I moved to London, but still drive back with my dog to see Dr Robinson for her yearly checkups. Surgery here was the best I've ever had a pet go through. They did such a good job she was out the same day and didn't even need a cone (although they did provide one just in case). The new building is clean and inviting and everyone in the office is polite. This is the vet to use if you are in the Sarnia area.

Dr. Robinson has been our vet for the past 8 years after being recommended by our family who also has him as a vet.Dr. Robinson and his staff are all amazing! They always call to reminded you about overdue vaccines or appointments. They always take the time to answer all of my questions even when I think they are dumb questions. We recently found out bad news while visiting the vet to get yearly shots and ended up having to put our dog down that week. The staff and Brent were so kind, calm and compassionate. We felt very at ease. We had a room for privacy and Dr. Robinson explained everything step by step to us, they let us have as much time as we needed. I highly recommend Dr. Robinsons office. From the bottom out our hearts thank you but helping us, giving us knowledge, friendship and for being straight and honest. I appreciate you and your staff , and hope one day when we are ready we will be back at your clinic????????

Robinson's has a great system during our Covid restraints. A number is on the front window for you to text your name and what time your appointment is for and the vehicle you are driving. They come out take the animal and come back and fill in the details about your animals health. I do prefer going on with my cat but we have to do what we need to keep everyone healthy. The girls at the office are so sweet always nice and Dr Robinson is very nice and caring.

When we had to put our dog down after 13 and a half years Dr Robinson was right there even though it was the weekend. Both the Dr. and his wife were extremely professional and sympathetic. They definitely helped us through the entire process. They explained everything that was happening and they gave my wife and I all the time we wanted. Once again they have gone above and beyond what was expected. I would highly recommend them.
