I took my baby bleeding from the night before and they sent me to the hospital, driving 30 minutes away in the snow because I didn't have appointment. It's the only vet in town, they should be a little bit more flexibles. They even didn't call the emergency place to tell them we are coming. Definitely I'll drive to another vet before to take my baby here again

I brought my cat in to get looked at because he was having breathing problems. They didn’t take X-rays to look for inflammation in the chest/throat. A cat showing one or two of the early symptoms should always be examined. They just charged us too tell us he was fine. About a month and a half later we bring him back in because he is having an even harder time breathing. They tell us are best bet is to just put him down charging us even more money. I decided to look into why my cat couldn’t breathe well and WHY he had to be put down. I figured it out in about 10 minutes with zero training. Cats suffering from feline asthma may show signs of difficulty breathing, wheezing, rapid breathing, coughing or hacking, open-mouthed breathing, or vomiting, My cat had every symptom. but asthma in cats could be treated veterinarians will usually prescribe corticosteroids to reduce inflammation in the lungs, with or without bronchodilators to dilate the airways. Either treatment would of helped my cat. One of my biggest fears was always losing him and they took his life away at age 5.

This vet is personable and amazing. Highly recommended for any baby pet or senior pet. They are compassionate and friendly. A friends dog went here for 14 years before he sadly had to be put down due to a tumor. Dr. Robyn's whole staff stopped to say goodbye to him. Wouldn't go to any other place !!! ❤

Prices are high charges for everything even for signing a form is expensive. Wants to give partial shots so you have to go back frequently and pay for another visit along with another full charge for shot. Even just cutting nails is higher than other Vets. Charges higher price if you want your pet seen that day. Staff is not that friendly

Friendly and caring staff. I spend the winters in Florida and this year I took a new puppy with me. Due to her rapid growth I couldn't pre-purchase her flea and tick or heartworm medicine. The office staff was kind enough to mail it to me in the appropriate doses as my pup grew. Great service!

Waited a few months to post review so that it wasn't posted just because of the frustration at the time of incident. I asked to pay a bill the same day as appointment and was told bill was all set. 2 months later received bill with additional "billing fee" charge as well as unnecessary services rendered that I was unaware took place the day of appointment. When I inquired, the notes from that day were lacking and only assumptions could be made. Vet was unavailable to speak with me or follow up with me. I reluctantly paid the bill but we have not returned and at this time do not plan to do so in the future. I would not recommend them.

A great vet with great techs. Great prices also. Our 2 cats, Diesel and Laya, along with out BassetHound Bella love them and are treated great. We try and take Bella here 1 to 2 times a month for her nails to get trimmed. The price is great for this also. This will always be our vet.

I will never take my dog anywhere else. Not only are they caring towards my dog, but they are reasonably priced also. My dog is a rescue who, at first, had issues with new people and other dogs. Riverview took that into consideration and made it so no other dogs were around for his first visit. They greet him when he comes in every time and give him treats. They genuinely care and love what they do. I would recommend this vet to everyone.
