I had a 2 month old kitten suddenly fall ill, during the covid crisis of course. I called the clinic to see if we could walk in and was informed that we would just take our kitten to the parking lot and someone would be put to collect her. They took her in, did a basic exam and found that she had a fever from some sort of infection. Very quickly they gave her antibiotics and sent her back with us after fully informing us of how to care for her during her illness. I was so pleased with the quick and professional help we were provided with and would recommend them to anyone. Aside from the great help we received, I found that the cost of getting an examination, antibiotics and special recovery food was very cheap only totalling to $140. Very grateful for the care we received.

Dr. Monk has been very helpful with our puppy, answering questions and guiding us when we need. The rest of the team has also been very knowledgable and kind with the exception of one rude interaction we had with a young team member not listed on the website (student perhaps). We would absolutely recommend this Vet to other pet owners.

By oldman likes going there. Myself I have tried them more than once; trying to see what the man sees in this place. They have never solved one health issue for any of my animal's. In some cases they were able to alleviate some of the symptoms. I think the staff discriminates on minorities like me, as a French woman, it's unfortunately something that I have to face almost daily. The tone was very annoyed as i was wasting their time.

I was advised that because of Covid measures I was not allowed into the appointment with the dog. I understood and handed my puppy over, went back to my car to wait. The man in the truck next to me, got out, walked to the door and walked into the office no questions asked. When I inquired about why this was allowed, I was told he shouldn't have been let in, they didn't know why he was there... yet he was still in the building. No one asked him to leave?! Was told, too bad, essentially. Very condescending.

My moms cat died and since I live out of town is was difficult to do anything to help. I was able to call her vet office and arrange and pay for cremation to ease the process and they mailed me the receipts quickly. They even sent my mom a condolence card which she really liked. This vet practice has been the family vet office for close to 30 years and will keep being so.

Took my 17 year old cat to Dr. Monk, a new vet for us. Every year my cat gets ear mites he scratches he can get an infection in his ear which requires antibiotics. Dr. Monk examined my cat without my presence because of Covid handed me back my cat and a bill for several hundreds and then proceeded to advise me that my cat had cancer in his ear and would likely need to have his ear cut off and treated. In shock I drove off with antibiotics in hand. The antibiotics Cleared up the infection and I called back this year for a refill of the prescription but in no way was I ever going to trust his diagnosis again. I was told that I would have to have him examined again $$ And I promptly told them what I thought of their service. They hung up. Do not trust this vet. On the other hand just this past weekend I had my 12 year old cat treated by dr Laura Ryan in thedford. I would recommend her. She is just a bit far to drive to really and why when there are so many veterinarians in sarnia.

Booked my pup for a spay did all the pre opt appointments call before to makesure we have the info for the night before and morning off drop off time, food, etc. The day comes and we go to drop our pup off we get there with our pup and we're told that we had to bring a 500$ deposit??? Why was that never explained on the phone when asked about unexpected expenses!!!!!! A 700$ procedure and you want 500$ of it before its even been done get real!!!! Now my dog is stuck without being spayed and without a vet. Because I was also told not by the vet but receptionist to get a new vet. I hope you guys loose your bisnuess

Today my family had to make the incredibly hard decision to put our dog down due to a rupturing tumour. My primary veternary hospital wasn't able to get him in immediatley- so I called and spoke with Janet on the phone in regards to having my dog euthanized at this hospital. Janet was incredibly rude and heartless from the moment she answered the phone and I am so confused as to why. She handled our conversation poorly and was very insenstive. Janet was sarcastic, miserable and flat out disrecpectful towards me over the phone. I told her I would be contacting another hospital that treats their customers with a little empathy. She snapped back "OKKKKKK-" and proceeded to laugh and then hung up on me. Appauling. I have no idea where or why this conversation went so wrong and how someone in her position could be so heartless to griveing customers. I will never return to this hospital because of her... I really hope whoever runs this hospital reads this review and considers replacing Janet with someone whos kinder and can sympathize with people.

Staff is kind, compassionate and accommodating in emergencies. Dr Beaudet is very knowledgeable and one of the best vets in sarnia. She is very trustworthy ,has never steered me wrong and always had the best intentions for my animals, which I gratefully appreciate. A solid five stars for this clinic.

We took our old dog to the vet today. After being told I could not remain with my pet to say goodbye, they wanted to upsell to me. I wore a face shield which is perfectly legal along with my medical mask exemption from a medical doctor they told me to wait outside. After paying $450.00 to euthanize my old friend and not being able to say goodbye I would recommend ANY other vet service but this one!!! Cold hearted money grubbers is my opinion. They will never see our other dog!!!
