For the price paid you should receive a proper diagnosis. Missed a yeast infection on my blind dogs paw. Did not allow for second vet (specialist) to see pup or they would no longer treat her. Thank godess for the specialist as now her paw is drastically improved. Blood test results were not explained so I could understand. The only thing I understood was that they wanted to repeat in 6 mo.. The vet never introduced herself to inspire confidence in leaving my blind fur baby with her. We now have a vet knowledgeable on SARDS and the complications associated with. I was not allowed in(@new vet) due to covid but that was fine. The tech came out and spoke with me and went over all issues before taking pup in to see vet. Our SARDS vet called twice since visit to check on pup.. I hope St Clair clinic is a success and they make decisions best for all our fur babies and not their wallet.

Took my dog in for the first time for what I thought was a large cut on his head. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! everyone seemed genuinely concerned about his condition! Dr.kate explained exactly why and what she recommended very clearly and easy to understand! will definitely be back! 10/10 woofs!

Posting friends' experience with St. Clair Animal Hospital. Their senior dog was in distress and yet their regular vet office in Chatham was 'booked' for 3 weeks and unwilling to try and accommodate them. They called St. Clair. Even though they were not clients, the vet took into consideration that the dog was in distress and arranged to see the dog that day. Sadly, the dog had to be euthanized but because of the compassion shown by this vet and staff, she was no longer suffering. This level of compassion and professionalism is to be highly commended!!!! Thank you!

First time going here today. Staff were awesome, very informative, helpful and friendly. Pricing was way less than I expected. They took care of vaccinations, deworming, flea and tick treatment and an eye exam all in the same visit. I definitely would recommend this vet!

We switched from another Vet that we were not as happy with. St Clair Animal Hospital fit us in same day when we called for a much needed vet appt. They were great and helped us go through the costs of all the tests and what we could do and if we could afford it all. They treated our animals with care and we will continue using them!

The vet and the staff here are amazing I brought my fur baby here in emergancy situation because I didnt like how my previous vet was acting with my dasey I didnt hear what I wanted to hear and unfortanatly we had to put dasey down but the vet was completely honest about her situation didnt hold back any info and didnt try to up sell me anything just went straight to facts and also gave his professional opinion on what I should do as well wich is what I needed to hear I really appreciated how we were treated there in a heart breaking time would highly recommend st Clair animal hospital.
