Great veterinary hospital. Dr. Roger's and Dr. Laurie are great and know their stuff. They take their time with your pet and they really listen to you. They are professional, gentle, empathetic to your pets needs. They understand that when you now your pet needs, even healthwise, they listen, as not everything goes by the book. Their staff, I wish I could name them all are friendly, kind and empathic and absolutely great. My dogs always saw Dr. G Duezman, when he sold his clinic and went here, I came to BGAnimalHospital. When he retired, I stayed with this hospital.

The staff at BG animal hospital are very compassionate, caring, and sensitive to what you and your pet are going through. I recently had yo put my 14 year old dog down and they were very professional and non judgmental on it. I also received a card from them a week later. I definitely recommend them.

When I was growing up my family pets were brought here, so when I got my own cat i figured I'd come here as well. Unfortunately my cat has just recently passed away, but the team was great with my precious boy in his last moments and very compassionate.

My dog needed a special surgery that I could only get here after trying several other Sarnia veterinarians, and it was looking like I'd have to spend several thousand dollars to take him to an animal hospital out of town. The price was much more manageable, and they got him in very quickly and made sure he recovered well

We're somewhat new to the area, and recently had a bit of an urgent issue with our dog. Several other vets in the area would not see us for several weeks, despite the urgency. Despite being busy, Bright's Grove understood our concern and urgency and managed to fit us in that day within an hour of closing. Very professional and compassionate. I'll be going here from now on.

We just started dealing with this clinic. We had dealt with Corunna Vet Service since aquireing our little dog 11 years ago. He needed about 15 warts remove and his teeth clean for a total of $3,400.00. We went to Brights Grove Vet Service for a second opinion and Roger did exactly the same work for $600.00. We received excellent and friendly service here and will now be returning for future service.

I do not reccomend the new vet.I brought my cat in because of a cyst and after tests she couldnt determine what it the problem was..No treatment and was told to call back if problem persists. (more $) The receptionist told me her notes said PROBABLY CANCEROUS and should be euthanized ! Here notes could've said anything except that she didnt know ! Incompetance..I feel dupped!

I trust the clinic and state with my 4 legged friends. I only wish they could be selling life insurance for my pet's. After all they are a part of our family and should have the same opportunities as we do I think. I love my pets and yes if, and when I have to put one of them down I get tears in my eyes and sometimes cry. The team at the animal clinic are very caring and are willing to go the extra mile to give our pet's the attention they deserve. Thank- you very much for all your hard work and kindness towards our pet's. Have a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year's. Please don't drink and drive. Initially loved this vet. Slowly started to hate it and now I will be looking for a new vet for my pups ... Doesn't seem to genuinely care for the pets.. I have dumped thousands of dollars into their pockets to not have any better results with issues. Unfortunate but will be driving to Sarnia for a vet visit now. Don't recommend
