Good prices also.

The doctors and the staff here are all great. Any time of day that I've been scheduled there are short wait times and most of the time I'll be the only one in the waiting room. That makes a huge difference when you have a cat that doesn't want to be around other pets. I have taken both my cat and dog here and never had a bad experience.

Called to inquire about their home visits and the person who answered was very rude. I explained how we were considering putting our dog down (he's very old and can't walk) and asked if they offered a home euthanasia service. She himmed and hawed and basically acted like I was asking for the moon, when it says on their website that they offer home visits. I guess the website neglected to mention it's only for loyal customers. See we've never been to this vet and I don't think she liked that. At least just tell me no, don't be rude... I'm already sad we have to put our dog down, I'm trying to do what's best for him and then I have to deal with people who act like I'm being presumptous, when it says on their site they offer a home service!! ridiculous!

We have feral cats...momma was hit by a car, 3 kittens were starving. We trapped and took to Dr. Reynolds to evaluate while we looked for foster/rescue. Jamie the technician tamed them, lots of TLC and care...they were quite emaciated and sickly. Alexis kept us apprised while Dr. Reynolds administered meds and care. After a week at the vets, they are receptive to being held and off to a Cat Rescue...the team quite literally saved them. Well done and thank you!!

Vet didn’t explain anything to me. I came in there as my first time patient for my dog about a removal of a tumor and he was more worried about her skin being itchy and it would be $700 to remove a growth size of a pea. Very poor service and wasn’t professional at all. I paid $40 for a exam and they told me that was to basically look at her and listen to her heart beat. Very disappointing and won’t be returning back. They charged me $16 for for nails to be trimmed I thought her anal glands were part of the checkup and that was $16 to look at them. I spent less than 10 minutes there walked out paying $85. Dr. Reynolds is a not a good Vet I do not recommend.

I called today because my cat started randomly moaning and crying while licking his privates. This happened all of a sudden, he has never had any issues, and he is only 1 year old. Whoever answered the phone very rudely told me they could not see him today because their appointments were full. This was an emergency. I'm currently at another vet clinic who gladly saw him immediately. He has had an xray which shows he is constipated and has an enlarged bladder. They cannot cath him, so they think he has a urinary blockage. They are telling me I need to take him to the emergency clinic asap. I will never bring my animals back here.

MY 14 YR old kitty named Abi wasnt feeling good. She Was in and out of liter box and not going. Plus she had lost weight. When I called they got me in that day. Everyone so kind and caring. Dr Reynolds always takes such good care of my fur babies. He explains everything very well and gives you options. Abi had UTI and Hyperthyroid. They did blood work urine and xray. I took her back in a week and she had already gained some weight back and uti was cleared. Thankful for oral meds and antibiotic shot. Great Group they take great care of our animals. Highly recommend this loving office

I took my Tamaskan, Bella, in for a euthanasia some weeks ago. The folks were great over there. Patient, accommodating and gentle with my then soon to be departed pooch. She went peacefully into Oblivion thanks largely in part to the professional manner in which the staff guided me through the process. I doubt I'll become a pet owner again, however, if I do I'll be taking them to Veterinary Associates. Their prices are fair, have good facilities, great with animals. Solid 5/5!!

Dr . Reynolds has been taking care of my dog Duke for 8 years. Duke is one of those dogs with a lot of health issues. Dr. Reynolds has always been very thorough when caring for him. what I really respect about him is he will call me back personally (if necessary) when I have questions..If he's not quite sure of the answer, he cares enough about your pet that he will research and call you back again. The receptionist are also the kindest most loving group of ladies that are very knowledgeable in pet care and always make my animals and I feel very welcome.

Because of Covid I haven’t been able to go into the office yet so my interaction with staff has been limited. But on the phone they are always friendly, professional, and thorough, making sure all my questions are answered. When the tech came out to my vehicle to get my dogs she was friendly and made sure I understood what was going to or did happen at the appointment. The only reason I gave a four star rating instead of a five star is because the doctor didn’t take the time to come and meet me even though he would’ve known we were new to the practice. At Veterinary Associates, my best friend receives really great and compassionate care. Taz is my 10 year old beagle with some back issues and he received wonderful care. After some time, working with the vet, a chiropractor and some medication, my dog now is just like he was before he hurt his back. No unnecessary procedures were pushed on us. I rarely give a 5 star review but this is warranted. We have a rescue dog that does not like his paws touched. The staff at Vet associates go out of their way to make Grady as comfortable as possible, then three and sometimes four techs gently hold him to trim his nails. No extra cost, just genuine care. First of all, WONDERFUL Dr, Dr Reynolds and staff, very friendly and understanding. I am thinking of switching vets after my experience with them! We had a medical emergency for our dog. We couldn't use our regular animal hospital because it was closed down due to COVID-19. When I called Veterinary Associates the staff made arrangements for us to bring in our dog for treatment. We appreciated the compassion shown as we had our pet put down.
